Reviews From google play store

Works great with company's exchange server. Works great with my personal email as well. I really like how it integrates meetings in the calendar. I have access to coworkers availability just like the scheduling assistant in the desktop version. Awesome when I'm on the go. The calendar layout is really nice. I used to use Google calendar with the Samsung email app. They worked really well. However, this app does both really well and integrates with work like no other app can. Awesome!

Emails being sent seemed pretty sluggish lately. Also received emails that I send out noting that it failed to deliver. I tried sending an email to myself and it was kicked back with the same response. Please fix, thanks! 25 Jan 2020 (update) Still no change. Below is the message received from emails I sent out with valid addresses "Your message couldn't be delivered. Despite repeated attempts to deliver your message, querying the Domain Name System (DNS) for the recipient's domain location"

I installed this app and in the beginning it was great. I like the look and feel of the app UNTIL unsolicited ads started showing up in my inbox. After googling I found out this is Microsoft selling ad space to your inbox. They can't be removed or stopped. I solved the problem by removing the app, going back to Gmail and forwarding my Outlook email thru Gmail.

There is a persistent issue with 'ghost' drafts appearing in the item count of the drafts folder. My device currently shows two items that aren't there when I navigate to the folder. I also have Outlook installed on my work phone using an entirely different account, and that does same thing. My work phone shows six items that aren't there. There is plenty of forum chat about this, but no solution. Reinstallation only temporarily solves the problem.

I have used Outlook on my computer for years, it is the most powerful and robust email program where I can access and manage all of my email accounts in one interface. So....... when I came across Outlook for Android in the app store I immediately installed it! Boy was that a mistake, this app is buggy and has so many errors, just like all the other negative postings have mentioned. Com'on Microsoft, get it together, do it right, or not at all! 🤨👎

Good... Needs some security features... On incoming emails... It is very difficult to see the exact email address of who sent the message, which is important for figuring out if the email is a spam... Not even in the spam folder can I get that (I would love to see the entire header as an option)...what is easy to see... Is who the email was sent to? Well if it is in my mailbox? It is a less important detail to determining spam.

I like the way calendar events appear in your inbox. I don't understand why basic formatting options like bold and underline are missing for email composition. Calendar works fairly well. It's nice to see other people's availability. I wish the calendar contents were accessible by other 3rd party calendar apps. I'd like to see my work events alongside with my personal calendar without having to also add my personal account (in Gmail) to Outlook.

Trash app. Emails don't load, emails dissapear to apparently nowhere. Just refreshed inbox to try to see older (30-40 day) emails, since they were not displayed. All of my emails except for one just vanished, with no apparent way to get them back. Logging on outlook on the website isnt possible, it says the email isnt valid. I can still send emails from app though, and they go through. Only way to actually see my outlook inbox is on a desktop/laptop computer. Garbage app from a huge company.

No badges for live account, still not fixed, & since today's update emails take a while to load. Plz fix these issues. Previous issues not fixed, yet have become worse after recent update; problems with Gmail on outlook, not able to delete emails. Was working fine before. Why can't you update to fix rather than to break!!! Would give zero rating if I could.

It used to be the best..... Until it disconnected my email and will now no longer recognize my email....I used it several times just yesterday and it worked just fine. Today I get an error message saying this account does not exist.... no my account has not been compromised I checked all that already. It's my college email so I need the notices when I get mail from my teachers and course notifications.

Can't customize signature line??!!!! It's a great app except there is no way to make a custom signature line with company logo and font! Ridiculous. This needs to be fixed. It seriously makes an otherwise 5 Star app, a 2 star app. It's not professional for a company email not to have the company logo in the email.

I dragged time slots across the day to change time as time continually needs ti be changed but it cannot be updated sometimes . I need to delete the original slot and add the event again to change the time if that happens. Btw, can there be a auto refill function for events as they may repeat, but irregularly. It would also be much more convenient if there is an option to switch an event from one calendar to another in my Android phone, which is available in the web ver. Thanks. Generally ok.

Ridiculous that you cannot attach photos any longer and it tries to insert them as links in your emails. Then those links don't work for whomever you send the email to - meaning it is now impossible to email someone photos. To make it worse, whatever idiots they have at Microsoft working on this reply in their help forums and insist that is how it is supposed to work and it's not broken. Total garbage app. Looking for a different solution now.

I was excited to move from the native Samsung email app to the official Outlook app, but this thing sucks. It offers no additional functionality over the Samsung app. Worst of all, it doesn't show half of my emails! I get a notification that an email has arrived, but the email doesn't appear in the app for about an hour. Useless!

I am always more than happy to write a good review with an excellent rating; however, cannot do so in this case. I am disappointed that I cannot access an option to either delete or rename a folder in mobile Outlook as on a computer. You can only add a folder at this point. I have seen this same DISAPPOINTMENT and comment expressed by others time and time again in forums and other sources with no resolution. In today's modern technology, we find this important with so much mobile usage.

As of Jan 1, 2020, I received loads of spam mixed in with my regular mail in my inbox, can you please develop a spam icon in the top banner area of the inbox, and to put a checkbox next to each email in my inbox, so that I can check and move all applicable spam messages to the spam folder? Please let me know, as soon as possible? Thank you!

Update 2020; this app is failing often. Mostly when in the search function, it will crash. You cannot search and then delete emails. (You can only search, then scroll and find it yourself) As well, you cannot search and select multiple emails. It also will not load entire emails unless you hit the forward button, and won't let you revisit attachments. This is a recurring problem on multiple installs and phones.

Calendar and Mail not compatible for efficient use. Please separate mail and calendar so one can toggle between the two. Now one has to close an email, go to calendar, return to email, hope email was not discarded, or look for it in drafts or start another email. This app is too cumbersome and not user friendly. January 25, 2020 When will calendar and email be more efficient to use?

The top toolbar is too tall with empty space, and several newsletters with images are getting cut off at the bottom, making them impossible to read in Outlook! Also, the app doesn't load some emails in the inbox that show up as notifications, while some won't delete through the notification - they just stay stuck. Sometimes emails don't show up in the inbox at all until I force close and restart the app.

Ok - though everytime the app updates (& sometimes just randomly) I need to re-enter my email account information & set up my mailboxes again. I generally rely on email notifications on my phone so only discover that my account isn't linked when I try to check my email after not receiving notifications for a while. This has been happening regularly, very frustrating. Being able to collapse sub-folders would be a huge bonus.

Have 2 google accounts. 1 loses connection and is asking to sign in. When click sign in,goes to 403. It's a mistery on how microsoft keeps screwing every app they have. So far nothing from microsoft worked as it should. Tried cortana, pc link etc. On Pc outlook is laready replaced by third party, as it could not connect to microsoft exchange. What a joke.

Spam filter is out of control, sending trusted emails to spam folder all the time. Also, the search and calendar tabs are useless and just occupying space. I would love to see the (horrible) calendar function taken off the email app. Other than that, it does the basic things an email app is supposed to do.

This app works perfectly on iPhone but since moving to Samsung , writing emails (for work) is impossible on my phone as you cannot edit the text, change font, or make it bold. Also every time you start a new paragraph the font goes massive and you cant change it back. It makes any email sent from this app unprofessional.

This app is so horrible every day I find another brain dead limitation in it. Newest one is I can't limit my search to just one folder like my Sent Box. Let's add it to my previously reported list of missing critical features: unable to format text, not able to print, not able to make calendars visible to Android, Office 365 let's admins force us to use this crummy app I'm so unhappy. Oh, and how about don't erase the body of my email drafts!!

After the install of the newest version for Outlook, I am now receiving several spam emails in my inbox. This is in addition to the hundreds of spam emails that I receive daily in my junk folder. It is frustrating as I've contacted Outlook Support several times, but nothing is being done to fix it. The web and mobile app should be synced/more cohesive for a better user experience. Each time I contact Outlook Support, I'm told "this is a web app based issue" so you will need to contact Support.

There are lots of email apps available. But not one is as easy to use as Outlook to send 5 MB pictures to/from my dektop computer and to my friends. The main item which should be changed, and others have expressed the same idea, is the ability to delete/rename albums no longer needed. Otherwise this is a great app for emails and easily set as default email for gmail and others. Support is really helpful 🤓!! UPDATED: Lately Outlook has crashed on numerous times frequently just stopped working! U

Compared to premium version on Windows Phone, this is really acting weird. You need to use a fingerprint each time you access it, the policy gets imposed on Hotmail also. You cannot create folders shortcuts. No 1x1 widget with folder message count. No rich text editor. Government of Canada is treated as span and no matter how many times you say it is not spam, it will still go to spam. It does not have AI like the Windows Phone version has. Just focused on cosmetic stuff like icon color

Crash constantly. Can't even open the app. It even crashes when I'm not using it. Terrible customer service. Terrible product. Do not download this, even if your job requires you to do so... Quit any job that requires you to use this app. Use your default email. Also, all of these 1 star reviews, aren't reflected on the actual app rating. 4.4 should be more like 1.2

A lot of changes are being performed frequently, but there are times where there are some annoying issues. For example, in the current version, I cannot scroll up to read old emails and i cannot review the history as i used to, though the three bullet button. Also there are times that the fonts are different between quick reply and full reply.

After a horrendous customer service experience* (the advisor basically didn't understand anything) my email account was removed from my app and I cannot re-add it. How is this possible??? It very much feels like a privacy intrusion. *I havent been able to attach document files via the app. It only opens up picture files. This bug has been around for several months now.

Works well, clean interface. I would prefer it was 3 seperate apps (mail, calendar, people) to allow easier multitasking on a phone and to match up with the Windows apps. It would probably also allow new features to be added more quickly. It would also be good if the notifications where a bit smarter - a notification of a email on my phone but I check and deal with it on a PC the notification stays on the phone not recognizing it's been dealt with elsewhere.

Really! I've been using Outlook for many many years. This App is in the Stoneage. Very few configurable items. For example there are no confirmation dialogues to send, delete, archive, etc. (Undo is in practice dangerous). The default email option doesn't work. The app always starts in the email address that was used when the app was closed. To access subfolders you need to leave the inbox. There should be a drop-down menu for this. Filters only appear in the inbox, and the subfolders?

Used to work very well. After the last update it no longer works. Every time you open it it comes up with a popup saying it no longer works and shuts down. I've restarted my phone several times, deleted and redownloaded the app at least 6 times and it still doesn't work. The same issue is happening for my staff as well so it's causing a ton of issues for us at work.

Remove the annoying ad. To place an ad in clients mailbox right next to/on top of their emails causing them to unintentionally click on it and be taken to 3rd party pages every time one tries to read their emails should be illegal. Either find a better spot for ads if you absolutely need the revenue from it or remove it all together. Worst location you could ve found in case I wasn't clear enough.

It worked fine. Then an update and now email in my trash folder shows my address instead of the senders address. Been working with support on this for the last few hours without resolution. I've tried all they have suggested without any success. In fact, some of their "fixes" were setbacks - one even stopped me from being able to connect to my primary email until I deleted and then reconnected the account. It's simple to fix ... the problem started after an update so fix the update!

I have been using this app for years on several different phones without a problem until the most recent update. Now I can receive emails but am unable to reply to them using my non Microsoft email account. My ISP was unable to help and the app will not accept manual entry of outgoing POP or IMAP server settings. I hope this issue is fixed in the next update. I was able to quickly add my email account to Gmail and it works perfectly, so my ISP is not the issue.

This app has come a long way since it first came out but recently its failed to sync an exchange 2010 mailbox when it used to work (mid dec). My 365 mailbox works fine but this doesn't. So i have reverted back to using the in built email app which works fine, autodisc works first go. Not sure whats happened.

50% chance of legitimate emails going to spam. Cannot deactivate filter. Basically you have to run two inboxes to get all your emails (inbox and spam box). Cannot add senders to safe list on app. So this is not fit for purpose as an email app. I cannot believe microsoft will not change this.

I recently switched over from using the default android e-mail app to the outlook app and really enjoyed it. However, my department recently added a new policy where we must include a jpeg of the company logo in our signature as well as a link to the Help Desk (I work in IT). Outlook cannot do either of these things and after looking around the forums it appears that Microsoft has no plans to add these features. This is especially frustrating since the default signature includes a link to get outlook for android (i.e. the app has the capability to have links in the signature they just don't give that capability to users). If you are using this for personal use, it is probably alright, but if your company has a policy on professional looking signatures, this is not the app for you.

Outlook is constantly sending things to the Spam folder. I'll get a notification for an email, dismiss it, and later will open up my inbox and not have any new emails. For some reason it will randomly send things to the spam folder no matter how many times I mark them as "not spam". This has been happening for as long as I've had the app. I can't take it anymore. I'm going to uninstall this and use the built-in one.

Unfortunately the latest update has not resolved the issues. This App has worked great for years but last week my work email account stopped syncing. After deleting the App and reinstalling, I now can't add my work account back on (it says 'an error has occured') even though my personal email account works fine. The latest update has improved the look but has not resolved the issue, which is very disappointing and frustrating. Will change back to 5 stars once issue is fixed.

I've been using this app for about a year. It's been pretty good and ok happy with it. It recently updated and something went daffy. Went to open it and it was like it had never been set up. Emails were all gone. Have tried multiple times to set up again to no avail. Uninstalled app and installed again still no go. Really disappointed...

it's a decent app as far as layout but suddenly, at times, I will get close to 100 emails in my regular inbox that are spam, regardless of clicking links in email to unsubscribe. I feel it subscribes me to more irrelevant junk. I constantly flag and move these emails to my spam which also gets close to a few hundred A DAY!!! it is beyond frustrating and I have no idea why I get tons of spam email at all. very irritated with this.

I wish there is an option to select between Reply and Reply to All. It is very easy to commit mistakes when replying to the sender when the default is Reply to All and you have to edit the recipient to remove the rest. It shouldn't take the developers too much time to make that happen since we have that in both PC and Web app, why does the Android version have to function differently?

*Edit* After today's update all seems to be well again. Great Work 👍. Great App. Was fine until last update, now closes a few seconds after opening every time. Have tried clearing cache and reinstalling, but still the same. On huawei mate 20x if that helps. Hopefully a fix soon 👍

This app works well on my Note 10+. It easily connected to my O365 account and does what I need for work. One suggestion. When you go to file an email, is it possible for the folder structure to have the same appearance as it does when you are looking at folders from the main menu?

I have tried the defacto email app and Gmail and Yahoo mail and others. This is the ONLY app that is laid out to manage multiple email account logically and effectively. It works great, especially the combined spam filter deletion capability. Only fault I have found is with the support ability to suggest a new feature. Once you enter the details, there is no way to submit your idea from the phone!

After I've deleted something and try to go back to retrieve it from the trash, I can hardly ever find it & thats only when I use the magnifying glass/search icon. I can usually find it after I've given myself a headache scrolling one by one through the trash.

Nothing but problems. I can no longer even get outlook to open with my work/office 365 email. Just get "An error occurred". Tried reinstalling, clearing data/cache, etc. When it did work, it would often stop updating any new mail. And sometimes event notifications would recurr every minute despite being dismissed. Overall really disappointed with this app. Stuck using mobile browser...

Downgraded to 1 star, now i have to reenter password 50% of the time i open the app makes it pointless. Common issue over the last 3-4 years! No HTML support No folder search when filing emails, near impossible to use for email triage. Search doesnt seem to look at email body contents. No easy way to tell which account an email belongs to. At this point there are much better alternatives; Blackberry Hub + Inbox being one. Reliable and WAY more features.

Outlook was OK some time back, the new updates have caused the app to notify you about a new email but it doesn't load it once you open it to read. Cleared the cache, redownload all messages again, and it will behave for a short period of time. Then, it'll go back to the same issue. I've uninstalled the app, cleared the data, and clear the cache - it will behave for a short period of time. Then, it'll go back to the same issue. Galaxy Note 9 - latest patched/OS

Horrible. Doesn't even work. Cannot setup my office 365 account due to an error. The error I am getting is provided below. The account is not the issue, the outlook application is because my office 365 account works with the Gmail Application, just not with the Outlook. "HTTP Status 401 – Unauthorized Type Status Report Description The request has not been applied because it lacks valid authentication credentials for the target resource. Apache Tomcat/8.5.39"

Instead of improving the "Do not disturb' can you fix the fact it keeps asking for your username and password and wont connect to download emails. I've been reading this is a problem which has been going back nearly 4 years and is still happening. Might be worth putting this right before adding other things.

I really dont like how I keep getting spam and junk mail in my normal inbox. There is no way to mark junk mail. And the only option is to put it in spam but it doesnt block the email from entering back in my normal inbox. Please make an option to block emails and spam mail. I dont have much time to go on my desktop in do this.

The app itself does a good job. But Outlook spam filter should be renamed the Outlook politics filter. Everyday, I have to go in and dig the same emails out of my spam folder because Microsoft doesn't agree with my politics. How many times do you have to mark an email as not spam before it stops sending it to the spam folder?

Works okay. If there are multiple accounts, it doesn't make it easy to know which account you are creating calendar events for. This can lead to events being created for the wrong calendar. Also, I can't load images in email messages. Tech support has known about the issue for at least 6 months and it still isn't fixed yet.

It's nice being able to manage multiple email accounts in one place. Unfortunately you cannot perform bulk action on any items returned from a search. For example if you wanted to clean out your various accounts, you do a search to return all of the emails containing a certain term. After they are listed you cannot select multiple items to delete all at once. You have open each email individually in order to delete it. Very painful to manage multiple accounts.

Fix dark mode in the widget. It worked... Now it doesn't To be clearer... Dark mode In the Android widget worked when first installed... Followed OS settings, then about a week later, stopped working. Uninstall/reinstall, reboot, flush cache all of it. Same glaring bright white and completely ridiculous blue on my all dark/black themed phone. It's 2020. In 1995, I could customize the colors of my windows experience... 25 years later, MS still messing with settings that dont need to be.

Since your last update of 1/8/20 it has not worked at all. Everytime I tried to open the app to check my email, the app shuts down. We have 3 hotmail accts. that we use this app for and it is very annoying that we can't check our mail on our phones. It work beautifully up until that update. Please fix this as soon as possible.

Big issue: when you create a new mail on desktop, open its draft on the Mobile App, and finally edit and send it on desktop, the previous draft opened on the App is visible as "Sent" even if you made edits on desktop and sent a different copy! Also, it's very nervous to get notified for SPAMs, sometimes SPAM take 10 min before being automatically sent from Inbox to the SPAM folder! You should wait for SPAM detection before sending any notification.

No option for blocking spam emails on the phone app. Not like it would make much difference if there was, because I keep getting the same spam emails despite blocking and/or reporting them as phishing emails when I access Outlook from my desktop computer. What gives? This very frustrating and truly hope they do something about this.

Revised 01/14/20 - Latest App update (1/9/20) seems to have fixed problem below. Will conseider revising back to 5 stars if app proves solid after a few weeks. OLD-November 14, 2019 Outlook App Update crashed the application. Login doesn't work - INCORRECT PASSWORD error. I can sign in to Office 365 using mobile Web browser, so I know it is not a password issue. Please fix. Functionality was great going from PC to a mobile app before this problem.

Every update, something else gets a bug. 1/17 Update, now all Spam nit blocked & instead going to Inbox, select it, making sure to not select real Inbox msgs, move to Spam & it remains in Inbox. Also, most of the time I cannot update events in Calendar (Unable to Update) or checkmark not able to click to update. Gmail maybe. Dad since I've been with Hotmail since 1996, when it was HoTMaiL.

One thing that i can suggest to update in system... That is if any rules created for a particular recipient, the notification isn't coming and I didnt find any option to active that. It's just showing number of mail received if I access the application to check. So, it's very much require to notify user for that kind of mail.

So inferior to Windows Phone 😥 * SO MUCH wasted space! Needs compact view. * No way to jump straight to a specific mailbox. * Calendar shortcut shows same notification badge. * No way to see message count per mailbox from launcher. * Setting up Microsoft account on a personal domain was a pain. * Can't control email sync for individual mailboxes. * Poor integration with system Settings.

Literally worthless, the level of spam has increased so much you can't help but wonder if outlooks being paid to let it through. What really did it for me was the malware hosting ads that are hidden in your inbox in the same style and format as an email. Nobody should use this software and I'd recommend moving to a different email provider.

So infuriating, app worked great for 2 years. All the sudden after an update it crashes. Stop trying to fix what isn't broken! Also been waiting for years to have a report/block button for spam mail, still have yet to see it.

I was using this since a long time and were happy with the updates and interface. 10 days back I've formatted my mobile and reinstalled the app after which I'm facing difficulty where my inbox is not receiving any emails since last 3-4 days while I can send the emails continuously and can check them in sent items. Can any one help me on this please.

Like the Microsoft experience since I have had Hotmail most of my life. Only problem right now is that I get notifications of new email but that new email won't show up in my inbox even after refreshing and won't show up until about an hour later.

Horrible app!! No in-app options to manage font, also had issues with bugs that do not get resolved, including text sizing issues and messages not being saved as drafts - Microsoft do not take on feedback seriously and rarely do they listen to customer needs. Upon using both Gmail and Outlook app, it shocks me how far behind Outlook is with respect to mobile emailing.

App downloads, installs, and then work for the first sync. I get notification of emails, but if I open the app there is none, and it is stuck on the emails when installed. Tried reset account, try reset app, uninstall end reinstall, it still does the same, it was working last year but from early Decemeber it does not show new email.

No longer works. This app has worked well for me for years. After the last update it no longer does... At all. Every two seconds I'm getting a pop-up on my phone "Outlook closed" and it's not even open! I haven't used it at all recently! I even tried going into app settings on my phone and force stopping it. And when I do try to open the app to see if I can do anything in there to make this stop it really doesn't open, it immediately closes. Uninstalling now, the pop-ups are driving me crazy.

Msft ruined this app. Used to work fine now it constantly loses accounts or just stops syncing them in the background. It does this despite being the biggest battery hog on my phone. Yesterday it used more than 10% of my battery despite showing actual on screen usage of 4 minutes.

Ever since the update, I cannot move an email to an existing folder on my phone. I tap the 3 dots, tap Move Folder, then INSTEAD of showing me all my existing folders, a box pops ups and asks me new folder name. So repeated above. Ok, so I typed in folder name in box and it tells me this folder already exists! No kidding! Then where is the stinking list of all my folders so I can MOVE THE EMAIL to the folder I choose... like it did before when I tapped Move Folder?!?!.

I gave this one star due to the fact that this app always has a connection to FaceBook! What data does Facebook get? I only use it for my hotmail account. But not anymore! What business does Facebook have with my email (nothing) Uninstalled ! This app should not use Facebook period!

So far so good, but trying to create new folders not possible or easy as I have to currently archive several different emails which I'd rather separate. Certainly doing well where spam is concerned, far less than Virgin Media (this far, a couple of months in)

I've only had this app for about one month. The original email app that came on my phone was great filtering out spam and junk. After 5 years, it started to just drop and lose my emails. After trying to solve the problem, I downloaded this app. DAILY I am getting so much spam in my inbox!! Focused and other!. I keep moving to spam folder, but it keeps showing up in my inbox. HELP PLEASE! I will save rating until problem solved.

Great app for viewing and sending emails, but not so great for managing folders. Lacks the feature for viewing "pinned" emails like you can in the browser app. On Chrome OS, the app notifies you of ANY new email since you last opened the app, regardless of whether you have marked them as read on another device.

Biggest flaw is it will not allow you to collapse your folders where you have subfolders. A quick Google search on this and you'll find those has been a long standing issue Microsoft refuses to fix. For Enterprise/business/365 customers this is a huge problem! If this was fixed, it would be a star app.

Ibprefer .my emails to be left alone , I don't like focused ! when a mail effives in dark or bold font or a colour code is fine but many times .y mail l arrives without the sound applied and if focused is not selected , I have no idea that its there . Hotmail was much better .

In the past week, its stopped working properly, before and after I downloaded the latest update. It doesn't update my emails anymore and I have to get on a computer to be able to see any emails I've received. As a college student, I need to see my emails from my professors. Please fix this.

My outlook app was working fine until a while back. Today, I was not able to read my mails after opening them and now, the app itself is not opening up. It's crashing as soon as it opens. So, all I see is the outlook loading and then, it's gone. It's not opening anymore. I even tried uninstalling the app and re installing it. Please help me on this!!

Why are stupid spam emails coming directly to the focused part of my inbox? Need to work on the spam filtering. It wasn't this way until recently-when I became more active in the Microsoft rewards program. Coincidence? Either way, I end up trashing around 20 spam emails a day. With this, my count will probably double.

Hotmail / Outlook has a serious spam problem where heaps are coming to our inboxes undetected. The fact that this happens is a failure by Microsoft. But the fact that the app doesn't allow us to block senders is just negligent. How can I mitigate spam where I can't block unless in a browser desktop view. I can't even use desktop view because the browser gets stuck in an infinite loading loop. Disgusting effort by MS.

The app is great when it works. For whatever reason my accounts are deleted from time to time. Suddenly, when I open the app one of my account is gone and I have to reconfigure it. I have three accounts, one gmail, one outlook and one on exchange and randomly one of them gets deleted. Sometimes the indication of the unread emails shows huge numbers, like 985 and once I go in the app the real number of unread emails is shown, like 15. So, something is running crazy with this app.

I have been using it for quite some years and it's reliable. But one feature that's not okay and needs to be improved upon is the download aspect. It will be nice if after downloading a file it goes directly into my download folder... as most times you are compelled to download it again if you don't open it immediately. But that's not the case. I will like to a change to that.

There seems to be an issue with folders listed under your inbox. When there is rules configured for mail to deliver directly to a specific folder the Outlook App does not display the amount of new messages unless you go open and view the folder content. Once the folder has been viewed it will display the unread mail. Please advise.

It work fine but there's one problem, When I'm trying to recover my an acc and I try to get the code, it says type in the last 4 digits of your phone number encluding *number* and I do but after that it says this service is not working please try again later and I do try again and it keeps not working please fix it (my acc is a hotmail)

It's app sucks, unfortunately all my scheduled life is in this app and all they ever do is make changes that upset the balance of my use of this app, and they can never fix it. I've gone from totally lost calendar to a cursor that lands in the message section instead of the send to section, and lately all spam is coming in to my inbox, and guess what..... support says they can't fix it.

Every couple of days, it asks me to re-enter all of the account data for my ISP's IMAP servers. Addresses, ports, all of that. So I do and it works great for a few days and then it asks me all over again. It's maddening.

Outlook does the job. It's fast, stable and secure. I only use outlook for all my mails and calender features. I also got Outlook 365 and use it from time to time. It has some advanced features I like to use from time to time

I'd previously given this app a 5 star rating but downgrading it to a 2 because I've seen a much better email client. The ability to search (and easily find) emails in this compared to Samsung native email app is world's apart. Outlook SUCKS in this. Samsung actually curates the results for easy navigation. Outlook is an absolute disappointment.

I have had the same msn email address for 18yrs and have gone through many different changes with it. The Outlook app has worked pretty well for me through the years and I'm able to customize how I want but just recently I have started getting spam mail in my inbox multiple times daily and I can't figure out how to fix it. I don't know if I need to change my password or uninstall and reinstall it to fix it or wait for an update. If anyone knows what to do I would appreciate the help.

I like the Outlook app a lot. However, there are 2 big issues that I have with it. The first, I wish they would fix the time zone issues with the calendar. You are not able to set time zones when scheding meetings, etc., which means that you have to work out the time zone difference when inputting the meeting. This can lead to big mistakes when you're trying to manage a lot of meetings on the fly. The se ond issue is that you cannot import logos, etc, for email signatures.

No one from your development team reads the comment?? Worst app ever. can't you include color fonts, text formating, HTML Signatures and Rich Text Editor? Then what type of support or development team you have??? Need to get to the speed of presence, don't live in 60s or 70s.

After the most recent update, no longer works... opened one time...then broke thereafter. I tried reinstalling the app and that seemed to blow but then broke again....need another update to fix. ##UPDATE - so the latest version 4.1. appears to have fixed whatever issues were happening. Works as expected and has a cleaner look.

Issues since last update - never had a problem before but now I keep getting an error message and cannot get on to the app. Tried uninstalling and now it won't reinstall. So frustrating when developers change something and it causes havoc for so many people. Back to using Gmail app as my main account!

Basic functionality, could use several additional features. Cannot view sent emails, cannot access folders other than inbox, cannot view contacts or address book, cannot access Outlook calendar. But for what you can do it is simple enough to use, just lacking what should be standard features.

I have been using this app for quite awhile all was fine but today I've tried to use it and it keeps crashing. I have uninstalled and reinstalled it twice now and it works ok for a little while and then it starts to crash again and wont let me on anything. I really need this app as it's for my main email account and I have important emails that I have to address. I'm not impressed at all!

Used the app for about three years with very few issues, but then it updated at some point last night (8/1/20) and disappeared from my home screen and my phone without explanation or warning. I didn't even know about the update. Otherwise the app is five stars but this update seems to be quite poor, especially according to other reviews.
