Tried to add a credit card, and the fill-in form is in Vietnamese and missing US as a country (or, at least, it's difficult to find because they mixed Vietnamese and English names in an endless scroll menu). This is on the "English" setting. As adding cards isn't an issue in a certain other app (begins with a "G"), just use that instead.

Grab is better. Maybe a bit more but at least they will give you a courtesy phone call and will find you! This service is trash and they didn't even deliver my food or call when asked about it. This is in Da Nang... terrible customer service and everyone covers down for each other for this type of nonsense to continue. Uninstalled after this happened.

I've been using this app for over a year now. The service is good. The drivers are always friendly and have nice uniforms. When a restaurant forgot part of my order an English speaking representative called me and apologized. Good service. Highly recommended

Cannot add my credit card for payment anymore. I used my card for payments 2 years ago is fine but now I can't add or use my cards anymore. I contacted support 2 days ago but they did't reply to me. It' shows Encountered a Payer authentification problems. Payer could not be authenticated.

Really bad experience with this app.if you need to amend or change an order or cancel an order it is an absolute nightmare, and their customer support team is absolutely useless. Perhaps the most useless customer support team in Vietnam. Many other food delivery options with much better customer service.

It was fine until the map was changed. Now, it zooms in at a random place. When in middle of typing, it pauses for few seconds before it lets you continue typing. It is very annoying.

Pretty solid app for food delivering and restaurant booking, bunch of great deal and discount code. Cheap delivering fee. However the airpay app that they're partner with doesnt work and its hard to pay using card.

The hotline is not helpful and the company will not help you delete your account or change information if you made a login mixup. Now is only trying to collect your information and will not allow you to delete an account to reuse your number. The company has badly created a system that does not care about customers. Added my credit card twice I see the charge with my bank but the app says that the card could not be verified Then I ordered food the charges in my count but yet once again the app says could not process the order this app sucks
