    This app is great! I can get food from practically anywhere. I wish it had a favorite restaurants feature, though. Don't worry if your order gets messed up - my wife has had that happen to her a few times (not enough to dislike the app!) and it's really easy to get a refund for whatever's missing. I love how you can track your order in the app so you know exactly when it's coming. And I like that you can request your food to be dropped off at your door to keep safe just by checking a checkbox.

Selections are increasing and they are good with compensation if a delivery went wrong or items missing. 4 stars because the app gets my address mixed up with another apartment and twice my food has been delivered to the wrong place. Had to put it into the "special instructions" slot how to get to my apartment.

    doordash food delivery driver Had an issue adding a credit card for payment. It was definitely an issue with the app itself. It was a hassle to escalate the issue and get it resolved quickly so I'll be unistalling the app. It's like they didn't want to take my money. Never had any issues with skip the dishes. I would highly recommend skip the dishes.

Most dashers are friendly, and fast at delivering your food. I've been using door dash for about a year now, and I've only had one order I didn't get all my food. Door dash made it right though, and gave me credit for what was missing. Overall it's a pretty good app, and I would highly recommend trying it, at least once to see how you like it.

It wouldnt accept my postal code at first and then when I finally got it to every card I tried had 'unexpected errors'. Your competitors don't have this issue, so get it together. The only reason I even considered trying this app is because the restaurant I wanted to order from only uses you, I'll encourage them to accept other apps too.

If you have no special instructions, then it works fine I can't eat cheese, so I always make sure to leave special directions. Not once have the instructions been saved, and both times I was left with an expensive meal I couldn't eat Same with my delivery instructions Personal experience was poor

Seems like your mapping is sending drivers WAY off route for no reason; I've watched drivers go all over the place, wrong address etc. I understand struggling to find apts within a complex, but not even in the same neighborhood seems like a different problem. Please fix whatever mapping issue you broke. Idk if you'll ever fix your app. I'm disappointed in myself for giving y'all a chance this long..

    doordash food delivery promo code At first it was great. Then you updated it and the map wouldn't update showing where the driver was. Used it on Thursday with a debit card that was NOT out of date. Order kept telling me the card WAS out of date. Saturday the card info was gone completely from the app and my bank account drained. Not saying it was the DoorDash guy, but I hadn't used that card for over a week until that Thursday. Bit of a coincidence. Deleting app.

Had issues when I first started using them with canceled orders, orders never showing up, etc and refrained from using for a while. Decided to give it another try and have been happy ever since!!

    doordash food delivery driver portal Despite a few hiccups at the beginning, this has become my favorite food ordering app. My only remaining problem is that I really wish when food arrives incorrect or is missing, they would bring back the missing item, instead of just providing a partial credit which doesn't even come close to the cost of having to reorder that item.

    I'm changing my review from 5 to 2 stars. The app & website both face every now and then random crashes that not just screws me over; but also other customers and customers currently waiting on food. On top of that the app does not; and I can't believe I'm going to say this but; it does not have a proper update encoding system: Meaning if your driver is doing a double order you would not have any way of knowing unless you were watching YOUR delivery status. I use to love this app for the convivence of ordering food to go during this troublesome year; but this is no excuse.

    "12/2018 - Love this app. It is very nice - easy to use and will continue to be used." 10/2020 - I am DONE with doordash - I'll use UBER EATS next time. Doordash appears to no longer need to care about the quality of their service because I'm an established customer - NO LONGER - my most recent issue was a $35 order that was missing $20 of food - they offered a $5 credit that I declined since I paid for $20 of food I did not get and their response - We'll get back to you in 2-3 days.

    Probably a good app, except I cannot add my card as payment. There is no box for the card number, and the zip code box is inaccessible due to an overlap of the "Add Card" button. Very disappointed seeing as even if the issue is fixed, I'm loosing out on the free delivery month.

    Still will not accept Google Pay, constantly says it is not set up even though Google Pay is fully set up and can be used by any other applications on my phone without issue. This is an absolute deal-breaker of a bug and I will be cancelling my subscription if not resolved. The map for delivery always shows me the entire city, and if I try to zoom in it resets itself back to showing the entire city. It should stay at the same position until I move it manually or press the center view button.

    The app works fine; I've never had any issues with it whatsoever and I use it daily. DoorDash (as a service) is also pretty good. They are reliable, courteous, and they never play availability games or cancel on you after confirming your order like their competitors do. (You know, the one that offers both rides AND food delivery?!) I only wish they had a larger selection of local restaurants. Want to save money on delivery fees? Add on DashPass for unlimited no-fee deliveries! Try it out!

    It's super easy to use and the DashPass is totally worth it if you order frequently enough. The only slight hiccup that bothers me is that I can't save favorite locations for future reference. And every now and then, it'd glitch out on saving your order and then all of a sudden, it's not even a listed location?? So it seems like it's live updating the database once they realize an order for a closed location was put in. It was really weird but I guess it's good they took quick action??

    Like every other food delivery app. Vegan tag is inconsistent, i get different restaurants when I select vegan as a filter than I do when i us we the search option with the query "vegan". Furthermore, an entirely vegan restaurant (Green Burger) doesnt appear in either list. It's so disappointing that something so specific is continually failed to be incorporated within the service. Also, if your only "vegan" offerings are fries or a salad, you shouldn't be allowed to advertise as "vegan"

    All Things Considered I usually I have no problems with this app at all it is very convenient and helpful! Sometimes it does freeze and you cannot see where your food is or track it unfortunately how do usually it clears up in a few seconds and then it's back to business.

    New update is making me insane! Lost keeps refreshing and starting at the top again. I might be 3/4 of the way through the restaurants and then it refreshes and takes me back to the top. It does this several times before I can even see what is at the bottom! Also, it's not sending the closed restaurants to the bottom of the list anymore. Please fix!

    It's pretty damn good for a delivery app. I feel like once an item is missing you can't communicate to the dasher once the delivery is done. I feel like there should be a contact list of all your previous dashers so you can communicate what was missing. Either that or communicate with the store. I ordered from chic fil a one day, and I didn't get the shake. I had the straw but no shake. The dasher could have taken it or chic fil a could have left it. It would be nice to get closure on that.

    Extremely easy to use, dashpass is affordable and 100% worth it if you order at least 3 things a month. Updates given as to where your food is, including GPS location once your food has been picked up from the restaurant. No ads. Edit: since Covid drivers have contactless delivery and none of them stay to see if the correct person picks up the meal (asking anything beyond "are you so and so") or if they're even in the right place. Had many wrong deliveries.

    Efficient and easy to use. Fantastic for those that work long days and need to order food at any time of the day. Would have given 5 stars however on occasion there are some notification delays. This is probably just because of the amount of users at a single time during certain parts of the day i.e. dinner. After a while I'm sure this will be fixed.

    Been using Door Dash App Service for over 5 years now and I love it!! It's regulary updated, easy to read and quite a breeze to navigate! Most drivers maintain good service but then again, there are plenty that stamd out from the status quo with stellar customer service! I wish there was a way to request drivers! Seriously! Door Dash as a whole rectifies mistakes very well, quickly, and professionally! That's mainly why they have my loyalty! These guys go above n beyond other competitors!

    Are you aware that Google pay doesn't work anymore? The app is bad but the service is addicting. I haven't been able to rate an order for maybe a year now... The button just doesn't work. It often glitches and cancels an order immediately after placing it which cancels your food but still charges you. (Yes we already contacted customer service and no they did not refund the $20 order even though the order was cancelled and we received no food). That being said I continue to use the app so....

    Love the app. I use it during the work week because lately I only take a 30 min lunch and this saves soooo much time! Please add an option to add multiple profiles. I order lunch for my mom and grandma at different addresses and I always have to switch out the credit card and phone info (which can get messy). It would be nice if that info could be saved under their own profiles.

    I have never signed up for a DashPass as I have only used this app literally twice in my entire life. However, I got a notification around midnight that they were charging me for a DashPass. Obviously this wasn't me and the fact that they're charging me for it after I canceled it as soon as I saw. How are you going to charge me for a DashPass when I never even used it or ordered anything? They should really change this about their company and stop forcing people to pay them.

    It's my first and only delivery app so I don't have anything to compare it to. As far as I know it's a decent app. The past few days I had a problem. It told me my payment can't be verified because of fraud check, to add another card.. It wasn't my card. I ordered from another site with the same card after that notification. Called the no# on the website and the representative was not helpful. Told me to log out. Nothing.I still don't know what happened but I tried just now and it went through..

    Very good app, makes it easy to order from local restaurants and have it delivered. Only qualm is "your Dasher is close" notifications are not super accurate. Sometimes the driver is there already, while other times I have waited about 15 minutes for arrival. All in all - solid app, does what is expected, quality delivery of meals.

    Works pretty well. Lately been having issues with it saying "unexpected developer issue" if trying to use Google pay at check out, but I hooked a card directly to door dash and stopped having issues. Overall, really good, and really appreciate the communication from delivery drivers!

    This app is awful and customer service was no help. Would not accept my payment methods, despite trying three different ways and was not able to order. I followed the company's "troubleshoot" menu and it still didn't work. I will be deleting the app permanently and using other, better options.

    4 stars for the actual service. 0 stars for the latest update installed. It stays stuck on "processing order" while you're getting a message to say the dasher is close. Won't update where the driver is. Slow to update when reviewing order. It was perfect before, but now it's a mess.

    Has been great till recently. Have some odd payment issues going on with DoorDash lately. Payments always processed quickly in the past, then went to taking 30 seconds to a minute to approve. Now it takes 30 seconds to a minute and declines. Swap payments, same issue. Sawp to another payment, same issue. Swap over to Uber Eats, pick the same restaurant and use same payments and they process no problem. Doordash didn't have an issue putting a hold on the fund with my bank before declining.

    Wonderful app. Simply from the perspective of just the app, wonderful job. Big kudos to the IT minds behind this. As far as company and service goes: wonderful. No major issues yet and the only thing to occur was handled. Placed an order that took longer than normal, lack of communication in some areas but the order went through and we recieved our meal. Great concept, service, and more!

    The latest update is a nightmare. Merchant recommendation is now default so I have to change every item to contact me if unavailable, but resturants rarely do. Leave at my door is now default as well so I have to change to hand it to me since dasher aren't allowed past the lobby. And tip is autofilled as well. Customer service is a joke and outsourced to India. The auto help gives you partial credits/none at all when you have real issues that need to be righted. I spend hundreds with DD. Shame.

    Had the dashpass for awhile and had to stop. Nothing wrong with it I just started gaining too much weight 😂😭 love this app since I'm either on the move and forget to stop in between errands or spend hours at my desk. I'd just love to seeore small businesses being added! And of course if I can find a great sandwich shop that'd be great!

    So it seems the app cannot track the correct driver. Showed the driver over 10 minutes away while the driver knocked on my door. Also I contacted support and I was a little upset but not knowing the driver was here, just to have the support person end the chat while I was staring at the screen. Bad first experience.

    This app used to be great for tracking orders, but now gives me absolutely no sense of what's going on. The map never works, seems like they send dashers to the wrong place all the time, and the ETA is completely off most of the time. The food itself is usually fine, but I do have the occasional wrong items or completely different order. Overall, the app is just okay. It used to be so much better though before it went through all the updates! I truly hope they fix their interface soon.

    I was able to set up an account and order from my favorite burrito place simply and quickly! I especially *love the live map feature* that allows me to follow my dinner's progress across town! I can wait for driver to drop off the food in a safely distanced manner. I try to leave a cash tip at the door - in addition to the tip paid on the app.

    I was originally going to give this app 4 starts because I definitely had my fair share of issues with the app. However, most of the time they were quick to fix it and that's also something worthy of recognition. So, for that, thank you DoorDash. Overall, this is a great app and it is fairly easy to use.

    Have to constantly close and reopen the app to get it to update order status properly, and now when I hit the DashPass filter to just view DashPass restaurants it claims there are none near me (website search works fine). I often find myself using the site more than the app. There's also no easy way that I can see to report when a restaurant's ordering options are broken to the point of being unable to complete an order, though that's a general technical issue and not app specific.

    The app traps me in an endless loop. Trying to use Google 2FA on my phone but not getting the verification code. Then I see it's somehow associated someone else's email address to my account. That seems like a security issue. Not even going to try to get back into my account and hoping the associated credit card is expired. Seriously sketchy. Do your work: be clear about user types and scenarios, so that your app flows have clear paths forward.

    I've really enjoyed doordash! The dash pass really has saved me money. Especially since I use the app very often (at least 2 times a week) if you're a busy person or just not in the mood to cook I totally recommend the app!! It can be a bit pricey, but in my opinion its worth it! Get dashpass! You wont regret it!

    This is by far the most frustrated experience compare to other food delivery apps. It just wouldn't take any credit cards and Google Pay doesn't work either. End up using PayPal. Then the app unable to pin point my address. This should be the most basic features no? I just typed my address on the instructions box instead. Learn from other apps, they wouldn't let their customer jump through hoops like this.

    Really easy to use and very generous when starting! When I need food delivered the job is done quickly with no problems and the food is never cold when it arrives!     Consistently just a worse version of most other food delivery apps. UI for certain places is just a jumbled mess of options. Availability of items changes while you're trying to order said item causing it to just disappear from the menu (while still being offered on other apps; i.e. milkshakes or certain flavors of wings). Overall just a worse version of other options.

    Great for the most part. Some hiccups with payment though- card usually works but google pay always seems to get rejected. Also the app is kinda glitchy in general- especially with changing items already entered in your cart. Overall not bad for obtaining food without having to do anything- if you're ok with paying a decent amount extra for it

    Latest update ruined the app. Not only did they remove the Tip After Delivery option, which is SO NECESSARY considering there are many drivers who don't follow delivery instructions or just never show up; but now the app doesn't remember any of your preferences, even if you hit "save". Examples: * Hand it to me vs Leave it at my door option always defaults to the latter * When adding special instructions for restaurant, all progress lost if you try to edit, etc.

    Downloaded this app as it was said to be better then Skip the dish, but yet I spent over a hour fiddling around trying to figure out how to verify my card. The scanning thing was a joke, and I tired 3 seperate Credit cards with the same out come. I honestly gave up after and my restuant closed as I was messing around with your dumb scanning thing. I will just stick to Skip the dish, alot less hassel

    The app works as it should, with no issues. Hace had some trouble with drivers and mixed up orders. If there was a more streamlined way of resolving that sort of issue when happens i would give 5 stars. All in all its a great app and i hope it continues to expand and improve.

    You need to organize things better for convenience stores if you are going to continue supporting them. Bottled and canned drinks come in different sizes, same with cereal, and many other things. Organize the freaking lists, it isn't that hard. 3 star for developer laziness, because this is a 1 minute code change.

    Always easy to order, and never a surprise with billing. When there are issues with my order, I'm able to email them via the app and receive a quick response. However, the refunds take a few days and sometimes its inconvenient to email, it would be better to have a chat box available or phone number to call. I also have the dashpass and so far its been worth it.

    Terrible experience. I attempt to connect multiple cards but the zip code part tells me its declined. I go to trouble of downloading google pay and connecting it to the app successfully. While at checkout it says error. So I time I spent wasting on this app I couldve picked up several meals by now. And theres no proper troubleshoot or help either.

    Rating is for app only. Door Dash service and drivers definitely 5+. App is generally fine. Some issues on menus (likely restaurant's input errors) but can run into menu items that require a change rather than giving you an option (like change burger party to something else) Delivery updates a fiasco. Will simultaneously say you have 20 min left, while sending texts that the driver is approaching, and showing a gps position 10 min away. Something way wrong with delivery updates.

    Honestly, it's great app for ordering when you can't go get yourself due to no car, but you got to have to put more food places on the app and that you took Wendy's off. Also, I know you have to like pay for delivery, but adding that plus tax makes it more and more money. Plus, the prices of the good are not the same at it is at the fast food restaurant or restaurants. This why I don't use it all the time due to it.

    Great but has some bugs currently. The first bug happens whenever I select "pick up" from a restaurant. I'll then add something to my cart and go to check out. When I do this the option is switched back to delivery. So I have to leave the checkout menu and go back and again select pick up. It's incredibly annoying. The second bug is that google pay is currently broken for me (says I need to download the google pay app). Have tried uninstalling and reinstalling, no luck.

    This app works well most of the time, but for whatever reason, it kept reaching a developer error over the past few days when I tried paying with Google Pay. Had to pay with PayPal, which is less than preferable for me.

    Drivers are slow and dont follow instructions. App is the literal worst. Sometimes it says restaurant's are unavailable when you search for them but availible in the home screen. Not many restaurants to choose from. Expensive. Almost every order takes over an hour even when the restaurants are 20-30 minutes away. And the ETA it gives you jumps from 4-9 min then 17-23 then 6-11. So you never REALLY know when the food will be here

    the app is mostly fine. I do occasionally have strange things like the ability to remove items from my order disappear for some reason, and I have to restart the app to maybe regain that ability. this is annoying, but otherwise I'm 70% with the app.

    I have used door dash since the pandemic hit and I really enjoy it. At first, it was weird to navaigate the tip but after that, I have found it easy to use. I don't like that it doesn't let me see the location of the restaurant unless I choose the pick up option. Also, logs out or does not pull up app if using vpn on phone.

    A fundamental usability ask: please don't make me go hunting through 3 years of orders to find that one Greek spot I remembered liking and to try and confirm which burger place I hated so I don't accidentally order from them again. 1) Add favorites feature 2) Add "hide" or "block" feature so you don't have to scroll through places you already know you don't like (or forgot that you don't like - it's bad juju when you get food from a spot you don't like and realize after!)

    Always something wrong with the order. Whether it's wrong items, missing items or even the wrong order entirely. This hasn't just happened once but 95% of the time. Yeah I can go to the help tab and write in what's wrong and receive a credit, but when you order thirty dollars in food and the dasher who can't even speak English shows up and gives you the wrong order and runs to his car and takes off before you can even read the receipt is a very problematic senerio. Be wary about this one.

    Horrible app, always glitching out acting buggy. The order tracking is never accurate and sometimes I would have my food and finish eating and it still says on the way. I've have the app glitch more than once and show orders completely wrong mixing the current and a previous one. Sometimes my selections for an item don't register. If I tdo a custom tip then change payment method it resets my input and defaults to anther amount. Worst part is I've to use it cuz come restaurants are only on here.

    Used the app 3 times and deactivated my account without notification until I go to place an order. Now it requires a specialized team to solve. I tried to change my phone number and it sent the verification code to my OLD phone number. No way to change it. Service has been getting worse, now the app sucks, and now disabling accounts under the radar.

    The new update won't let you use the application if your phone is running on a vpn or a secure WiFi connection. It shows an error code. You have to turn off all internet security programs to use it. Kinda makes me wonder what is going on.

    After being bombarded by DoorDash ads, I decided to try the app -- terrible mistake. I was first greeted with a coupon code for 20% off. During checkout I entered the code only to be told it wasn't valid. I placed the order anyway and it was set to come in 50-60 minutes. However, 40 minutes passed and I received a notification from DoorDash, informing me that my order was cancelled on my behalf, because the store was closed, which isn't even true. Worst food ordering experience ever.

    Free delivery for most rest.(in my area at least), the UI is great and has really useful filters. Also the costumer servive is great, I had an issue with a missing item that was solved immediately by crediting the money back although it was in app credit.

    Great communication, easy to use and has improved a lot from last time I used the service. Delivery fees can be high with tips but if you join delivery is free at most resteraunts. It gets frustrating when there are condiments you want and you cant request them. I would have a section for that alone.

I will use this app from now on as it is easy to use and I like the ability to track my order. They also gave me a 50% off first time user was applied. I'm a satisfied customer. I will refer friends for its ease-of-use.

    There isn't any real reason to have/use the app, it's slower then the website and it keeps resetting my drop off choice to drop and go instead of hand to me unlike the site(which remembers my last choice and instructions) the only leg up it has on the site is live tracking and truthfully that's not even great. I would give 2 1/2 stars but that's not possible so 2 it is.

    Don't know if the bug is with the app or the site itself. Have tried to reach out to customer support regarding ordering issues, and each time customer support has been awful to deal with. Have tried the chat 2x and each time they've abruptly ended the session. The first instance, Jackelin says "since I have not received a response from you lately I am ending the session". It had been barely a minute and I was actively typing a reply. Not using or advocating for the service for sure.

    Clicking "Reorder" sporadically does nothing, and clicking "Support" redirects me to the Orders page with no action. I only see a red loading circle briefly afterward. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling, with no effect on this issue. I also have to change each item's Special Instructions individually, and do it again with each edit. The existing default has tricked my friends and family by canceling their orders because they were not aware of this new change.

    App functions well. Love that it has you tip the driver up front. My only complaint would be that some menus are inaccurate. Noodles & Company, for example, did not have the protein featured on many of the dishes as an option, just the substitute proteins.

    I love it except you gotta make sure that the timing is perfect if it's around closing because if it is not and door dash takes your money your screwed untill they refund it which is like forever I think 30 days and I think it's the same for hotels for like some hotel apps and it takes 30 days to process and it's a big pain in the butt but ya I would be very careful for how u order things and what not with the timing because sometimes it's a hassle but other then that this app is the best

    have to verify payment with second card that has the same billing address, and error pops up saying blocked by fraud check. contacted support and they said cards had to be on same billing address. went to then bank to change addresses on both cards and tried to place order again but still doesn't work and instead says could not verify data. something tells me their 50% off promo on first order is a scam to bait people into using service.

    Overall a good app fpr ordering food though in my area the automated phone numbers dont work and end up telling you they arent active so if they dont have what you ordered or something gets messed up (i.e. they accidently dropped your drink) you only find out when they show up and you have to call doordash then.

    My experience with the app has been good. I've only had two bad experiences and it wasn't with the app but with the Dashers and after contacting customer service the company helped to rectify the two bad experiences. So over all it's a great app and I only have it 4 stars because I did have those two issues.

    App is good, the only thing is that every time I click on "leave at door" the Dasher says that he's instructed to "hand it to me". This has happened since the last update. I uninstalled the app and recently downloaded it again, hopefully it fixes the problem.

    Newest update is EXTREMELY glitchy. I'm getting charged for delivery from restaurants that are part of dashpass even though my subscription renews on 10/12 and my subtotal is over $12 before fees/delivery. Certain restaurants that were part of dashpass before the update now say they arent, even though when i click the info button for the delivery fee, it says if i order $0.00 more of food I'll get $0 delivery, and my cart keeps clearing itself/showing the wrong number of items

    Extremely poor, downloaded the app went to make an order and wouldn't accept any payment methods saying google pay wasn't set up when it is and not accepting 2 debit cards that both had funds on them. Contacted supported and they advised they could email through some troubleshooting tips or to try again some other time. Abit hard to be competitive when there are multiple other services already in the game and you can't even take your customer money, bit pathetic.

    Great app and convenient but the mark up on the menu along with the service change and tip make the price almost not worth it but just almost.... I have had a few issues since using this app. I had one delivery driver mark he delivered the food but never did and when i called to find out what was going on the customer service operator started to rase his voice and yell at me. There are other issues but this is long winded. In the end its just an ok service.

    My only issue with the app is that there will be a place listed per my location and after taking the time to complete my order, it says it's too far for my location. This is a pointless flaw. The location should either not be an option for me or it should give me the notification once I go to start the order since I keep delivery selected. This should really be fixed. I tried to go to support for this but support is only for past orders. Otherwise, I like the app and am so far happy w/dashpass.

    Thought I'd give it a shot 'cause it says I'd get 50% off my first order. I created my account, put in my payment method, and entered the promo code. It worked, until I needed to add another item to my cart. It didn't allow me to reenter the code and kept saying "this is only for new customers". I figured I should close the app and reopen it, nope. The app even sent me a pop up screen saying "Use -enter code here- for 50% off your first order!" That's a pretty bad bug that should be fixed.

    The app is complete garbage. Notifications regularly are wrong. Trying to zoom into a map automatically zooms back out. Their customer support is a joke. Told me there is no way to share the DashPass with my spouse. Told me an order was delivered which was school lunch for my son, then a day later emailed me to say the order was cancelled. The order also just completely disappeared from the orders tab.

    I wish I can post up the screen shots of the chat and text messages but I had put in an order that was never delivered to me and the dasher posted it as "left it on the door" which is impossible because you need access into the building, so I assume someone took it but when I went to text the driver....     Too much of a hassle. I ordered some food the other day. The tracker couldn't even keep me updated on the status. It just kept telling me the driver was on the way to the restaurant or he was at the restaurant for over 30 minutes. Then they had to call in a second driver to pick up my order because the original driver could not make the pick up. It took over an hour for my order to finally arrive where usually it only takes half that long. They seriously need to get their #@*! together.

    Usually prompt. Give it three stars because not only are the menu prices raised from what they are in the store but there is also a service charge/fees, plus a delivery fee. If there are all these fees, why raise the menu prices as well. I understand this app and delvery system is for convience but that doesnt mean the customers should be paying triple what theyd pay at the store for the same products.

    I never used to order food until i started working overnight. Drivers are usually good, Dashpass pays for itself easily, mistakes are credited with two clicks and no trouble. Good stuff. 9/29/ update: The new update on the app is trash and not user friendly. Items that aren't available pop up on searches when they shouldn't, the app sends notifications with each order even if they're turned off, orders take several minutes to process before they're ready to track. These weren't issues before.

    Signed up using a referral code and it wouldn't apply my discount even though I'm a new customer and the order met all eligibility criteria. Wouldn't allow PayPal to be added. Default payment method is Google Pay but it doesn't work. Added credit card and it said declined even though there are ample funds in the card. Selected PayPal again and it finally worked.

    Could add an option to request sauces and salt/pepper from the restaurants. Also the prices of most of the items are marked up from the actual prices quite a bit on top of the doordash fees. Could also use a cash tip function. I only tried this service tonight so I could enjoy a milkshake with my food at home due to riding a motorcycle. Then I got charged extra for a shake but the machine was down. Although my dasher called to inform me and I got him to grab me some buffalo sauce packets.

    I've had a few issues with drivers or restaurants in the last few years, but the app works very well. There have been a few times the app was down (which is very disappointing when you're hangry, but understandable... just call your local pizza joint!). I would reccomend getting a dash pass even if you only order a few times a month.

    Too many glitches, more expensive than grubhub. Example, just went to order much as gracias, selected chimichanga combo, and was unable to add to my bag because I had to select the meat option, which was not there... Said forget it and went to grubhub, item was $4 cheaper and everything went smoothly. On the plus side, it's better than Uber eats, who often doesn't give you your order and won't let you do anything about it

    You don't sell drinks but I needed soup in an emergency and they helped me out so I guess it's cool really wish they had the beverages they sold at the stores though like whistle stop my favorite store ever. Figure out how to get your beverages with your food and you'll be a good app. Average at best otherwise

    I dont know why but this app never works smoothly for me. Sessions time out at home on wifi. Items get doubled on not listed at all. I know this is a good app but my past 3 experiences have been nothing but inconveniences.

    Sometimes does not update tracking but sends me text that my "driver is approaching". Map is also an older version of maps, I guess. Can't find my address so I have to send the to the closest point and direct from there.

    The google pay integration has been broken since the release of Android 11 and still no update to resolve the issue. Pay works on all other apps, so clearly not an OS issue. Support just brushed it off and never provided a follow-up on the issue.

    I often experience error messages after I've gone through and ordered my food and am at the end of the process ready to officially place my order. I then log out, close the app, open it back up and log in again. I go through the whole ordering process again and half of the time it finally works but the other half of the time I encounter the same error and I use a different delivery service.

    Pretty good. I like that you can edit the tip part. Which, I know that sounds bad, but it does help if money is pretty tight. It's got some good deals too, so that always helps as well. I only hope the creators work towards making a special instructions section in the cart area so the restaurant knows what you would care for exactly..     I think that this app is really good especially if you're not really feeling up to making food or going out and buying food. They deliver in less than an hour, the food is usually warm unless you get something cold, and the drivers are so kind.

    Signed up for the the Dash Pass for $9.99 a month. Saved me 60 bucks so far since I first signed up in July ...its now October. App works great I almost exclusively only order through the app on my Android. No issues And doordash is my exclusive go to for delivery. I no longer use GrubHub because their fees are way too high!

    Good app over all, my food has come semi warm at times and wasn't too happy about it. I feel as if when the place does the food they do there left overs at times and not make it fresh which is kinda disappointing. The food is good at times the app is okay. Delivery service could be a bit better on the timing of delivering the food. Otherwise overall pretty good app 7.5/10.

    I only use the app four times and after that it won't process my card. I removed the card and added it back and it still didn't work. I even tried logging out and then logging back in but it still won't process my card.

    Love the new upgrade, just a few issues that needs to be fixed. Also, would really love it if there is the option to save your favorite restaurants and tip after you get your food.

    I love the dasspass subscription. Lots of places to choose from. But i do wish it was easier to rate deliveries and explain if the order is wrong or missing items from the mobile app. EDIT 10-4-20 I would like to see a stored card nickname feature.

    I have used this app to order food on occassion for a while now, most of the time not having too many issues, one issue i have had a few times is placing an order only for it to error out and not tell you why. my current big issue is being unable to choose which store my delivery order comes from, theres no way on the app or online to switch my store to a secondary location, which i need to do because the closest store is out of the items i want. There should be no reason to force a store choice

    Works like it should, very thankful for the people working! Always pretty quick, only issue is the menu from the certain place isnt all on there same for the daily specials of said certain resturant. Still great service!

    Door dash is great!... Let me rephrase that: door dash is great when the dashers are professional and do their jobs correctly. :) I've gotten some real lousy dashers, but, door dash is quick to remedy the situation by sending out another dasher or giving you credit/refund. I may sure to tip generously.

    I love that they bring me the food to wherever I am including work and it looks like they have done some updating to the amount of places they can pick up orders from. My only complaint is that the menus from some places are still not full menus and some stuff you just can not get.

    Keeps logging me out. Seems like login details are not being saved locally. Every single time i open the app i am facing auth issues. You need to fix this because its causing a serious inconvenience.

    Great app. Functions good despite not being able to make comments at all!! And no way to use coupons. As well as business are quite forgetful since every single place I order from misses an item. Otherwise App works good, not buggy and serves purpose

    Great service, I actually like it better than skip. Only reason its not 5 stars is that sometimes the drivers pick up more than one order and the food gets cold. But you can watch there progress and report it in the app so its not a big deal.

    Fantastic! But the delivery tracker leaves a lot to be desired. I have to keep closing the app and reopening to get the most recent update on where the driver is at on the map

    I am 72 years old and not in good health. This app has been a lifesaver to me when I am unable to shop for groceries and cook. The restaurants in town, the DoorDash delivery people are both courteous and helpful. The food come in a reasonable amount of time and is well prepared.

    I have had a dashpass for years and their Google Pay option stopped working and they actually refuse to fix the system issue. Don't waste your money they won't provide you any customer service if you ever have issues. CANCELING MY SERVICE!
