Customer service is absolutely horrible. 25 minutes after the food was ready to be picked up, the order was suddenly cancelled. Apparently a courier took it and then a different courier was assigned and somehow after over an hour we didn't have our food. The customer service representative was absolutely horrible and no help.

The app is pretty much unusable. It crashes all the time, and it is very slow to load. Often I'm not able to update the delivery address, just stuck in perpetual loading. These problems persist even after I've updated, deleted, and redownloaded.

Can't order food, always displays an error saying the card couldn't be processed regardless of the type of card used. Tested on multiple devices, Android, iOS, and none of them work with any card.

App says delivery from honeysuckle is available from 1200 and won't let you order. Fine...but is 745 pm. Lots of bugs to work on.

Garbage. Doesn't even start. EDIT: I would LOVE to provide feedback via the app if it started up instead of failing with a generic "something went wrong" message.

Terrible experience. I was not able to place the order during 3 days! Without reason have been asked for account verification and after verification still was not able to place the order. Contacting support is waste of time. Generally they replay after several hours. Absolutely useless. I better will use Wolt or Glovo. P.S. I want to mention that Bolt Taxy works perfectly.

the app spammed me into push notification, "would you give us another try", clearly something that came from their marketing department. The fact that I was out of their territory, travelling, would not stop my smart watch from waking me up to their spam. deleted.
