If you're on Android 11 and use this app do know that your money will be stolen because you won't be able to proof what went wrong. Developers should do a better job at fixing such bugs considering the size of this company. Disappointed and won't use let alone recommend this app to anyone

It takes too long to reimburse the money for the orders canceled by the app. If it is canceled by the store, the money should be charged to store and credited immediately to the customers.

Well can't communicate with the restaurant after the order is made and if the driver is early you can't know and when I try to find a restaurant it gives me a different options also some restaurants don't take cash why??? Also pics are some times not clear or in the right place so is confusing cuz u don't know what you order

Deberían incluir una opción de bloqueo para, efectivamente, bloquear restaurantes en los que los clientes han tenido mala experiencia, ya que cuándo se hace un reclamo por equis razón, algunos o contestan super mal o simplemente no contestan. The app should have a "block" option for those restaurants which customers have had a bad experience... Some of them (restaurants) won't reply back, or if they do, they answer reluctantly when there is an issue with the orders...

If your order is taking 1 hour 24 minutes to arrive you should have the freaking option just to cancel and be able to figure out something more reliable and convenient!!!!!!!
