Use the 10K Run app to improve your stamina, endurance, and health to help you run a 10K! Your body's strength will gradually increase over time with interval training.
Over the next 14 weeks your running will be steadily improved. You will start with 1 minute jogging intervals in-between 1.5 minute walks. As you complete runs your body will be strengthened and the program will slowly become more challenging.
Take your device with you on your runs! Listen to your favorite music and get prompted over your headphones to run or walk. Your entire run will be directed through your headphones or speakers.
Glancing at the app while on your run will show you:

    This app is perfect in the sense that the notifications play over my music and the running goes up gradually each week. Unfortunately it jumps from 4 mins running to 25 mins running. I thought it was because I didn't have premium, I upgraded and it didn't change. Very disappointing. Now I'm out of the cash, and need to find another app that actually makes sense for the running frequency. I emailed them last week and didn't hear back, hoping they see this review and will address the problem.

    I started on this app because I did the 5k. It was my first experience with this sport of running and it helped to increase my stamina and love for the sport however this 10k app doesn't track the distance at all. I use in conjunction with strava and did 1.75 miles while the 10k app tracked .02. Disappointed. It consistently tracks the mileage incorrectly and sometimes even stops mid sequence 😒😕. Will be moving to another 10k training app.

    I've gone from being a non-runner to entering events because of the programme design in this app. It is simple in design and that's part of the reason it has been so effective. I've been using it alongside Strava and the distances you cover marry up between the two apps so there's a decent level of accuracy. There are adds at the end of a run but they are of no inconvenience really. Couldn't recommend interval training enough, it reduces the chance of injury and builds your confidence.

    I love this app except for one thing: It stops tracking your distance and location as soon as the time is up and there is no way to continue it if you are not back at your starting point. And if you start a new run and don't "finish", it won't count there either. I can adjust the distance by editing, but I still have to use a different app to do that.

    It is good for telling you when to run on time intervals and telling you when you are half way is good. But I purchase the full version and the GPS and distance tracking are terrible. It doesn't track paths only seems to recognise roads and then doesn't track the whole distance of your run. Very frustrating, I am going to have to use another app as well. Really needs sorting.

    The app works well enough for telling you when to run and when to walk etc and it works along with whatever music you are playing BUT I purchased the fuller version so that it will track how far I've run and that doesn't work at all. I used another app to track how far- 10k run said .77miles and the reliable app said 3.7- if they can fix the GPS part I would rate it much higher.

    I love this app! It is simple and not obnoxious or intrusive. I does the job I need it to well without a lot of frills. The ads are minimal and not overbearing. All the information that is important to me for a run is set up clearly. I love that the 3 circles set up for displaying the times for time left on an interval time left for the total run time and time elapsed. I also love how every run in the plan for the whole app is layedout clearly so I can easily plan my runs ahead of time.

    The only thing this good for is telling you is when to run and walk. Like a previous reviewer, as soon as I put my phone in my pocket, it stops tracking. I doubt I would do 0.17km in 25mins when my Samsung Health tells me I've done 2.44km. What a disappointment.

    Paid for premium as I expect a better service! This app loses the run half way through and GPS tracks intermittently. When I open map it goes to USA and I'm in the UK *shrug* very useful :( refund please!
