    The quality of this app and ease of use is awful. I am shocked, because I thought this was a legitimate and widely used service. Outside of the "activities" feed there are no useful sections. There is no way to see the total amount of funds you have at any given time. The "wallet" section appears to not exist, but it did in previous versions (according to Google searches). Going back as far as 6 years ago people were having problems finding their "wallet"!!

It won't even open the notification screen it just keeps saying "try again"... And after seeing all the other reviews I'm thankful this is my only problem, but scared to continue using them

Keeps saying no Internet connection when logging in to with draw money paid in by customers,when clearly there is a solid WiFi connection,you have to log in and out multiple times to to get PayPal to load up the correct screen and let you use the app! Always been a 5 star app till update, and even my 2 star rating is being generous I fee. Please fix as I use the payment app for customers all the time.

    ukraine I can't even log into the app. Keeps telling me check your information. But whats funny is the same information i enter on the app. I can enter on the website and get to my account. I have tried uninstalling the app to see if this would help. Nope still no working. I can not view my account with the app. I hope this is fixed soon!!

    вход Very user friendly. I love it and will always refer friends. Update: Always has that last click and I accidentally say my transfer of funds to my friend/family is for goods/services. Personally, I need a 'final answer?' click to ensure I am, I'm fact, sending funds for services rendered or to a friend/family. And I don't have time to call but I've needed a new card sent to me for months, but there is no option to have such a service provided. It's a HUGE inconvenience w/ no card.

    monobank Great app!! The only complaint I have is with their Mobile Check Cashing feature. Sometimes it takes the checks & other times it doesn't. There seems to be more times that it does not accept the checks. My main issue with them is the fact that I got all the way through the check cashing process where it had accepted my check but for whatever reason when it came time to write VOID on the check & take a photo of it, the app times me out & wouldn't accept it. Then I couldn't get it to redo it.

    stock It's scary just how dysfunctional this company is. I did the 4 payment thing. First two went fine. I had to update the payment method on the third payment cause the card was lost. Fourth payment comes around, they try the old card again. SURPRISE, it doesn't work. So. I called Customer service. Even though they have chat you can't use it. Tells you it's only available during business hours at 4pm. Cute. Calling them is an exercise in futility. You get someone you can't understand.

    что это Garbage app, I have been using PayPal for years, I got a new checking account and everytime I try to link it it says it can't, there are errors, security issues. And for the life of me I can't figure out how to contact customer service, just endless bots. I'm switching to CashApp, which already set up the new account and linked to my account in seconds. PayPal is awful and really needs to improve its customer service.

    регистрация I had my account taken from me and the email and password changed, their support center requires you to be logged in, the only other way to fix my issue is to call them, as of writing this I have been on hold for a total of 5+ hours. I dont have access to my account and whoever does is able to access my bank and all my money. This is a huge security risk and they are giving no help and just keeping me on hold, haven't talked to a person yet. Why is this so difficult to get help.

    це Poor coding for a "finished" product. It takes prolonged periods of time to get information. It constantly complains about not having a connection to the internet. Sometimes it won't get the local paypal account balance, but it might get crypto currency balances after a couple refreshes with it thinking there's no internet. It seems to want to use passwords from chrome, and will go as far as fetting the password for you to select. The password prompt goes blank on user password selection.

    I am at a loss as to what to say about the sudden and extreme turn for the worse PayPal has taken. I have several accounts linked to their service and I am terrified to see if these issues have cost me more than I can see: Please fix this horrific development before your customers lose any more than they already have. I personally am missing a good deal of money and stand to lose a lot more if this isn't fixed IMMEDIATLY.

    PayPal has been great... I've had a few hiccups but all in all been good. Until lately , Everytime I try to send from paypal to my bank account I always get an error saying no internet connection. I have service on my phone and have WiFi at home. I've turned wifi off, on back off again and still says no internet connection. Idk why PayPal won't load or allow me to transfer but I had to log in via the actual website and send it. The app isn't working for me. Fix please!!

    Up until this last update I loved the PayPal app but now it continues to say I have no internet connection when I do. I no longer see my balance of collected money nor a way to transfer that money to my account. When I click on "transfer to bank" it buffers for 30 seconds before again saying "no internet connection". What the heck did you do to an app that was working perfectly fine??? I have a roadtrip that I need the money fir and I can't get it! AWESOME UPDATE

    The app was fine, but there has been a log in error for about a week. I called the number that wasn't easy to locate. And after a 6 minute hold, the agent hung up. Their message center is not helpful and then when attempting to connect to a live agent in the message center, at noon, it tells me to try back during regular business hours? After being hung up on 2 times and calling 4 times to 2 different numbers I finally had someone that could check the login issue. Hope it gets fixed. We'll see.

    Easy to use and keep track of transactions. The only problem I've had is you can use the routing and checking number to receive money but not to send. If you have credit cards or loans that require that type of payment it will not work. I have another way to pay so it's not a problem for me.

    Addition of all these fees makes it much less attractive. Will be researching other payment methods. STILL don't like the fees, but like the app, the consistency, and the convenience. Find myself using it more frequently than expected. Can recommend it, just be aware of the costs. Solid service and secure.

    I've used the PayPal app for years and have never had a problem with it. Customer service is outstanding and the wait time is minimal, having only had to use it 1 time for fraud against my account (which PayPal handled with professionalism and courtesy towards me).     This app is horrible especially when you have problems. They provide a customer service number but expect no one to answer because they want you to rely on their message assistant that is clueless when dealing with a unique situation when you have a pending charge for over 5 days to place an online order and the company who I placed the order delayed processing because PayPal did not send my payment to the company and PayPal deduct it directly from my primary bank account. Do not download.

    Possibly the worst app experience I've ever had the misfortune to suffer through. And the customer service is atrocious at best. From the beginning paypal wasn't so bad. But now they teamed with INGO. Its undeniably the biggest let down. I had hopes for future dealings with paypal. As it sits now id rather use a coffee can stashed in my freezer to hold my money. Lol what a joke

    Horrible. Updated the app yesterday. Went to pay my rent today and every time I clicked on my password, it wouldn't do a thing. Had to create a new password. Hit send to send the money and PP tells me there is no internet connection. My internet connection is perfectly fine. There is nothing wrong with it. Got a notification that the money was sent but when I go in to look, it isn't showing up in my activity list as being sent.

    Great! They have the perfect security for my money to stay safe. Slow before on my older device. Now, with my new device... I've got no issues! Smooth transition from signing in, thru various applications. I can move money around to ensure that if someone did get my card or account number etc. I have it securely put away and I can move it whenever I want or need it. It's my own personal banking account. Love the app!

    App is often unreliable. Any real interaction needs to be done on DesktopPC. I now have a Google Pay account for those times when PayPal won't let me sign in or complete a transaction. For a company that makes so much money why is the customer service so non existent.

    Linked debit card worked for a few purchases (crypto). Now it's like my card isn't even accepted (Visa debit). No problem with my bank. Little to response from PayPal. Now the app won't even open. Unbelievable. Should have listened to advice of others. I won't promote others companies in a review. Still have a little integrity, unlike these huge corporations.

    I've been using paypal for a long time. but ever since I bought some crypto, the app has a very hard time opening. 75% of the time I try to open the app, the loading circle will just stop. and I have to hard close the app. the only way I have to found to fix this is to log into PayPal on my computer, restart my phone, then open the paypal app on my phone. I've even uninstall and reinstall it but nothing changed.

    For almost 2 months now, I have not been able to access the Credit portion of the app. I keep getting this HTTP Status 400 - Bad Request page error everytime I try to access the page to make a payment on my phone. But the fact that Credit is detached from from the rest of the service, makes this app just utterly useless at times. Just why?!?!?

    Paypal locked my account without a specific reason and told me that the funds that were left in my account will not be available for 180 days and I don't know why. When I did get in contact with someone, only through email, I get a general computerized statement. When I call and leave my number for a call back no one calls back. I sold an item through Facebook Marketplace and since that transaction my account has been locked with no complaints from my buyer I do not recommend this app to anyone.

    My account gets locked whenever I try to complete a transaction. Called customer service, was on hold for 40+ minutes 4 different times and only to be hung up on. Trying to complete a purchase on ebay and they tell me to wait 48 hours or purchase elsewhere. In the mean time I have sellers canceling orders for lack of payment. Worst customer service ever, they make pop copy look god

    My card got blocked on PayPal apparently for no reason even though I could still use it in any other circumstance. That wouldn't be such a big problem if I got an answer or some sort of support, but the only help/troubleshooting I got was from the FAQ which doesn't apply to my case. The request for support is always answered with "All our agents are offline. Please try again during business hours". Long story short: I had to cancel my transactions.

    Worst service to wire money bank to bank, transactions get canceled automatically and no one notify you. Customer service over the phone is terrible always have a no ready for you, and you have to repeat a minimum of four times the same information, since they claim that for security reasons information must be verify over and over. No longer work the time or effort, supervisors ask multiple times same information, also they use generic answers to move on. No resolution provided at all.

    There's no reason this app should be this clunky. I downloaded it and attempted to log in. It forced me out 3 times in a row before I just switched to my laptop. I tried to set up a cash account to buy crypto and the page explaining fees is formatted such that you can't read it. Later I tried to use it to buy crypto and it lets me select which account to use but doesn't have a "next" or "go" function. It just stops. Why would anyone create this bad of an app?

    This app is impossible to navigate because it's constantly lagging. I have not tried sending money to a friend through PayPal without trouble or worry arising. With my other banking app, it's very easy to use and has never failed me. I'm glad I do not get my Direct Deposit through PayPal or I worry transactions will only come out as they choose. It makes me never want to send money to my friends using it because it's so frustrating to use, but it's the only universal choice we have.

    I would never recommend this app to anyone. For 3 months I tried to navigate your broken app to transfer my funds. The "contact us" button does nothing, there's no clear way to even know what the problem is. "There is an issue with your account" or "There was a problem on our end" doesn't help at all. Fixed it by just using the internet browser instead of the app. So broken

It's super easy & super quick ... the best part is that there are ZERO fees to send money like there are when using Western Union. I LOVE PAYPAL!!!!

    Customer service is helpful, but the app sucks, the interface is miserable, youll get charged more fees than money you'll use, and you can't transfer funds to a bank account without upgrading to a premium version. Find other ways to pay bills or help family. This isn't worth it.

    Wow. Dishonorable. Paypal can't even get their stuff together and fix it lol. The problems folks are describing have been going on for a while and nothing has been done. I've been trying to make payments all morning to PayPal but with zero luck. It just stops when its trying to load the very first screen. Pitiful to be honest. I still use paypal and always have. I have so many different logins that i can't just go to the website. Why would I? I have the paypal app? Apparently it means nothing.

    I haven't been able to cash a single check with this app, which is beyond annoying considering I ditched my bank to do everything via PayPal. I've reached out to their support team on this matter, and received no reply (though it says I should receive a reply within 24 hours). Also, every time I switch accounts (because I have two - one personal and one business) I have to confirm I'm not a robot, confirm my phone, and link my fingerprint. Every. Single. Time. An app should remember that stuff.

    Especially during the pandemic, I've appreciated the convenience PayPal offers in transferring money efficiently and inexpensively. Even birthday gifts are much easier to send, and safer too, I think, using PayPal. The virtual credit card that is part of the PayPal app is really handy for ordering take out and so many of the things that I would normally use a bank card for. PayPal is one of my most essential apps.

    Overall I find PayPal to be useful, and generally more secure than using my credit card for online purchases. However, I wish PayPal Credit was more upfront with how long it takes payments to reflect on your limit. I paid my balance in full 3 weeks ago, but my available credit is still only $900; my line of credit total is 1400. It shows a $0 amount utilized/due. If it takes a month for a payment to reflect in the limit, you should say that, rather than telling customers it only takes 8 days

    I am new to PayPal and tried to sign in. I put my mobile number. It will send a code to my mobile but it didn't. And when I pressed the 'Send code again' button, it said skip this for now! But there is no option to skip I need to make a PayPal account to get my money on April 3 but it doesn't work. Please fix soon and reply! I am from Nepal, so I also wanted to ask if its only that problem in my country as it is not so developed country, but I have a good phone so it should have worked!!!

Ive already done the turning your phone on and off again, I've uninstalled the app but now im faced with it in the constant state of "pending" as it attempts downloading..     Express transfer $8 no issues. Standard free 1-3 day transfer... impossible. Re-link my bank account, Error no internet, temporarily not working due to incorrect information, failed to verify. These are just some of these errors. Finally PayPal platform found my bank account and before transferring they asked to punch in 6 digit verification code sent to my phone. After 5 minutes no text, clicked on resend.. 5 minutes later no message, hit resend again. Security blocked!

    App and service have gotten objectively worse; I've been forced to change my (very secure) password multiple times, the app signs me out completely every couple months, and to make matters worse, it won't work with password autofillers, deleting the password the second Lastpass types it in, forcing me to manually copy and paste it in.

    Cannot currently log in. I have it set up to where I click on my email and it will autofill password. Tried several times this morning and it glitched. Entered password manually. Didn't accept. I know it was the right one, because I have it written down. Tried adding a new phone so I could get rid of the old one on there. Got a message saying "we don't accept this type of number." Then I try and email the issue, and guess what? They say if I need help go login. THAT'S MY ISSUE! I CAN'T LOGIN!

    PayPal may hold on to your money and the other person won't get it within a reasonable time. Once I waited an entire month while PayPal loligaged with my money and my friends suffered because their house was burnt down. Not to mention that trying to get a real person on the phone at PayPal to remedy the situation was darn near impossible. Sorry it was impossible. So 2 stars because my friends eventually got the money but they got it too late!

    After update the app is just moving around settings trying to set it on Hebrew language with no chance of changing it to English inside the app... Upd: The only way to make this app work - changing Russian language of the device to English, uninstalling app, reinstall and then you've got a working version. Well good luck with QA work done right, Paypal. Rating it 1, until it's fixed.

    I think for this service to be in business as long as it have, i expected the app to be better than what it actually is. The options are very limited, customer service is almost like uber. No direct reply. I hope their working on improvements because it's crazy that Facebook is more put together than they are. I just don't understand.

    This app sucks!! It will not let you stay logged in and makes you do captha security check every single time. This has been stated in previous reviews so they clearly do not care to fix it!! Also the .50 fee they charge to do literally every transaction no matter what it is ridiculous!!

    Had trouble loging in so went to reset password, the code would not send to my phone. I hit resend and it glitched sending me back to the login, tried again and they wanted to confirm my email, typed it in hit confirm and a page popped up, 'sorry we couldn't confirm it's you'. Went to call customer support but I need to LOG IN, before I can contacted, CUSTOMER SUPPORT.

    As others have stated I have used PayPal for a very long time. It was dependable and used to have excellent customer service. Not feeling good about PayPal anymore. When I try to make a PayPal credit payment from my phone I get bad request. I have made payments from my phone for years. Trying to access customer service is all but impossible. No matter what device I log in from I have to click trust this device even though it's the same device I always use and I'm using my fingerprint! Fix it!

    PayPal app is useless since the pandemic! Continues to not recognize passwords though it's been changed several times. Fix your app that no longer works!!! Been a long-time user but lately PayPal has done something to their app and mobile website. Been trying to log in with no success. Can't get past the authentication stage, reroutes me back to log-in. Very frustrating...UUUGGGHHH!!! No PayPal it's not the registered users...IT'S YOU!!!

    This app used to be awesome, very convenient and easy to use. Well not anymore, I've been having trouble with this app and can't get ahold of anyone to help me find out what's wrong.     What's is up with this app! Notifications don't work I try to go to it a big triangle come up with red! Then I don't get alerts when I get an invoice, now we have to pay a fee to pay people that's just insane to me, I've been trying to get in contact with these people for the longest and it always says call back during hours when is the hours, like I said no alerts come up and no help from anyone and now I'm being charged a fee what in the world happened y'all.

    Became unstable on my Android. From Nike shop to pay is unbelievable complicated. Always requires indications but neither of variants are working (through PayPal app or SMS). Then suddenly I cannot log in again into my PayPal account anymore. Not easy to find Log out in the app, if you find then each time after log out it requests a fingerprint indication. 😅. Catastrophe.

    I keep having to type in my password or pin because the fingerprint sensor never stays linked. As soon as I log in EVERY SINGLE TIME it asks me if I want to link my fingerprints, I click yes, then it's the same thing next time I get on. Honestly so frustrating I'd give 1 star, but otherwise I use it often and wish I didn't have to go through all this BS every time

    I've been using PayPal pretty faithfully for a few years. The only complaint I ever had involved merchant disputes, but the essential functions that were advertised always worked perfectly for me... Until today, when I found that if you are a working class stiff who can't afford a phone in your name, you'll never be able to connect your card to GPay, which is needed to make mobile purchases like food orders and others. There are many ways to verify someone's identity. This needs to be changed.

    App takes forever to open or gets stuck in loading 🙄 I use to Love PayPal. But now they changed it So much apparently they want to make it better for Us but doesn't look so. The App lags,glitches,bugs take a long time to load. For now sending money from bank is ok. But to leave a balance in PayPal and depending you have to be Identified which luckily I was. I wish they let me use my credit cards for some transfers. Also some transactions takes a whole week to process WAY Too long.

    The only app on my phone that loads forever!!! Then it will freeze. Iv uninstall and install and no luck. 4 days ago from this review I had a unauthorized transaction and i dispute it and called. I was on hold for 75 minutes before I hung up. Estimated time at the beginning of the call said 30 minutes! Hours go by and I get a email saying that they will look into the dispute in 7 to 10 business days! So I'm out $98.99 until/maybe/probably not I Get money back.

    This app is absolute garbage. It is prone to awful glitches that can keep you from important financial tasks. The wait time to speak to an agent over the phone is 2+hours, and twice now they hung up on me, causing me to have to wait again. This app and this company are unreliable and well beneath the standard needed to be trusted with one's money. As soon as I get my issue resolved I'm switching to another money app and never using this one again. Absolutely AWFUL.

    Something to do with EU guidelines messes things up entirely. I don't like that I have to constantly log-in every few odd hours; the user should have the choice whether they want auto sign-out or not. I am more than fine with the security layer on my phone protecting my Paypal account and I've had no issues even at the dawn 4-digit pin let alone this face recognition technology we have of today. Come on Paypal, be sensible and give the users the rights to what they feel is necessary.

    I love PayPal!! They have kept my identity safe for online shopping for over 6 years. I feel comfortable shopping online, sending money to friends, and getting my paycheck with the direct deposit to my Paypal Cash card. They make it very easy to transfer my money not only to my Paypal account but also to my other banking accounts, and now I can even pay my bills directly from the app so I don't ever need to write a check again. Thank you PayPal for everything your doing to keep my money safe.

    I've always been a big fan of PayPal but, recently it seems I can't ever instant transfer any money to my bank without it being placed on a 72 hour hold which is frustrating 😕. If I didn't intend to use that money for something right away I wouldn't initiate an instant transfer to begin with. Customer service did explain why but, added it will only happen once. It happens every single time now. Give me my money!! Lol. 3 stars until then.

    This app is antiquated. Not good for my type of business (remodeling and repair). I have to wait 21 days for the first part of my transaction aka part, and material money. Then another 21 days for my final pay. And if you are a first time user it's even worst. Paypal also ninja style makes you have to use the app it in order to become a "trustee". So that funds are available "faster". Four of my customers already change out of paypal. Other apps are way easier than this one.

    I'd advise users to be careful as there's fraudulent sales people allowed to use the service with no consequence. Customer service is hit and miss whether you get anyone willing to help. Photographic proof of fraud but they chose to allow the seller to use there services to rob people. Kind of scummy to be honest. The app is adequate I guess.

    Sadly if you get a card through the mail this app does not recognize the name and card number as its product. You have to only get the app as a usable form of using the money. I have had a PayPal account in my bank a virtual wallet neither can you download money into or out that wallet. My bank tells me PayPal won't let it go to my account to transfer funds to my bank account.

If you want to keep all your cash, or NOT provide them with ID and password to your bank accounts, good luck. Not sure if it's the app or paypal themselves but they need to address this issue.     It has always worked flawlessly but the last update sux. Everytime I login I am asked all credentials, user name, password, pin and then asked to link my finger print. This is every time and it's pointless to submit my finger print for log in because it apparently is broken because I am asked to do it at every login, even after I have already done it. I've rebooted , un installed, re installed and tried numerous times only to have the same end result. Please fix this paypal!

    Quick, easy and cheap way to send/receive money when needed and the fees are much lower than other prepaid cards and accounts.     If I could give 0 stars I would. PayPal has just become so irrelevant and unable to even use. The app glitches and doesn't let me into my account. PayPal itself has no option for any customer service. At no point am I able to call a physical person. PayPal had also closed my account as I was under aged when I created PayPal ( 6yrs ago there was no age limit of over 18). I can not delete the account or reopen it but instead have to create a whole new email just to use pp yeah no thanks.

Literally having to wait 10 days to have access to the money that my brother sent me to help me out! They wanted to verify that he his good but there were no goods to receive!! With that said, I did have a bunch of fraudulent charges by scamming companies that continue to charge you after you have unsubscribed and made sure to cancel subscription, and PayPal got all of it back no questions asked

They also did not inform me that this was happening, and it says on their site that you will receive an email stating that this was happening, and why.     So to my surprise ......PayPal has no issue opening a account transfer funds to it....but when it comes time to move your money they find that security issues with your account and ask you to upload your info into a system that always has issues uploading.......very vary bad Company....defo moved your money out of PayPal .....many many...companies do the same thing that PayPal does ...dont fall into the same trap ......

Other times it's caused some real inconveniences such as transferring money from my bank account to PayPal, pay pal will hold the money for 5 days before making it available. Same as transferring from PayPal to cash app or vice versa. You have to really be careful.

    When I transfer cash to my paypal card it's taken from my bank but still can't use it because it takes over 3 days to verify (once again) it's me, It's time for a change(see Venmo; Cashapp). When I load my card I expect my funds to be there. Not get embarrassed at checkout when I have to dig in my wallet for another card because it's not. For as long as I've had PayPal (years) you'd think they would know it's me. Especially since my bank is still the same bank it's drawn from since day one.

    I never used paypal before and only just downloaded it this week and it keeps annoying me to say the least. It keeps saying that my cards cannot be used, its denying me at every turn. I was told that there was a "wallet" feature similar to cashapp but its nowhere to be found.     PayPal Crypto support is great, wish they had Algorand though and the new virtual key card is amazing except the key doesn't work with Paypal Credit! All the products PayPal offers through Synchrony sometimes get annoying because when they stop working PayPal points at Synchrony and Synchrony points at PayPal for the blame. Support in general is not very good...

My information was all acceptable at this point. Only hours later another email saying " you can no longer do business with PayPal.     Paypal's service is non-existent, and when you do manage to get assistance they can never seem to resolve anything. Furthermore their app doesn't even work on my phone anymore. Can't pull up my credit line at all anymore, all I get is an apache error. I literally have to get on my computer and login through the desktop site if I want to check my credit line or make a payment. Pitiful.

    This has the MOST HORRIBLE customer service I've encountered online! My acct was always in good standing when a glitch occurred & I couldn't login to my acct. I've tried to fix this for years.     Be careful when selling high priced items because they will put your money on hold even if you have shipping information that indicates your packages are delivered. My item was delivered and it took weeks to get my money. Terrible customer service as well.

    Find alternatives unless when you send cash or have cash sent to you time isn't important. It will be a week to 21 days before antond touches that cash. As for customer service there isn't any - their phone number says open Mon thru Sunday and lists times (PST). I have called at least 100s times over the last month and have yet to find their customer support center open. As for sending money NEVER again. The holds are unreal and unnecessary. CashApp is my choice going forward No Brainer.

    Theirs a major problem with the game apps associated with PayPal & CashApp. When you go to redeem cash vouchers it says it's fine for a second that it's cleared and ready to be transferred to your PayPal account and the next it doesn't show up on PayPal at all. When I call them I am on hold for an average of 30-45 min and they tell me I need to contact the person that refunded to contact their bank.     I was sent a payment a week ago from my friend. She has sent payments exactly the same multiple times, and when I need the payment the most, I still have not recieved the funds. They have been pending for a week now. The funds were withdrawn from my friends account a week ago, so I'm furious, and so is she. I contacted customer service a few times and have been told different time frames, and when I asked for a refund they said it would be another week ontop of the one I have been waiting.

They'll place 3 week holds on your money without giving your prior notice or clearly explaining how to navigate their policies, which they will contradict and not honor depending on who at their company you're speaking with.     Hate PayPal! I used to use it all the time to send money. I had my bank linked to it and would send friends and family. Even paid fees to send foreign money over seas. I switched to Venmo when PayPal decided to "unlink" my bank stating I didn't confirm the deposits. I checked and there was nothing there. Now it won't link it again. PayPal is a waste!     I've always hated PayPal..first they sent correspondence in French, and denied it. Recently, I transferred some $400 to my PayPal cash card. I was slightly unglued when they transferred that money to an account I had no card or number for. I was told over and over, I tried to reason with them, that is my rent $, but PayPal said it had "suspicious" activity and sent me to the FRAUD DEPT (Really, Fraud??) it took weeks to find out it was an address issue... the end of PP for me. don't recommend!!

    Paypal has some nerve. Two weeks without a paycheck, because it was rejected in mobile deposit. The app crashed and I was unable to send VOIDED image in time, they flagged my check as a result. I had to wait to have a check reissued by my employer, because it was ruined and endorsed to paypal. I do NOT recommend using their mobile deposit.

    This app is no good to me if I cannot access what I need to within it eg. PayPal Credit. Apparently developers crammed in so much "other" that now instead of being able to go in to make payment, look at deferred purchases & details on those transactions it immediately throws Virtual Assistant in front with no way out of it to schedule payment in PayPal Credit.👎🏽

    PayPal is getting worst by the day, making my account was no problem but when I try to link my debit card to my PayPal account, it keeps on telling me that there is a problem,I also tried to add my bank account but it redirect me to a PayPal website, please🙏🙏🙏🙏 fix this problem as soon as possible, because I need to get my money through PayPal.

    I can't even begin to describe my frustration with this application! It refuses to allow me to use my checking account to pay for things or send money to friends! I've jumped through hoops just to link my checking account. And now I still can't use it? It's funny how the only option available is the one that costs money? I will do my absolute best to not use PayPal again!

    I've only used the app to send money to others or make purchases online. For those two options, the app is wonderful and very user friendly! I see many other options within the app to try if I ever have a need to use them. A versatile app!

    No star App does not work, passwords do not work. a waste of time to work with the app. i don't know which developer worked on this app, but if i was the client i would have asked for my money back. at least I deleted the app. saves memory space.

    Attempting to contact customer service is an absolute nightmare. Call wait times are up to 2 hours, the automated messaging system is a complete failure. I clarified who and why I was sending money to and they still refuse to finalize payment. Save yourself the headache and embarrassment and use other payments apps.

    All of the call center give busy signals.The app CRASHES everytime crypto window is opened. Then even using there service on a desktop it does the same. Their customer service is the worst. Spent a whole day multiple calls yesterday on hold for 2 hours for EACH CALL!!. It like the bank teller waving YOUR money in your face while sucking a lollipop behind a window. Do NOT USE THEM FOR CRYPTOCURRENCY.

    A Buggy POS!!!! It's slow as hell, filled to much advertisement, and it doesn't even show you current balance. My 90 year old grandmother could write a better app!!!

    Thus app is great! I feel totally confident using my PayPal account. They have great protection, its easy to send money to friends, as it is to send to stores, or to pay my bills. Total protection no matter what I do, my money is safe, I'm informed immediately on any transactions, I'd give it a 100 stars if I could.

    Google auto fill NOT WORKING ANYMORE. Customer service useless, help page helpless. Go to web, open PayPal login, download to your file app, upload to drive, add to home page. This gives you an onscreen icon that WORKS with Google auto fill. PayPal itself I give 5 stars, there app 0.

    Love having the option of using PayPal for online purchases and sending monies to family members. No problems, so far. I love that I also, receive a monthly summary of my payments. A nice feature.

    I hate this app. It's literally such a pain in my butt every time I open this app. There is ALWAYS something wrong with my account and I can't even put the money in my actual bank account.. I've set it up 2 times and it still acts a fool.. I hate this app so much.

    My account has been permenantly disabled after 11 years of having it. Email said it was created with "fraudulent or stolen information" which it wasn't. When I called to ask about what happened they literally couldn't get any information. They gave me some address I have to submit my request to the legal team in writing. Looked at my recent activity for fear that I got hacked. My purchases for the year has been 3 orders from Chick fil a and one order from GameStop. No idea what's going on.

    Newest version doesn't allow access to paypal credit account now. Put it back in! Also it continuously says no internet connection when all other apps connect to the internet just fine!

    Never had a single problem aside from the holds places on certain incoming payments. Says it's on hold bc I'm a new seller when I actually didn't sell anything, I was just being payed what was owed to me by friends for dinners/borrowing. Nothing sold at all, so can't get the hold removed by adding shipping info like it suggests. Aside from that issue, everything is pretty flawless with the app and services

    Please fix this app!!! For 2 months I've been having issues paying my PayPal credit on this app. Every time I login to make a payment, i get an error message. Other than that, I've never had any problems.

    It sayings no internet connection at the moment but i can see my balance on the desktop site. So either the app is down or servers are down. Hopefully this doesnt mess with my funds.

    What a Terrible Experience! I had a hold on withdrawals for 2+ week. After many emails, phone calls my account was locked or what they call their system security. I verified Identity & still blocked. Then finally they apparently allowed to transfer to a bank account only to find out they have daily and weekly limits of withdrawal on funds. And even worse I sent a transfer to someone through PayPal and they can't collect the funds for 6 days. Horrible App, Terrible! Read the fine print

    Great app when you need to send money to family and friends it only takes 10 seconds if you send paypal to paypal . Transfer money to your bank or debit card in seconds too! Once you try it you won't use another app.

    Soo many issues on your mobile app and it's very frustrating to use specially when you're outside US. Website kinda okay but the mobile app won't let me login and I don't know why. I have phone if you need sms OTP, my registered email, my browser as recent logged device, what more do you need? I really don't recommend this app.

    Login impossible There was a time where the app pushed itself to the background when I was about to receive my verification code, now I can't even get to the point where it asks me to solve the captcha, because then the app pushes itself to the background and kills my session every time!

    Nightmare. They have had my money on hold for over a month, then put a lock on my account that still has not been released after the issue was resolved. There is no such thing as customer support just a bunch of "click the box BS".

    Have had this app for a few years now. It's always worked good with no problems. The last week or so it is really messing up bad! I cant send money, I cant link a bank account and I cant buy cryptocurrency! Everytime I try to send money it asks me to link a bank or card, even though I already have my bank and 7 cards linked to my paypal! If I follow the instructions to link a bank or card it just sends me right back to the previous page. I could say alot more but dont have the space. Please fix

    I have used PayPal before. Wasn't as bad then as it is now. I can't get a reset password email from Y'ALL because there's a server problem on Y'ALLS end. I need to reset my password ASAP and I can't, this is extremely frustrating. ⅕ would not recommend.
