    Nothing but problems for the last few months, in one instance, the link between PayPal and Telstra crashed causing a double payment to be taken. The main issue, for the past 3 or 4 months, each time you try to log in via a link (payment link on any website) it rejects your password eventually requiring the password to be reset. If you then log in from a PC it does the same thing. If you reset the password on either app or website, it rejects it on the other platform.

    credit I have had an excellent experience with this app. I have not had one issue at all. The money is sent promptly. I read the other reviews and I haven't experienced any of those issues. I was able to change my address, and I always log in with my pass code with no problems. PayPal doesn't send you a code when you log into your account. Be ware there are scammers out there will portray being PayPal just to obtain your personal information. I went through that with cash app.

    stock I have been using PayPal for maybe a month and have had to change my password like 5 times already cause of unusual activity... what is happening? I need to know what that activity is so I can change something.. I hate that I have changed my password that many times when I know there was no unusual activity... explain this to me please! Its so frustrating. I have had nothing but problems so far. Its hard not to switch to venmo. Please message me and let's figure out what is going on. Thank you

    customer service Since I have gotten my PayPal card, it has been a very different and unique process to get my money as fast as possible. And I don't do these Rating Apps at all, so right now after using this app, I wanted to let others know how simple and easy the PayPal card is to use in general. A lot of people who do not have the card and just heard about it may say its whack. This card accesses real money fast with actual game apps that you can just find by searching. Try it out in my opinion.

    account The last few days have been terrible using or trying to use the app. Even the site is acting up, I had to create a new password every time I logged in, 4 times! And all because the check cashing option is not working...and worst thing is there seems to be no one who is willing to help the customer. No one is available to help the customer. You call and get auto disconnected all day. The help chat takes hours, and I mean hours to work through and they condescend immaculately.

    login I love it before but now I can no longer process any transactions due to update of the account. I need to update some information and they need to have a bill or any document as proof of residency. I don't have any bills thats under my name nor anything that proof that and it's already been 4 months since then. I only have this account for my work and send the money to someone. I still have remaining 11k php there and I can't use it. I call them and even email them but no help.

    phone number Most of the time it's a pretty good app. But one thing that should be rectified is the refunding page. Usually, I use the pc, but decided to try the app to give a partial refund, ended up giving a full refund as app kept bringing up the continue button in front of the amount to refund box and I accidentally hit it. Should redesign the page, the app, or add a confirmation screen so you can cancel and go back to the previous screen if mistake made. Please look into this.

    customer service number Good for small transactions. Though the published limit is 10k I wouldn't recommend it because they may tie up your money and then hassle you for info. Then when they finally notice you gave them the info which may take a good long while (hopefully they don't) they might actually release your funds. Meanwhile you won't be able to send or receive any money until you send what they want. I should have just made the 10 hr trip to pick up this money, it would have been faster and cheaper.

    app So useful! I have the debit card, which enables me to use my PayPal funds anywhere, not just where Google Pay is available. That was a life saver, because for the last 2 yrs, when I really needed to access PayPal and didn't have a bank account, none of the grocery stores had Google Pay! Also, I can send money to other PayPal members for free, and transfer money to my bank account for free (if I'm willing to wait 1-3 days for it to process).

    credit card For the most part the app is quite useful. There's significant fraud protection. Caveat: Every single time I struggle to see how to send money!! No easy way to add contacts. Cannot confirm your email using phone, you need to use computer so you can leave the verification field open and enter the code sent via text or email. As soon as you switch to the text or email that contains the code, the app closes! So you end up in this horrific cycle of never being able to verify email/password!

    Best app ever!!! Love this company! I had problems with antivirus company charging me when I already unsubscribed and they fixed me up in one day and got a full refund in 12 hours! Iv never and I mean ever had such an awesome experience! I'm a life long fan 🤟🙌. If I could leave more then 5 stars I'd make it an 10! Not even my bank is this quick in response and they are top notch in my book too lol. Thank you again!

    Overall app is great. Would give 5 stars if they still only charged .25 cents for instant transfer, no matter amount, but they started charging 1 percent for instant transfer, which isn't bad but was much happier paying .25 cents than doing the 1 percent. I try and not do instant transfer any more because of it. But other than that, I love PayPal and their app.

    No problems sending or receiving. I was afraid to use this type of money transfer on a new smartphone because I am 70 years old and I'm not very tech savvy...I thought it would be too difficult. Turns out I had nothing to worry about; super easy, immediate, and beats waiting for a check in the mail. I've gotten friends to download it after my recommendation, so we keep up with the times.

    Started out liking the app, but it's inconsistent with the website features to the point where their own customer support gets easily confused. Speaking of their customer support, it's horrendous. The auto messenger is the worst experience I've ever had with any type of customer support service in my life. And when you do reach a live person, they're condescending and totally unhelpful. And don't try to send anyone over $500 or they'll put a two week hold on it and claim your bank did it.

    I took back my five star rating because PayPal put a limitation on my account for God knows what and I'm doing everything to resolve the issue, but no one is helping me. My account has been limited since April/May. We're in the month of October now! They said "send proof of your name". I sent photos of my ID. They said "send proof of your social security number". I sent a pay stub dated within the last 12 months just like they asked. I'm tired of the run around. It's like they're playing with me

    I use this app all the time and it's extremely helpful for me and my family ❤️ it's easy to send and receive funds and I can leave a note and nearly no expenses are wasted. I didn't give it five starts due to the fact that there was 2 transactions that was completely wiped out after I paid my light bill and the payment was sent back because they said I entered the account and routing number incorrectly (which I did not) and the payment was sent back to my account but $346.27 was never returned.

    This app has been infuriating to use since I've installed it. I just got the app to send a large sum of money to a friend in another country and it forced me to send it in smaller transactions, ultimately making me pay over twice as much in conversion and transaction fees. Lo and behold, when this friend then tried to pay me back, it got put on hold because I'm a "new seller" and need to confirm my friend received their package- WHAT package?? I never said I was a seller? Just use venmo.

    Absolutely useless if you dispute a payment or want to increase your payment limit. I have a claim running because of non-receipt of a purchase. PayPal does not reply to my messages so there is no means of finding out the reason for the delay in settlement. This app is not user friendly! Eventually PayPal refused my claim even though I had not received items as ordered. Makes me think twice about using PayPal in future.

    ALL I wanted to do was instantly transfer funds into my account. I have two accounts linked but when I went to select the instant option the app required me to link a bank account or debit card. Why??!! So I went through the steps to do so and the account I wanted to transfer to showed it was "already linked." Well duh, I knew that!! So why all the extra steps?? I attempted to do the instant transfer again and I got the same results to repeat the same steps. Fix this please!

    Not able to remove old information that is no longer valid. Such as an old address. App says the old address is primary. Which is not correct. There is no way to delete old address. They say go to your web browser and manage your address there. I did that. The information in my browser is correct. But, it doesn't change or delete the old address in the PayPal app. I can delete any new address. But, I can't move the check mark from the old address to the new address so I can delete the old addres

    I have been using this app for years. It works perfectly and no issues. 2020 update. Still working. My only gripe is it won't accept my PO address. LOL. Its the only address I have. Post Office does not deliver mail in my Smallwood Hamlet. You must go pick up your mail at PO box. They will not deliver.

    Keeping your account safe is nice and all, but when it's so secure that I literally cannot purchase anything and have to constantly make new passwords that I can't remember it becomes WAY too much of a hassle than what it's worth. Not only that but I purchased a gift card from gamestop, they took my money and I received nothing. Absolutely abysmal.

    I find it infuriating that I have to link my bank account twice. Once for immediate transfers. Then all the same exact info to set up free transfers that take up to 3 days. Set up the immediate transfer a little while ago. Went to do a slow transfer and can't because the system is having issues. Why do I need to link the same account again though? Seems ridiculous.

    Bogus app. I first signed up for PayPal 10 years ago. I had confirmed my info, never did any actual transactions other than the confirmation part, and someone was already trying to use my account/hacked and I couldn't access it. I never tried to use it again. All these years later, I downloaded the app figuring by now they should have better security/access. After reading all these reviews, I see nothing has changed. Wow. I'll stick with Zelle. Deleting!!!

    I absolutely LOVE this app!! I know that I can safely purchase something online using my PayPal account, & what's even better, I can send someone $ & they get it right away!! The bonus...they can deposit the $ into their banking account right away😃 PayPal also sends you a digital receipt every time you buy or send $; it helps you keep track of your $. It's dependable, easy to use, & I can't say enough how safe it is....100x's more safe than simply using you credit card when purchasing online😁

    One star. In the past Paypal has been reliable and easy to use. Now all of a sudden since last night I cant send payments. My card is already linked but it tells me I need to link a new card and I do, then it tells me I have to link a cardagain and again and wont even let me go through with the payment. Your "customer service" is talking to a bot which gives no insight or help into the current matter. Fix the site and let users actually be able to use paypal. Whatever you changed change it back.

    Love this app. Super easy to transfer money between accounts and contacts! Love the Plan B feature where you can easily tranafer money in and out and hold money you don't want to spend or lose to an automatic withdrawal. Love the the ability to view all, or just incoming or out coming money and search bar to look up specific transactions is way too awesome. This app rocks!!!

    The app should give the user the exact same control as the website or more. This app has less options than its website. I have the app installed on my phone for about two years now, but 7/10 times I have to visit the website because what I want to do is not possible in the app. Examples: Adding new currency, closing a currency, converting currencies to one another, adding/removing a second account user for business accounts and also editing what the second user is allowed to access.

Your phone number won't even talk to a real person or even dispute it because your so called help line. I want my $480.00 back from whoever Peter is. I been hacked and u let some change my whole account. Now it's there's. Hello if u need to contact me or im going to the congress office and filing a cass of fraud and turning u for fraud.

    The changes to the Message Center of the app are THE WORST!!! The message your trying to view is confined to a tiny box in the corner of the screen with NO way to do anything with it... The actual web page version isn't much better - its still a small box that you can't enlarge to view the message better, but at least you can scroll to read the replies... NOT A GREAT THING - ESPECIALLY WHEN YOU HAVE AN OPEN CASE YOUR TRYING TO GET RESOLVED!!! FIX THIS ON BOTH PLATFORMS!!!

    Trash I will NEVER use this or recommend anyone else either. I've never heard of a place verify your phone number then turn around and tell you it's not even your number. Now I can't log in without a number and there's no option to add one without logging in and I can't log in without a number. Worst app I've ever had in my life. Wish I could give 0 stars

    Why in the name of hell do I now have to log into the website to make a credit repayment?! That's pretty much the only reason I have the app installed and has worked fine for years! So not only have you gone backwards, you've now made your own app redundant for people like me who only use it for credit repayments! Who signed that decision off?!

    The only UI that allows you to login without first asking to reset your password is the app. On a desktop, in the ebay app, paying for anything on ebay... basically anything outside of the app requires endless password resets. This service seems like a complete waste of time. Currently its quicker to pay directly with a credit card and to cut them out of the transaction.

    Every time it asks for the security check to confirm it's me to make an account, it says it sent me a code, but nothing ever comes through! I keep trying but nothing works and I need PayPal to get paid but it isn't working! And then, it just says "please skip this step for now" but there isn't any skip button, and it never sends the code!!! fix it!!

    I have not used this app extensively, but what I have done has gone smooth. There could be a warning that there is a fee if using a debit card instead of direct linking the bank account. That would allow people the benefit of knowing that PayPal is thinking in the customers best interest.

    What is going on with PayPal? The service is becoming unusable. Why do I have to change my password every time I want to pay for something. I use a password manager and there is nothing wrong with the details I am entering. Instead all I get is the highlighted message, ' Have you forgotten your password '. No I haven't, YOU HAVE ! This happens on Desktop PC as well as Mobile. Please fix this issue or I will have no alternative but to leave.

    I clicked on the balance, it showed my balance and that's it, there's no withdraw to bank account options in that screen or anywhere else and yes my bank is linked and it shows up in the app. I guess with this app I can look at my money on screen and appreciate the nice number and if I want to get it into cash I just have to use the pc

    Something has been up with this app lately. It doesn't ask me to log in when I open it and then instead of asking for my thumbprint it starts randomly asking me to type it instead. Sometimes it will let me see The Help Center sometimes it wont. It asks me to type my password every time i click help.. It's very unfortunate that I can't call PayPal right now because they're not accepting calls.

    Updated Review: If you want to change your phone number youre forced to do it on Desktop. But even if you successfully changed your number it won't work for security checks on the app. It acts like I don't have one one the account. I'm trying to access my mobile wallet but it wants a security check and instead of just emailing me they want me to use my phone number... BUT WONT ALLOW ME TO EVEN USE THE NUMBER ON MY ACCOUNT?🤣

    I just hate the app and the homepage! It's always so frustrating to use it. I always have to contact the customer care department, cause I cannot do simple things alone, like home address or telephone number change. Just fix it and make it user friendly.     I've been using it for almost half a year and I am satisfied with the service since I manage to transfer money to my bank account w/in a minute but today, I tried to transfer 10$ again since I just usually transfer that specific amount but got dissapointed since PayPal change the minimum amount transfer to 50$, Can you fix it PayPal please? More or less I would give it a 5 star but please fix it first. Don't put limit to fund transfer for it is beneficial.

    This app has been the most frustrating experience ever. I have an old account and can't remember the password. Every time I try to reset it paypal says something went wrong on their end. It has been three days and I get the same message everyday. I can't get help from the help center because it requires you to log in which I can't. Now I have 300 dollars sitting in an account with no way to access it. Thanks paypal this is my last resort I guess.

    I just installed PayPal and I have an issue. Everytime I open the app, it asks me to scan fingerprint. After the scanning, it redirects me to Chrome and says, "we can't confirm that it's you". Same thing happened if I try to open app using my password. So I have to clear data through app manager and log in every single time I open PayPal app. Please fix this

    PayPal charges fees to send money, even if you are using a debit card. Seems to be between 4% and 5% fee per transaction. Venmo does not charge fees when you are sending money via a debit card. Venmo > PayPal. Only reason I rated this two stars is because the app works decently. Venmo's app is better though. In my opinion, save yourself the money and use Venmo for free.

    Lots good! However, when they switched the method by which you deposit money at 7/eleven to card but forgot to tell me was not together that cool! I had no idea why was up until I did a google search re: 7/11 deposit paypal mastercard. It was another site that informed me of this change! I may be out of line, but I feel I should have been informed since I used that method solely for putting money on my card! Otherwise..the app is pretty darn good. ..

    Awful app and even worse customer service. Help section of the app often freezes/doesn't load, and all you can do is chat with a robot that asks an endless loop of questions while only providing links back to PayPal's own help pages on its website or "ask the community" as in pose questions on a forum. If you try to navigate the website on your mobile, it opens the links in the app and you're back in an endless loop.. Ridiculous and extremely frustrating experience

    Good. Update 10/7/20 it is still a good safe online banking app. But trying to talk with them online texting, about fraud is totally absurd. That needs to be fixed ASAP as I am still waiting for MY stimulus payment after it was hijacked and deposited into an account that isn't mine. And I have been going around and around with this stupid app and never actually talking to a Human! Where is my $1,200 ?

    This app has proven difficult to work with to say the least....I don't like leaving negative ratings but I've had nothing but issues with ur apps money transfer wife and I both have PayPal accounts yet have not been able to make a successful money transfer between the accounts to date....I would really love to change my review and blame all of the issues on user error.... any assistance would be greatly appreciated....hopeful in Cali....

    A bloated, unusable program. The app is non intuitive and requires multiple guesses on where to go. Not to mention all the garbage the company is trying to get you to sign up for and uses screen space for company advertisements. On top of that there is no help when their systems fail. Garbage!

    Terrible app, it has literally stolen my money! I tried to send money to my private account but instead of it the app used an "auto fill" function and changed the beneficiary to a account named: PayPal (Europe) Sarl et Cie SCA. It is apparently their own account and when I complain about what happened and explaining that I didn't buy anything, they just sent to me a message telling that I can be refunded. DON'T USE THIS APP!

    DO NOT USE THIS APP IF YOU DON'T HAVE TO! Problems you might run into Can't verify you through your phone number bc "it's not your phone number." Can't transfer money and there will be no explanation why. They just can't at the moment. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. only way of getting help is through the message center which takes several hours to respond to one question and they respond with stuff you already read in the FAQs. I've had paypal since 2013 and now I have to use it and it still sucks.

    Good app for handling money between friends. Biggest complaint is that when you send money it doesn't default to using the PayPal balance already on your account. Why on earth would I want to use my bank account before the money already on paypal? Seems like a sketchy way of getting consumers to put more money into their PayPal account.

    Usually LOVE PayPal & recommend it to everyone I know. I've encouraged many friends to use PayPal as a way to easily send $ to 1 another. However lately, whenever they send $, my friends are charged a hefty fee to do so. I tell em to be sure that they choose the friends & fam option before sending. They say that's what they did. I've noticed too, when I send $, I'm unable to do this. I'm told of friends & merchants, but unable to choose either before I'm prompted to send $ now & pay a big fee

    Does what it should and is good at it. I have an issue thought, I recently reinstalled some apps and I can't set up my fingerprint to log in. When I scan my print to activate the feature, it seems to not properly tell that to Android. My fingerprint scanner is in my home button and it just closes the app when I want to use it.

Button presses are a coin toss as to whether they do anything or not and the scrolling has a rubber banding effect that I havent seen since a dial-up internet game of counter strike. Dont know if other people have this experience and I dont care. I hope to god that I never have to open this waste of 36 megabytes app again.

The only thing I'm not crazy about and the reason I didn't give 5 stars is simply because when I start to paypal and have $0 in my PayPal account but have money in my Wells Fargo linked checking account it still tells me it could take 1-5 days for it to be available. If it's truly linked then why take any time at all except to verify its available in my account....

Contacted support by message in app & useless. Can't open message to read, get blank white screen with buffering dots. I can't even read replies fromm support to get help.     I am a Paypal user & supporter. Love that u can even order a card for free, making my purchases quick & easy! Would give 5 stars but, am not able to add &/or transfer to some of my card/bank accounts, which can be inconvenient at times. Oh and also the transfer fees can be high (depending on transfer amount) so when transferring large amounts I use Venmo instead. (Sorry, but they charge much less to do so.)

    PayPal has an odd 2FA issue, usually when one sets that up they get a text message with a code they'll need to confirm but when the issue in referring to occurs instead of sending you a pin it will make you go through a captcha sequence and bring you back into the log in screen again until you eventually lock yourself out. PayPal being horrible as they always are will just recommend you change your password instead of actually fixing the issue. Only way around it is by disabling 2FA.

    It isn't allowing me to add it into Google pay, which suck. It'll direct me all the way to a blank screen which I think wants me to put in my card information, cause it'll have the letter, letter, and then numbers which is think is for first, last name, and then card number. But then again I might be wrong because the screen just says PayPal in the upper corner and nothing else.

    Mixed feelings. The app is solid generally speaking, but it's disappointing to experience issues so frequently when simply trying to view and manage my PayPal Credit account. I go to make a payment and can't even view the dang account details, make a payment, or even get help because they prompt you to speak with some useless bot which almost annoyed me to the brink of closing my account.

They have my account locked up due to this issue and it's very frustrating 😤😤. The security blocks also give me problems, I understand the need for them but damn why does it happen ALL the time.

    I've never had an issue with PayPal. my money is always there and legit, explanation for any transaction is simple and requesting and sending money to each other through the app for sales, services or whatever is a breeze, which is much appreciated beings every other money transfer service puts you thru the ringer, most times just to deny the transfer.

    Good way to get saved by family over a thousand miles away. A virtual card ability would be nice to eliminate the need for additional plastics(like cash app does while you wait for your card to come in the mail). Would make it easier to shop order food online when you don't have a bank account or debit card to link to your account. Aunt sends nephew money to eat some food, can't grubhub because requires a debit card even if you link your paypal account.

    The last two months have been nothing but e-checks which go through from a total of three days to five days. Well people don't send stuff when there's an E-Check the app does not notify me until I've already "sent" payment or the person I'm buying from lets me know, this is a HUGE inconvenience and PP can't tell me why this happens. I have no derogatory marks, I have no chargebacks on my account and nothing shows as odd transactions this is a total inconvenience, closing my account.

    The messenger in it is atrocious, the customer service only gives canned responses that show 0 effort on their end, and their response times are slower than molasses.     Paypal doesn't protect it's users for the recurring payments. It should consider highlight and add an option to remove automatic payment aggrements. We sometimes make one time payments to the vendors, however vendors setup a recurring payments and charge the users without a notice. At least, ssers should be.informed properly.

    If you don't have a PayPal account, there is no reason to not get one. The downside with them is the fees. For example, if you sell something for $440, you pay a fee of $13.06. And to move it to your bank account instantly, instead of waiting 1-3 days, it's another $4.27, making your actual profit $422.67. And if you made a sale on eBay, their cut is separate! It's pretty disgusting... and even more so that we're still using money and hardly anyone knows the truth but hey, whatever...

    Literally the worst money sharing app. With my first usage, paypal took a % without warning, they then pull all the money on hold FOR THREE WEEKS with no way for me to change it. Finally the three weeks are up, and when I click "transfer to bank account" the app just says "sorry, something went wrong" (for 2 days). Additionally, I used PayPal to pay for something on UPS and it charged me a second time for the purchase 2 days later which I had to fix with my bank. The help function never works.

Moreover there is no english access to customer care. Another drawback is that, you can't take statement from app.

    Wow the new experience caught me off guard. It's all self explanatory. No need for agents in my case. Identity confirmation is a pleasant experience. But be done on desktop or mobile browser. App still thinks I'm rooted but I'm on a OnePlus 7 Pro unlocked bootloader. Hope this helps thanks.




    I am happy with this application, I like not having to use my personal financial information anytime I purchase something online. I will give it 5 stars when you can make it possible for PayPal to be used for a purchase on a website regardless of it not offering PayPal as a pay option. 😉

    The real time calculations of funds is second to none. The security is awesome. Paypal is no-nonsense, they protect you. I trust paypal more than any bank Ive ever had in life.     Extremely annoying to use. Constantly logs me out. Only 2FA available is SMS. App prohibits auto-fill by a password manager, which is an ANTI-SECURITY measure!! Vendor side fees are also unfair. I'm hoping to find an alternative.

    The ads for optional services are getting more and more common. There is no way to dismiss them. Won't be long before the entire home screen will be ads and the options to send money buried.

    So easy to send money to family/friends, and pay for things online. My only complaint is it is very difficult to send money to accounts. The app doesn't recognize that address and the online musicians use that for tips. Hence I took one star off.

    Great app but where's the Pixel 4 face unlock support? Four months down the line and PayPal's app still doesn't support the new Android Biometric API, come on guys! Update: 04Jun20 - Still no support! Update 05Oct20: Guess what.... Still no support, this is a joke!

    This has been the best choice I made, because I did not know how fantastic it was! No one referred me or anything. I researched it on my own. Many people use many cash apps, but PayPal has been good to me. Even when things went wrong once because of a order I placed online. It wasn't PayPal's issue, but they were right on it with me.

    Your app sucks! Zero stars! Why can't I transfer money to my bank or debit card?! This has happened numerous times. I'm fed up and will delete you once you reimburse me for all the fees you charged me to finally get most of my money.

    No longer trust security and removed all my cards and bank info. Refund received 10 days ago yet still have a zero balance. Bunches of duplicate charges for every purchase. New mobile app is not as good. Over simplified so I can't find what I want snd zero phone number.

    Suddenly, about a week ago, I'm having trouble logging in to PayPal to make payments. Even eBay won't recognise my login which, btw, I have not changed & so I have to go thru the SMS verification code rubbish. Fix it! Samsung galaxy note 10.

    Absolute joke! Deposited money and have no way of accessing it. Customer service is automated or you can go to the "help center" that does nothing for you, as well as emails get nothing accomplished. All they want is to keep connecting more bank accounts for no results absolutley terrible business if I could give it a negative star rating I would.

    One of the worst apps I've used. It says you have a message, however when you click on it it doesn't display. The same with mobile browser. You have to go onto a desktop to read it. The text overlaps making it impossible to read.

    PayPal has been has been out for decades and I am just now using it, it mixed with gpay I'm getting things done significantly easy and promptly. I look forward to using PayPal in the future can I fill my relationship with this app is going to grow rapidly. Thank you PayPal team.

    I'm giving PayPal a 1 star rating since i found out they endorse games like lucky plinko were you can redeem cash and transfer it to your PayPal account, they tell you you can cash out large sums of money from the game upwards of a $1000 + per day, after speaking to PayPal they were quite happy with this and it to be true, may i just add PayPal have an advert running several times per minute in game play , check out the plinko games they are a scam, nice one Pay💩Pal

    Easy to use. Only problem is I have to continuously imput my fingerprint for login. Gets a little annoying. None of my other fingerprint enabled apps do that. 10/2/2020 update. Fingerprint login fixed! App is very clean and easy to navigate.

    I don't find all of the menu commands listed on the app. Sending an email is laborious it should be easier instead of being directed to help forum or FAQs. Other than that it's a great secure way of dealing with purchases on line,

    I love using PayPal but my problem is the app has been freezing up a lot for the last month and I'm having trouble with my cash card it wouldn't let me load money onto the cash card at two different stores I'm having a problem to order a new Cash card no one's answering and the messaging on The help center doesn't work at all no help I need help to get a new Cash card

    The PayPal app is easy to use and helps to make online shopping easier. And I recently started sending money to another country. Pleasantly surprised at how easy that was to set up. And repeat transactions are a breeze.

    What has happened my gf and her mum who doesn't even live in this country both had money taken from there account, on top of that the app security has just stopped working. Always needed fingerprint to get into the app and now it just opens up, I turned the feature off and back on and still no luck, I then deleted the app and its still not working.

    I love my PayPal card not only is it easy but it's convenient when you're in a tight spot people can send you money from anywhere and you get it in minutes plus is no fear as long as you don't go through all the money from an ATM you get your cash at Full Throttle

    As always works great, can't seem to add friend or contact manually or see their name until I send them money even if I have their email. Which I'd like to do just to be sure especially when something bigger sums

    I do not have any complaints atm. Thus far it has been easy to use and certainly makes me feel more comfortable making online payments without having to provide credit card or other banking info.
