Love the app. I do find that the inventory doesn't match up to the stores sometimes. It gets annoying to have to go to the store and find the item you want is actually there but it shows no availability on the app. Otherwise than that I love the extra discounts that you get being a Rewards member. I don't get anything in the regular mail like my mother does. That bit is disappointing and I didn't get the birthday rewards this year. The site and app are very slow to upload and filter.

Doesn't let me choose certain items. Keeps telling me "sometimes things go missing like that sock. Keep looking for the perfect match". And then knocks me out. Please fix this.

I've had this app for 2 years. I tried to like it but good Lord is it horrible! I regularly have to delete it to get it to work again. It never remembers my password and this new thing with enter password and then enter these squiggly words? Just a constant loop that does nothing! It's freaking frustrating! It's 2021, who is writing this app, a monkey? I would've said a preschooler but they probably would do a better job then the current team!

For the most part I like the app but my one annoyance is the need to send a verification code each and every single time I try to log in to my charge account. I appreiate the security but everytime is frustrating when I'm rushing.

Quit nagging for location! This has been broken for over a year. When I've already chosen a store there's no reason to interrupt for location settings when I choose to filter by brand, and again by size, again by color, again by category, again by fit, again again again. When I deny access each time, the spinner appears and doesn't go away until I close the filters.

I've Uninstalled and reinstalled six times with the same results. I used to be able to use Kohl's Pay. Now the app refuses to show my card. However it shows me my card details in the credit selection. So without my card with me in the store, I'm unable to purchase. What a nice way to save me money. In the app applying coupons, it use to show me price details after applying the coupon. Not anymore.

Was a good app til they took the options on how to pay away now i cant add gift cards cause it skips this option. Customer services has no clue of why or how it happened but cant help. What a joke now. I would give it 0 stars if i could. Customer service people dont listen and dont know whats going on. How can anyone help if no one knows whats going on.

NEVER works once I'm in the store. I open it before I go in and I can access my wallet. Once I walk in the store it freezes up & the cashier has to manually look everything up for me. The concept is good but the execution is terrible.

Location Service Requirement is Insane!!! I love Kohls, but it's crazy that now you can't use the app unless you agree to let them see your location. Honestly, it will pop up every new page telling you that the app can't operate without it... why? Why does Kohls NEED to know my location in order for me to look at their things?

I enjoy shopping at Kohl's but their app is terrible. Keeps changing my store location to one I've never been to in spite of my correcting location multiple times. Their site freezes a lot. Have to tap on item multiple times to add it to order. I contacted Kohl's support & they suggested I try another browser. I did. Also reinstalled app, cleared cache, etc. Same problems. I'd shop online more if they just fixed their app.
