I guess this app isn't tested as thoroughly. In 3-4 times I've tried ordering, I've already encountered location bugs, payment bugs. The chat support doesn't seem to want to understand these tech issues, and happy to reprimand staff on the ground or take an order over chat, while ignoring the fact that there is an issue with the app. Workarounds are fine, but fix the app!! Could have been a great app otherwise.

I like this service. My Pizza was delivered hot and fresh. Edit: I faced some issue with the app payment but the devs resolved it... which is appreciated. The devs can introduce option to tip the delivery guys. Which would be nice for them I guess.

Orderd 3 times, has issues twice. They have internal app issues that never seem to get resolved. From delivery time to transferring your order back end and then you ending up confused and waiting for communication. Something like getting a bill is also a pain. This is after follow up and reminders. So avoid if your ordering for work or when u need to claim the bill. I will keep ordering thier brands as I like the food via through Swiggy/Zomato but not through this app.

I had my worst experience ever with this app. I placed only 1 order and the app placed 2 orders instead. They took 2 payments from my simplpay account. When I spoke with the chat support they are so helpless and can not provide any kind of resolution. I would literally not recommended this app. They are not supportive at all. Why would I pay for something which I never order. So unprofessional behaviour from these people. Disappointed.

I've had amazing experience with Eatsure, though there is not much restaurant options available, it's pretty decent with what it has got and I do hope they'll add more restaurants in future. What stands apart is you can order from different restaurants at same time.

They give u fancy deals better than other aggregators but will not be able to process the cart. On reaching out to customer care for help in placing the order they say your address is not covered in their service location without even checking that they delivered to same order a week before. Poor app and business acumen....definitely a no if u want to save time.

Very limited options of restaurant. Which is fine, expand yourself at your pace. But when I tried placing order from one of the available restaurants, everything went well until I added my apartment details, and it said that my place is too far. You should decide that on basis of pincode and show me restaurants in the first place. Or maybe add nominal delivery charge for restaurants far away. Probably It bothers more because I'm so hungry.

This is my first order with EatSure and the order I was received was late and cold food. The app needs to be developed and I'm not satisfied with your services. Zomato services are way much better than EatSure. The delivery person was giving me excuses. 0 stars for your service.
