Second experience wasn't great either. I ended up paying way more than the actual trip rate because the driver didn't follow the trip route on the GPS. The first disappointing experience was when I was dropped off at the wrong address. Surprisingly, on the top of that, that wrong address was just across the street. As if the mere help I needed was to get me to the other side across the street. I guess it's just too much for Careem's captains to simply follow the GPS. I am switching to Uber.

Lot of issues.Careem plus member but stil aed 4 being charged for delivery. Order cancelled since discount code cant b applied even if the single item is not available in the store. Call at the call center n the agent cant transfer the call to another agent. One of the grocery store has not delivered a food item while money is deducted. All money keeps getting accumulated in the wallet which u cant use while using a discount code(i was being confirmed by the agent that it can b used). Harrassed

The App does not feed the pickup and drop points. it takes lot of time. I have to waste time in putting the place of my drop of and my present place. The App needs to be redeveloped. I am not satisfied. Day before yesterday I called car, the Captain did not come when I talked to him he became rude and you raised a debit of Rs.138, please reverse it.

System glitches. I have been charged twice during last 2 weeks. I will recommend not to put balance in cream account and don't link your credit card as it deducts from both. Same happened with me. Better to pay through card or cash at the end of the ride.

What a bad experience I've ordered 2 times and it was cancelled. This last time I placed an order but they cancelled coz the reason they cannot deliver. My address is written also there, how it's not possible to deliver? . Also the customer service told me it should not be placed in the first place? It's really a bad experience.. 👎👎👎

Worst app ever. If you schedule a trip one day before there's 99% chance it will be canceled. If you book a ride and they assign a captain, you will see the time of arriving increasing just because the driver isn't coming and you will be late and late and late .

Yesterday Careem charged my credit card falsely. Do not list your credit card on Careem's App, their App keeps showing false charges on your account, once you list your credit card they immediately take the falsely charged money from your credit card. Then there is no way to contact them. I call their number but there is no option to report or speak to a person. So bye bye your money. Very well organized crime. If they charge 100 people dhs150 daily and most people don't check their accounts!!!

BEWARE!! fraud company. Deducted amount from my credit card without any service. Raised a complaint but no response. I saw the deduction by chance, which I rarely check. Don't know how many times it happened before. Use this application if you want to waste time and money. Fares are 60-120% high anytime you make a booking. Reason mentioned is its busy in morning, afternoon, evening and night. Several issues, and when you call them just to hear their sorry. Worst application ever used.

I have been spending so much money on this application last saturday I had the worst experience am blocked from booking after paying full fare in application showing I owe them complained severally and since 25th no reply no call s no apology...the worst customer service experience ever...no direct number to reach them will not recommend to anyone as no easy access to customer service.

I have always been delivering my packages through careem since start but since the last few orders it has been really bad! The estimated fare they show is so minimal compared to what they have charged in delivering an order! Its 3-4 times more! The estimates should've shown peak factor so I could've decided if I want to place order for delivery or not!
