    I just attempted to add a tip to my ride and the website had an error and couldnt do it, so I downloaded the app, hoping I could do it from there, it displayed an error and crashed, now everytime I try to open it it crashes instantly. This issue is not a new one, I just want to add a tip to the well deserving drivers that helped me get my groceries today! Please fix this, it is incredibly irritating to not be able to tip a driver because of Uber's useless tip system, especially with a pandemic!

    apk I've personally experienced numerous charges on my account that are not reflected in my past trips and go unexplained. The only means of rectification are through the "chat" feature in the app. Uber provides no other options to contact them for issues too extensive to be addressed through this method. Additionally, if a driver cancels a trip with no explanation and no sense of communication, the charges are expected to be paid by the account holder.

    uber request round trip I'm no longer able to follow along with the ride location when a trusted contact wants me to. It used to have this feature. I still get all the notifications from them but once the ride starts it doesn't follow their location. It just quickly shows the route that the app has picked ,and then disappears but not where they are on the route. It used to show that and I thought that was the whole reason behind it was to be able to see where they are if they share the ride with me.

    Used to be better and faster, I have a small phone and the app screen is totally cluttered with no option to see whats is going on under all those, "share your ride", "security buttons", "edit destination", etc leaves no space to actually see the map, if your ride is near or wheres it is, I think there used to be a way to show only the map with no buttons , popups, text, messages hovering all above it, but dont seem to be able to find it, its not designed for small screens. :(

    Very good and efficient platform. Unfortunately, the service lacks of customer service, also it is often buggy and some of the help articles are in Portuguese for some reason! Three years using the app and I haven't been able to enter my correct home address! Every time I enter it, it automatically adds an incorrect address.

    The app crashes as soon as it opens all the sudden. I basically paid 7 or more dollars just to have an app crash on me since I can't cancel the trip. Reinstalling the app does not help. It only functions until you open the app again. After that, the app force closes. Both Uber and Lyft have this in common. Uber, please fix your app.

    The app is good overall BUT the estimated arrival time is slightly more hopeful than factual. 5 minutes is 5 minutes not 2 minutes. And Uber Rewards doesn't really incentivise say getting an uber over public transport or walking. It should offer something constant and tangible or else scrap it. Global Hotel Alliance is a good example of a rewards system that makes you want to reach 'Black' level..

    I can't add Uber Cash, because the option, and some other options in the app, rarely appear to me, and when it appears, it always give me an error after selecting the payment method to add Cash. My app is updated, and I have reinstalled it, installed in another phone, even canceled my account, but the problem persists. The support in the app is terrible, it keeps sending me a tutorial on how to add Cash, so it don't help me at all. Please, is there someone from the developers who could help me?

    App freezes constantly. You set up an uber and reopen the app to check where it is and the app won't open. This has happened countless times. Something is always wrong w the app. I did uninstall and reinstall 3 times. Still didn't work. Finally got tired of it and downloaded lyft instead. Haven't had a problem with lyft at all.

    Will not let me use the app. "phone number already in use". I had an earlier account which I closed but obviously Uber doesn't want me to restart it. Support has been absolutely useless. If it works for you fine, but if you have any problems forget it. UBER HAS SAID BELOW "PLEASE WRITE BACK" BUT THEY DO NOT RESPOND TO ANY SERVICE REQUESTS!     The app was working fine up until yesterday. Now every time I go to open the app it force closes. I needed 2 cabs yesterday and the app wouldn't stay open long enough for me to book a ride. So I had to ask a friend to come get me. I need a cab today and it still won't stay open. Uber and Lyft are doing the same thing. PLEASE FIX YOUR APP!!

    Today was one of my worst experiences using your app to request a ride. I literally bought a $20 uber gift card to request a ride for my mom, once we got home and waited a good 1 and 30mins after buying the gift card we applied it to the app. It was accepted and everything, now I'm putting in the location of where she is and where she wants to go. That's all complete and I hit confirm ride. It tells me to choose a payment method. I picked the gift card and nothing happened it wouldn't change.

    Not sure what it is but a few things: It always declines my payment and no matter when I try to set up a ride it says no one is availible. Next time(a minute later) and it says there's several drivers and the price gets jacked up. Thanks but no thanks Uber. Yes I have unistalled and installed the app several times.     I use this app quite often. This is the very first time I am having issues. Multiple funds were and are on hold far after my trips had been taken and currently I cannot see the Google Maps section to locate my driver. I also cannot add stops during my travels or before my trip.

    I have had nothing but problems trying to login to my account, i sold my car and was planning on using uber for all transportation, but this is day 3 and still haven't got connected. Your app is horrible and you have long my business my company business and i will give nothing but bad reviews, i would not recommend this app, you have cost me $5k this week

    App will not let me logn in. I am a registered user. Have the same phone number and every time i go to log in it takes me to a new registered user. No option to put in password and then says my number is already registered to an account. Duhh i know this. Then prompts me to contact customer support.

    Keeps closing since update!!! I've never had an issue with the Uber App since yesterday when I updated both Uber and Uber Eats. I used Uber Eats last night but it crashed right in the middle while waiting for my delivery. I got my delivery though. I use Uber on a daily basis since I don't drive. PLEASE FIX IT!!!!

    Now the app is working after clearing the app data. Will be reporting to the app devs about this because earlier in the day I cleared the app data and it didn't work, I cleared it again then uninstalled and reinstalled which also didn't work, then I saw an update later in the day which did nothing. Now this morning I tried again and now it works. It literally kept crashing once I logged into my account. I had to find another way home from work at 2am because of this random occurrence.

    Love the app except a few times I've booked an uber and the driver cancels without turning up and I'm charged £4 and having that credited to my uber account after making a complaint is not good enough you took it from my bank account so put it back in my bank account, I understand I get charged if I cancel but shouldn't when the driver doesn't even bother to turn up!

    Terrible app that does not allow you to contact anyone in customer support. I had a trip sitting idle with no updates and no way to contact anyone with Uber as to what was going on. Finally just canceled the trip. Uber had no interest in why but made sure I knew that I may be charged. Drivers are no help either.

    app keeps kicking me out. it crashes after the driver is assigned to my order. then the app stops works, kicks me out. if i open the app again, it would still kick me out. I would have to restart my cell phone, open the app again in order for it to work. it would work for a few minutes, then kick me out again.

    The app is good but the ride fare is too much high.The app is not provided with free rides or discounts for new users.Delay in booking ride to get the ride with in 10mins . unable to get ride when looking for ride . This app has lot of updates but it has less drivers in which when you book and wait for 20 mins it doesn't book any rides for you it keeps on searching. Poor booking service if you need in urgency booking don't book from it as it takes time & doesn't book any rides.

    Using Samsung Galaxy S8. "Ride Pass" on the Uber app was turned on, without my knowledge, and I'm being charged $24.99/month for something I have never used. I've now emailed Uber support 3 times explaining. I've tried cancelling on the website, but no luck, because you must use your device. I've tried on my device (GS8), never seen this so called "auto-renewal" box I'm supposed to uncheck when prompted. My app interface>ride pass>cancel anytime DOESN'T WORK Uber Support has been a joke

    It keeps getting worse with every update. And now it sucks the MOST. The ride freezes up on the app, and sometimes my phone will NOT get the notifications when my daughter uses my account. Worrying about your child being safe and not getting instant messaging, makes my stress levels rise. : (

    Be warn - their security is lacking in these times of heightened cyber attacks. My account was robbed for $500 - uber has a form because this happened so often, but they never get back to you. If you do want to use uber - always use credit card never a dedit card. Unclear how they get pci compliance - banks should look into this.

    Regularly find I'm paying a lot of money for a ride. Not only that but quiet often there are mistakes in payment and I have to wait days before I receive the money back. I never get any promotions that are valid sent to me . It seems like rewards system is useless as it never really rewards u un lesss u spend a lot of cash on the app. Overall it's not horrible there are some really nice drivers and the app hands out promotions to Mee users . What is the point of sending it to me then?

    I blocked the sms number because of all the spam they sent. Fair enough. When I tried to get them to tell me the number so I can unblock it, they only send canned, generic responses. Basically their support is junk.

    Your "Help" is impossible!! It's done for Happy cases and everything except help. You don't even have an option to send feedback!!!! It's a maze. This is not the first time I click on help, and it takes me 15-30 minutes to navigate through it and find no answer for what I am looking for. I think I signed up for Uber when I was living in Europe. Now I'm back in the USA, and even though I changed my address and payment, I still get offers from UK. It would be great if you could fix that. Thanks

    I Wish I Didn't Have To Use!!! If you live paycheck to paycheck--Uber is NOT for you! If you are down to your last couple of dollars and need a ride, you might as well walk. From the randomness of accepted cards, to not a soul to speak to if you are literally in the snow at 1am and no city bus til 5am, to charging for cancelling in your fare, and holding more than the quoted amount from your bank acct for a ride (have extra folks!) this app and Uber are consistently only thing: Unbelievable.

    Google Play Store keeps telling me to update app although is already updated. The app and service is good. They now offer an option to use a PIN number to make sure you get in the right car. Also emergency options, pay ride to family members and even Uber Credit Card.

    did you guys update the app so when you have to take a selfie out the blue in the middle of the road in the pitch-black dark that the back light comes on to help you take a picture instead of standing outside of the road in front of the car headlights to take a picture which is ridiculous and unsafehe keeps saying please put your face in the circle and it is but it's too dark to recognize because you guys took off the backlight for some reason it doesn't light up anymore to help take a picture

    I keep getting a crash report! I have scheduled a driver and then it crashed and yet the driver showed up without my knowledge. I had a coworker schedule a driver amd they showed up as well. I do not think that the account should be charged for the cancelled pickup as there was ko way to know if the original driver was coming The app still crashes, I would appreciate an update as I use uber every morning and evening for work and I would need to get to work tomorrow Please reply Thank you

    I use this everyday and I have over 80 dollars in uber cash and my bank account attached and now it keeps telling me no payment method over and over ive logged out and tried choosing my payments and nothing works now.     With this recent update, you can't track the live time, I have to constantly exit and reopen the app to know how close the driver is which is inconvenient. I also hate how it does the same tacky location pop up as lyft

    I didn't have any problems until today I went to go and schedule a ride it charged me for said ride before finding me a driver then told me that there were no drivers available and cancelled my ride but did not give me my money back I swear to God if my money is not found back in my account in the next 24 hours you will find yourself in a lawsuit that is theft plain and simple

    Just updated the app, most features are not available anymore, emptyed the cache but still the same, tried to book a taxi today and received 4 emails as i booked 4 taxis instead of one...please reverse it back to the way it was...this update is not working

    Can't log in from new device. I no longer have the card I used to use with uber, and it won't let me logbin without that card info. You just lost a customer for life. Logging in to your app shouldn't be this hard.

    Non-member here, receiving texts from uber and have never used the service. Someone can take your number and keep you from even being able to set an account up so you can talk with customer service.

    I can't log in from new device, I no longer have the card I used to use with uber, and now it won't let me login without that card information even when I try using my Facebook and email, that is very bad

    I am still getting error, uber support tells me my uber digital wallet is not a valid electronic payment method, can somebody explains this to me?, can I get my money back? It just doesn't make sense.     Won't let me log in with my phone number or change my phone number on my account. When I go to my account there is no phone number shown, but my number IS connected to my account so I can't register my phone number with another account. The app is so broken.

    Had to reinstall because of this weird thing that says, if you can stay at home screen that pops up. Then the app closes completely. I'm very frustrated.

    As reply to the previous comment on my review: I needed support for a question regarding the Uber Credit Card. I found a link posted somewhere in these review comments where I was able to use a contact form. It's incredibly difficult to contact Uber Support IMHO.

    It is my experience many times, when we were confident of getting Uber and book it, when we call the driver to know where the are, they in turn ask us where we have to go. If it is their interested area, without telling us they turn off, then that gets cancelled. Cancellation charges are levied on us for no fault of us. Some times the diver name and number would be seen when ever we book Uber. After some time when we start calling them one, two, three or four drivers get change and we get delay

    They are trying to use this covid nonsense to restrict movement. It's very obvious by forcing the app to crash or lie saying there are no cars. I've used this service for the last few years and spent hundreds of dollars each month. I AM DONE!     Easy to use and friendly driver's! Have found Lyft to be a little less expensive though, and have found comparing prices on both apps a good idea for the best rate. Most drivers drive for both companies I've discovered too.

    False advertising and terrible customer support. Got the app because they had a $15 off your fist ride promotion. I didn't receive any money off my ride, and their customer support is awful. They make it nearly impossible to open a ticket. And once you do they are slow to respond and offer no assistance that is if they respond at all or try to help. Extremely disappointed. I wish I could get the money they stole from me back. If you want to get scammed may as well go with a taxi or anyone else.

    The app sometimes hangs and needs restarting. Today I waited for 10 minutes when my driver would make one turn to me, just to discover that the app freezed and that I have another driver that is already waiting for me.

    They charged me for trips I never took. Over drafted my account so I lost even more money. There is literally no way to contact them. All phone numbers and emails are invalid. They say go to the help tab on the app. From there click call support. To bad that's not actually a thing in the app! Now I'm out all this money and uber cant do anything or is even willing to help. Uber is a giant scam! Be careful when you put your card on there.

    I've had nothing but issues with this app! Having to force stop clear this clear that uninstall and reinstall and reboot my phone! Always says there arent any cars during prime time hours especially when I see them on the map. Yes I had 2 accounts one for me as a rider and the other as a driver well your consolidation methods worked ONCE. Now to book a ride I have to use the website.....seriously fix your platform, app, whatever cuz its seriously messed up.

    Disgusting. Driver cancelled without warning, never showed which i know bc I was waiting missed the train, was still charged and its impossible to dispute it without being redirected 50 times and making it impossible to log in

    Great service ( as in drivers and reliable transportation) sometimes they cancel , but it's okay. App service ( I would rate 0 stars if I could)I run this app on both iOS and Android platforms. iOS runs fine, app keeps crashing on Android and freezes up forcing inaccurate drive times. Some times drivers are here before estimated times. Please fix asap. Coming off a Google pixel 3a

    Overall uber is pretty good and useful. However it has pinged me in the wrong spot SEVERAL times, often in places that I can't even get to. And with my most recent ride it charged over to my grandmother's card instead of my own. I had her card on there because she insists on paying for rides when she can't pick me up. I SPECIFICALLY selected my card and when I went to ask about it and have it fixed they kept on getting it wrong. It took me nearly two days to sort out this issue.

    2nd UPDATE:04/16/20--I was finally able to use Uber successfully last night. Ty for the app fix, Uber devs! Cautiously hoping this continues. UPDATE: APR.15/20...A rep contacted me & said he'd removed a hold that had been on my payment options erroneously. But that hasn't changed anything and I still can't use Uber.

    I like the app but I don't like the fact that they'll take extra money off your card then later add your funds back on the card without permission. It will literally hold your funds 2 times and when the app notice they've over drawn they'll refund it back... I'm uninstalling the app because it's hard times out here and I don't need extra money drawn from my card.

    No end of problems using uber and uber eats. Crashes every time I try to tip, often doesn't start and uber eats says there's a problem with my card (I've tried three which all work fine literally everywhere else)

    Doesn't let you add/use payment methods even with different cards or accounts, it's also a headache to add and remove cards despite the info being correct.

    Says "error, add valid mobile number." Both my numbers are valid and verified... Makes this app/service completely useless! Lyft worked just fine though!
