I wish I could give this app no stars. When I finally completed my order and it told me that they do not serve in my area. And then they charge my account $32. I did not even give me a refund I don't understand how I didn't even put an order in and it took money out of my account my bank account. I tried to call customer service numerous times. They hung up on me every single time. This is the worst customer service and app I've ever experienced in my life I will no longer be going to 7-Eleven.

Useless! Tried couple weeks ago, cancelled order twice after waited few min. Thinking maybe that busy day. Ok, try again today, pleaced order and get cancel again. Said the delivery person can not fulfill my order. Ended up going thru UberEats, ordered exact same items from same 7/11 store. Got deliver in about 30 min. So they have the products, just dont have the service. What's the point of this app?? Might as well use UE, with more store selection.

Not a very smooth experience so far. There are multiple 7-11s around me and I can't select another location for delivery. The location chosen for me (Southland Drive Calgary) never has a consistent supply and hot items/deals like chicken wings & taters, are "not available" but upon going in the store they have everything in stock to purchase? Confusing. Tried to purchase something and it declined my card.... I gave up. Haven't even made a first order. Dissapointed.

I live pretty close to the 7/11 so the delivery is always good. Ive been pretty irritated at the inaccuracy of the online product database and whats actually available. theres no reason for there to be any uncertainty when they control everything and its all already tied into their own internal databases.

They give out promo codes that never work. I have tried on a few different occasions and the promos on their front page always say they aren't eligible. No alcohol or cigarettes in my cart. Just simply this promo code is not eligible. Everytime. False advertisement.

Currently can't login to my 711 account to order food and it always asks me to try again some other time and I waited about 2-3hrs in-between time gaps and it keeps saying same thing

I REALLY like this app. It does EXACTLY what it was made for. I easily can order what I'm in need of and have no problems really throughout the entire process. The only thing is I wish the app was a little more.....polished (for lack of a better word).... It still seems a little "new" to me. Maybe a little glitchy. I wish I could think of the perfect word for it. I dont know, whatever. Long story, short- Great app!! Defintely worth the download!

The age verification screen has no field in which to enter my birth date. Instead, I see the string MM/DD/YYYY superimposed on the directions.

Has a good selection, but works better on the website. Kept saying my payment was wrong even after confirming it worked. Couldn't place my order on the app, so I used the website. Has great deals and food, but I will not be using it again nor would I recommend it. Update: I used it again, giving it the benefit of the doubt, but that was a horrible idea. They have items they claim to be in stock on the app and online, yet they still replace it. Once again, ordering didn't work on the app.
