    The app is good and effective. Two things need to improve further. 1- there should be an option to rate the drivers immediately. The rating option comes very late, when you already forgot the name of driver who took you. Also, when the option appears, it goes away like a flash, sometimes before you have rated the driver. 2- The drivers rating option should stay in the history list, in case someone forget to rate, or the option is lost.

    Zeft!! I cancelled a ride this morning, and you charged me cancellation fee 3 times!! But, still the App says I have outstanding amount!! I couldn't find a hotline or any number to call and fix this situation .. I sent a complaint via the App, but your agent says same as the App! As if she did not even read my complaint or see the bank messages I attached! Now, I did not get a refund, I can't get in touch with anyone in customer service, and I have to pay cash everytime I book a ride!!

    When I click deliver something, it takes me to food screen. Direct me to car service on app start not your dashboard. Please. It takes 30 seconds to go to car service. I liked it when the app was simple.

    Horrible Customer Service!!! I placed an order, it was canceled by the restaurant but my account was charged. Now, Careem refuses to refund my money even after showing proof that the money was deducted from my account! I have spent hundreds of dollars with Careem but if they choose to lose $$$ for less than $ be it because due to their deliberate attempts to avoid & ignore my situation, all while being intentionally difficult, they have just lost a well paying customer! 😡

    Frequently can't find current location. If the captain says he didn't get paid by Careem Pay, the app provides no confirmation so you wind up paying cash for the fare, I think drivers know this is a way to scam. No alert or warning if Careem Pay is low. I never have these issues with Uber app, which also let's me order a car straight from Google Maps. This app needs a lot of work. I've tried to explain these issues to management, either they're not listening or customer service doesn't get it.

    The new app design has a lot of bugs and is extremely frustrating to use, I have repeatedly asked your customer service to look into the matter but to no avail. Looks like my business will be going elsewhere like Bykea perhaps.

    When installed the new app and logged In all my Careem reward points and wallet money became 0. When I called customer care they are saying email id entered is wrong.but as per my knowledge app should be register with mobile number .How many times we install or upgrade the app as long as the mobile number is same the account should be same.

    Gold Member: There aren't many choices for Food Delivery or Rides in the country I'm currently travelling in. If I didn't have to use it I wouldn't....3 times my food has been marked as delivered when it wasn't! Also there are no choices for larger vehicles at an additional cost. Either you get a small car or a tiny car.

    Great app TBH. My main complaint is that I can't link my debit card and it's been 6 days and the issue is not solved. If you can't use a debit card with such an app, then something is clearly wrong

    0.1 update 02.05.2021 Careem customer service number is hard to find in the app. This fustrates users needing help and/ or giving feedback. 1.Careem needs some colors in its interface. 2. Careem is excellent and responsive in case of a problem. I will review my post in the next 3 months and add/edit my comment. Updated Review: A bit of a lag between captain ETA, customer waiting time and arrival based on displayed map of Captain movement. Thank you.

    My xperience wid careem has been worse than before.captains are getting so less and everytime its peak hour,weathr it shows or not but everytime one will get charged atleast 150 to 200 pkr more than the fare shown while usual it happened just now as well.was showing 540 pkr frm my home till rawalpindi stadium road,when reachd n ended ride the fare was me honestly now guys is this fair?we have made group of 165 users of careem n uber,starting boycot of careem n uber app.

    I am sick of Careem's scammy nature. I placed an order from cheese taste for pastries for my parents anniversary. A lot of items came wrong. I am a gold customer, expecting real help I called the center. They said they couldn't help asking to contact via email. Contacting by email, they said I should have talked to the captain when he delivered. This was such a stupid response because how do I talk to a captain who can't speak English and how do I know something is wrong within a sealed box!?

    This is honestly the best app for ordering food, the delivery is unbelievably fast and the drivers are respectful. I wish there was other restaurants like KFC included. The best thing about this app is the rewards system, every time you order, points get added to your account and you can use them for rewards like Free delivery and discounts, and you can earn them very fast. Careem is the best app for food deliveries period.

    Ordered routinely 3-4 times a week. Today was a horrible experience and when called the customer service they did not help but seemed very indifferent. Was supposed to get calls back but never received them from 2 representatives and never got my food. There are plenty of apps for food here, this will not be one I will use from now on or recommend to anyone. Update after a week customer service called and offered 20ued...insulting. spent more money calling them to find order. WORST Customer ser

    When I first downloaded this app I was able to install and use with relative ease, despite issues with their GPS.... Reinstalled the app and can't log in due to 'unknown error has occurred '. No option to get tech support or help very frustrating!

    After many rides I found too often they do not even stick close to the estimates. One time a ride in easy traffic and no long waits yet the driver wanted almost double the estimate. Actually around Dubai the cream taxis are cheaper (a lot better than in most cities). Never thought I'd go back to taxi's but Careem made it easy. Bye Careem!

    DOWNLOAD ANOTHER DELIVERY APP There is no support so you cannot speak with Help, you are BILLIONS of times better off downloading, I have had numerous subpar and acceptable deliveries. Though recently it has been a complete nightmare, The drivers lie about the order being completed, or come 10+ Minutes late, Do not stress yourself in an attempt to order, Get another app.

    An offer appeared through a notification which was hard to pass by and said t&cs apply. Where the hell to find those t&cs? Searched the app all over and there is nothing and not even that very offer! Calles your support team and the representative was in such a hurry as if her job is to quickly hang up and respond to the next one and hang up again and move on to next and so on!

The ticket number is 72708483. I tried the website you shared and it does not work. It asks me for my country and if i am captain but not allowing me to type or enter anything.     The app is good, helpful at times but then there are a few drivers who would confirm the ride and then cancel it after 5 min, and for that I'm charged. This has happened alot of times with me. There are a lot of good captains, but there are a few who would drive roughly, whistle continuesly throughout the ride as well as keep looking through the mirrors. Kindly work on that. It's already hard enough to go out and work as a women but i at least expect some comfort while traveling.

    The worst customer service and drivers! I got cancellations from drivers 4 times for a ride and was sitting waiting for them for 30 mins like a moron. They accept from locations more than 20 mins away from pickup location then cancel after waiting 10 mins. And upon contacting customer service they cancel the chat very conveniently without responding! Would give 0 stars if I could.

    Unreasonable cancellation charges without sorting problems, uber is very much more efficient in dealing with cancellation charges that way. This is always the case captain is too far away and I get a negative balance. Their reps defend the captains instead of sorting our problems. I'd recommend and would just switch to Uber. However CAREEM is available in every area and more easily accessable so there's that.

    Things that make the experience of booking a ride stressful. First, the booking doesn't appear on the application until a driver is on his way or has already arrived which means duplicate bookings can occur. Second, multiple drivers might come simultaneously. Third, methods of payment other than cash are Super vague. Working through the app is not that easy either.

    Worst app. Totally useless. Not sure who is their UI team...seems no one is doing QA. I am unable to find information about my last trip. This is ride booking app and very first information should be about rides. If you are showing me food info, COVID info and Maghrib time, I have many other apps for this. For God sake improve user experience of app.

    Disappointing. The system assigned two cars to me which were heading to the opposit direction on the highway and had no chancen to reach me within reasonable time. I had to cancel both rides, then I got blocked by Careem and could not book another one. I have reached out to customer care, who stated the same and completely ignored the critical part that the app and the complete system which is responsible for picking the right car might not be functioning corretly.

    GPS not working with careem app altho it's working on other applications. Can't pin location hence cant book. Thus issue has arrised from merging if food app. I have installed old version its working finr but promocodes are not working on old version.     I have a car, so what i really need from this app is Careem box.The app is great, it meets all my needs. However, I took out one star, as I am really bad in directions and there is no sync with google maps. I always need to send the driver the location via whatsapp, as i am not used to use the app's customized map(no sense of directions:( ), and there is no place to send google maps via the app instead of using whatsapp. Nevertheless, the app is done with great effirts that i really appreciate.

    I changed my phone when I arrived back in Dubai. I had a points. Then they disappeared and to log in I had to use Facebook. All points disappeared. Now I have the old phone number on my profile and I can not change it. I do not receive the message and when I press for someone to ring me nothing happens. It needs so serious work to get it working properly when things go wrong for the customer.

Even if my location is very near and there is no construction or any kind of obstacles, the careem map displays the very long rout to my destination and showing double and triple fare cost to the trip, So weird. I just took local taxi instead careem. Please resolve this issue and problem with you careem application. Thanks.

    needs location for a booking which is stupid and does not work if one is inside a building. Tried it again: indoors it does not work. occasionally there is a pointless popup about location services, turn it on. all that is possible is to close the popup, by which the app terminates. All of this is silly because the app also makes it possible to enter the location using google maps, implying that a dependency on location services is not needed, and certainly not a good reason to terminate the app

    Your service pathetic. I never can book a ride . It always show no service available. No cars available. Even if I have tried reinstalling app it still show same error. My phone GPS is on still it is unable to connect to any captain. Meanwhile it works on mothers phone. It's been 6 months now the issue is same.

    Application is getting worst day by day, Fares are usually always high and when try to book a ride from any catogery drivers are usually not available. They also don't trained the driver as well as they do not know how to follow google map location for example i book a ride to my location they always arrived the location far from my location.     When I booked the car, estimated fare was around 460rs. After getting dropped off, captain showed me the reciept of 1200rs. Right after i got dropped off, I got a notification that YOUR RIDE IS CANCELLED. Though it happened once and my experiences have been okay, this ruined my trust on Careem. I hope they heavily penalize the Captains that scam customers and hurt Careems reputation.

    Perfect to get a quick ride. There seems to be someone near all the time. Update March 2021: can no longer pay using a debit or credit card. Tried 3 card from different banks and one was even from Europe, Visa or mastercard doesn't make difference either. Their support does not respond to anything. Use DTC or Uber...

    Pathetic!! For the past few weeks, the service has been worst than ever. Either the captain takes too long to come or he cancels the ride after hearing that the ride is on credit. Plus the customer service is extremely poor. They should just close the whole setup, pack up and go home.

    When I try to sign up Careem, I entered my newly obtained STC number, and Careem shows an account of someone else. When I tried to change email, it ask for pin that's send to the email I entered. But no pin received in my email despite many tries. Very frustrating. Will opt for a better app.

I am quite happy from this service and the issue I ordered a taxi and the taxi driver came and ask me where you want to go.I put the place ready to mention that. I want to go there and the taxi driver wasn't want to go there ask me to cancel the right when. I cancel the right cost me RS:112 rupees on no reason. N is no reason to cost passenger on this trip.

    Pathetic experience .. Pathetic service.. this doesnt even deserve 1 star. Careem have silly reason to add extra charges. Usually I get a ride from my work place to my home in rupees 300 or maximum 350, some time if we stuck in traffic it may increase to 400 not more than that, but today there was no traffic, nothing, and they charge me 800 for the same route. there were no previous dues or anything.. stop fooling people. i m a customer of careem for such long time but not anymore.

    This app kill you in hunger!!!! Last time i ordered 5 times. Then all the driver refuse to take my order. And now i ordered food again it says process and its written the food is process and captain is in the outlet. After 12 minutes the costumer service call me. That the restaurant is closed? Hey?? Are chossing the customer?? This is not.good. careem is expensive. Expensive in Bad service.. my experience is terreble of this app. Its useless. The information is not legitt...

    The support team is super slow and not helping at all. I have paid twice for 1 trip and send a lot of msgs to support team but they didn't help me. Very disappointed. I'll just catch taxi in the street now, rather than using careem. It's cheaper faster and easier.

    My go to app for rides in Jeddah. Its convenient and accessible at all times. Although I wish the taxi option was still available because that means it wouldn't take so long to get a captain. Moreover, I wish we could use our sawa or mobily credit to top up our careem pay balance instead of just a credit/debit card which could be useful for underage ppl.

    I keep facing problems with the pick up location. Almost in each time I want to book a careem box order or some times a taxi I need to call the company to fix or add my location. Also the drivers of careem have become rude and impolite and they are not as friendly as they used to be.

    Since careem banned expat drivers, the rates got outrageously high. Even at peak time or without, the ride fee doesn't make sense. I have started traveling on local cab as it costs me a minimum of 60% less fee and reaches to tge destination in less time. Both monry and time saved.

    Disappointed with servies, app and captains. You guys have started to over charge for just a small distance, i want to link my email to file a complaint against a captain but it's not linking, he told me to cancel the ride because he was 5 mintues away from me and he was just standing on a same spot and didn't move for 5 mintues, i had to cancel it and when i checked careem have charged me negatively. If you can't manage the app or the captains silly behaviour you should stop this service.

    First driver was nearby, drove past and went to another area. They were clearly on another call with uber so I cancelled. Booked a new driver, they were heading away from us, missed 3 opportunities to u turn, clearly on another job so canceled. The app then blocked me from ordering any more rides an hour later, which is way past the 20min warning that I got for cancelling the second ride. It said contact support so called them, but called dropped saying only use the website.

    Orders always come with missing items. The reporting system is totally inconvenient. It can only be done through one page of the app which usually has glitches. Meaning you then need to report the glitch of the app before being able to report your order problem. By then you would have switched to another delivery provider hopefully

    I just cancelled my Careem Plus.The app cannot tell if you careem plus user on the Basket interface. You have to enter a code to avail the free delivery. But you will not be avail to get other promo (i.e. GOTYOU) if you choose for Free delivey.

    All I can say: THIEVES!! These people literally took money out of my account for no reason then ignored my complaint.I was charged 38 riyals for no reason. The moment I put my card details, the money was withdrawn. I was advised to contact Customer Services and I did. They said it was a pending payment from 2017 although at that time I wasn't living in Saudi or the MiddleEast and I'd never used Careem before. I moved to Saudi late 2019.

I was very satisfied with careem but from my last experience with careem, here comes the peak sur charge... I just don't understand the policy...     I used to use it but I experienced many things that offended me. They gave me negative points and charged me 10 SR after i canceled the trip because I waited long time till the clinic canceled my appointment which I was waiting for 2 weeks 😡😤. The app always hanged and it gave long directions which cost more. Also I noticed the time changed after I book the ride for example if it gave me 4 minutes the driver arrived after 10 min.

    Really terrific....during Covid time...drivers are not available. I got negative point when the driver cancelled my trip despite waiting for so long. Even the driver didn't responded to my chats or call. I was happy earlier BUT now...i am surprised to the recent disheartening services I experienced.     Your riders do not even have 500rs, to purchase the item(s) ordered, this happens every other time. The second issue is, if the purchase-ride tracking page is moved away from, there is no way to get back to it. Edit: Introduce email reporting, not everyone has the time and patience to deal with your customer support representatives on call.

Plus the useless food section should be removed. 55 min estimate for food delivery which actually takes 90 min to get done to torture the customer and there is not even a live tracking of order since the order goes directly to restaurant then I don't understand what's the point of using this service when I myself can call the restaurant directly to place an order.

Time is money for everyone but it seems in this case it is only for the Captains. Careem needs to confront this issue as it is beyond ridiculous now.     it is extremely extremely difficult to enter my pick-up location into the Careem App application! It is a big huge hassle standing on the main roads and phoning the captain (driver) and guiding him the full routes how he should get to my pick up location. A better application would have been microsoft office type, in which you properly insert the pick up location points, guided additionally by maps and Google satellite location services

    At the beginning it was good but now the app has become worst as they have no control over their captains. The captains play fraud by charging more money. I had twice such experience. Even when I had bonus they didn't come to pick and asked for more money. Even i complaint but no response from careem team. Even if the captain cancelled the ride after playing fraud, they added fee in my account to pay in the next ride. Pathetic.

    Horrible and unjustified experience. I used Careem a few times to order food and recharge my mobile, but out of nowhere my account got "suspended" without justification, while it still had funds in the wallet. Contacting customer service, they aren't helpful at all as the only thing they say is that they apologize that they cannot do anything to help and can't even indicated what went wrong, and that my only option is to open another account with another mobile number. Not an option, so adios!

The drivers have started cancelling rides for relatively longer distance or congested roads. It uses to take almost 30 min to get ride now a days.     Apps contain bugs and then we have to pay fr that.. I ordered a ride and it was unable to track my ride. I wasn't able to view my ride or cancel it and i was getting late.. Afterwards, when i had reached my destination i was connected to captian. And the captain has also gone through a lot as he covered a lot of distance to pick me up but i wasn't there.

    We face a lot of problems with the bikers as they stand with the metro station or near by roundabout, never accept our bookings, when we approach them they ask for the 50% more fare compare to online booking,they proudly says we ask bcoz we make trips as offline and have more profits on offline, but we as a passengers faces troubles.     Booking a taxi was smooth in Careem but recently, whenever I try to book a ride it's showing car is not available. That is something you least expect while traveling. Also why there aren't big cars available in Sharjah so that family of 3 can travel together. Is it just to make more money out of multiple bookings?
