This app no longer syncs in real time, and I constantly have to delete the same emails over and over and over. Even when I refresh the app, it still does not update with the newest emails. There are many emails that I received too late and this is very frustrating. Not to mention, the last update that was supposed to filter junk mail, now filters my spam mail INTO my regular inbox! This app is no good anymore.

Poor. It does not work properly on this very device - handset. Mails are often delay or not even arrive. The last email received was at 09:36 yesterday. Before then, l had to uninstall and reinstall after not receiving mails for about 4 days. It doesn't synchronize with other device. For instance, an email that was delivered today and received on my laptop, has not yet been received on this device. I have only mails as at yesterday (when l reinstall the app). It still does not synchronise.

I currently can't load spam email. A lot of emails go to spam to auto delete but do like to go through them and no longer can on the phone. I also have to have another email app on my phone because this doesn't support notifications to email folders. I have most of my emails going to different folders for my work account. That app doesn't allow "read" status to change. I use the Gmail app to look at my personal Hotmail email. It manages multiple accounts without constant sign in. This doesn't.

I would prefer if Icould hold a hyperlink within an email and have the option to open it in my browser directly from the email. As it is you have to open the link within outlook then export to browser, then go back to email. I know the idea is to keep us 'in app' but this is a pain. Other than that it does everthing well.

Was great, now crashes every few seconds on LG Aristo. Update: 3.0.76 seems to have resolved the issue. Increasing my rating from one to three stars. Still not happy for the lost productivity over the past several weeks (as well as no insight from MS as to what was happening), but it's a free app, so what can you do. I did appreciate the in-app chat support, although I could only respond in little snippets, because the app would crash every few seconds. Update: Crashes even more now. Terrible.

Simple and Familiar! Now why didn't I think of that? The latest version includes location tagging for photos you may send or receive, can be used with microsoft's office online storage, and can imcorporate whiteboards as attachements helping you to better prepare for a down the hall mtg. or to send yourself or a client advance information for that big presentarion youll be doing in Bali next month! Integrated calendars, alarms, to dos and all your contacts in one place, keeps you sleek also!

Last update broke something. I get the notification that a new email came in, but if I go to the app it's not there. If I click on the notification, it opens the outlook app and then says "error opening message" or something to that effect. The email will eventually come in 15-30 minutes later. I have resorted to using Gmail app or my exchange account. 7/2/2021 Another update and now it's broken again

Updates every few days over and over and over without any changes or improvements. 5/24/21. Took a star off as it's still updating every day or two with no notable changes or n improvements. Looking for an alternative and when I find it I will delete this app. Just updated it yesterday and today, guess what? There's another update. Why? The next day another update that adds no new features of fixes bugs. Updates every single day.

Hi Outlook devs, congrats for making a breezy smooth app to check and send emails from the pocket. Just one thing that didnt sit well with me was junk emails not showing up on mobile app, but in desktop its there. You know how sometimes non junk emails go to junk, right. A minor inconvenience, amidst a seemingly well made app. Thank you.

For some unknown reason, the Outlook app no longer syncs with my accounts and when reloaded, gives an error message when I select accounts that the app has identified as available. Android update March 18, 2021. Edit: for 3 months, problem seemed to be resolved but now I'm back with the same issues. Boo!
