I dread ordering via the Android app! It's so unintuitive and takes a lot of time to order. Everytime I order, I feel cheated of the benefits that were tucked away in some corner.. Why can't the app be interactive and transparent about the various options available to the customer? It could suggest options, ask questions etc.. Please help the customer than expect them to be experts!

What a worst experience, ordered 1 hr before. Canceled or what without having any notification, not able to track no one picking call. Just lost after online payment. #FraudDomino's Just worst app no proper support inbulit just a chat box which leads you nowhere. Now my money is gone, hungry and order is gone in these cheaters back. Never trust them, go for Zomato, Swiggy atlest they have better support to assist you on status.

Always love the dominos pizza .. but its been 7 to 8 days its happening that dominos is sending a notification of freepizza with coupon code . But after applying in 1 min it shows invalid coupon. How it happen that within a 1 min it goes invalid. If u dont want to give a freepizza then why r u sending us a notification for that . Otherwise the pizza is best . But i have that 1 problem becoz it happen 2 3 times that I applied a coupon n in 1 min it sHows invalid to me .

Your app is just waste. I have been trying to place an order for past 2 hours by using an voucher/gift card which I bought from you. On selecting the option, the payment option via voucher just does not work. And your virtual customer support does not help in this case at all. You lost a customer today as you wasted my voucher/money and time.

This app used to work perfectly fine but now for past 3 times, whenever I have tried paying via UPI like Amazon pay or Google pay, the payment gets processed, amount is deducted from my bank account, but the order never gets placed on the app. The app still shows the items in my cart as if I didn't place the order. To the Jubilant food's credit, they have reimbursed the money. Worst part is that EDV, and other offers are only available on Domino's app which we cannot avail because app is broken.

I placed a bulk order today, order Number 295, given the bulk order, delivery time it mentioned not applicable which I can understand but some timelines need to be provided. Also, the store contact number is switched off, dont even know how and whom to contact? The service is getting pathetic day by day, this was not accpeted after creating such a strong goodwill, better service is expected.

Not recommendable....If you want to order online they won't provide you with the OTP as well as the discount coupons.I haven't received my OTP yet....I already made a coupon of 500 ruepees via Paytm but I can't use it as it won't probide me with the OTP nor I was able to add the free Garlic Bread coupon. Ugh....now I don't want that free garlic bread but please tell me what shall I do to redeem my coupon. Will my money in creating the coupon goes in vain ?? Help me Domino's.

Ordered pizza at 6:58pm and they delivered at 7:53pm,in app they mentioned no time guarantee, its ok understandable. But all items received in cold condition, this is very pathetic service and 2nd time i am facing same issue. I don't recommend. Uninstalling the app

Worse experience.. Ordered from app and paid online. Order canceled by delivery person. Waiting for my refund from last 10 days... No customer support. Don't order from Domino's... I don't know why they even exist!

As usual the pizza was great. This review is for the delivery guy. I missed his call twice and he had to wait in my location for almost 6 minutes. When I gave a call back, he was polite and patient and never showed any sign of frustration. It was so pleasant.
