How can existing or ex-patient enter their MRN details and create profile or view their info? Not seeing such option. After setting up it is creating as a new patient always. There should be an existing/ex-patient setup option.

In continuation to my previous review, I would like to suggest addition of the following functionalities in the app. 1. Option like "health stats" can be explored through the app. When we visit the hospital to consult a doctor, our vital stats are recorded. The same data can be uploaded to this app server and authincated users of this app can access the vitals pertaining to him/her in the form of graphs, charts etc. 2. Data can also be collected by pairing Smart Bands with this app.

Unorganised video consultation. If the Dr isnt available to take call the hospital is not ready to issue a refund. The help desk agent confirmed there is no option avaialble for refund if the bell rings and Dr does not lift the call.Moreover, I was told Dr will call you whenever they are free. Do you think your parients are idle and can take consulation call at any time of the day?? What is the purpose of fixing an appointment then? The help desk agents are un profoessional and ill mannered.

Worst app ever. A small glitch in D.O.B made my appointment of no use. As I was made to wait an extra hours for the small D.O.B issue.
