These location services must be turned on and available to your device for the app to use them. Apps may use this to determine approximately where you are.

precise location (GPS and network-based)
Allows the app to get your precise location using the Global Positioning System (GPS) or network location sources such as cell towers and Wi-Fi. These location services must be turned on and available to your device for the app to use them. Apps may use this to determine where you are, and may consume additional battery power.

Very informative and nice UI. I use it with my Huawei smart watch & Honor Scale 2 and it gives me all the metrics I'm interested in, laid out in a simple manner, with a very smooth and attractive UI. Also let's you do a lot to customise the look and feel of my watch. Occasionally it has trouble with pairing/logging in, when this happens I turn off mobile data and use a WiFi connection, which seems to do the trick. I've deducted a star for this pretty infrequent inconvenience.

app I got my first product from this yesterday (a Huawei Band 4-BC5) and its working so much, and charging so fast! It took a day for me to lose 50% and in 30-40 minutes it's back. The app works very properly on my phone (Xperia 10) and it never crashes. But the ONLY problem, (not complaining) is that the stress test isn't compatible for Xperia 10. I still really like the app after all, and it makes me happier. I'm allowed to bring my watch to school, that is amazing! Thank you so much! 🥺✌🏻

apk Doesn't sync properly on my phone (xiaomi redmi 8). It could well be one week without displaying the latest workouts, and fails to synchronise the sleeping records too (not that I care so much for those anyway). It's really frustrating having to wait until whenever the app feels like updating the data to see how you did in those sessions. What's the point of having an app like this if you can't check your workouts once you get home? Quite disappointed indeed.

website It used to work well on my Nokia 6, exchanging data with my Honor Band 5 on the go real time (such as heart rate and steps). The GPS worked fine also. However, the GPS data is usually wrong on my new POCO X3 NFC. The app cannot keep the track of the distance properly. The step count and bpm on the phone and the band also do not match. I checked the Mi Fit app for GPS and it was working well. Huawei Health is not. I am curious, if there is any setting/permission that I need to fix, to make it work decently on the Xiaomi device? Or is it a "compatibility war" between Huawei and Xiaomi?

watch At first, was comfortable to use. However, it records sleep data in instances where I am idle. This wouldn't usually be a problem, but the app does not allow the user to change the data to rectify these errors. If these errors could be made editable, then I would praise the app. However, lack of editing power over sleep data makes this app feel very tacky.

app update Very efficient app. It helps me always stay on top of my fitness regime. The data of calories burnt, pace and distance counter all are excellent. The interface is very beautiful. The medals are awesome. The terms used in fitness activities are very well explained. Only one suggestion is to allow enthusiasts take backup. I recently formatted my phone and my last two years data got deleted. Please fix it.

beta Overall a good app but could use a few improvements: Sliding scale to add weight is difficult to use, it's very sensitive and often slips to a different number as I take my finger off. Would love to see distance medals for walking as well as running. I only walk, was disappointed there weren't any! Weight graphs - these aren't laid out in a helpful way. I use MFP instead for weight as these are useless due to the way the scales are laid out - could learn a lot from MFP on this.

google fit Overall this is a fantastic app that works well with my Honour Band 5 and Samsung 8 phone. The main glitch is that despite resetting numerous times, my profile still says I'm 13ft 7in tall and weigh 55lbs! Also no watch faces show the heart rate except one, and then it's so tiny I can barely read it. Please make the step displays larger on some faces. There's a bit of an issue with sleep tracking when you might be sitting quietly it thinks you're asleep. Apart from that, it''s great.

app review Was working well until today! Now the app won't open properly on my phone. Everything else works as it should. The app opens then instantly closes, it appears to be up todate as is my phone. Nothing has changed since yesterday when it worked fine. I have powered off my phone to see if that worked. It didn't. Not impressed!!!

app profile Pretty good but some great limitations: - first the app.doesnt allow you to customize the training. There is no way for exemple to send to the watch a specific timer workout e.g. 12 × ( 1 min workout + 1 min rest). You are stuck with the different exiting workout can't cover all the possibility. That's very annoying for me that you can't add your own program and sent it to the watch. Degrading to 1 star : - No strava connector, - connection issues, - no auto-sync. Will change of brand.

Using with Honor 5 band. Best smartband and App so far. Only thing missing is hight meter, but this might be an issue of my phone (LG). Alarms to wake up, reading messages and calender alerts, pretty accurate step counter, music control, find phone - easier than the Samsung app I used to use before.

Doesn't want connect with my watch, it's very slow, daily steps are not accurate with my watch, I updated last version, synchronised data manually, restarted, ... it doesnt work. The whole week which I gain the most steps doesn't show on my phone. I don't know how to fix this.

Good app for fitness tracking especially if u have a Huawei Smart Watch connected to this app, except for the weight data where only 2 body indicators (BMI & Heart Rate ) tells u whether they are below, above or within normal range. The rest of the indicators - body fat, visceral fat, muscle, basal metabolism, body water, bone mineral, protein, etc only churns out their respective numbers without indicating if u are below / above or within acceptable range. What a shame.

  14. Ros Keane-avatar

The app is fine until you are unable to log in or get the support you need to log in and then you are left with a phone and device that are unable to communicate with each other. The solution I found was to go to Huawei and use there Qcode. It says for Huawei phones only but I was able to reset my other device using this.

  15. Max Edwards-avatar

At first I was skeptical having never used Huawei before. I thought this would just be more bloatware my watch came with, but it's actually a very competent cardio tracker. Does everything you'd expect and even has a few more advanced features like detailed sleep analysis and VO2 monitoring. It's worth noting though that you need a wearable in order to make full use of these features. Doesn't have any social component but if you're not bothered by that Huawei have made a great platform.

  16. Komail Hassan-avatar

Why are we unable to use the application without internet now? This not fair as you cannot have a working internet all the time in country areas which are good for jogging and exercise. Kindly give the old version back which worked just fine without any need of internet. Or else the watch is useless now.

  17. Lee Dixon-avatar

    Lee Dixon

For most of the time the app works brilliant but now and again it doesn't record your exercise route ,when you are walking and cycling. You check back to look at your route and it's only record part of the route that is annoying to say the least .

  18. Joan Shaw-avatar

I've just bought a Honor band 5 to replace my fitbit, and so far I'm happy with it. However, the app won't let me input my height and weight. Everytime I try it resets it to a stupid default. So apparently I'm 13 feet 1 inch tall and weigh 86lbs. My 11,000 steps therefore equates to 28 miles walked because obviously at my height I have seriously long legs, but I've only used 350 calories. If anyone knows how to rectify this I'll be eternally grateful 😁

  19. Kyle B.-avatar

    Kyle B.

Good app, except it does not save your height and weight in your profile if you use imperial units. To have it work, switch to metric and figure out your height and weight in that. Then save and switch to imperial. It will convert and save.

All of a sudden this morning the app won't open?? Was fine last night; this morning nothing. So I'm now left with a watch that serves no purpose, and I'm going to lose all my stored data if I have to delete and reinstall. New phone and new watch on the way I think. Thanks a lot for your useless technology again Huawei.

Impossible to login/reset password when you forgot every thing. For gods sake why don't you send password reset mail to registered email id. Asking when you registerd, last password, last imei all sucks and doesn't work. Atleast give option to delete id and recreate it. Best thing would be to never buy anything from Huawei

  22. Firza Aditya Primandani-avatar

I think one the problem in the app is can't synchronize correctly. Some of the exercise records can't synchronize. You must pull down the main menu to synchronize, but nothing happens. Only showing "Syncing" status and finish without adding new record. In setting menu, contain Sync Data Manually function. But if you tap that menu, the menu only synchronize heart rate records, not the exercise records! I don't know where's the problem, in my Honor Watch 180 or this app. Please fix it. Thx

I have now downloaded this app 4 times. It appears to work for a very short time and then just will not open again It is incredibly annoying. The original app on my phone had worked for nearly two years perfectly without incident. This has all gone wrong in the past 24 hours.

  24. Kay Thompson-avatar

    Kay Thompson

Works well with the watch, however, if you use the app to record steps while your watch is charging, for example, then when it syncs to your watch you lose the steps as it syncs to the lower steps on the watch. Very frustrating when I've just lost 2.6k steps now it's synced to my watch. Also won't save my profile either so I'm 13ft and 40lbs.

    Jerguš Nieviadomy

Generally, a good app. However, there are some things which drive me nuts. When I run activity in cycling mode, after pausing the activity, the app very often crashes and after restarting runs activity in "outdoor running" mode with the saved result from the original activity type (e.g. cycling) and, as a results, records results into wrong activity type. Also, I couldn't find any reference to support in the app interface...

Unable to track my workouts on its own. we have to open it daily to make it active. I also have Huwaei fitness band but we have to connect it every time. we cant see band's past data of workout even for last day we cant see. It shows data for today only. Sorry to say but Google Fit is much much better

Very very disappointed with this app/ watch. Im constantly needing to disconnent the GT2PRO from the health app and the pain in the arce this entails ! Sometimes switching mobile off and back on fixed it, RARELY DOES NOW. Swich the mobile on, NO TEMPERATURE SHOWING, UNPAIR, RE-PAIR, TEMPERATURE IS RARELY THE SAME AS THE MOBILE, send REPORT after report via feedback, never hear a bloody thing from Huawei, i spent £250 on this bloody watch, FIX IT !

  28. Philip Bradford-avatar

The app is in serious need of an overhaul. Doesn't display the information you need effectively and pushes adverts in your face at every opportunity to try and make you buy a fitness tracker despite me already owning one else I wouldn't be using the app! Important points which should be on the front page are buried in menus. This app is so bad it makes me want to refund my purchase and go back to Garmin. Because I have a Chinese handset, half of the app is in Chinese!

I like this app for many reasons but one thing I get fed up with is that I can't delete Pre installed watch faces, I don't use any of them and I'd really like to be able to delete them to release more space for the faces I actually want, only being able to have 2 at a time is just irritating, I want to be able to keep the ones I download or buy and not have to uninstall them to make room for new ones. Please let us delete the Pre installed watch faces, that will change my review to a 5*

Considering that I have both a Huawei phone and wearable I didn't think that u would mind being tied to a Huawei app, but the functionality is far below any of the 3rd party apps (which my Huawei band doesn't play well with) I would recommend getting a wearable that syncs with 3rd party apps because the Huawei health app is very basic.

Your app is useless, first it doesn't push and sync data with google fit even when the account is linked. Secondly crashes a lot so i had to delete and install it again but now there is no option to login or sync my previous workouts, sleep, heartbeat record. So basically it's worthless to use it and even more worthless to buy huawei watch or bands if one can't keep a record.

issues with GPS connectivity. Inaccurate measurements. Difference of over 1 km. On starting exercise GPS does not connect even in open clear spaces. Fails to connect but then bombs out. Software needs to be updated urgently asd see this was reported in 2020. Had the watch for a week and thinking of returning it as not fit for purpose. A pity. Love the watch but frustrated with issues

More than you might expect. Visually quite clear. The sleep feature is quite detailed but can be a little inaccurate at times. Very conservative in the calories expended calculations. All in all pretty good but won't bowl you over.

App is... Ok, at best. It has all what you could think of for this kind of app. But the wors problems are that it can disconnect the device from time to time on it's own and you have to force stop the app or reboot phone to reconnect it back. Also, there are no faces for smart band (even though they say it has). Tried to contact the support for it, but they are not responding at all. I would give it more stars but because customer support sucks, it's only two.

I'm more than disappointed that the exercise options on Huawei Health are only for cardio exercises. Not a single exercise for weight training? I bought the watch to track my calories burnt during my sessions. I guess I should have checked what the app offers before buying the band. I would have gone for Samsung if I had known. Noted for future reference.

It was a good app with my honor band 5 til today. Suddenly its using too much battery & constantly crashing. Bug in the app. 100 days in a row medal not awarded to me. I searched in the internet and other people also has the same issue. There's no option in the app to write to customer support for your issues/queries or feedback.

App is above average and good. But I've reduced 2 stars because this app can't be used without internet. This app is associated with Huawei devices including smart watches and it doesn't make sense to work on this app online all the time. Huawei must reconsider it to make this app workable at offline mode. Sometimes as an user of smartwatch it becomes frustrating when I can't really use the app without internet. Hopefully you will change this in-app restrictions, Thanks in Advance.

The app is really nice and sleek. I only wish there was an option to enable the watch (GT2 Pro) to display when there's a notification, just briefly. It's really cumbersome to have to touch your watch every time there's a notification. This is the only change I would want from this product.

  40. Marcia Thomas-avatar

This app underperforms. Whether it's sleep data or music controls, its randomness is annoying. Today it crashed constantly to the extent I uninstalled then re installed the app. Now I can't reconnect my smart band as it tells me 'device not supported' used to so what gives now? I've only had this thing for two months 😪!?

  41. Pix-avatar

Do NOT buy this device/app. Innacurate. Apparently developer has abandoned/no longer updates. Height/weight issue STILL uncorrected. Random about tracking activity and extremely primitive app. Mainly purchased for sleep tracking and it's inconsistent and generally unreliable in this as well.

way better than my Fitbit... I love this app! Tracks sleep and steps well, easy to read, always on, watch face! I do whish that I could track heart rate and steps, along with timer and clock... but the Honor Magicwatch looks awesome, and is an great device; works with the app amazingly well. Fitbit needs to step up their game!

Limited app functionality, you should learn from the app called notification for amazfit T-rex, its the best app full of additional fucntionality and settings. Not working properly with my phone Oukitel Y4800. It just freezes when I open the app and advises that the app needs access to HMS core. It fails to respond any further. Everything works well except for the menstrual cycle. I followed the instruction to download HMS and re-log (although I don't understand why do I need HMS for this feature), but HMS just kept stop working anyway so it still doesn't work. I am using Samsung A71 & Honor Band 5!

Two issues with Honor band 6 really annoying and sorrowful is that- 01. Incomming calls show only 5-6 numbers where rest of the numbers are not readable. 02. We can not read messages when notification with multiple messages. So a request to developers to solve these issues.

I have the app installed through the Huawei store. Not bad per se, but huge quality of life omissions are unacceptable. You can't export or import activities or maps at all, and you can't organize your imported music (you cannot reorder playlists, everything is forced as alphabetical.)

Band is useless because I can not get the app to keep my profile data. I set it and it goes back to default immediately. So all my data is wrong because not based on my info. It is using default data. Will have to send band back. It is a shame because the band itself is good for the price.

Not enough functionality on Samsung. I love my Band 3 pro, but without the proper app, it's just a toy. The app is not compatible with a lot of fitness apps. The workouts are not automatically tracked. Also, all other workout choices disappeared recently, only walking and running is still an option. Also, the fact that I cannot back up my data absolutely sucks. I think this app has a huge potential, but it needs update, be compatible with Samsung s20 , so that more options will be available.

App has started to crash every time I open it. My partner purchased the band 4 as a gift but we realised it wouldn't track my treadmill running so purchased the 4e series and surprise surprise it doesn't track half of my treadmill run. If I'd of know this in advance I might have spent a bit more money and purchased a better device. Only gave one star as unable to give a zero. *An update to my previous review is that it's still rubbish, today it's crashed so many times. Strava saved the day.

Just purchased a Band 4 Pro, the version of this app on Google Play would not update or recognise the band. I'm using this app with a Huawei Band 4 Pro, which I primarily bought for indoor rowing. The app doesn't allow manual entry for rowing and the band has only basic support, which seems really lazy considering the functionality available for other exercises. Likewise, the app doesn't allow access to the face store in Canada apparently, which leaves me with an app that looks clean but doesn't provide me with a lot of benefit.

Easy to use app, but has numerous bugs. The biggest of which being that it refuses to accept that you have an Internet connection, and when you try to press the button that lets you change the watch face, you are presented with the white screen of death.

Pretty useless as a health and fitness app when it gives false data about your step count. I dobt understand why the option isn't available to be able to stop tracking steps in your phone and only use your smart watch or smart band. I'm returning my smart band today and going back to fitbit

By far prefer this app it's simple and easy to navigate. I've upgraded my phone to an oppo Reno 4 pro from a Huawei p30 lite certain features of the dash board won't work keeps telling me to install Android 4.0.0 or later from Huawei and also the Bluetooth doesn't seem to want to connect with my honor band 5. I've fiddled with notifications will see how it goes. Loses a star each for connection issues and features not working on other devices.

I liked the app and sportsband at first but I found too often that the exercise results aren't accurate. It's frustrating. Maybe I should wear the band tighter? I like the upgrade to the watch faces and I hope the developer's keep working on what could be a great app/device combination. I really want it to work!

Issues first time around were due to a faulty watch. Core functions work well, but more minor ones could do with some enhancements available in some territories but not others; 1) ability to prevent the app summing the step count from both phone and watch, thereby doubling your count. 2) "Gallery" watch face doesn't work on my version. 3) 3rd party watch faces can't be installed in my territory.

Works fine. Although the profile doesn't save. Says I'm 15ft 8in and 111lbs. Rest of app works great with the Huawei band 4. The gui is intuitive and found everything I needed. Also, the app needs to be able to toggle to only use the watch for steps.

I use this app along with the Huawei GT 2 watch. This is my first review, and I will give it 4 stars. I will review it again in future. The watch is very easy to use and the fact that it plays music with Bluetooth earphones are great! I have found that the GPS takes quite a while (+/- 3 minutes) to establish satellite connection, but once it is connected you are good to go. While running, it gives me constant feedback, and warns of over exersion. The watch also shows a "shadow runner" which is the pace you selected to run at. The data from the run is automatically downloaded to my phone once I am back in range, and the information is easy to understand, and relative. Well done Huawei!!!!

So disappointed, I bought a GT2 E smart watch and everything seemed so cool. But when I got home and started setting things up it hit me. There is no way to export your gpx data or sync with Strava or any other. Lets be honest, what good is to have a sports watch if you cant share your results and compete. And it looks like Huawei is not interested in hearing their customers either. At the end, hr monitor did not work well for me also so, I returned the watch and deleted the app. So long Huawei

Would love to give it 5*, butthe timing is still off. When I bought my 1st Huawei it would tell me that I walked 10km in 15min. It's a bit better but still not accurate. I was walking for 3h yet the app says 85min. Definitely not true. Otherwise it's fine. Gives me the steps, distance and calories burned, just not sure if they will be accurate when the timing is off the track.

The app design and functionality is fine. However there are two issues: 1. Notifications from messengers, email, sms, etc always appear on the watch quadrupled. Each incoming message will be displayed on the watch as 4 identical ones. It seem to happen on all Huawei watches/bands and with all Android phones, the only explanation is - it is a bug in Huawei Health app as it is responsible for message synchronization with the watch. 2. The steps counter combines counts from watch and from phone and it is not possible to select steps data source in the app. Those issues have been reported to Huawei support and user forums well over a year ago, people keep complaining about it and nothing is being done. If you're thinking of buying a device from Huawei and hope they will fix known issues - they will not.

I have a Samsung S20 and the app just won't work saying I need a later version of HMS Core which is available through the Huawei App Gallery and NOT Google Play Store. I would have to download something from an outside source which is never great but I thought I'd try it and then the app works to a fashion but has lots of ads popping up in Chinese!! I have now removed all traces of the dodgy app so I just effectively have a watch rather than a fitness tracker!

It's simple and easy to use, surely it can't be smooth and functional as apple watch os, but I am satisfied with it, because I didn't ask for a watch to do anything, it can give you notice and sync the message, the most important is the watch can last almost half a month, at least one week, it makes me no worrys on batt and needn't always thinking about charging as apple watch.

I love the data insights but there are faults. My heart rate reads 88 exactly at midnight every day start but it doesn't read that at midnight at the end. How is that accurate? This makes me question the validity of all the other data. Additionally, when I am stressed it switches off as if I am exercising so I can never be "highly stressed" no matter if I am not logging an exercise at the time or if the stress is short/long.

I'm using this App sice last 7 months and it was great at that time. Then gradually it got updated and made it worst. Following changes they made: 1. It is mandatory to have internet to connect to smart band, I dont know y ? 2. You must create a profile by giving personal details, like mobile number, d.o.b etc 3. Sometimes it just don't get connected. You have to restart the app and Bluetooth. There is no issue with smartband. It is good. Nowadays everybody want your personal info. Regretting.

Still early days, not a bad dashboard with some good graphics and data nicely presented for each exercise. A more condensed dashboard would be nice. Dark mode is a plus. What really lets this down is the poor integration with other apps and no option to manually record other metrics. I guess the story would have been different if fully integrated with Android and not developing from the ground up. I look forward to future developments.

It's pretty good - only had one week with it so far but there are some issues. 1. The text on the each tile is far too small and cannot be resized - this is annoying. 2. The measurements such as weight is in pounds only and dates are all US format. Not everyone lives in 'Merica - we need to be able to change date format to UK for example and also enter weight as stones/lbs. I've found a way to toggle to Kg, but I don't use those either. Setting a weight goal suggests that 758-1024lbs is ideal - really! the NHS puts the upper end for normal at 159lbs. Overall, good effort, but needs some improvement to be a real contender.

Pretty good app, does everything a health app should, syncs with your Huawei watch or band..the only thing I don't like is that you can record a stationary indoor exercise. I like to do exercises in my living room and I want to record my heart rate and calories as well as how long, however, when you do an indoor run the phone needs to move to record "distance travelled". would be nice if they added a feature that I could record my workout without it assuming that I'm going for a run.

More features needed for connected watches I think it's a great health app for a phine but recently I got a huawei watch and have noticed a lack of features, For example on the watch fit, it shows you your daily active hours, but there is no way to view this on the watch, (no daily chart ect) same goes for when exercising, the watch fit breaks down heart rate zones into fat burning, aerobic ect. Would love to see a feature on the app that shows you how long you were in each heart rate zone daily

One big problem with the basic app functions - sleep tracking does not work at all for many users. For both my wife and I (different Huawei watches and Android phones), the watches record the sleep data fine, and all of the other data (steps, heart rate etc) syncs fine, but the app just says 'no sleep recorded'. There are loads of complaints about this online, and Huawei seem unable or unwilling to provide a fix, and just give a generic 'try reinstalling everything' response (doesn't work).

Locks constantly. Reports "Login expired" every time I use it. The data collected by this app is not yours, you can't download it, in for example gpx format. The web interface is laughably useless. The Huawei wrist band failed after 3 months. The the wrist band is itself very annoying at the least. I am using this on a Samsung S8+ with an Honor Band 6. The app is more than functional for use with Huawei or Honor products. The main sections of the app work well overall. You can count steps on with your phone by itself or using a watch/band. Basic connectivity works well with syncing sleep, heart-rate, stress, exercise, etc. The app loses 2 stars for the following reasons: A. There is no way to pause or turn off the step counter on the app. The main reason for buying an activity tracker is to use it, not my phone's battery. B. The app is not sharing GPS with my band even after hours of going through forums and support. C. Does not do imperial height weight well - I was 15 ft tall even after reseting it. D. Lacks integration with keeping calories in the apps. E. Integration into MyFitness Pal was abismal - 7000 steps gave me 5,000 calories of exercise. F. Data is not easily shared with other sources. Overall an okay app, but is missing the polish of Fitbit's app or even dare I say Samsung Health's.

It is a relatively easy fix with great outcome. (GPS tracking for those bands with out GPS build-in). 2- Also you could fix the well known issue of double recording the steps (mobile and band). Average to poor. App is ok, but linked to Huawei band. It's not very good. Band and app struggle to find GPS. Touch face on band is too sensitive to non skin touch so that if damp clothing brushes it when out exercising, such as a sleeve, then it turns it off/ stops a workout. I've got home today and having struggled all afternoon to keep starting it again. It's lost over an hour from 3.3 hours. It's not the first time it's done this either. Hopeless!

Very Good app but need some changes. The quality of Honor band and app is awesome. I own Honor band 5, it's simply superb in terms of look, qulaity and accuracy. I have one suggestion please update the outdoor cycling mode in the band workout option itself as it is difficult to carry phone all the times while cycling. If it's updated it will be very helpful. Hope my suggestion will be considered in future updates. Thanks in advance.

Getting used to this, previous was a Fitbit... excellent sleep section. Plenty of details. Would have liked the calories to add up when I am sitting, not just when active. Variety of activities!

The previous versions were good, but now the app became horrible. Now, the app require access to the internet and won't start if Internet is no accessible. This is terribly annoing, because I'm running in the real forest where there is no internet and I can't use the app.

I cannot find my wearable device in the app! If the app could search for available devices near (inside bluetooh radius), it whould be much easier, than trying out every single type to find mine. The app looks great, and there is finally dark theme, so I'll give 2 stars. If I can find my wearable device easier, it will get more stars. Thank you for reading

Heart rate monitor is good with the honor 5i band , everything thing else is not that accurate. Giving it 1 star because : It won't work unless you agree to share all data collected by the smart band and app. It doesn't even open without an active internet connection. Connecting the smart band to your device over bluetooth takes 2-3 retries sometimes. The sleep monitoring simply does not work. The Oximeter readings are questionable.

Excellent for tracking weight, exercise, heart rate and calories burned. I have the band 3 pro and works perfect together. The only negatives id say is the sleep tracker has stopped work for the band and there are a LOT of permissions to give when installing the app and synching the watch. Maybe its normal and innocent, anyways I was surprised.

App keeps unpairing with my huwawui watch. When I try and find my watch to repair it sometimes it doesn't feature in the list. This is happening on a daily basis, shame as the app and watch was working perfectly fine for last 3months.

Please huawei, fix the issue of steps counting from both the phone and the watch which is giving a composite reading. It is totally an acceptable. Give us the option to the source of steps counting.

For some reason my profile data and heart rate settings don't save anymore. Height and weight both revert to ridiculous numbers every time (13'9" tall??? 67 lbs???). But not saving heart rate settings makes this app and the associated wearable useless to me. I rely massively on setting a heart rate limit so that I'm warned I go above it. WTH? This is a stupid bug. Update the app so settings actually stay saved!

Had been using the app with Huawei watch fit for several weeks with good accuracy ie. mostly walk/jog and sleep monitoring. But recently, the watch has been notifying gps need updates (can't figure out how? OTA? updates via Huawei connected app? and the watch also behave weird as sleep was recorded despite when left not wearing for the night

App works great for 99% of its features. The one glitch I see is the same one mentioned in other reviews... It won't store personal height and weight data. I set my height, save then come back and it says I'm 14ft tall. Fix that and the app is perfect.

Every night the heart rate percentages are reset to a heart rate of 190. It ignores date of birth and I'm well over 30. Moreover, when you enter the correct value, you get 171 - 1nn; where 1nn is, in my case much, less than 171. This bit only works correctly if you reset to 220. Sleep has me asleep even though I am awake and looking at the phone. Other bits are, on the surface, very good, but if this basic stuff is wrong how can you trust it?

The app has minimalist UI. The information is displayed in a simpler and more easy to understand manner. I noticed that the app is unable to maintain bluetooth connection with my honor band. It looses connection atleast 3 times a day, and it doesn't automatically reconnect to the band again. I have to force the app to connect to the band again. I don't understand why the app can't automatically remember the connection with the band.

Still getting to grips with the app, but noticed a few annoying issues: it can not cope with imperial height/wt so randomly changes it, so readings like BMI become useless ( why has this not been fixed yet); it displays VO2 max range for males despite my profile showing female; heart rate monitor occasionally does some wildly inaccurate things (like displaying 200+ BPM when it's really more like 130 BPM). Also, why wouldn't an app/ watch like this give total daily calorie expenditure??

Whilst I had a couple of Huawei phones over the last 7 years, I loved the app and it worked great on those phones. I've recently got a Samsung and since it is also android and I still have the honor band, I downloaded the honor health app to go alongside it. For the first two days it worked great. Now all of a sudden it is asking to connect to my location and all of my contacts, calls etc. to be able to use the app when Bluetooth alone was perfect before... #privacy #scam #beware

Great step tracker, Great activity tracker, Wish I had the option to see the standing count per day record on the main screen like the other record options. Can't Set Imperial Height & Weight. No matter how many times I change it, the app changes my height to 14ft 2in tall and weigjt to 73lbs...both are wrong! It only seems to work for metric units.

While changing watch face, accidentally clicked on use always and wrong app. Can't find any way to reset it. Usually ships have their defaults in app info, but not this one. I hope there is a solution, because I can't choose any custom face now. And I don't want to reset app, since it has all the data.

I had to withdraw my compliment as the app crashes again and again. Still unstable, very frustrated and not happy. Will someone please look the app development. This Huawei that we love, how is it so poorly done. And why is it so diffocult to fix?

Was really happy with the app and my gt2 watch but now the GPS has stopped working. This fault has been reported by many owners as early as 11/ 2020 and still no update. Effective making the watch useless as a fitness tracker .

Update, so watch now has a small green Man who excercises frequently. There is a vibration at same time & as I have to sleep during the day & monitor my sleep duration. This is a bloody nuisance. I can't see where to turn it off & it actually wakes me up at times. Even watching TV the watch is regularly going off. It causes the battery to discharge quicker, it needs to be removed. I know when I have to excercise & don't need a vibration on my watch going off every so often. Remove it please
