    Works most of the time, but it is not unusual the checkout process fails badly, especially in peak hours (ironically, when you need to order the most), either due to an application error (had to empty app cache more than once) or an unuseful "outside covered area" message displayed AFTER the checkout. Overall experience is rather poor. Both merchant or driver can cancel at any time, meaning you have to be on top of your order the entire time as you might end up empty-handed after a 30' wait.

Crappy app. * In desperate need of filters and sort options. - time - distance - ratings - reviews - menu items by type (for example beverages) - etc.. * Messaging almost never works or has really delayed responses. Messaging also shows old messages repeatedly after being dismissed. * Needs the ability to put pin at address for odd locations and address issues * Order notes are in bad spots and are almost never followed * App load times are too long on perfect connections.

Usually quick fast and efficient 😅 would strongly advise you watch bank statements, and make sure it corresponds with the amount taken from Uber apps I have noticed it's quite faulty will do refunds but also charge again sometimes a few cents over, dollars too! Could be on accident but just be wary and keep track of it being mindful if your someone like me an order quite often you don't wanna loose more then u did paying for the fees and such😂

    - apps on google play The app all around sucks. You try to order from a restaurant, as you are looking for what you want it will say that it is unavailable. Sometimes the app will say a restaurant is closed or don't open until a certain day and when you call the restaurant there open. It doesn't let you choose the tip you want to do half the time.

    download Very glitchy app the last couple weeks. I ordered my food at 10am today and didn't find a driver for over an hour. I couldn't cancel my order for a refund because the app said I already found a driver, which was untrue. When trying to access the help screen, I only recieved an error message. It was 1130am by the time I got my food. Both the restaurant and driver did their jobs well, but a lack of drivers and the buggy app is frustrating, and for this reason I am no longer using this service.

    apk download Nice when it works. Problem is, the app will sometimes get buggy and crash and not show an ongoing order. But as long as the restaurant accepts it and fulfills it, Uber Eats claims mission accomplished and leaves you with the bill. My advice is to call a restaurant and verify after completing an order, because the app's unreliability will seriously mess with your dinner plans.

Theres no clear way to enter a gift card, it forces you to make choices on things when you may not even want one of the choices its forcing you to pick (for example we tried to order a wedge salad and it required us to select a customization for no toppings) and theres no clear way to contact customer support. HATE this app and company!!!

    App commonly hangs on a blank Home tab and getting content to load is a roll of the dice as you click around between tabs, hoping it will prompt a successful refresh of the home tab. Once you get the tab populated the software works fine (though there have been a lot of cancelled orders lately, sometimes consecutively).

    A constantly terrible experience. I have never been able to use the app without some problem. Often restaurants appear available until you try to order. Then you get told they are closed/not delivering to you anymore but if you reload the places still seem available. This has just happened to me with 3 different restaurants. These problems never occur with Deliveroo or Just Eat.

    This app has been stuck on enter an address for several months now on my phone. I've uninstalled and reinstalled. The replies I've seen to other reviews says to visit their support site. That site has zero info on actually getting the app to work. So maybe they should fix the app that used to work if they want me to use it. And don't reply suggesting ai visit the help site that doesn't offer any help with anything other than order issues. If your app worked maybe I would have an order to have an issue with.

    God forbid you get signed out because even if you try to sign in with the same credentials on the same phone you've been using for years, the app simply says your email is already taken and presents you with no other options. Uber, I hope you fix this for future users. I refuse to go to support for a basic UI problem that other users have reported that you're too incompetent to fix. The real shame is that the service is great and very useful. If the app wasnt so garbage I'd have kept using it

    I used to use this app all the time when I lived in Toronto (2 yrs ago) and it was always reliable and convenient. Now I'm struggling trying to order for my parents - so many items from multiple restaurants are sold out, which I get happens especially in covid times, but almost all donuts at Tim Hortons for my order scheduled tomorrow morning are unavailable? And then I click on items that ARE available to add to cart and it malfunctions and doesn't add. I hit roadblocks at every turn!

    Gift cards are a joke. Did research. Apparently, after reading many complaints from folks who were having the same problem as me, they want you to put a credit card in as payment... Such b.s. The instructions on how to put add your gift card onto the app does not mention that you need to add credit card to activate the account... I'm going to tell my lawyer boss to get her money back.

    Very reliable, for the most part I've had a good experience. However, if you have an issue with Uber Eats rather than the restaurant, it'll be difficult to resolve (just to warn). Otherwise, I've continued using the app because it's quick, easy and for the most part, RELIABLE!

    I've used this app 3 times and out of those 3 times only 1 order was satisfactory. This app made me go on a scavenger hunt for the cancel option since apparently having a convenient location for the cancel button is out of the question. The biggest problem I had with this app is that I would be charged a fee more than half the price for canceling because they were "finishing my order" when the app has been stuck on the "preparing food" phase for over 30 minutes. Should've gone with door dash. 👎

    It does not allow to add my address manually perhaps works better in the USA I am in El Salvador. Adding my gift card was a little hard it was considered a promo credit and not in the payment section. Searching is not exact, maybe thats how it was programed I searched star and a lot of things came up, I was looking for Starbucks. It's a nice app but due to those confusing features it did not get the full five. The address was frustrating.

    I tried to clear the cache as it was suggested. I could not get passed the address screen. Clearing the cache did not work. I ended up clearing data and cache so I can log back in. Apparently that worked and no issues. Finally was able to get to the rest of the app!lol

    I redeemed a gift card as per the instructions. The Uber wallet shows the amount as credit but I am unable to use this uber cash to purchase food. I've wasted a whole afternoon sending snapshots to their help desk to get this resolved. Nothing has been resolved. The app now keeps on failing even though I have re-installed repeatedly. Very unprofessional and unreliable.

    Im already not a fan do to the crazy amount of extra charges this app has when placing an order and I have ordered quite a lot from this app. Now I am getting a issue that this app is frozen on enter an addres and wont allow me to do anything so I deleted and reinstalled the app and when I logged back in a lost everything, all my info and my $5 credit I recieved for an issue I already had with a previous order. Not happy at all with this app.

    When I first downloaded this app, I couldn't use it because it kept giving me server errors. I complained, it honestly seemed to get fixed right away and I was happy. But as of latest update I get only server errors again and the app is 100% unusable. For an app that doesn't work more often than it does, it seems even more ridiculous now that you charge service fees and small order fees to begin with - for an app that doesnt work. No wonder Skip is becoming more popular than you.

    My last two critical reviews were deleted (and not by me) but I'm trying again. The App constantly crashes and therefore is extremely difficult to use. And please don't talk to me about things like "clearing the cache" as I'VE ALREADY TRIED EVERYTHING. The App can crash at any time: when you're searching/browsing restaurants, when you try to select food items and when you attempt to check out. When the App stops working it has to close and when you have items in your cart they're emptied.

    Have not been able to order through the app, as it kept crashing whenever I was ready to checkout. Was also buggy several times while navigating. I tried clearing the cache and also forcing the app to stop then restarting, but could not resolve. Had better luck via the browser on my laptop, but still was not the most intuitive or user-friendly interface. Also, the fees were an unwelcome surprise.

    The app itself is a technological mess. I tried desperately for hours to get it to connect to my business account, and support had no idea what to do. Nearly everyone on my team had the same issue. And then when I did finally manage to place an order, the order failed and uber eats removed the entire restaurant from the list of options with no explanation. The service is questionable. Right now my lunch is sitting on a stranger's doorstep. I could have ordered pizza.

    You can't make a new account and you have to go online and do something, seems like a hassle, this app is trash. Door dash or skip is 10 times faster and easier. I don't understand why they don't just add the option to make a new account in the app. Seems dumb

    Sets an arbitrary time limit for free delivery, like a timebomb, rushing you to buy, then it says you ran out of time after you think you made it. Then, when you try again , it hangs on the final screen. Terrible app for a company with such a huge budget built on the sweat and tears of the businesses that produce and deliver the goods.

    I LOVE the concept of this app. But your drivers are beyond clueless. I live on a street suffix. It's really not that difficult to read the numbers on the fricking side of the house! It literally goes in order. 1, 2, 3, 4, and so on around the court. And IF my food gets delivered to the right door. They leave it RIGHT on the outside of the door.. so that when I open the door my bags get knocked over... pathetic, people lack such common sense while holding a GPS. And yes, I'm hAngry while I type.

    Great app 👍 order food EVERYNIGHT yea 🤷🏾‍♂️ 4/27/20 Update. I have noticed that the app continues to slowly add more and more fees. This is getting frustrating. I'm already paying for the upgraded service which moved it's threshold for saving from $10-15. But now I have to pay a extra fee to receive my food with in an hour????😠😡🤬 You guys are truly becoming crooks with your bait and switch tactics. Long time customer but I've had enough.

    fast, friendly good service, far as app is concerned I'd love an option to switch between cards in payment options, seemed to not let me.. it lets you store two cards but when i pay it only lets me use one.. also for promotion, the free delivery option on timer, please extend timer, some of us are a bit slower and older, very stressful rushing orders thanks

    I have been using this app for a while, and been very happy with it. Up until a few days ago, when I placed a order for a Pizza Hut delivery. The order was accepted at first, the app showed "preparing" for about a minute, then switched to "The resturant has rejected the order, and you will not be charged". I have seen this before, so I thought nothing of it, and ordered from another resturant. Then it turns out I was charged for both orders. And I have been back and forth with Uber Eats over the matter for days now. They first insisted I had cancelled the order myself. (I had not, and I have the app screencap to show it was cancelled due to being "currently unavailable".) Then they changed the story to claim it had actually been delivered to me. Which it had not. They have sent me a loop of the same emails and nobody believes me when I say I did NOT cancel the order, nor was it delivered. And I have sent them the screencap from the app. I have now filed a complaint with my bank.

    This is most pointless app because you can not register to use this service if someone else previously had your phone number. So if you are a t mobile or at&t user Uber eats is pre loaded on the phone so if you purchase a new line then this app will be unavailable to you. The mobile number should not be linked to your account for service. What a big big brain fart by whoever made this app

    Why can't ubereats provide a clear and accurate phone number! Hi I'm a gold member and both today and yesterday the app has been giving me problems. It says I'm too far from everything. I'm at my home address that I always use. It allows me the maker the order but not check out. I guess I'll have to continue to use other delivery services until this issue is resolved. I'm so unhappy with never being able to fine a correct phone number to customer service for this company. Not happy

    Broken, the app doesn't load past the address search Deleted cache and app data. Tried to open the app, same issue. Logs me in with my Uber username and still didn't search for address, same issue. I had to choose to log in as different user, provided my same account username and password and that logged me in the app. The URL for support does not show how to request support. It has pre-canned responses for different issues, couldn't find the app support area.

    The search experience is bad, the quality of the app is bad, with serious bugs to login. But worse than that are the service and the customer service. I used this app twice, the first time they delivered to the wrong person and they made me go in rounds before they told me that I couldn't get my food, I got a refund but my night was ruined. The second time I received less than what I ordered and the support response was "sorry sometimes it happens, we won't refund you".Better use the competitors

    Edit: I had to delete all data (not just cache, but it's back to working. Thanks! The app does not work anymore. It never gets past the enter new address page (even though my address has been in it forever). Nothing happens when you hit search. I uninstalled and reinstalled and am having the same issue. Fix it please!

    The app worked great for me. The food arrived in the time the app said it would. It was nice being able to watch the drivers progress! I did have an issue and received the wrong food and ended out having to get it myself. However, I complained and had a response right away and was even credited my money back and then some. So I will definitely use the app again in these times of need.

    If you have an issue an need customer support, it is virtually impossible to get any help. The only help they offer is a very limited FAQ. EDIT: In response to the developer's inquiry for more details, essentially I had issues that I later learned were caused by me having duplicate accounts. It would be nice if there were a way I could have gotten help directly in the app either via chat with or sending a message to support. Added one star to my since the developer reached out.

    Cannot access app, it ask me for my location, everything is greyed out. It will not go any further. It's been like this for about a month now. Then yesterday I was charged for Eats Pass and I cannot access the app to even cancel it. I went online to see if I can cancel it and it said do it on the app. I CANNOT ACCESS THE APP. I've uninstalled it a reinstalled it and still the same thing. It's never worked the best but come on.

    Little to no communication as to why it's taking so long when it's late. High delivery fees and high service fees. The eats pass is bogus because you have to spend $15 to even use the pass, guaranteeing that you'll spend at least $16. The add a tip feature before placing your order is lying about the prices. The 10% tip is actually 15% and so on. Do your math to manually calculate your tip! You can't adjust the tip like it says you can, so make sure you're certain before submitting your order!!

    App constantly crashes. There are some thing I can do, such as tapping "More Info" next to a restaurant's address, that ALWAYS result in an app crash. Other times, it will just crash seemingly at random. I know it's probably just because I'm hungry, but am quite angry right now.

    The app itself was ok and working fine for a while. However, after the last update is force closes on me randomly and doesn't appear to be working at all. What sucks is the service. Drivers randomly cancelling orders, not able to find addresses, food arriving cold, food arriving wrong, etc. I know it's hard to control quality with something like this, but it's just bad. Other similar apps have their issues, but nothing like Uber IMO.

    I would never use this app again. First off, I tried that get a hold of support. And all I got was a random message about COVID19 and delay. When I connect to someone they end the chat right away. When we finally got a hold of someone he didn't listen to me and ended the chat. I have been trying to contact someone about my order that I didn't get everything ordered so I can get a credit but no one is getting back to me. Skip the dishes at least has a live chat and they take care of us.

    This app is extremely jank and doesn't let me place orders. I am trying to use it as a user w/ a company that comps lunches. 1) I had trouble logging into my uber account, finally got that sorted 2) had trouble joining my company; took 24 hours and multiple reloads/relogins/reinstalls 3) Could not place an order within my company's window 4) Cannot complete an order with my payment method (credit card) Maybe uber rushed this to try to compete with other food delivery services, but none of the others that I've used have anything close to as bad of an experience.

    Good infrastructure but a lot of annoying in app experiences. Remove topping section is confusing. When I read that I assume I should only select items I want removed, but the restaurant often does the opposite. Promotions are extremely irritating. The promo box will say one thing, but the details say another. I'll add items so my subtotal meets the requirement only to find the promo requires as much as $10 more than specified in the promo. Commence backing out items, etc.

    It was a good app when I first started. But it feels like I have to update it every 5 seconds now for it to even function properly. It crashes a lot, has weird glitches such as items or restaurants (sometimes everything) being "currently unavailable" for days, not being able to order, getting to check out then have the app clear and go back to home page. Long story short it feels like it doesn't function anymore, or at least the chance that it does are stupidly low. You can do better, so do it.

It's stuck on the "Delivery Details" page, no matter what I do, I can't put any address in or get to any different page. Even after reinstalling. Very odd.     It's so frustrating that a refined app using GPS can't accurately locate my house for your drivers. It has happened consistently on every order(10+) that your driver is a full block over, lost and confused, going in circles while our food gets colder. It's a simple neighborhood off a main road and Google Maps knows exactly which house is mine. Why is your app unable to pinpoint it? There are no other means within the app to notify you. No "contact us" Help section is not helpful in this case.

    I would give this more stars but... okay, so. This app is great. Nothing wrong with the home screen, places, or anything. The problem is that whenever I go to my cart, it either refreshes everything, or crashes. I can't order anything and it's really annoying. Please fix this!

    Can't do anything in the app. It asks for my address, I try typing it all sorts of ways and whenever I submit it, I'm told "Error fetching location search results." My location data is on and everything. It seems ridiculous that Uber is a company that relies so heavily on location data, but the app can't do anything location related.

    Overall, the app is polished, reliable, resumes properly if I closed it in a variety of screens, and promoting places and particular meals is helpful, especially if it means the delivery is free. 👌🏻 The only criticism I have of the app, is that I wish there was a thumbnail image next to every option available to order. I am a visual person, so having visual aids would help me much more in making decisions.

    Whenever I try to use it, it just gives me the option to enter a new address. I don't have one to enter! It worked fine before the recent update! 4/24/20: I cleared the cache and it still doesn't work. I tried to contact support, but there's nothing that covers this on the website and it tells me to contact support in the app - which isn't working.

    Lately this has been awful! The app is defaulting to restaurants super far away even though we have the exact same ones within a 5 mile radius of my home. The meals are coming cold. Drinks are melted/flat. The last driver spoke no english and refused to listen! The app is not giving the option to cancel orders at any point. Literally I try to cancel 2 seconds after placing and they say no the driver is already headed to pick it up. I'm disputing this last one with my bank! No customer service!

    I'm not happy at all about the app. They said " welcome back, sign in to continue Enter your password" so i did that and it said " The password you've entered is incorrect" I pressed i forgot my password the next thing they said " Enter the email address you used to register" then i wrote my Gmail after they said " This email isn't associated with your mobile number I'm really shocked because i never used uber eats before its my first time😒😒

    My wife and I have tried to use this app many times. And three out of five times we have used it, its been horrible. The last time we waiting over a hour + for our food to even be picked up. When it finally was and was on the way it was canceled by the driver. The bad part is it was only three minutes from my house!!!! There lack of customer service and the inability to track the drivers like you can with the regular uber app is just two reasons its been so bad.

I thought it was an error on my part, but when I went to order again, using the same gift card since the gift card was not charged earlier, I got an error stating it was already used.

    Had to remove my card because the system kept saying it's invalid even though I can use it anywhere else just fine. And while it's not an app issue, per se, there's no customer service option for people ordering so I'm putting this here. Uber charges too much for taxes on both Uber and UberEATS. They charge about 3.5x what it should be on top of delivery fee and tip.

    1st and last time I will ever use this app! I put my information in, including details on how to get to my home. app told me Brian was on his way with my food. No one ever came. I had my phone next to me in case there was an issue. it never rang and I never recieved any notifications. Suddenly it says my order is cancelled?! No attempt to notify my why! Guess Brian just gets a free $42 meal and I get to eat...crackers? Maybe? It says I wasn't charged, but I don't see the money back in my account

    App crashes if switching between apps, and I have to reput the whole dishes in the cart. Other reason for the one star review is the lack of precision in GPS localisation vs.the impossibility of pitting the whole address of choosing leave at door delivery option. Horrible. Late edit: performed the cache cleanup, but due to the fact you're stopping the service, I have uninstalled the app. 5 stars +1, the average for my user experience is 3 stars.

    The app has never worked successfully for me. The first few days I had it, it just errored when trying to enter my address. Since that issue was fixed I've attempted to order twice, both times the order was for at a later time and the order was placed, then only as soon as the delivery window had finished did the app notify me that the order was not confirmed so I would not receive anything. I suggest downloading Deliveroo which actually works or Just Eat. Don't bother with Uber.

    Update. Sometimes it just gets stuck on the page that asks your address. You cannot get past that. You hate to uninstall and reinstal the app. Very annoying! Also those vouchers they spam your email with almost never work. You apply them but nothing changes. If you try to apply them agin the app says you cannot apply it again, even though the promotion did not work. Anyway, don.t put to much faith in this app. I went hungry on many occasions because of this it.

    Just had an error saying "Uber Eats keeps stopping". Tried closing all apps and restarting my phone but that didn't fix it. I had to uninstall and reinstall for it to open. Also had issues with my map pin- until recently it was incorrect compared to my actual address. It was frustrating to not be able to choose my map pin and has caused confusion with drivers to the point where I have to include delivery instructions so they don't get lost. Pin is fine now somehow, though I changed nothing.

It just will allow me to start a new account but not use prior. Well I'm not going to make another email so I can have a second account with you. If you can't simply allow people to use the app you're a worthless app. TO DEVELOPER : It's not my problem so I'm not going to make an extra effort! Fix it! You loss money!

    In 2018 the Uber Eats app gave me numerous headaches after an update logged me out and wouldn't let me login. They fixed the issue after a month of complaining. I gave them another chance and successfully got two orders through 2020. One fine day I felt very hungry and needed a meal this app fails in the worst way possible..."invalid payment method"...and it was the exact same account I used before on the previous two orders from not too long ago. They finally fixed it though.

There so far has been no fix and customer service has not given me an answer 3 days later. Clearing cache, force stopping, and deleting app and reinstalling does nothing. Will be deleting for good, not worth the headache.

    The app and service works great when your food arrives. If it fails to deliver, the customer service is pretty bad. It takes 30 minutes chatting with customer service (they are slow to respond) to get a refund. And then once you get the refund, you have to reorder it. The only discount is 10 dollars on your next order after all that. In my opinion, your order should be comped for the delays if this happens.

    The app gets stuck at the 'Delivery Details' screen when I launch it. The screen is blank with a search text box and doesn't show my existing delivery addresses. Moreover, the search box does search for any address I type. There is no way to get out of that screen. The app is basically useless.

    It definitely has its glitches but overall it's a good app. Many times it shows me a restaurant as available until the last second then says it's out of range after I decide on my order, the tracking on the map sticks a lot and isn't accurate, delivery fees aren't always visible on the app nor website until you go to place an order which is odd. Support and help is damn near not existent when you have an issue. That's the most frustrating part.

    Maps feature isn't accurate, the driver was 15 minutes late because the directions where not correct. The user experience is lacking. They have restaurants listed that you can't order from, and you can't use multiple promos or gift cards on the same transaction. Save the money and just do it all your self.

    the fact that you have to go through the uber app and delete any previous payment options because the uber eats app doesn't even let you choose one, and always uses the first on the list (aka the oldest, usually expired), is the stupid design flaw that has made me not use them like 5 times now. also a 15% service fee that drivers don't get is just bull, and way too much for an app that doesn't even work right.

    The app never seems to work right. I have tried orders over and over and get all the way to the cart when Uber eats pops up "an item is no longer available". Like Chick-fil-A really ran out of french fries? It has happened several times with different restaurants. I gave up on the app after it happened several times causeing me to miss the window to order my lunch at work

    Too many glitches. Recently the app would not allow me to tip. I waited until after the food was delivered and then it wouldn't allow me to add tip. I've tried searching and there is no help! About a month ago, I also had to restart the app because it froze and would not let me delete items in my cart. I expect more, especially to get some real help. The Help section is a joke, as there is no way to contact someone for help. I'm really hoping that someone can help me get a tip to the worker.

    Ridiculous. I updated at the end of March and it no longer worked. It won't let me look ar restaurants or anything. It asks for my delivery address, but it doesn't read my location. My location is on & it has permission. I type in my address & it doesn't know where it is. It worked prior to this update just fine. I have deleted and just today reinstalled & it still doesn't work.

    Pretty good, never really have any issues, though the gps sends drivers to the back alley rsther than the parking lot of my apartment complex. Drivers are always curteous and stuff, and the contents are never messed up or jostled. I'd say this is a good app, personally i prefer it over grubhub, i just wish it had a wider breadth of resturantes, I'd kill to have wendy's delivered to my house but, cant aleays get whatcha want. If you want burger joints, especially McDs or BK, this is your app.

    The app was working okay but it does have glitches. Now I can't see the car when it's driving so I have no idea when they're going to show up. This is a huge inconvenience and then sometimes it just crashes for no reason. Please get the car back on the map so you can anticipate your delivery.

    My newer credit cards have the numbers/date on the back, and the "scan" function is unable to identify that newer layout. This is normally just a small inconvenience but in this case it requires I scan my card to verify it even after manually inputting the data. Sadly, this makes the app unusable for the time being, I hope there is a fix soon.

    App charged incorrectly my credit card instead of the meal ticket, even though I had the meal ticket selected. Tried to contact uber support, but the phone support could not help me in any way and the app support didn't even respond me whatsoever. I just wanted to change the charge to my meal ticket, pretty sure that's not hard to do. Really can't recommend the app if I can't even know how am I going to be charged. I'm still waiting for some kind of compensation.

    Stupid app I swear, there is no option to delete your old expired card and when you add new credit card there is no option to make it default and finally when I need to order something it shows me at the end last 4 number of one of my credits card and when I tap to change it nothing happened I need to restart the app so many time until it's finally respond and make me choose with what card I need to pay, and I'm using samsung Galaxy s10 plus I never have problems with any other apps!

    Every time I go to order. I will fill up my cart with food then proceed to checkout & it clears my whole cart out and pops me back to the main screen. It's been doing this for 2 days. Also tried the same order probably 10 times in a row. Havent been able to complete any transaction or order. Very frustrating and very disappointing.

    The app is gr8 and works fine for me. Yesterday it was crashing at checkout but a quick uninstall and install fixed it. Unless Im missing something, there is no way to check your wallet. I had one customer service experience and it was horrible, it seems you can't get a hold of anyone with no chat service or direct phone number. Overall its not bad app just needs a hell lot of improvements.

    Has worked very smoothly for the most part. Sometimes a restaurant forgets to mark options as out of stock, but it didn't prevent me from getting my food ultimately. Communication functionality for reaching the drivers works really smoothly, but I'd like to be able to contact / be contacted by the restaurant in case there's an issue with my order. Would like to see a bit of improvement in how up-to-date the map is. Sometimes I'm not sure how long ago the driver's current location is.

    I've been using uber eats for a very long time. I never had any issues like I've been having for the past 2 days or so where the app just crashes & closes. I uninstalled and installed it again and now it won't even let me log back in to my account. It's very frustrating because I use the app A LOT especially lately more than usual because I send food to my parents that way as well who I can't see lately. This is very frustrating but Doordash has now been getting my business these past few days.

    The app keeps suggesting restaurants several miles away from me when the same restaurant is a few blocks away and currently open. Why isn't distance an option on the search parameters? It says it needs my address to find food for me. That clearly isn't the case when I'm getting options that don't make sense.

Asks me to continue as me, I tell android to allow location, but then it takes me to the box to search address, doesn't allow me to search or to click allow on location underneath. Galaxy s10 5g.

    I purchased a gift card and applied it to my account ....then it disappeared. I cannot find the credit nor will it give me an option to apply my gift card. Then when I try to re enter the card number it says it's been applied BUT I never used it. I'm so confused I would like $50 credit on my account OR tell me where my giftcard can be applied and used......... so frustrating when it's 830 at night and you have 4 kids waiting for dinner and my giftcard was not letting me use ......

    The app works fine. Im giving it 1 star because the customer service side of uber is probably the worst customer service I've ever experienced. If you have a specific issue, DO NOT expect it to be resolved. They will NOT read any message you sens them. They will strictly respond with copy and pasted messages, even if it has no correlation with your message. On top of that, there is no number to actually speak to a human if you are a customer. Truly a 0 out of 5 customer service experience.

    Great experience so far. They've been so good during this whole pandemic. The divers are timely, the GPS is pretty good, and there's been little trouble in finding my apartment, which is wonderful all on its own as I live in a big complex and there can be some confusion in finding the right entrance.

    I've been using this app since I was pregnant in 2017 and it's been a blessing. But the last couple weeks it hasn't been working at all. At first it wouldn't accept any of my payments even tho they were/are valid. Now it won't go past enter an address. It works fine on my computer. But I miss being able to use the app on my phone it was definitely more convenient.

    I love the app. My only problem is that when I have been in the middle of rating driver/food and the app closed, I was not able to go back and finish my rating. There is no option to return to the rating once you re enter the app. If this happened on the original Uber app, I'd be able to go back to that driver/experience and rate them.

    Worst app ever, not user friendly. Download the app, it asks your telephone number, but obviously this is my first time using the app so i don't have a registered account. It just keeps telling my account has no password but also does not redirect me to a screen to register or set up an account and password. Do developers of apps not test their own apps to see what the general public have to deal with before you put it out there for ppl to use, i mean its common sense. Frustrating !!

    The app has become EXTREMELY glitchy, lots of bug, and server errors. The same pages are reloading multiple times. Support is impossible to reach because of the volume. The app placed a duplicate order while showing me a server error which resulted in two charges to my card. SUPPORT RESPONDS AN HOUR LATER SAYING I SHOULD OF CANCELLED RIGHT AWAY BUT I COULDNT BECAUSE THE APP SHOWED NO AGENT WAS AVAILABLE VIA CHAT SUPPORT UNTIL WAY AFTER THE DAMAGE WAS DONE AND THE ORDER WAS DELIVERED.

    I can't even get past the first step of adding an address as it won't search for any address that I add. Tried the fix that Uber suggested . No dice. I'm going to any more effort with this app. Certainly not going to spend hours on any help line to try and get it fixed. I will use other similar apps instead.

When i ordered some food this app didn't show me the maps of the courier and just suddenly that courier said im here and i try to open that chat but it disappear and no one there when I went down!!!! And they just charge me because this app said i haven't responded. And no one call me!!!! When i have complained, the customer service said they call me and wait 5 minutes?????????? Please!!!!!!!! How can you guys charged me when your app really bad!
