Super buggy, horrible UX. You can't leave a message for the delivery person until they arrive at the restaurant, so if you forget something (like to include the apartment number). You have to keep reloading the page to try to be able to talk with someone. There are a number of other UX issues, but this is just an example of how they developers behind this app simply don't think about the user experience at all.

Literally the buggiest and worst responding app ever. Try to place an order and it cancels your order and logs you out. Technical help is very non responsive. I've tried to place an order 40 times and get "order cancled" message over and over again and nobody is there to help. Agrivating

Love Rappi service. Hate their app. It will either not load, or load for 5 minutes.. Some stores are inaccessible, products won't open, etc. Really frustrating that such a profitable company can't hire good developers.

This is quite possible the worst food app I have ever used. Things just dissappear from my cart when I order. I have had many issues with the payments. For some reason they keep passing my delivery address as my billing address and it keeps getting rejected. This is such an easy fix but they refuse to do anything about it for a year now when I have spent thousands of dollars on this stupid app.

I like the app but would like an option to easily translate from Spanish to English. Nov 2021 update: This app has a few problems. Lately, it's been asking me to evaluate the order quality several times in a row. The return credit funtion is also not properly returning credit. I get the same notifications 3 or 4 times a minute, every hour. They must be having some server issues.

They can get your order incorrectly. Then you notify support and the shopper....no reply. Then reach out to support after and be ignored (currently about 8 hours of no reply). They will call and resolve nothing. They will tell you that they will message you on WhatsApp and never do. Customer service does not exist within their company and they do not hold themselves accountable for anything. Use another app.

It's hit or miss. Can you have groceries and other things delivered rapidly? Yes. Is the app/delivery reliable? Not really. Everyone I've talked to says they don't Trust Rappi for Fruits, Meats, or Vegetables. The last time I ordered meat, their driver brought me, get this, TRIPE. Instead of STEAK, which I ordered, he brought Intenstines. Often the fruits and vegetables they bring are not of the quality you'd select. They also need to fix the scheduled delivery system.

Rappi is good until the app breaks, which it will if you use it regularly. Then it is horrible. The support team is completely disorganized and unhelpful. They are obviously run by an incompetent person who hires incompetent people. There is no way to reach technical support. You will be constantly "escalated" and forgotten about , then have to describe your problem to another low level idiot who will delay you, who has no notes and pretend to escalate you. The worst IT team in the US is better.
