    I've been using this app almost daily for the past year. One thing that I've noticed is that I do get repeat drivers who are nice, fast, and safe. But for the most part, even when I call in advance, it takes 30 minutes. My repeat drivers will tell me it's been a slow day so why am I only getting drivers in the next town when there are some down the street from me? When I cancel a ride for being too far and call again, why send me someone even farther? 🤦

    uber request a trip apk Few weeks ago I used it for a timed pick up. Set my location and confirmed, I checked it 3 times before hitting confirm and it changed the location for picking up where I was when I set it. Which they still charged me for "inconvenience." Then trying to use it, it would only let me put money on the stupid uber wallet from my account instead of just charging through my account directly in which the time of me adding money to the wallet the fare went up from $12 to $22. 🤬

Now it has lost the plot, extremly difficult to get any kind of support (I am good at using technology) so imagine for people who struggle with this app there is no way they will ever get support or refund. This company has become money driven and is forgetting about its users

    I haven't been able access my account for 2 years as I cannot update my phone number and despite changing my password multiple times it does not work. Uber is completely silent when I've tried to contact them. If I want to change or configure anything it tells me to do it via the app which I cannot access due to problems described above. Terrible app, awful and lazy customer service.

    The app functions well for the most part. Maybe a delay in GPS location of your driver, but overall a good app. Its business practices are down right appalling. Try to find a driver, 15min wait while searching, meantime the app keeps telling you hey! This driver is available, only $25 for the $5 ride you requested. Over and over you get these. Then, when you quit guess what, there is "suddenly" a "surge" of customers in your area, the price is now $30 for the 3 mile drive. Absolutely disgusting

    I haven't been on uber in a year because every time I go to log in it wants my old credit card info to log in. I don't have the credit card anymore and I can't get past that section of the log in process. I tried going the social media login and it ends right back at the credit card issue. Absolutely ignorant set up. I have no choice but to get a Lyft.

    not user friendly, I had to delete the existing credit card and add another one, but the app is not storing the new card, multiple times the card was debited for verification purpose but still there card doesn't appear in the app. Such a useless app. Even, I had sought support on the same, but no one has contacted till now. In these days of social distancing, why should I be making payment in cash. Is there anyone wanting to set right. The company should learn some things from their rivals.

    Initially the app and the service were working well, but then the updates - becoming hurdles. Now the scenario is there is no contact to complain or atleast text, which is a big bother. The payment has been made, but the account shows payment due, come on is it possible that a driver leaves you without paying? Can't take this long, looking for other options.

    The app was amazing up until now. Tonight I ordered a ride as usual and it was about 18 dollars. While waiting the app kept trying to get me to pay from 50-70 dollars for "a ride sooner!" Well, I just kept waiting and eventually the app cancelled my ride. Thanks for trying to hustle me. Just be straight up with your pricing. Going to lyft after this. My wife pulled up lyft and it was 18 dollars.

    1). Your in-app help and support center is very poor. Important topics not covered. No room to chat with anyone. No help lines and email addresses. . 2). Phone numbers available on Google not working. . 3). I should be able to request another driver if the first is unavailable. You should not give me a driver that is 21 mins away when my trip is 17 minutes and no option of changing the driver . 4). Your drivers should be able to cancel a rider without fear of being charged.

    I am unable to validate a new phone # after a SIM swap. It will authenticate to create a new account, but when I connect an existing social account is already registered, it won't send any further messages. Requesting a call just crashes the app. Ive reinstalled 3 times, and no progress. And now, errors when trying to schedule a ride...? Man, y'all's dev team needs to quit the COVID hours and get back to work.

    Since the new fixed price update. The app suggest the longest route to my journey by an extra 5 mile because "it's faster" adds an extra 10 pound to my journey. When I Tel the driver to go my route, that is only 9 miles instead of 15 and same time it takes maybe 1 minute more. They still charge me the fixed rate of what was the longest journey. Tried to explain on phone but they told me to let me driver know the route I want and there is nothing they can do!. Absolute fraud company!!

    I use the app a lot and it's usually great. However, it has suddenly started giving me constant notifications asking of I still need ride, many of which are referencing addresses I haven't traveled to in months. I would prefer not to shut off notifications for the app, so I constantly have to force stop the app to stop the notifications. Clearing the cache and data do not resolve the issue.

    Not sure what happened but it has been a while since using Uber. I set an appointment to be picked up (love this feature) in front of hotel early morning. I could nit find on the app when driver arrive nor the type and color of car. There use to be this feature on the app. I only found "past, future & business". Why not have a "current"? This was frustrating! Thank God only 1 Uber car was out front. If there had been more Uber cars it would have been a mess! You guys need to fix this!!

    Does not offer ability to add vehicle specs to request, specifically that passenger windows are operable (anti-COVID ventilation). App does not offer way to complain about this either, as vehicle cleanliness or defective aren't appropriate categories. No way to add comment that doesn't penalize the driver. Won't allow you to give less than 5 stars for ride without adding a preset category that may not be appropriate.

    Your GPS has something to be desired. It has caused me to climb over a snow bank several times to get to the car. The driver followed GPS and not my additional write in instructions. Many don't speak good English or can't read it. Please screen for this better and use google GPS instead.

    excellent. a great app to connect with a great service for getting around. Update: 10/05/20, when I was part of the beta program the last beta update was terrible and would not allow me to leave a tip. I struggled with the Uber beta application for over one solid hour trying to leave a tip. if the Uber application does this to me again I will stop using it and use something else.

    Been having issues for several weeks now dealing with getting a ride. Just today it took 45 minutes to get a ride, and there were cars out and close to me. I should not have to clear the cache 3 times, data 2 twice, and restart my phone just for the request to actually get to the driver. I just want to get home after a long day at work, or actually get to work on time. But I have no choice but to use this app.

    Ever since the update the app has stopped working usefully. I set up pick ups for my boyfriend since he is out of state and when it tells me the driver is on their way in a notification, I'll click on it to see how far out so my bf can know, the app will go to the main screen and won't even show a trip in progress. It'll tell me on others a trip has ended before he is even picked up but will still show in my notifications that the trip is in progress. So frustrating.

    Used this years ago when it first came out. Was amazing. Prices were low. The app was user focused. You really felt like you had the 'driver' experience. Now it's completely garbage. Prices are sky high, near taxi levels. The experience is not user focused anymore. Every ride you waste so much time in the beginning watching drivers on the map accept rides and then inch away from you only to cancel minutes later. The ETA predictions are garbage when you spend most the time waiting to be accepted

    This app does not log my points correctly, it's always freezing and not registering when I've been dropped off. Even when I open or close the app nothing happens. I can't unfreeze the app, instead I have to "cancel" the ride, EVEN THOUGH I'VE ALREADY BEEN DROPPED OFF, just to get it off the screen. It then doesn't register my points and it's done this countless times. It's STEALING. Needs to be fixed.

    Beware of non disclosed limitations for the "special promos" that they send out. They do not list all the specific details in the emails then the promo's don't get applied of you don't follow all the details. The app is also very lacking. Can't add photos when required. Can't see text box when trying to type a message.

    Generally good but when certain problems arise, app has no way to fix which some drivers take advantage of making you look bad. Example: Pickup to be 5 mins; 20 mins later ride no closer; both text and phone call to driver unanswered. Either have to accept cancellation fee or unable to book a different ride. So gave up/took bus. Later driver claims he cancelled ride because I wasn't wearing mask. No way to report/rate driver since I wasn't ever actual passenger and lie about mask in my profile.

    Your app is a piece of garbage. My wife and I just wanted 30 minutes of trying to log in and access my account. I was asked to verify an outdated card, which I no longer have. When I tried to login via Uber Eats (because we were trying to order food), I couldn't verify my card. Thanks for wasting my time. Terrible user experience. #UberFail. P.S., I don't want to hear an "apology about my experience." If you want my business, then fix your app.

    Your system has started irritating me a lot. Your driver ask for the location and payment mode.... Suddenly they reject my request and the request move to the other driver.... And same process keep running... Driver ask location and payment mode, reject, request shift. My team and I so fed up of this working style that we have decided to move ourselves from Uber to OLA. They are working more professionally.

    Uber is awesome however everytime I need to install and set it up, I always have to struggle to set up Uber cash and prepaid cards etc. There needs to be a cash in hand option, today I missed another appointment, my fault for poor planning but this issue is appside.     When I confirm a ride the screen turns black and the application restarts. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app and it is a consistent behavior. I would assume that a company with a market cap of 60 billion dollars would hire developers that don't make such unstable applications.

    It is always tiresome & annoying to sign in the app when you forget your password. Even getting new password is easier in Online Banking operations. There is no way out to contact customer care. You have to contact them through SM platform. Already messaged them regarding issues while adding credit card in payment options. Sent them many reminders. But got no response. After SM platform I wrote them emails & also shared the screenshots through App but no action but they are only buying time.

    Horrible app that depends on individual drivers GPS systems. Couldn't even get to my destination, dropped off blocks off because driver keeps going the wrong way, away from my destination. Still charged as if I actually made it home which in fact I did not. Where I was dropped off in reality would have been cheaper since I had to walk 2 blocks home. The app also glitches and doesn't get the timing right notifying you that the uber is arrived. Stick to TapCar and Cabs, fam.

    The service is good but the app sucks ass every time the app updates you have to relogin which doesn't sound like such a bad thing until you realize you have to give them your phone number your email address the credit card that you used on the app etc making the login process nearly impossible if you haven't used it in a while or any of this information changed say you got a new phone number or a new credit card it's ridiculous it literally made me change my plans because I could not log in

    Uber has this new feature that makes sure you can't get a ride in a reasonable amount of time, in order to re price your original quoted rate to 3-4x times. Impossible to get a ride now , and I have been using the app for 4-5+ years, this app has become unconventional to criminal levels of false advertising.

    App has glitches OR there arent any vehicles available not sure justbkniw that mostbof the time it works fine all the way till i click confirm ride then it does absolutely nothing never had this problem before.. Besides that i hate their billing procedure its nerve racking and their no show/ camcelaion fee that i am charged everytime the driver is in the wrong area and drives away without contacting me..

    This app froze while I was trying to schedule a ride. Then, before I received an option to select a car, or even confirm the ride I started getting notifications: my driver is on the way, my driver arrived, she was going to wait 5 minutes, my ride has been cancelled. I was charged a fee for a ride I never confirmed!! I didn't even have access to communicate with the driver. I needed the Uber but couldn't view who it was or what car. Oh, and there's NO customer support. Total scam!!

    In central london I went to a place and return to the same pick. Both times the app created a route that was longer and cost more. When the car arrived both times the route they took was shorter and could have cost less. Maybe half mile less. Not impressed for the 3rd time using this. Tried to report this o the app and there is no place where this specific problem can be reported.

    Very good service wise pricing is a bit inflated at times but base rate is ok but the reason for 3 stars only is that the GPS is most of the time wrong and it causes problems with sending drivers to the wrong place or when requesting a trip it'll suddenly decide to put my location as in the middle of the motorway 1/4 of a mile away from my actually location which is really annoying and troublesome dont have the problem with Gmaps or bus tracker only uber

    This app sucks! If I can give it 0 stars, I would!!!!! Second day and I cant even pay with my own card? It just keeps on saying that this card is not available at the moment. So inconvenient when you need a ride ASAP. What if a person was in a very difficult position that they needed a ride.... how are they supposed to book one, when it doesn't except your bank card? Rant out!

    I can't even set up the app. I have been trying to log in via the app and I had a hard time entering my info to begin with. I changed NOTHING, kept trying to log in and, after a few minutes, I managed to log in. I then tried to enter payment info, to which there was apparently some issue even though my bank confirmed Uber has correctly obtained my info. The app says there's "an issue" with my payment info, which was correct. Fix your app.

    I would actually rate Uber at an 3.75. I have had a few technical issues with the app (features slow to be included/update, payment options, and adding payment methods). However, it had been improving over the short time I have used. I would like to see more drivers recruited and more availability because in the rural area I stay drivers dont want to work after 10 pm and before 9.

    all is good except for navigation, is kind of bad and you kind of have to work it so the driver doesn't go around a block for no reason. multi stop feature has a weird behaviour when you hit back in some contexts, your whole planned trip gets erased. also, you can't use the map coz it keeps getting reseted(zoom lvl and bounds)

    Does not give an error for a past due owed charge - app forces rider to switch payment method & wont reauthorize a past due amount on the existing payment method even if there are sufficient funds - so you cant ride!! Good luck if you dont have a secondary payment method.You will only have a clue why AFTER you switch payment methods and a message indicates a past due charge is owing and lets you choose a method to settle. Alert rider and allow charging the same card! We all dont have 2 cards.

    This app sucks. Tried logging in with my mobile number it says already in use. Then I tried filling the form which I was redirected. That shows error. Plus there they gave 3 numbers to verify my vodafone number out of which 2 were not working and the middle one when dialed activated ringtone service and I ended up losing my 30rs. Give my 30rs back it was your fault. And if you don't feel like letting me use my mobile number then atleast don't redirect me to such forms with fraud phone numbers.

    Hi, despite explicit statement from your side that all Premiere rides will have screen installed between the driver and the rider, my two subsequent Premiere trips did NOT have any screen installed. This is a very serious violation of your self declared safety standards and exposes the rider (as well as the driver) to serious health risks. Why was I charged Premiere fares when the advertised Premiere safety standard was not provided?

    I've used you a long time but now I've had a ride upgrade surcharge added to my bill for $71 and your processes give me no way to point attention to this because it basically says "what's done is done. I'm out, and at the moment you deserve a lower rating than you have because it's literally all I can do. Aside fr disputing it on my USAA Amex... I hope you reach out. I'm happy to pay what was quoted. Not willing to pay this bogus upmark from a driver.

    The actual trip with this driver was great! The app & the corporate process failed. We went thru 3+ attempts, including one the night before. The app cancelled or failed to produce drivers after it was confirmed. We've use Uber several times a few years ago, flawlessly. This trip was very trying to get it setup. Again the driver who did show up, was Great! There needs to be a better way of confirming or educating us consumers what is & what isn't actually happening.

    What is point of using this app when it won't work properly when the time I needed the most. I am trying to make a payment at least half an hour but it not showing the payment option. Useless app and GPS showing at the worst position. If someone going for emergency never use this app I don't know even in digital century Uber can't fix this issues

    it always seems to take two or three tries or even longer to actually get a ride any between it tries to get me to pay a higher rate for a car to pick me up sooner and I hate the way they do that but when you finally do find a ride at least the drivers are pretty cool! So I'll still vote YES on 22!!!

    The support line is stupid and doesn't know how to read and respond to an issue. I got a new person everytime I got a response to the same conversation. It's also always mad expensive, I only ever use this app as a last resort.

    Surge charge fees make it practically useless. try getting a ride when i get off of work, app quotes me $10 fee for ride, i accept and it outomatically changes to $60. Might not sound lile a lot, but does so every night, making it unafordable. So im stuck having to take a 4 hour walk home.

    User interface and ride booking experience is awful. It eats up to much time while booking a ride, ola is far better in this area. I never understood what's the fun of showing pic up and drop locations we are well educated and intelligent enough to see our destination a couple of times before we start booking.... Please improve your app to a better one.




    I took a rental trip for 12hr and 120kms. After adding 3 stops i wasn't able to add any more stops. We were stranded in the middle of our trip for more than an hour. There is no on call support for riders and the in app support is very limited. I formally complained in app and on their Facebook page. I got prompt response and was refunded the balance after calculating the fare based on the distance travelled.

    Today, I booked a cab due to some application issue or phone issue app got stuck, I had to restart the Uber app however once I reopened the application I was unable to see the on going booking (yet to be started) , until and unless driver called , I thought the booking/requested has been removed. Then the driver was asking for the Pin to start the trip however I dont see anything my app for the trip then how can I give the PIN. Need to improve the app user experience

    Deceptive last second price changes suck. Need to suck less. Needs to be more players in the ride-sharing market, because the current lack of competition allows you to suck really bad. What i like best about uber is that the drivers are usually pretty cool. What I like least is your pricing model is not transparent, but what is transparent is that it sucks. Probably should look into a significant overhaul of upper management. I would suggest hiring people with a track record of not sucking

    My driver's Rock! It's the app!! Was just watching for my driver to arrive, opened door to go outside, and next thing I know I've purchased the Pass!! It's on the app screen at all times so I'm guessing I hit it and boom ordered no confirmation of order nothing just a charge for $25, no thank you! The pass isn't worth what they charge and the rides have gone up also. How do I get refunded think it's dirty pool to at least not have a confirmation for this LIKE you have to do 4a ride.

    I had booked a cab on 13th Oct 2020 for which the charges were showing as Rs 120.00. However I was shocked to see a cancellation fees of Rs 47.50 included in my charges. When I checked in app to check on it, I found it was for my last booked trip on 1/12/2019 that was canceled by driver. When I called same day, I was informed it was for charge for more than 30 days before and cant be helped. They charged for trip canceled by driver about a year ago but cant refund charges applied on same day

    This app keeps matching me with drivers that are too way far from where im standing to get home. I only live a few miles away from my workplace yet im always stuck with the drive that has to drive over 20 mins just to reach me. Idk why this is happening; other drivers are close and the app could have matched them to pick me up but no the app is messed up or the other drivers are too busy to pick me up because they are doing something else. Fix the app; i only gave it 3 stars just to be nice.

    Not being able to drive myself due to disability I'm loving Uber! The drivers are wonderful, they're polite, safe on the road and always on time. The app is easy to use, quick and accurate. The only problem I would say I have (and this is important to anyone who is receiving Social Security) the Direct Express Debit Master Card that is issued in order to receive benefits quicker is not accepted. I instead have to use a prepaid Credit Card. If they could fix that it'd be perfect!

    😠I am so upset with uber! Uber puts a hold on money for the estimated amount of the trip then charges your account for the total amount of the trip. So it is actually taking double the money out until the amount that's "on hold" falls off, usually after the full charged amount has cleared which is what happened to me today. So I have now have a $36 NSF fee on my account because of the three holds that will eventually fall off. 😡 I am in tears! I don't have the money to be double charged! 😢

    the Uber Shuttle feature is unreliable. schedule of everyday trips is fixed, but then after you ride is confirmed, it can be cancelled or the driver arrives 10-15 mins earlier and leave. very much fun when you are taking the last trip and after that no scheduled rides. it's a burnout of your prepaid rides, because the package has expiration date.

    Completely disappointed 🙁. I had to schedule a ride and everything was ok until I set the time. I set the time throughout the scheduling but at the end it would change it to 7 hrs. after the given time. Had to cancel 4-5 times cause it would do the same thing over and over. The app had no number to contact as well, if you go to Help and put issues with travel pickup it still doesn't give you the choice needed which in this case was the time. Can't call, doesn't give me a choice.

But I think it's horrendous that the customer gets charged if they cancel, yet multiple uber drivers can cancel so many times one after the other in the space of half an hour. Ridiculous.

    The Uber Wallet is a nice feature allowing you to prepay for rides. However, latest app update does not allow you to buy online gift cards for yourself in amounts lower than $25 like before. Doesn't always notify me when a driver cancels a ride request, instead the app hangs & does nothing for several minutes at times.

    Honestly sometimes the app is good sometimes it just F's up. You need to include that a driver is doing another delivery when requesting for a ride because more than often I'll rush out my house for a driver the app says is 5 minutes away but end up waiting 5 minutes for them and consequently missing an appointment. Now I've just wasted money going somewhere I can't even get into!

Inspite of advanced booking unable to get intimation of vehicle in advance. Kindly improve your services. Work on technical support system. Helpline doesn't work.     An awful app with no customer care service. There are so many problems that I keep facing even after availing uber twice a day. There are drivers who denies payment method. They deny destination and we get charged unnecessarily. Uber used to be far better in the beginning.     The pickup location I clicked on wasn't what was shown to my pickup driver and it almost became an issue. Secondly, I ordered a ride but there was so much delay on locating one for me. Eventually one clicked but later rejected the ride. It was taking forever to get me another ride so I cancelled. No driver was booked yet I was charged #400. It wasn't the money that hurts, it was the fact that I wasn't given any driver and after 45mins of waiting to no avail, I still got billed. Not cool!

I was sharing a crucial trip with someone where I was delivering several expensive items and could not see where the ride was or when it arrived.     For several days this has been my experience, when someone takes my ride on the app, it says 5 minutes, but five minutes later it changes to 15 and the car is getting further away. If I want to cancel I have to pay, but I waited for 30 minutes until the driver cancelled two minutes before arriving at my destination. Because it is a trip cancelled by the driver it does not appear in my past trips and I had no way to lodge a complaint. Only really bad companies don't even have a number.

    Unfortunately I have had problems finding a ride and updating ride details on an ongoing basis. Often the app can't find a driver for 20 minutes and then crashes when I try to enter payment details. I live in the middle of the city so this shouldn't happen.

    Once a fare has been booked for Uber X with a known price, the app would continuously attempt to find driver even though there are plenty of cars showing up on the map. After several minutes it says fare is no longer an option and switch you to a higher fare. Attempt to decline higher fare doesn't work and app continues to ping you to accept the higher fare until you force stop the app. Then you get hit with a user initiated cancelation. Has happened a few times since August.

    This app just takes advantage of people. if you need a ride to go out, they will be there. But if you need a ride back you get 4x the charge. The Lyft app will take care of you wayyy better. It take $15 to get somewhere, but it takes $60+ to get back. Both will give you a prime time charge, but Lyft is alot more fair

    I would give this app 5 stars if it wasn't for one extra annoying issue. I get uber to work sometimes and I request the uber a bit early (I usually make the request the day before) to make sure that I will get there on time. The last two times the drivers were early about 5-10 minutes and I was still charged. 75c for "waiting time" even though I rushed out of the house 2 mins after the driver came. What's the point of requesting rides in advance if they don't come the time you want them to?

    Uber charged me yesterday for a ride I took OVER two years ago. When I contacted Uber I was told it was a system error and I was not charged previously. I find this ridiculous. Unfortunately I have switched banks since then and cant provide them proof I've been double charged. Goodbye Uber and I'll be telling friends and family to use Lyft instead

    App is showing wrong pickup location at airport and won't allow user to correct. Because of messing with that, I lost out on good price and had to pay double because of their app. A taxi would have been cheaper.

    Normally i bounce between apps to see which is less expensive. Lately Uber has been raising their prices to ridiculously high prices. What would normally be a 15 dollar ride goes up to 50 dollars, for a 6 mile ride. Never had a problem before but this is just too much.

    Hi Uber, Im very disappointed with the application as with every updates its becoming much harder for anyone to use it. It has become a pain in ass. After the rides getting booked the driver cancels it for not accepting online payment and worst u charge the user, Great!!! U give the refund to the wallet of which I don't need and then u ask me again to pay the cancellation fee even though u have that in ur wallet. R u stupid? Please make the app more useful than fancy.

    Uber Credit Card rewards don't work. We've installed the app on both phones and it won't let us use the rewards. When we try to schedule a ride without the rewards, it kicks us out to the homepage again. Using Lyft instead.

    The app works fine except when something goes wrong and you don't know how to reach out to the support team. Even after paying for the trip it shows that the trip wasn't paid for. I have the receipt and everything but can't use the app any longer

    Quite unhappy with the current UI. The pick up / drop is being recognized by the app automatically. Everytime I need to drag the pointer and place it on the pick / drop location.

    Your service is efficient but on your app you have the driver taking the longest route and charging as much as 30% more it's not fair example Lawrence and Don Mills to Lawrence and Bathurst that trip should be going along Lawrence to get there Your app has the driver going all the way up to DVP to the 401 and then going south on Bathurst that's a waste of gas and time and you charge more it's not fair please respond to this with your justification why you think that is the better rou

    After years of using with mixed issues, it no longer works in Australia. Tried rebooting and reinstalling it with no luck. Every time I try and rebook a trip it errors out.

    Uber has been very good to me...except it's very difficult (for me anyway) to recover an account i had because i don't have that phone number available...other than that?...Great..works like a charm

    Ever since Uber updated their app I have not been able to get a ride I've got $60 in Uber cash that I can't use the older version was better I just click on confirm Uber wham-bam it's there now it's asking me for a credit card or debit card information which I don't have never had one when I started service with Uber can't get my money back can't use the service what good is this I just want my money back I can't get nowhere with anybody and I've been trying since June

    Sometimes the price goes way up even if the traffic is not "congested". x2.3 is in my oppinion too much. Other than that, great app!

    Unusable app. Have to click no to "accept a higher fare" about 30 times, unless you don't want to pay 3x the original price shown. I'm not sure what happened, Uber used to be fast and simple. Switching to Lyft now.

    Ok. Very easy to use to use app. Can be some delays and prices almost match cab fares. Use to be quite a personal experience, now it seems they're only interested in the fare.

    Seriously need to fix the uber map to choose better routes. The number of times I've had to tell my drivers to not go the way the GPS is telling them is crazy.

    New UI is slow as hell. I do not like the 3 tabs for searching an UBER. I want the app to find my ride real quick not wait 2 mins for finding a cab and then another 5-10 mins wait time for cab arrival.

    Its no longer convenient nor affordable. I utilize almost each day at least once a day. I never get any discounts, they have hiked the prices up during a pandemic and it takes 30mins+ to get a ride. Plus the drivers never want to roll windows down although I do no matter what its just not worth it any longer. They are extremely unhelpful no knowledge of what you are talking about through the emails. No phone. Just brutal 75% of the time
