I am a frequent user of uber app.But from past two days the app has become unresponsive. it is unable to get the location , show live movement of cab and takes long to compute the cab price.//// //////////// Still facing the same issue.Now I have to reinstall the app whenever I have to book a ride./////// Already did that. But didn't got a solution for it

This app or by website at times is Not user friendly. For instance, I went to change my credit/debit card because my bank had updated mycard, and it took a few tries to get it right, and then it was declined later when it used my old card as the primary. So frustrating! Also yhe address was somehow changef ( maybe by auto correct) to 1349 instead of 1317. I am still not sure if that was corrected properly. The driver had to update his trip to get it right. I also updated the address.

Great app, great way to travel. App's feature to give feedback to driver is lacking. The only way I found to give any free form feedback was to give a five-star rating and a compliment. I wanted to give a four star rating and say that the car was dirty. The canned feedback options said I could say the car smelled bad but not that it was dirty. This car was dirty but smelled fine. Also, to schedule a ride for later, the car and clock icon is now hidden in the confirm ride step.

Failed me in a crucial time. Took forever to load, took forever to find a ride and ended up not connecting. Wasted over 20 min to end up taking a regular cab. Unreliable. EDIT: DESPITE CLEARLY NOT CONFIRMING A RIDE IN THE APP ended up STILL connecting me to a driver with the app closed! I only received a notification when a after arrived. Outrageous. EDIT: Apparently my account got locked due to the incident 10 months ago, which was not my fault. Can't even appeal. Back to using better services.

Just to make it clear I'm reviewing the app and not the drivers. -The support is non existent and doesnt let you leave detailed feedback about any issues you have . -the app lies about how many available drivers are in the area. -the billing system is broken and whilst you can get a cancellation charge you dont get any sort of discount if a driver cancels on you. Lastly they refuse to help when filing a driver complaint with the council or licensing office .

Edit: Support was not helpful, just repeating the same answer of clearing my cashe but it didn't do anything. I give up. I recently downloaded the app on my new phone and it hasn't been working properly. I can't book rides, the map doesn't open up, I updated the app and reinstalled it and nothing worked. I've had to ask friends to order them for me, which isn't very convenient. Tried reporting this and still haven't found where but by writing this review. Please fix this soon :(

It's a horribly designed app and, if you ask me, the information system behind it isn't that rugged. There are several flaws with the app but the most annoying are as follows: 1. If someone shares their ride link with you, there is no way to access the ride in case you exiting the app or press back button. Make a page to see and switch between shared rides. 2. In case the driver's phone hangs or dies on you, there is no contingency method to take care of it.

The map is slow, the help sections suck. I got a new phone and it is preventing from logging in, stalled at the payment verification screen. All the info is correct, but it says there is an issue. There is zero help available at that screen and there is no phone number for support, no help. I only changed phones and now can't use the app. Garbage. Its easily 5 years behind i technology.

This is really the worst app ever. I don't really know where to start. But there are so many I'd rather give it a one star and move on Edit:Checking out all the latest reviews being 1 star just confirms my suspicions. The app is really gotten screwed up. Just read about login failures, no postpaid support, no way to fix a card which has outstanding payment. Gosh at least get the experience of entering the card number right!!! When you type the card number it gets entered in reverse, 🤮

Great App, it comes highly recommended. I don't know if it's just me but my problem is if you type in your "where-to" destination, the fare doesn't show up until your confirm the ride then you'll have no option than to accept whatever fare that's been thrown at you. I will like to see my fare before I confirm a ride. Please do something about this.

The app has become horrible over the last year or so. Each time I am busy booking a cab, it shows a window to complete payment for my last ride. It not only wastes time of the user, but also adds to the frustration. To tackle this, there should be an option after EACH ride that is completed to pay for that ride INSTANTLY. Also, an auto-debit method must be introduced which minimizes users efforts to complete payment. OlaCabs has the option of Postpaid payment which should be implemented by Uber.

Have used reliably for the last year. Needed it today in a rain storm and it kept rejecting my payment. It is an uber credit card with a zero balance that is paid off a few times per month! No idea why, wouldn't let me switch to any other payment or even Google Pay. Very sad and very stranded. Guess I am downloading Lyft to get home. There should be LIVE customer service for this kind of thing. I am so over filling out forms to get a canned response. Invest in infrastructure or you lose.

Very poor performance. At first, my problem was to sign in. It always says that deactivated account. Then however I solved that and now when I want to request a ride, I give everything my location, my destination. I select uberX. After that, at the last age, when it search for nearby rides, it always says, " Oops! Something went wrong." I tried it nearby 56 times. But no results come. I brought 4 new sims for this. But it waste my money. Please solve my problem. Even i cant see the prices

A low score as the Jump Bikes that is now integrated is much less impressive than it should be. The attraction was that as I already had an Uber account I could just scan and go. But you can't. You have to re-enter your card details for some very strange reason and then it wouldn't accept my card. While messing about there was a Lime bike near me so I used that instead which just worked. Uber Jump didn't and still doesn't. Continuing to use Lime.

Can't even sign in. First it tells me my number is in use, so I tried my email. Tells me that's in use. Tried my other email, guess what? THAT'S IN USE TOO. So I go to the website to try logging in there. Well, apparently now my phone number isn't even recognized. Okay, enjoy not having my business then dude.

The service does its job well. Unfortunately, the app itself dosen't. ESPECIALLY when it comes to making future plans. The app SAYS to look for a clock when you click on the "Where to?", but it dosen't exist. This greatly impacts my schedule and plans coming up in 2 weeks, as I will be heading up to Olympia for internship. If you guys can bring that back AND make sure its functional, then I can definitely change my rating.

Ride requests are super-easy and quick. Cancellation, however, is significantly more difficult. It also doesn't allow you to schedule your ride. So, 3 minutes later, when you needed wheels up in 30, if you are not standing outside the driver's going to drive away without you, even though you pleaded to wait, and you would have to pay cancellation fee. Also, it's not exactly an app's problem, but a lot of times drivers take no pride in that work to say the least.

The most worst development team who developed this app, money calculation is used for their own purpose I guess, I raised a query for the estimated fare and final fare and the fare in invoice PDF is completely different, but no one responded. Stealing money,.what a wonderful way. I'm giving 2 starts for their maps otherwise it's useless

The app works great, but the support is utterly disappointing, the driver can basically drop you off anywhere they wish, you'd still have to pay them and when you ask support for help they just use the same bot or copy paste reply over and over, I would not recommend this app unless you like to take chances on your safety because I was pretty much abandoned by a driver on a random point, and when showing the drop off is wrong I was forced off and had to pay, didn't even receive a refund for it.

Worst App after the update, I booked a ride, and the cab didn't even arrived me, the driver's number was switched off, driver's location was showing like he was somewhere else, for a long time I was unable to cancel that ride, and when i was successfully able to cancel, they are asking for a cancellation charge of 400 Rs, no customer care contact available where one can reach out, what kind of company is uber? Also as per you, I cannot see a contact information ij the link which you provided.

Usually good but, the gps is quite flawed. I put in an address for clarkson ave, and it sends drivers to lenox ave. I'm constantly having to change the location of my pin, which doesn't allow me to provide an exact address. Just a building name. Which is confusing when there are several buildings with the same name in the area. Or I have to call the driver...

I think its stupid that i cant change my phone # without logging into my account but it wont let me log into the account cus the email you have on file dosent correspond with my phone number. No it dosent, i have a new phone and i havent used the uber app in 3 years. But see i cant have a link sent to my email because again my # i had 2 1/2 years ago i dont know off the top of my head. I even get phone calls weekly from some dude who is in another state to pick me up

It always either has the driver pick up from the wrong location or drop off at the wrong location. My drivers had to reroute countless times due to this inaccuracy, causing me to wait longer or walk to rest; the GPS needs to be modified to fix this issue. I also need help scheduling uber rides in advance, how would I go about doing so?

Works fine most of the time, but the address options are incomplete meaning that I have to approximate to a nearby location. This makes the pickup process take longer. Additionally, upcoming scheduled rides do not show up in the app even though they show up on the mobile site. Good service, but the mobile app is lacking in some critical areas.

Didn't work at all for me. Even bought Uber Cash to see if that would fix it. It did not. Spent hours trying to get help from their fairly incompetent tech support: 5 tries later, and my issue was still not fixed. Uninstalled. At least I got a refund eventually, though.

I was a very satisfied user when they are still available in Singapore. When I tried to reinstall it and use them in a country where they are still operating, it was impossible to log into my old account. 5 days after contacting customer service, there is no resolution. Moreover, it tags to your mobile number and there is no way to get proper support. Uber used to have great customer service. Now it is not the case.

The app does its job, but the arrival time estimation is not really accurate. Do something about that or take it out. It's frustrating. Edit: For that answer, lowering the rating by one star. I'm not standing letting you insult my intelligence. Of course ETA is estimated (hence its meaning = Estimated Time of Arrival). I'm not saying to give me the exact minutes the driver will arrive in, I'm just saying estimate better.

Terrible experience overall, had a lot of trouble adding my cards, the app isn't explicit about the rides booking process and I ended up booking a ride when I only wanted to see the cost / route / driver. Not intuitive at all. Can't schedule a ride for anything else than the next 10 minutes, can't schedule recurring rides. Customer support is difficult to join. Error messages all the time, and they don't mean anything.. Overall, feature and user experience wise, it's a very poor app. Take Lyft.

Terrible app, terrible customer service. I used this a few times a few years ago and now would like to for a work trip. But when I log in it asks to verify an old card I no longer have before I can log in. Their genius customer service's solution? Log in and update your card! I get that reading is hard, but come on! Anyway, I'll be using a taxi for this work trip, I guess. Thanks for nothing uber.

At first seemed like a dangerous app. Tried it to schedule a ride for tomorrow, but instead it forced me to confirm a ride starting in 10 mins. Why not include 2 buttons, one to confirm and another to cancel? Had a second go at it by selecting correct date and time to schedule my ride. Hope it works out. More to come after my ride, if it works out. . .

I have been using this app since a while now and it behaved quite good. Is user friendly and reliable. I do have a problem since the last 2 updates ... it does not show the estimated prices anymore, actually everytime I start an order all that contains numbers is blanked out, and only after several insisting going back and forth it does show the numbers eventually. Also a minus for no possibility of contacting support from the app itself. Hey support! Any solution to my problem? Thanks.

Blocked my access without any notice.. When i contacted their team they say it's a blovk issued by the system and they can't do anything.Agonizing!!! 18/10/2019 Theres no point in sending mail, i have already done this thrice.. i don't even know the offence which I have done. I have the latest update of your KAK app now,no outstanding payments yet every time i try request a ride i get declined. I have selected the option to pay with CASH,so why do i keep getting requested to verify my card?and when i do verify it,i get a message back saying something went wrong.. YOUR SERVICES ARE HIGHLY UNRELIABLE,CAUSE THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME I'VE HAD THIS ISSUE. The last time i was told the issue was fixed. I tried to use it today! I have many issues with this APP, a) app gets corrupted many times b) if you reinstall all your trip data is lost, c) on reinstall you cannot add UPI as payment method, d) if your credit/debit card is lost you cannot delete them in APP, d) I have lost my wallet in Uber got no help, e) uber support when contacted that I am unable to add payment method, I am told the process how to add, they fail to understand that I must have tried and if option is not available that is when I raised the query,

It worked fine until I decided to put my card for a payment method. After inputting a digit, I won't be able to enter any more digits nor delete the one digit. I had to enter my card number backwards but got stuck as I am not able to input my CVV. I am not able to use Uber anymore as a result. Edit : I have cleared the app cache and data and have reinstalled the app but to no avail.

Pathetic app. Never able to find location correct. Wull show 5 minutes to rider and 10 minutes to driver a d even that 10 minutes becomes 15-18 Minutes. Never able to find exact location even if you tag building/place. Completing a trip option means add 15-20minutes more from what time they show. Really pathetic. Ola app is much better than this. There are many such instances and not a single one to point out. May be just look at it app and ask customers too

Did as suggested but still does not work. **** I HAVE OPTED OUT? Around 6 months ago I have got problem with this app, suddenly I can not open it. So I decided to uninstall , install again and hope everything will be back normal again as usual. I tried many times but still did not work as expected. I dont exactly understand why I always receive this message "YOU HAVE OPTED OUT" off course I am surprised since I have never did as mentioned above. Your help please....

Not so good experience with this app. When we book an urgent ride pickup time will be showing but if the vehicle takes too much time to arrive we may be wanted to cancel that ride. But if we cancel before the vehicle arrives for pickup why do you charge for it. Sometimes they maybe late due to traffic block but sometimes they will misuse this unnecessary proceedure .Kindly make free cancelllation if the vehicle not arriving within pickup time.

Been using these apps for long but faced these problems recently. 1. When i booked a Cab, 3-4 drivers picked up and then cancelled after a while. The final cab that picked wanted cash and had to cancel that too cuz you cant change the payment option after driver accepts. This has happened a couple of times. 2. Got a cab and after calling the driver and waiting for more than 10min he cancels, and i get charged for it. Worse, i got charged from the Uber Eats app as well for no reason after this.

Bad user experience! This is the 2nd time I'm relying on it to use Montreal Jump electric bikes for commuting and suddenly this app fails to unlock the bike with just "something went wrong". Go figure what? In fact it suddenly decided to stop working until you update it. Then you do it and somebody came to take the bike from my arms because she reserved it meanwhile. So missed my train today and late. Also surprise charges of 25$ if you park in outside zone which is not shown on the map.

Absolutely worst experience when trying to sign in with a new phone number or a new credit card that banks issue every few years. Please add a link to be sent to the email on file so we can reset and log into our account via email. Just like EVERY other company out there. And please make the login to uber and uber eats the same. Uber eats is impossible to login when you have a new phone number. Contacted support now for the 4th time. No one has yet to email or call me to get this fixed.

The add stop / multiple stop functionality is very frustrating. You do not allow me to add 2 stops in the order necessary for a direct route from point A to C. Forcing to add after the fact and alter final destination negatively impacts all parties but yourself. Not allowing a pick-up other than my current location also negatively impacts this scenario.

Horrible, worst app experience ever. I cannot even log in due to how horrible this app is set up. I type in my phone number and it asks me for my old visa card which i do not have. I need to input a new card which it does not even allow me to do! I cannot even log in! Waste of my time and waste of my money i have 2 $50.00 Uber Cards that are worthless now because this companys app is so flawed.

Been using Uber for a while now it's been a good app so far with all its features. I've had really good service for the most part but recently drivers have been leaving me when I've been putting three to two stops. Which waste time and I have to call for another ride and waste money. The drivers have told me that they don't get paid to wait which is a lie. if this is the case they need to just let me know this and communicate with me through the app. Train your drivers to do better!

There are lot of people who can't speak or hear. So it would be great if you can make any other feature to confirm the uber drive like message or tap button. Plz do consider this suggestion because not everyone can talk on a call , we all are different. If you consider this than that would be great .

As nice as the app is set up, as nice as the driver info, ride sharing options and the Uber wallet is, I'd give the ZERO star rating if could! After having a good experience for two days of using the service, for the first time, they disabled my account for "precaution" reasons and has failed approximately fifteen times in the reactivation of the account. Used to work great on my iPhone. Had an urgent meeting, driver arrived after 25 minutes at my apartment complex and then app shows the trip was cancelled by driver. Really? Using android currently. Update: Yet another unexpected cancellation. I will never use Uber again. Previously was at least able to call the drivers on their mobile, but cannot get through anymore. 0 stars if possible. Update 2: Have shifted to the Uber lite version and that works great! So definitely a bug that needs fixing?

Still nothing.I tried all the solutions you gave me. Nothing works! I really need my phone back. I lost my brand new samsung M30s, a memory card and my sim card during an uber drive. I tried to get it back through the app. But still no one has responded. I lost a lot and these people are not even concerned about a consumer.

Not useful whenever in need. Cabs are somewhere and map is showing exactly opposite. Wrong location updates. Booking cab takes hell lot of time and driver tells always wrong and never come. In Bangalore like city to get a cab it takes more than 1 hr. 30 mins in booking cab and 1 hour in getting cab. What is the use when everytime we have to cancel it due to all these reasons. Support sucks they even don't understand what customer is asking and what they reply. Overall pathetic service. 0 rating

For Jump: Your bike is the best and could win Paris (great stability, good brakes, beautiful acceleration) but making the hypothesis that they always work is MADNESS. Your app is awful. It takes forever to unlock a bike, just to get the surprise that 'you can't reserve'. When unlocking works, too often the bike is useless. How hard is it to let me tell you if there was a problem so the next user doesn't walk 5 min to a broken bike? Please REIMBURSE my trips that are < 2 min or <100m, it's racket

My address never appears correctly on the map. 80% of the drivers can't be bothered with doing their job as in they don't arrive at the correct destination they're rude, I've been charged for their incompetence. For the past year the app has had bugs that haven't been fixed. The map freezes. It's a nightmare

After re install of app , it is not taking password and not allowing to sign in with otp too. How to get my account back ? There is no support to reset the password quickly.. what a worst support It is more than 15 days now. Still my account is not working It is now more than 45 days and unfortunately no support received. I just recived one call saying some one will call me to fix the issue..

Excellent service and response! I couldn't get into my account as I had opened one years ago with another #. I wrote support and the issue was solved in less than 10 minutes. Saved me $15 on a ride to the airport (taxis are expensive, y'all!). Thank you Uber! I'm so happy to finally be an uber rider! :)

Frustrated! If you forgotten your login id password then so many riddles you have to face during the login and won't logged in. Recently i purchased new phone and want to login in the same but not able to login after several times trying. They provide neither customer care number nor email response to fix for indian users.

The service is great. Call a car and get in. But I keep getting randomly charged for things that make no sense. Usually, when a phone app messes up, it only costs me time. Not too impressed. This has happened on multiple occasions.

Am unable to req multiple stops, live locate is not shown in settings,& now I can't tip. I get an alert that something went wrong with pmt method (although correct cc info shown &fare is charged). I've been in contact with help since 9/30/19, have reinstalled app, updated ,&followed all their instructions. Have been using Uber for yrs, but current app is lousy.

I have loved Uber until this last week. We use it all the time for travel but we have had an issue with our app and suddenly are not able to request a ride. We have not had any adequate help or ways to fix our issue from Uber despite multiple contact attempts. Over 10 emails from 10 different people AND Facebook commenting/ Facebook messenger communication. No call support line and we were just lucky we were able to find a taxi. Super frustrating that customer support is terrible 👎😣

Not designed properly. It allows one to use email id without authorisation. Due to this duplicate account are created which can't be recovered. Forgot password doesn't work. There is no one to talk to or solve your problem.

I have been using uber from past 3 years and never faced this weird problem. I gave location as my home, which was 12km from my pick up. App showed location correctly in my mobile, but for driver it was showing somewhere near airport, that is 22 km from my pick up point. It was late night and as driver was understanding enough, he took me on the route i asked him too. Worst thing is, we can't even complain about this issue in the app. If there is a bug, please sort this out. This is so unsafe.

Surrounding nearby so many uber cabs available but your system always called from far away from booking locations. Many times I done with directly approched near by sranding uber cabs they were happy to come with uber price. Now days I am using only rate purposes.Uber booking getting always 3 to 8 km far 15 to 25 minutes minimum distance. It is harmful for riders and cab drivers.

In the starting they never charged me extra 42rs but after 5 time using this app whenever I book the uber cab before confirming the booking they said you didn't pay 42rs in your last trip and you have to pay in your next trip otherwise it will not book. This is happened to me 3 time. Please don't use this app because it's just looting people money.

Been using Uber for awhile. Had no problem till a few days ago. Kept declining my payment option. Checked with my bank was told there was no problem. Emailed Uber for support. Was told to recheck/verify all my information. Than was just told my card was declined/system has trouble verifying my card and that only choice I'd had was to use another payment option. Literally used Uber 2 days ago with no problem but now its being declined/not verfiy?

The app is fine. Fed up with the service in bangalore. Drivers rarely turn on the AC. They coerce passengers to cancel the rides and pay them privately instead. On top of all that, the drivers keep cancelling the rides at the last minute!! The customer is charged a penalty tor cancelling a ride. Why is the same penalty not applied to drivers?? Also, it's almost impossible to register a complaint or share a feedback on a driver who cancels at the last minute.

There is no option to raise a issue other than listed in app. Support is not user friendly. I am unable to raise issue on being dropped off at different location. No use in sending mail to support team as they will not respond.

It has become worst app ever I have used.No request time out just only just keep waiting for the booking. Takes much time to load the app. Uber drivers have become very cunning to the customer. They ask for the drop location first,if to location they don't want to go they ask customer to cancel it.if customer do not cancel they argue.On this also if customer does not cancel they cum around to customer's location and wait for some time and then cancel. So that driver is paid n customer is fined.

My travel credit and debit cards have been problematic loading them as payment options to say the least. I had to resort to uber cash to guarantee I had uber as a transportation option. I've confirmed with my financial institutions and other merchants and this is strictly an Uber app issue. I've gotten rides out to locations and then haven't been able to return (with the same payment information) because of the inconsistency within the app. I've redownloaded app, and reloaded card details. App full stupid bugs. When you add a payment card after entering each number it goes to first position essentially messing up the whole credit card number. Scanning card also doesn't work. I was trying to delete payment method, and it gives error. I always encounter some error while using the app.

location of the vehicle is not seen in the follow the ride option.Thus the follow ride option is useless if the exact location of the vehicle on the route followed is not visible. Previously this feature was available.It should be made available immediately . Why google pay option is not made available on uber app? This option is not displayed at all for choosing it.

I have two phones and I am currently locked out of my account AND stranded. Not safe. Never had this problem until I blocked their too frequent SMS messages. Not effective. Been a loyal client for at least 7 years why inconvenience me now? Not smart. So it took 2 years to realize I have two phones. Not secure. UBER pain. Uber inconvenient. Uber pissed.

Total disappointment with the app. Booked a ride and i was charged twice for the same trip. No option to contact customer service. Never responded to the concern. Cannot get the invoice. No response from app help!!! How can such an wide accepted app works so wierdly.!!!!

I hate this app in recent times, see when the drivers are not ok with paytm, Google pay and other such things, and as a rider its not our headache to bother about. Why do you match them on request, please split the drivers who are in need of cash separately, i missed a very important meeting because of your mistake and this is so annoying. Uber, could you please make payment option little more easier for us, and some drivers are really so rude towards riders. This is quite disappointing.

I dont know if there was an update or something, but I am no longer able to open the app. It asks for my phone number, and then my password. It begins to load up and then logs me out again. I uninstalled and reinstalled, same thing. Had to take a Lyft instead. I will change rating back to 5 stars once fixed.

Worst app. IAM adding my debit and credit cards and even then the app is saying "oops something went wrong please select cash as payment option" and for logging also IAM not able to login and reset password, and don't have customer support number only through email we have to contact you. There is no instant resolution for any issues.

So frustrated. I haven't used Uber in a while and will be needing to use it again, go figure logging in with my same account is no problem except I dont have the same Visa card anymore because it is no longer valid but I have a new one and it won't allow me to get passed that! Why can't I just login and update my payment info? Beyond frustrated at this moment, hope I can get some help or Lyft will be getting my business instead.

I tried to update my credit as it was expired and it said your card could not be updated as your app says your financial institution is no longer accepted. I am frustrated with your app and if you don't fix this I will switch to another service.

Worst app ever 1) doesn't let you reset the password if you've forgotten it, it'll send you a couple of mails and won't accept the changed password. 2) App doesn't respond after logging in using the social account 3) app doesn't reflect the re-enabling of account after it was disabled 4) THE WORST, app ever, in terms of backend support, if you lose your password you might as well bid farewell to you uber money balance and the vouchers in your account, because there's no way to access it 😄

What's with the god damn notifications at 7am in the morning with SOUND! Can't find any setting to disable this! They just say 'there's been an update on your account' or something but if you click it just opens the app. I will have to sign out after I use it to stop it from waking me up?

The app doesn't notice passengers about the exact stop location when we choose Uber pool, take $5 when the driver cancel and move without notice the passenger of that and at this time the passenger can not say anything about if that driver was misbehive or anything. Also, in the Marathon weekend the street was closed but the maps didn't show that and the driver stopped me far from the location while it was not Uber pool and also I got charged for over $50 while I use to go there by less price.

Not finding advance booking option. So many tweets bt no proper response and no resolution yet. I dont know who developed and who tested and who approved the design of this app. Worst app ever seen. If google provide negative rating then this app deserves that. No proper help.

I'm facing some problems while using uber. 1. Uber App did not show my rating. 2. When I select Paytm as a payment option it tells me to change it to cash everytime. 3. There is no Google pay option in payment options. And Yes I have tried deleting and reinstalling the app but facing the same problems. Please resolve this.

Got Charged $90 for a $20 ride. Booked a $20 ride, tried to see the price of an 2 minute stop, instead the app automatically added the stop, my new price was $220! Outrageous. When I cancelled the stop I did not want add, my price became $90 instead of back to the original $20. Customer Support said it was normal and didn't help me. The app is good, but scams you if you try and alter anything. I mean an extra $200 for a 2 minute stop? Ridiculous

The app is completely broken. Even basic login functionality Seema to be broken. New card doesn't populated from photo. No option to enter new card manually. Can't change any settings until you log in and can't log in until you change your settings.

I topped up my paytm but after a ride of around 100/- approx. It showed zero balance.. How is this possible.. Where is the left over amount? Its been more than a week now that I am re-checking it. They have now added fees that do not show on the price of the ride when requesting. This is misleading customers and possibly having a significant increase in the price of the ride. Their support for answering the change in this is non existent as it is an automated reply.

Wow very responsive and always available service in app operation and rider availing rides with good responsibility and well managed way. It is must to say Yes, it is good than Careem. Especail request that each Rupee is important to everyone, so mostly riders don't have change in rupees 10. So must add option like in Careem of advance collection of these returnback rupees. So mostly we have to give these rupees to rider to avoide arranging change that ultimately loss time. Thanks.

Good app, let down by too many bad drivers (in the UK). I never have problems abroad, but in the UK too many drivers are allowed to get away with cancelling rides when more lucrative ones turn up. I don't use this ib the UK as a result. Too many bad experiences

My experience was great in Prague and hell in Belfast. In Prague I was charged less than the app said, however in belfast the app said £21-31.. when I got dropped off and checked on my PayPal the driver had took £60 something for a 19mile drive... I may as well have gotten a black cab at them prices. There was a hidden surge charge of x2.4 that was not mentioned before during or after my trip. But respect to Uber support for returning this outrageously inflated charge.

I know where my destination is but I cant search it. Why does the map not allow me to just drop a pointer on their location. I dont want to give a driver a close enough approximation and then tell them to just make a few more turns.

10/14/19 Uber drivers prone to cancelling if trip is not long enough. Compensate your drivers better to ensure stability. Improvements with app since 3/2019. 3/15/19 App gives drivers and passengers a tough time with its glitchiness. Sometimes it will tell me my driver os across the city then teleport back to the other side. Use Lyft for a more stable and relaxed riding experience.

The app works pretty well but I constantly have drivers cancel the pick ups. It will connect me to a driver and then they cancel it. It happens all the time. I have been late or given up on using the app and had to find another mode of transportation so many times.

I can't use my existing account, the app keeps saying that the email I want to use is already taken. Absolutely ridiculous not having an option to create account and sign up with existing account. This is both for the lite and regular app.

Worst app. Havent used in a long time. Tried to download it. I log in and get to the card details, says error but keeps charging my bank account and not letting me move forward. I have emailed support 4 times and tried re downloading Uber app. My friend have me a big gift card that will probably go to waste. Use Lyft. It is user friendly

I am unable to sign in to my account it just keeps on asking for a password and even when I reset my password for a million times it says password is incorrect....one of the worst apps....can't a person change his number or his mail id the app doesn't recognise at all waste of time and energy

Installed it to my LEM4 Pro smart watch and when it loads up it rotates to a portrait mode instead of landscape, usability in that orientation is an annoyance as such the solution I have found is to use Rotation - Orientation Manager to force landscape mode globally. So far since signing up the mobile app on the phone has been working as intended without issue on my S9+, have yet to start using it on the smartwatch to see how well it does.

This company is not what it used to be. They can't even explain where you can park their e-bikes. Apparently customer support are unaware of which colour a no parking zone should be in the app. And can't answer simple questions about penalty fees and whether it's okay to unlock a bike in a no parking zone then lock it again in the same zone or whether you will pay a penalty.

Not be able to book any ride since four to five months, error says that your payment method is wrong. Be careful when you ask uber pool! The driver cannot accept the pool and automatically you are switched to the uber x fare without any pop up message, or other advert . They say that you can see the fare on the pin of your position and understand that you booked a uber x fare. the funniest thing is that when you can see the new fare is when the company charge you a penalty fee for cancel the call. It's not a driver fault but company sistem to not loose customers. Explanation would be appreciate

Reading the reviews glad to know it's not just me having issues with this app unable to accept payments that it just accepted this morning I have deleted and added back my debit cards even added them via Google Pay and still the same issue guess I will be going back to Lyft and this made me late for work this morning
