I booked my appointment with doctor at Jeancy hospital Mundra, when I reached hospital at appointment time doctor refused to consider online appointment. It's just time pass app.

The login /registering is vague. It showed my doctor having 15 minute slots from about 9 am to 9 pm, so free. And promptly admitted me a slot. I also received confirmation and reminder messages. Since I had some idea about the doctor's timings, I called up the clinic which connected with some difficulty and said the doctor is on leave and not available. They had no record of info of the appt made by the app. I returned from half way to the clinic.

5 Star for Doc approach 😎 App doesn't have complete feature & permissions (Cam, display overvthe app, phone files.. etc) most of the features are incomplete. App takes phone full permission after denying permission request. Installers this app is vulnerable to phone data. The buyer of this app should ask vendor for privacy parameters implemented in this app as end user perspective and for complete features. I belive this is beta release and even vendor can give fully tested version of this app

Bogus app,booked an appointment and paid the amount,upon reaching clinic doctor told me that he will not consider this,as he has requested to deregister ,so how they can take appointment on its behalf.also the customer care number is also fake .no refund of money yet.
