Don't Install. Leave it just check for other services out there. My first experience is so bad that i can tell you its not worth your dime. Zero support no one is there to answer the phone calls or mails. I don't even know when will i get my clothes back. Just hoping i get them back. App keeps on crashing to, try checking FAQ trust me it will throw you out of application. So, overall suggestion is leave it.

Worst app... It does nt allow me to sign in with the Google.. And when i logged in by luck I'm unable to select the pickup slot.. This is very annoying and I don't want to open this app again.These issues are repetitive from the past 1 year when I saw the reviews and still these are not resolved..:(..

UNINSTALLED ....when it started it was fine. Now it shows expected delivery time 4 days. so if I book pickup now (thursday) it shows expected delivery after 4 days (tuesday) for just wash and fold service. now they have increased their delivery time so no one can even complain for late delivery. and above wash and fold icon it says 48 hour delivery (ways to fool customer). Nice business hacks washapp.. There is no option of giving no star or I would have done that. Thank you for your previous services.

App itself is very primitive. Homepage pickup date gets confused. Wash is decent (that's why 3 stars and not 1) Overall service is very poor. Always late delivery. No proper status updates or communication regarding status of order/delivery. Customer support is extremely difficult to connect with.

this 2 star is due to the idea and the service which I liked for more than past 2-3 years. But now delivery charges, WASHAPP leave on THURSDAY...so product was delivered on next day. And the cost also worried me a bit when i used it after 3-4 months for premium cloths. Very dissapointed now.

Unprofessional and unreliable. Delivery was scheduled yesterday but the delivery guy didn't turn up. And there's no word from them about when the actual delivery would be done. They should at least inform the customer if the delivery would be delayed. They take the payment during pickup but fail to provide satisfactory service.

Very bad experience. They are 2 days late from the due date and they aren't even picking my phone, neither are they replying to my whatsapp message. Even the customer care number is out of service. Washapp team if you are looking at this, please deliver back my clothes. I had to cancel my trip and that cost me 11000 Rs.

These guys know how to deal with expensive clothes. The app is user friendly and the service they provide is exceptional. Pick up and Delivery times are flexible and the best thing is they're always on time.

pathetic service ! delay in delivery is too common for them and they dont care to inform about the same as well ! u keep texting and calling them as at the end its your clothes ! they first text with your order id that u need to pay with pick up and then they pick up without payment. At the time of delivery they say only after payment they will deliver. this app is a total torture they perfetly define Unprofessionalism

Expensive than other service providers. Price list is ambiguous and final price is not communicated while pickup but later once it reaches the wash centre. Happy with service but disappointed with experience and pricing. 2 stars only for the dry clean service.
