Description

From the listing uploaded by “catappult”.

If you’re an athlete, then working to increase your vertical jump could help you go further in your sport. A strong vertical jump can help you excel in several sports, including basketball, gymnastics, and volleyball. It will also help to improve your overall athleticism and flexibility. Increasing your vertical leap is possible with calisthenics, plyometrics, and weight training. Dunking in basketball requires explosive vertical leaping ability, but with some training many players can see an increase in the height they can achieve on their jump. In order to train for dunking the muscles need to be strong, but they also need to be trained for quick, explosive bursts of power. Download the app now and start increasing your vertical jump.
