Order placed on Thursday (pickup on same day). Got a call at the end of day(Thursday) to change pickup time to Friday,I accepted it but there was no follow-up on Friday and pickup date and time kept changing frequently, like it changed to Saturday 10am-12pm and suddenly it changed to 4pm-6pm and I get a call at 6:05pm to again change the pickup date to Sunday. If pickup is being delayed by days I can't imagine about the deliver date n time. And guess what it was my first order on this app. Worst experience right in the beginning. Not using this app anymore and Not recommending to anyone. Worst Service...

I used their service for the first time,there app is not responsive and throws exceptions. Their customer care number is not reachable all the time. Not sure how to contact them and ask about order. The track order section shows status of your order but the laundry service is not in sync with it.

Pathetic service. Booked a lot for Thursday evening, clothes were picked up on SUNDAY morning and were supposed to be delivered in "three" days. It's the next Thursday and I still don't have the delivery. The calls are never answered when you call them up. Extremely disappointing.

Worst service. They misplaced one of my dress. I raised a complaint immediately it's been 5 days now and there is no response. I have been calling them daily, they say they will call back in 10 mins and never did. Most of the times their contact number from app is not reachable.

It was a worst decision ever to give you my clothes.. its been 4 month that my clothes were picked but not delivered till date. It is very annoying and frustrating that representative of your company abuse me whenever I call and most of the time call is not only answered. This is very unethical practice of treating a customer who is with you since the inception of your company. I'm highly disappointed and will never ever give you a chance to serve me.

Highly disappointed from the service. My order was promised to get delivered within 3 days and now its been more than a week, the order is still not delivered to me. The customer service gives vague reasons for the late delivery.

The delivery guy never shows up on time... And if you try to call him he won't even pick up... Really bad service... It takes them days after the scheduled time to come and pick up the clothes.
