Downloaded the app on a recommendation by a user... This is the first order that I have placed. The order was placed without any issues, the tracking date, time slot for pickup was all fine, but neither did any person come to pick up the order on the said date, nor was any update for the reason of delay provided through any notification. Further when the person finally contacted me for pickup, on a day that was not suitable (post the alloted date) the team sent a message immediately regarding delay in pickup due to "customer request. ".there is no tracking, no update for any problem on their end, but they are kind enough to immediately notify any changes on a customers request. I am still waiting for my order to be processed. And there has been absolutely no communication from their end for the delay on their part

Worst service ever. My order was supposed to be delivered on 31 November. I still have no update regarding the delivery. I have no customer care number to call. I have raised a ticket as well, but no response there. It's mandatory to give you a star here or I would've given none. I am highly disappointed and I would not recommend this to anyone.

DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP!! YOU WILL REGRET! After their frequent calls and requests, I took down my review. But this time I'm deleting the app itself. It's useless. They aren't considerate of your time slots, they are utterly irresponsible to not call if they delay their service and even after receiving their sms you won't receive any calls from their excecutive as they aren't Serious about their business.

I had worst experience twice with this app.... A couple of months before they lost my jacket and after complaining so many times they did not took any action.... After that when I was placing another order I got the message of Rs 135 due for last service which is totally false... I always pay and take the clothes... Please don't trust them... They don't have proper management and customer service also.

Application is good but the service of this company is worst. They have damaged my shirt and are asking to solve this problem as soon as possible. But its almost a month and still they are replying to solve this problem as soon as possible. Worst service, no pickup and delivery on time.

Smooth process, from start to end. I just wanted to try the app out because it claims to do a lot. So i took the Friday offer (50% off). The best part was that the pickup team didnt keep calling me for directions. They arrived before I had to leave for work and delivered right on time. Even though i had only given my clothes for a wash, I think they also ironed them. 😂 A good experience all-in-all. Would order again.

Worst services : Late and charged even without picking up the order. I placed an order for one regular service and one daily service . Regular service came 3 days late for pickup. Daily service did not even come for pickup. And they charged the same clothes given in regular service for daily service also . Now i am paying twice for same clothes

I liked the way Chakachak handle the clothes. I was their old customer, in between I stopped using the service due to late deliveries issues. They called me to try again and I must they have regain me back with no delay in deliveries from last 2 months. I must say they have improved a lot. Good Luck Chakachak.
