My woman and I use this app all the time for lunch and dinner. its super easy, convenient, and there are TONS of great restaurants to chose from. If you pay the $10 a month for the plus plan its pays for itself in the savings from the free delivery, plus you get a $10 reward every month to use for a pick up order. All in all this is a great service that I recommend to anyone that loves to eat!

We had a very bad experience with a driver and when I contacted customer service they told me that there is no method to block a driver being matched with our account address when ordering. Their solution was to offer 60 days free GH+, which doesn't solve this serious flaw. We will not be using this app at least until they fix this very simple, but serious problem.

Great app but poor customer service. I was Overcharged $20.09 when my meal was $33.10. I was told I would be Redirected to the Refund department. NOPE I get hanged up on. I text through the chat feature. And asked a to provide my number then my email and receipt# and told I'll be Redirected to the Refund department. Nope not a call or email then they leave the chat. Stealing and not resolving the issue is there thing. Look up others with Similar issues.

you can no longer at notes to orders that specify the removal or substitution of toppings from a menu item. there's an abstract "delivery fee" claiming to cover what the restaurant need to do for delivery, but they use their own drivers so it's as much as putting the food in a box and it's not worth what they're charging. the menu items are already priced above normal, why nickel and dime? clear disregard for user experience in the efforts of increasing profits marginally. another greedy co

this app works wonderful. you get clear delivery times and you can track your food. my only problem is you don't get the full menu. a lot of things i like are not available. for example if you like the crab ragoo from panda its not available to order on grub hub. but a lot of local restaurants are. so that makes up for the menu limitations.

Used to be okay - have had more and more issues. My last order said it would take 25 minutes. Then they changed the time twice and it was over an hour late. When I contacted the restaurant, they were frustrated because they'd put the order in for the original time. Grubhub is screwing users and restaurants, and probably drivers too. Way to ruin your halfway decent business.

I was using grubhub enough that I paid for the grubhub+ to get "free" delivery. I didn't realize it still came with hidden fees, and will only reduce the delivery portion of those fees if you meet an order minimum. The order times are also greatly misleading. When you begin an order, it may say 20-30 minutes. When you complete the order, it changes to 35-45 minutes. Then the time goes up again when the driver picks up your order.

I've had issues a week now. I was refunded my money off 1 order I waited 2hrs got a notification it was delivered but wasn't I called them they refunded my money gave me 60free days of delivery NEVER once said I had to spend $15 or more to receive it then I was told they were gona refund the fee I paid for delivery yest but never received it. Ordered food at around 4:30. EDT was 5:10-5:15. Half an hour later, an update says my order was delayed. Okay, maybe it's just due to rush hour. The time keeps getting pushed back every ten minutes. Finally, I get an e-mail telling me my order has been cancelled, an hour and a half AFTER I placed it. I then permanently uninstalled it from my phone and downloaded DoorDash instead. At least they actually deliver your food. I've heard rumors that Grubhub does too.

Beware! I had someone hack my account from several states away and was told the issue would be resolved in 48 hours. 4 days later they are still looking into it and there is no way for me to check on the status without calling again and explaining the entire thing again. There are plenty of other delivery apps available out there - use one that actually keeps your info safe and stands by their policies!
