HOW TO USE

3. Adjust the playback speed with the slider.
4. Slowly move through the frames and press "Set Takeoff" at the frame just before leaving the floor.
5. Press "Set Landing" at the frame just before you are landing.
6. Vertical Jump height has been calculated.

NOTE
- For accurate results, make sure to land back at the same spot where you took off.
- For better results, record in slow motion video to calculate vertical height.

    It kinda works but it tends to be off by 1-3 inches. It's ok to give you a general idea of your vert though.

    I did the timing thing but it still shows that my vertical jump is 1.23inches
