    Not sure what has changed, but a once useful service is now COMPLETELY useless... For some reason, they have now started this thing where it says "We're busy, fares are a lot higher than normal. " during peak times. What used to be an $8-$10 ride to work is now $18-$33!!!! This is ridiculous price gouging... like uber knows stimulus checks are out... and it's STILL just as hard to get a ride. If i could rate lower than 1 star, I would!!! Last time using this service unless this changes.

    promo code This app is no longer reliable when you really need it. Its showed me from 12 AM to 5 AM that a ride from my friend's house to my house (3 miles) is $50. I get that there may be not as much drivers during that time but $37 for 3 miles?! I was essentially left stranded and had to stay at my friends house. The same thing with Lyft at $50 for 3 miles. They suck and they jacked up prices once they got popular.

    uber stock It was good when it came but now its really hard to get customer service, rude drivers, poor support and the list goes on. It feels like it's more biased towards the drivers than the customers, as they asks for the destination and cancels the trip, wasting our time and sometimes even charged extra for. Hope they can improve their services without focusing on pleasing the drivers and increasing profits.

    uber driver Terrible service. Nearly made me miss my flight. I scheduled a ride the day before my flight to make sure I had a ride. They confirmed and have me a countdown timer when my driver was going to show up. I was waiting outside and a while after, it just up and cancelled my ride. Now late for my flight with no recourse. Will not be using Uber ever again unless they can make this right. Terrible.

    driver It is a good experience and also an awful experience in many cases, as the service provided by this application is undoubtedly great and it also reveals various offers. However, the core users who render this service to the end customers are least bothered about the customers' severe need of accessibility in times of emergency. Unfortunately, if any cancellation is made by the customer due to the intimidating acts by the service provider, the customer has to bear the burdensome expenses.

    promo This Uber app was ok at first, but while I was trying to get a ride back home the Uber app kept saying there were "no drivers avaliable" and no Uber driver was willing to accept ride requests either. I had to wait for 3 hours until someone I knew came to pick me up at my location instead, on a day I didn't expect the app to mess up like that at all. It was just a normal day and this wasn't functioning right at all. Because of this app, I was 3 and a half hours late to work after coming home.

    uber app I got charged for "waiting time" multiple times for no reason. I always get in the car the moment uber arrives. There's no way the driver waited for me. The charge is from a few dollars to a few cents, but it's the unfairness of the charge that is the problem. Also getting surcharges always no matter where I go. It's like the whole city is a special avenue or something. Fix your app and prices. If you want more money then increase the actual fare price. Don't beat around the bush and cheat.

I was given a quote for a trip that quadrupled in price as soon as I got to the pickup location. complete scam. estimated times are extremely unreliable.     uber customer service number Usually since I've started using the app it's been great, but I haven't been able to get rides lately and seen that I'm not the only one with that problem, it left me at work almost stranded trying to get a ride for a hour. I hope it doesn't only make rides for people during the day; as a minor I also need night rides occasional and I think most others do as well, such as coming from the airport etc. I don't mind spending the money on rides.

    The problem I have with this app is that recently I've been having drivers select to come pick me up and they're about 10-20 minutes away finishing up another ride. They finish the ride to start making their way to me and after 5 minutes they just cancel the ride. I've wasted so much time trying to find rides just to have a driver cancel on me. I feel like the drivers should be penalized for doing that. I should at least give them a review after x amount of time.

    Would give less if i could. App used to be great but for the past month and half it's always "no cars available " or "fares higher due to demand" ..change rides that are usually 5 to 10 mins and about $8. To $15 rides with like 15 min wait times. What is the point? As the name implies "uber" used to be a way to get a quick ride usually for a decent prices. None if these things are possible as of late. Just as bad as lyft!

    This week, I tried scheduling my rides ahead of time. When the time came, but when the time came, the app would tell me that there were no cars available and to try and schedule another ride later. Or if there was a car, it would cost me more than double as usual. What is the point of scheduling a ride if you won't get one at the specific time you wanted it. I did this for the past 5 days with the same results. Very disappointed.

    I wanted to rate it negative but option wasn't there. There is not a single complaint, there are multiple. 1)every time it takes wrong location 2)driver cancels it without any information and cancellation fees is added to my account without my recognition 3)sometimes takes charge than what was earlier shown. In short it's a cheap app. It doesn't have any standards.

    Uber used to be really nice (as long as you weren't getting a ride during a special event or from an airport). For the past few months, however, they've been taking weird routes (with no support to fix, change to the most direct route), and they have had a seriously lack of support (two incorrect ubereats orders in a row). No wonder there's never any drivers - uber makes using (and I assume driving for them) a bad experience. Rides now take twice as long on new routes for no reason whatsoever.

    I'm absolutely finished with Uber. Not only do rides dry up by 9pm, the time I usually work, but prices jumping from a usual $20, to $75 FOR A 15 MINUTE RIDE, is absolutely atrocious. I don't want to hear that it's because there aren't a lot of drivers out, because there are plenty of nights where I spend hours searching and the price doesn't change at all, let alone so drastically. Lyft is the clearly superior app and I'm disgusted that I White-Knighted for Uber for so long. Despicable.




    I set the option for online payment. The payment method didn't work so I paid in cash. Now I saw the pending payment warning and thought maybe it will go away when the driver updates on uber that it was paid. Andni didn't travel for more than month after that. Now when I tried to book a ride it says to pay the amount which I already paid. And the rule from uber is that they can't do anything if the ride was more than 30 days ago. Shouldn't you have a system for this kind of problem?

    Sometimes rides are priced up to four times the usual rate - $90 and up. It offered 5 different rides of which were $90 and up. There should be at least some sort of price control, especially during covid. The car is less than 10 miles away and the drive to my destination is less than 10. The cost of the gas/gallon is less than $5 in my state.

    Terrible service, why create an app that's supposed to be a modern day taxi/delivery service but never have cars available? Then when a car is found it takes between 25 to 20 minutes for the car to be sent to your location or they will try to charge you $30 to go 2.5 miles up the road because no cars are in your particular area. This app is worst than riding the bus but at least the bus is on time and always running.

    The app stopped requesting through my account totally and from other accounts I created with my other numbers. When I reached out for the customer service, the agents never said the reason why my accounts have been permanently disabled (even the new one when it was literally 5 minutes old). No one ever helped with this issue and I have never faced such bad service anywhere else. Also the application doesn't always work well and Uber Bus sometimes is not working (when my account wasn't disabled).

    Four days I fought with this app, wading through a sea of meaningless, unintelligible error messages and wrestling with unnecessary and intrusive "security" enhancements all the while having to go to an EXTERNAL help site, to try to get a ride, and in the end I was never able to schedule a ride. This app was not designed to make a customer's experience pleasurable and safe, it was designed to make some stuffed suite VP in a ultra plush office happy. Forget this piece of junk. Call a cab.

    Rides that were $15 are now $30 or even $40, with drivers being non-exist or extremely far away. Have had multiple encounters in the past few days where drivers will take a long time to get to me, only to cancel when they see me. Something that never happened to me until recently, but they have the audacity to want us to pay double the rates for this. Come on.

    Drivers do their best and unless it's the very rare occasion I get a rude or stupid driver I sometimes have issues with the app. I'll order a ride. The location won't let me change the location to my area and the driver will go where the gps tells them and not where I need them. Then they will message me asking where I am. Then the applications messaging function will force me to choose from three automatic messages instead of letting me tell them where I am. Good service, iffy app.

    This Uber app is trash! It takes too long to select a ride close by to get to my destination, it cancels my trip after it offers me a higher price when I shouldn't have to pay for. This app needs to do better to find available drivers that are willing to take passengers to wherever they need to be instead of giving them a hard time to find a driver for them. RIDICULOUS!!!!

    Absolutely horrendous app. Constantly gave errors with no real explanation. Kept randomly claiming I had no connection. Tried to use the UberEats section, and when I finally managed to complete my order and try to submit, it crashed. Not once, but twice. "Please try again later". "There was a problem." Uninstalling and you are never having my business ever again.

    4 out of 5. Great and useful app when the app wants to cooperate, but Uber has been getting real comfortable as of lately telling me there are drivers nearby, but doesn't send out a ping/notification to any of the drivers that are 'supposedly nearby' to pick me up. Very quickly becoming an annoyance when I try several different times over the span of ten minutes and it does the fake ping/notification.

    Very unreliable. Drivers don't want to drive. They charge you if you cancell a ride, but when they cancell your your ride, which they do frequently, they don't give anything for it. I would only recommend Uber as an emergency back up for when you need to get somewhere now and can't wait to get another cab. Uber is the most expensive cab company around, short of private driver services. There cheapest cabs are commonly twice as expensive as regular cab services.

    No point in scheduling a ride. They will cancel the ride right before the pick up window if the price has gone, and ask you to pay more (in my case, 250%). If you don't notice that it was cancelled last minute (no call, no text), you might miss your flight... Seems like a scam to catch people in a bind and make them pay as much as possible. I am deleting uber and switching exclusively to Lyft.

    I cannot, in good faith, recommend this app to 99% of the people I know. Uber used to be good a few years, it was cheap and there were loads of drivers, wait times would be frequently less than 10 minutes, often less than 5. Nowadays drivers seem to be so scant I have no idea how Uber is still in business. Astronomical wait times, EXPENSIVE AS HECK. It's apparent that they've cut costs to deal with the pandemic and are incapable of providing quality service. Deleted, never using again.

    Won't allow me to schedule a trip for later on in the same day, just keeps saying Error. I have a job interview and I'm obviously not going to chance it at the last minute to see if the error doesn't apply to spontaneous bookings. I will have to use a different company, it's a shame because Uber is normally more convenient. You need to fix the scheduled trips aspect on the app, if it's not a service provided then don't make out that it is. I have wasted time trying to get around this.

    Customer service is none existent. I had several unauthorized charges go through and when I filled my "wallet" it mysteriously emptied. When I FINALLY did speak to someone they just listed the rides I had taken. I explained that the math made no sense and went through it step by step several times to show that a significant amount of my wallet was missing. The "person" I was emailing with just repeated themselves until they eventually stopped replying all together. Uber will rob you. Its a scam

    Worst experience ever! Waiting out in the cold while the app could not provide a confirmation for a ride. Also, once auto refill is on, there is no way (at least an easy one(to turn it off. I also tried to add funds toy wallet, but to no avail. I kept receiving a message that payment method is required, even though I had already added a payment though!!! Very unuseful and user unfriendly app! On top of that, it does not even let you edit the top amount! If you mistyped the tip, you have to pay!!

    Uber was great before the pandemic. Now it sucks. It always says it's busy so the prices are high. Drivers accept your ride have you wait 15-30 minutes just to cancel and have you wait for another driver that makes you wait too or longer. There is no number to call or email posted so if it's not a topic they have in the help area you're out of luck.

    The app functions well for the most part. Its business practices are down right appalling. Try to find a driver, 1.5hrs wait while searching, meantime the app keeps telling you hey! This driver is available, only $75 for the $5 ride you requested. Over and over you get these. Then, when you quit guess what, there is "suddenly" a "surge" of customers in your area, the price is now $65 for the 3 mile drive. Has not changed in 6 months. $20 for 3 miles.

    My app doesnt show me where the cars are located and a couple of times I search for my pick up location and select it from the drop down button and then it sends the cars to a different location which forces me to cancel the trip and get a bad rating. And before I get a trip it takes money out of my account even when the driver cancels my trip and it doesnt reverse the transaction.

    My today's trip had so many left turns. Each turn was a super slow left turn. Could the developers please learn from FedEx and make all trips faster by switching to right turns. Uber seems to have close to no idea about Toronto's construction work. To the extent possible can you please factor that. My trip took twice as much time it was supposed to.

I have been a supporter of Uber for over 3 years and to have this happen is very distressing and awful. I need answers and a solution!     Whilst I have no qualms about the Trips, the problem with Uber is, despite having booked the trip, and having the vehicle arrive at your residence, the Uber will cancel your trip, before you have a minute to step outside for your trip. In the end, you are left waiting for half an hour, searching for another Uber, and end up being late to work. Another issue, is that they take small cancellation fees, despite the Uber not being within 20 minutes away, or within 500 m from your residence.

    Beware of the book ahead feature. I've done it a few times and they've been super shady each time. The ride I booked in advance was $13, then about 10 minutes before my pickup time they say that there no vehicles...but I can pay $60...for the same vehicle I booked in advance. And of course the app doesn't allow you to contact anyone. We've been left in some really bad situations bc of uber. Time to go back to taxis?!

    There's a glitch where I will go to send a message to a driver and the field will stay blank even if I'm typing, I'll have to close the app and reopen it for it to work. Also, the map to follow my driver sometimes freezes and then the line moves but the car doesn't, making it harder to pinpoint where the driver is. Lastly, it sometimes won't let me pick specifically where I am, but only a predefined pickup point which is really far from my location.

    Over 20 mins wait times for drivers to pick you up & delays for over an hour for food delivery. Late to work multiple times. This has been going downhill since the pandemic but today was the last straw. Order was not accurate (wrong food sent), yet Uber has no problem taking my money. Canceling my accounts and switching to Lyft and Grubhub. I hope this company crash and burns.

    Ubers Interface is just effectively better set up, developed, constructed for an application of this form. The essential Overall-Control & Operation is especially very fluent, which is important when you are mainly using it along the way. Even the Payment-Process occurs completely automatically. No Double or Single Confirmation-Systems, no nothing. These are well-deserved 5 Stars for my Rating.

    Skipp this app , I orderd a pizza that was said to arrive with in 50 min when I look back they had change it to almost to 120 min because the driver had decided to make another delivery the opposite way from where i live . Canceling is so confusing and they tell you you might not even get a refund, so now I'm waiting for a cold pizza. The app is shady when it comes to delivery time and the refund process.

    Good 75% of the time. When it works it's great.. The fact that drivers can keep you waiting for up to an hour and cancel litealy within site of you, with no penalty, is absurd. Yet you will be charged for a cancelation and given a poor rating If you cancel for a legitimate reason, like the driver takes much longer than expected or the map just stops working. This app has been around too long to have issues like this.

    I don't have a problem with the drivers I get, but if I have to spend 15 minutes trying to get a late minute ride, but struggle to get your broken app to go into the accept my ride page because you did the slightest update, and I ultimately end up having to call a cab because your app refuses to work. Then your service needs a serious overhaul. I can't count the amount of times I've been late because your app refused to work, or gave me a driver that is 20 minutes away for no reason. Trash app.

    Uber has gotten much worse over time. The GPS never gets the right location and the app itself freezes frequently. I understand that uber pool and express are no longer usable due to covid but the hike in prices for UberX is insane. The app constantly says that its busy and fares are 3X as high at all times of the day and almost every day of the week.

    The only issue is sometimes when i choose sedan class vehicle for classy rides, it turns into an total dissapointment- the condition of vehicle is just the same as UberGo vehicle which is unrepaired, uncleaned and not at all upto to the mark to be called a "Sedan", next thing i want you to always focus on the behaviour of your drivers, their behaviour sometimes ruins the journey we have with you . I hope it doesn't happens next time ! .

    Can't find an email to give app feedback, so... App is good, service is usually good. My only real complaint is that it can be, like today, really super aggressive at upselling higher priced rides. Not just a few dollars more but like double the adverted price. Ride is listed at $9 to $11 and I am getting pop up saying 'We found you a ride for $24!" or for $38, or $45, and it's over and over and over and over again, nonstop. If I wanted a ride at that price I would have chosen Lux or whatever.

When I email them, it's a headache to take it off of my account, even though it's a monthly charge and not an accepted ride.     The Uber service is worse now than ever. I still call Ubers from the same address at the same time as always, but it often takes 5+ minutes to find a car. Meanwhile nearby drivers are asking for massive fare increases, which aren't worth it or reasonable. More than once the Uber app has failed to find any driver available, but in reality they are all around but are so desperate for money that they won't take most ride requests. I only use Uber as a last resort now.

    Uber's map is faulty, so cabs are late or cancel and Uber Eats food is often late and cold. Uber don't monitor their Support email so the only way to tell them is via a 1* app review. Map issue is at Arnold Road N15. The only way onto Arnold Rd is via Philip Lane. But for drivers on the High Road A10, Uber tries to route them via Drapers Rd and Eleanor Close. There's no way through there and never has been. This delays drivers so we can't rely on cabs arriving on time or they cancel.

It wasn't a driver who cancelled the trip, it was the app. It left me with no time to make alternative arrangements. You guys at Uber charge customers for cancellations.     Uber is quick to charge you. After they quote you a certain price they give you a higher rate and charge you more at the end of the trip. When you call customer service they don't have a customer service they want to charge you for customer service. This is the last time I'm using Uber I rather hitchhike than to use Uber again. I wish there was a score that didn't have one star because one star is still too much for them.

    getting "wonderful" offers from ubereats for $30 off use. They are fakes. As for Uber, I tried once to schedule a ride the day before a doctor appointment. I had a driver and a confirmation for 7am. A message at 7.30 driver cancelled and I'm charged around $10. Other times uber seems to work ok, but you can't count on them. Lyft has never done this and don't send offers they have no intention of honoring. A driver said they check tipping history. I always tip. Usually cash. Ergo bad rider...

    Very very poor customer service, you cannot get a live person to dispute your charges due to driver's errors. Unfortunately, they will still go ahead charge you EVEN if it is their driver's fault. I am done now with Uber. Lyft is so much better, you get to chat with someone online even if you cannot get them on the phone unlike Uber, you can't get someoneto help you. Never again with Uber, UBER SUCK!!!! UBER ROB!!!

    The support team is terrible. I had an issue where the app is telling me I had an outstanding balance when I didn't. I contacted support and all they did is give basic trouble shooting. As a Platinum member with Uber I thought they would have given top priority to the issue because I was unable to request trips. Unfortunately it resulted in the support team telling me they are unable to help me at this time and showed me a Terms of Use policy instead of rectifying the problem. Trash service!

    Easy to use app, but we often unreasonably high prices because of incorrectly calculated trajectories. From our home, Uber's price is consistently 50 to 70% higher than estimates for a taxi. Our drivers consistently get lost because the system clearly gives them incorrect trajectories. Worse, there is no clear way to communicate this to Uber. This looks very much like a deliberate rip-off.

    I had an issue yesterday morning with my uber X driver. I complained on the app about my experience and the extra charge but have received no feedback since. I explained to my driver that he should turn left. He said that the GPS does not show that. He then took a longer route which the road was closed. I told him that he should have turned left when I told him so. He responded in an unpleasant manner saying that I told him too late, I can complain about him he doesn't care.

    Whenever I Uber to or from work, the GPS has the driver first go through a restricted area as well as go the wrong way down a one way. The area I work in has be built up for 2 years. Any time they go in the restricted area they are trespassing. Wondering either why the GPS is so old, or why Uber would blatantly send their drivers to illegal areas.

    Worst app I've ever seen. It'll not allow you to schedule a ride in advance and after booking, drivers cancel the rides in the last moment as iñtercity one way fares are not feasible for them. I booked it for my parents from Mys to Hassan, drivers cancelled thrice and I had to book it through ola. Again from Blr to Mys, 3 drivers cancelled the rides n I booked separate package. Company needs a serious restructuring of fares. Ola looks more trustworthy than uber even though it is costlier.

    Happened a few times Drivers accept ride it says wait 25 minutes , so you waiting 15 mins in the driver decides oh I don't want drive anymore (I'm guessing) then cancels ride now you have to an additional 25mins. That kind of sucks hope they get penalized after so much time passes by.     Uber is charging fee for everything, share rate, waiting fee (even when you are at the meeting point at time) and other fees. The app should show and explain this fees when you are accepting the ride. Uber please revoew how the drivers are charging this waiting fee and limit the number of times Drivers can reject a ride. The cancelation it's other behavior Drivers are adopting. Check this issue as well. The services given by drivers are importan for users too.

    I got a ride home when I was only 3 miles away, it costed me 77 dollars and the app said I went way farther than where I requested. I've tried to get the ride fixed and a refund of the exorbitant fee, but I've only recieved 11 dollars out of 77, the ride was only supposed to be 10 bucks, the map showed that I went all the way out to LA from where I live, which I did not do. I used Uber happily before this, but I will not use Uber EVER again after they practically stole over 67 dollars from me.

    They take out payments at random times. I have had the same 2 payments refunded and taken back out 3 times now. It is beyond frustrating when this app starts taking out money I already paid once. I am VERY upset. It is a positive that there wait times are mere minutes, unlike cabs. However if they are going to be messing around with your bank account, minutes ain't worth it.     Uber has changed its ways. Its become a real price gouger and a rip off. What used to be a convenience has turned into an ogre. It does this new trick where it will give you a match for a ride that is 3-5 minutes away, then it keeps making it later while constantly raising the price of the ride. I had an errand to run recently during the middle of the day, that was one mile away. It started out at $6.00, then it ended up at $72.00, white collar crime. How far can they go?     Excellent service, quick pickup, very reasonable rates, safe courteous drivers, I cannot express how much this app has helped me get out of a bind where I would just simply have to walk three miles in the rain because my car wouldn't start in the parking lot of a store to pick up groceries for ten dollars.     Do not use this service. Not only do they never have drivers available basically ensure you'll spend 2-3 hours trying to book a ride when you contact them they give no assistance whatsoever. The app is supposedly constantly updating so that issues like this don't occur but it's not. The app and the service have taken a serious nose dive in recent weeks. It's not worth your time. You're better off going to Enterprise or something and renting a car for a day.

    I signed up to ride and had no problems until I wanted to add my new debit card which is tied to my bank. The app would not accept my 3 cards or my PayPal. Now I guess I'm stuck using Gift cards which get flagged all the time for fraud so I keep 100$ in gift card amount in my account. Frustrating because PayPal says there's nothing wrong and nothing at my bank. Google gets too involved with your payments.

    Commenting as a driver its a terrible app. The pick up addresses it sends you too are often wrong. The GPS sometimes it's perpetually stuck in a 'routing' cycle meaning it can't calculate a route, even if you're in an area with good reception. It won't give you jobs when you're parked right next to a person who orders an uber. Frustrating when a customer specifically wants YOU as their driver. App needs a lot of work. But dealing with uber via the call centre has shown me they don't really care.

    I didn't wish at any point of time that I would rate uber 1 star. I did not even wish to provide them any rating also. The new thing has came around uber drivers where you book your ride, then the driver calls you to ask your destination and if by mistake you do tell them that at this place I want to go, then they would ask you to cancel the ride as they did not want to travel. If it is with one driver then it won't be a headache but it is done by most of the drivers. I'm very unsatisfied.

    It keeps freezing. When i want to order a new ride , it gets stuck as if my last ride is still ongoing. I keep having to wait for it to stop/reload/get itself together and that usually takes too long. The only way in most cases to fix this issue is to uninstall and then reinstall. I just end up getting a Lyft or DAT when I am in a rush.

    Uber has really gone down hill. I use both uber and lyft, as uber is often cheaper, but it's not worth the savings anymore. For example last night I called an uber from an airport. The airport, like most, has a designated pickup area from where I scheduled the pick up. I watched this idiot drive by the spot (well marked, loads of signs) three times then just cancel. 20 minutes I waited for what was advertised 3 minutes. It was advertised as $35. Uber says "finding you a new ride. Your new ride price has gone up" ONE HUNDRED AND TEN DOLLARS!!! What the BS uber? If my driver cancels because he's too stupid to follow signs, you don't get to more than TRIPLE the price?! I refused the ride and every one was coming in at that price. So I called a friend that I hated to bother and just had him drive me home. (My phone was dead and I only had uber on my ipad. I fixed that as soon as I got home!) When trying to reach uber, I got a message saying they won't issue more refunds to me because I've gotten too many. Uh So uber is admitting "we've screwed up too many times and won't be paying you back" Each and every refund was found legit. Drivers that dropped me off halfway through the ride because they needed to 'get home' and I'm stuck in a place I don't know. Drivers that smoked cigarettes. One had porn in his car to "cater to his normal clientelle" in reno. These were valid refund claims but uber says any valid claim in the future won't be paid out. So bye uber! And going to do as much as I can to make sure I'm far from the only one that leaves you. This review is step one.

    Customer service sucks if you have a log in issue.... They send you on circles acting as if their help center actually helps... There is no one to talk to a human or get a response live chat... They send you verification codes to your phone yet they still want your password even though the issue is you dont remeber your password. You put in your number and it sends a link to the email associated with that number so if a customer had your number prior the verification gode goes to the email.

    Uber was great up until the start of march. Now suddenly I can't seem to get a ride at all. Almost stranded on 2 occasions because i thought it was just my area that was the issue but it wasnt. Theres seemingly never any cars no matter where i go. Ive waited 30+ minutes after trying several times to get a ride. And I'm convinced uber and lyft are working together. Uber won't have any rides and lyft will charge 80$ for a 20 minute ride. Looks like taxis will be a thing again.

    Used the app to order food. It would not let me choose the CFA closest to me, and instead ordered from a location further away. My estimated delivery time kept getting pushed back further and further until my lunch break passed without my food coming. My 35 minute wait turned into 105 minutes.

    Recently a new feature of uber is being seen....that is......the driver wont switch on the AC, especially in these summer months...though the price is steadily increasing....ok, we accept that the policy is to either keep windows open...or turn on the AC in fresh air mode....however, driver is refusing to turn on the AC in fresh air mode only.....so, it is requested to fix this issue.

    I guess the app works fine, but it doesn't tell the driver exactly where to pick you up. It gives the driver the nearest street address which is not always Where You Are. I work for AAA and have to sometime get for a ride for our members. Sometimes we are on the side of the highway and the Uber driver simply cannot find us because he is being told the nearest street address. This is an issue that must be fixed to ensure the safety of everyone in need of a ride. Waiting an hour for a 10 min ride

    Unreliable for commute. Garbage time estimates. It doesn't work 80% of the time on my return trips. Uber pass for a "week" only covers 5 trips, cause people live at work. You still get charged for that cancellation because they are trying to send you drivers on the other side of town and you had to order a Lyft instead just to get to work on time. So instead of 15% off you pay 7 dollars more, plus uber's fee, making the 17 dollar trip ultimately cost 30. Thanks, I'll walk.

    I understand the reason(s) behind charging for a cancelled ride if the driver is already on the way but perhaps make it proximity-based? Like if the driver is within, say, 5mi? Because being charged for cancelling on a driver that's 10+mi out is kind of absurd. UPDATE: Haven't been able to successfully request a ride for weeks now, regardless of day or time, in what would be considered a fairly well populated city.

    In my place, we use the metric system. My google maps uses the metric system. But Uber still shows after booking a car ride, that the car is a certain number of miles away (ie. the imperial system). There is nothing in the settings or option to enable me to ensure all numbers displayed are in the metric system. A message to the developers with this issue says that the account is not monitored. Maybe Uber is not interested in fixing it. Hence have reduced the stars to 3.

    When Uber hires their drivers,make sure they understand the given instructions correctly.In more than a few instances, when I set a location for my driver he called me again just to know my location.The location is on the Google maps, why can't they just check and come where I want them to?Also, once I comfirm a driver many of them "cancel" the ride without notifying anything in the app. I wait for 15-20 min for them then have to draw the conclusion, "oh! I guess it's time to pick a new driver!"

A roundabout that doesn't get anywhere and each response is from some random other person. I have had so many issues with this app and Uber eats...     Such a bad programming. If you already used your phone number for uber eats you can not use the same phone number for uber. There is no way tu sign in. Only option is to create a new account with a new phone number. So I should have a different phone number for each Uber app. Ridiculous.

Today, I tried to book a ride, and 4 drivers picked up and cancelled the ride one by one, and owing to this, about 30 minutes were wasted. Why is it that when a customer cancels a ride that is in progress, they are charged money, but the drivers can cancel the ride anytime as per their convenience without being charged a fee?

    I have used the app in the past and had zero issues with getting rides on uber. However now I am trying to use the uber eats aspect I can look up food and hit add to cart but nothing happens. I'm giving it a 1 star because I re ported the problem but there is no way to tie it to me or find a way to talk to someone to alleviate the issue, and without the ability to leave a quarantine this is shows the app doesn't work in my opinion due to no customer support.

    I tried to use the app for a pick up and after trying for over an hour, it kept saying there wasnt a driver available. I then tried to schedule a ride for the n3xt day and the app kept saying "try again later". I ended up using Lyft instead. Then, I get charged by Uber for a cancellation fee?!!?!?!? It never let me schedule the damn ride!!! Uber doesnt have ANY options to contact them. Instead they gave me an Uber credit which I will never use because their app doesnt work. Use Lyft instead.

    It is high time UBER should have a 24*7 call support. You do not have a dedicated caht support for complaints or issues. There are just some standard predefined options from whicb you can raise an issue but they are not of help in all cases. Also the drivers call you first and ask you about the drop location and most of the time if it is not a long ride- the driver asks you to cancel. We wnd up wasting a lot of time on time with multiple drivers. It is frustrating.

    The app is ok, but the GPS service doesn't always accurately locate where I am. The service has gone downhill, obtaining a pickup used to take 5-7 minutes, now takes 12-20 + minutes; and prices have increased by 50%, and I have an annual Uber Pass subscription.

    Needed a ride to catch a flight, so I booked the ride to show up an hour before departure. The airport is 10 minutes away, so I'd have plenty of time to check in, get thru TSA, and find my gate. Uber confirmed that I would be arriving 40 minutes early at the latest. Despite everything being handled for uber so far in advance, they still didn't get a driver to me until 10 minutes to departure. The driver hustled but I still missed my flight. $30 to go 10 minutes and they couldn't manage.

    Absolutely terrible customer service. I've explained to them 100 times that there is something wrong with the pickup and wait times, and the result is me being late to work. They gave me one $10 credit (which doesnt even cover the cost of a trip) and said "that's all we can do", when I'm still being late because they refuse to help me! Dont use them. I work at a hotel and wont be recommending them to any of my guests. Being a platinum member doesnt mean anything, they only care about your $$

    Drivers are always pleasant and get us home safely with no fuss, I just wish the pick up point part of the app was easier to use my father and wife can't chase cars like I can, it's not the fault of the drivers and, though they have never made me feel like I am putting them out, have to get them to go where I have left my Dad and or wife which makes me feel like, and I am really am putting them out.

    After I switched to a new phone and redownloaded Uber , it did not let me sign in or have me change my password , the error kept referring to that my number is not associated with my current email address however it was connected to it. Fix your app if you'd like to satisfy and gain customers. What a shame!

    The app doesn't le me sign into my own account, Tried it many times. Worst experience. Always an error comes that your number is associated with other account. And even if I get an OTP it doesn't let me sign in. Very bad experience with Uber. Never thought I would have experienced this kind of problems.

    I've had more good experiences then bad.. but there making directions are poor at times and I've had a few drivers get lost ..if do to there reading maps or just poor uber maps tho I notice I take same rout at same time almost every weekend and the price is different each time from same spot in my driveway to the other driveway I go to this is weird...so I gave the 4 outa 5...I may call a taxi one morning see what trip costs with out all the extra fees 🙃 🙂 😅

    Previously this app was good but this year it was horrible......I have been paying for the cancellation fees 4 times in a month which is not my fault at all...if the drivers are not willing to drop us they should cancel by themself and not accept our request, so why are you asking us to pay? I am never going to use this app unless they rectify this problem. Are they trying to cheat us?

    Drivers get away with just letting the ride request ring, wasting the rider's time, while not even allowing to try requesting for a different driver, the system will force you to wait for minutes until the call expires, or miraculously realizes the person isn't going to pick up. And when a driver does pick up, they can take a lot of time to drop off their previous passenger, and cancel with no consequence. There's no penalty for wasting the rider's time, when they depend on uber to get to work.

    I constantly have issues with this application. It rejects one of my credit cards for no reason and each time I have to change or update the card used as default payment, I have problems such as that I cannot order a ride, that payment is declined etc (nothing was otherwise wrong with my new card as it worked everywhere else). One day Family Profile tab just disappeared and I couldn't restore it. Their support team was useless, sending me copypasted answers from the Help section in the app.

    If you need Uber for a ride, you can usually count on the app to EVENTUALLY get you one. Often, unfortunately, the app has problems connecting you with drivers and the drivers many times have difficulty finding me at pickup locations. Uber has been a hassle to use. I would never tell you not to use this app, but would recommend trying a competitor first!

    I was checking out restaurants menu in uber eats by the order got placed automatically, when called restaurants they told to call uber support. Uber support got connected after lots of trails, the support guy was forcing to accept the order and wasn't willing to help. To top of it all uber had taken a wrong location and nobody actually arrived at my place, but support guy was forcing me share my address, when i denyed he said anyways I will have to pay charges, this is ridiculous.

    Poor accuracy of rate when you initially request a ride. Estimated cost was $15 to $17, but when Uber started connecting me to a driving all rides were double the cost some even almost triple $33, $40 one even at $56!! I added the lyft app and got a driver immediately at the rate they disclosed it would be.

    I don't really understand why there's no "support" option when waiting for my ride. Usually they tend to get even farther from my pickup location, not answering the phone, ignoring messages and it's very frustrating to wait way longer than expected just because the rider decides to ignore the app and costumers, and here I am, late to a very important appointment just because my rider is literally not answering, I get charged an extra fee if I cancel, and I can't find live support on the app.

    There's a lot of things to be said for uber as a platform but I'm switching to lyft, I've had far too many scheduled rides cancelled on me, forcing me to resort to lyft which usually has a driver immediately available. I've had to shift too many appointments due to the incapable "schedule ride" system. You can schedule a ride a day before, 30-60 minutes ahead of when you want to be somewhere and still not get there on time. It's okay if you need to be somewhere by tomorrow.

    Before February I had been using uber almost every day to get home from work, was always fine and was genuinely worth a 5 star review but for the past couple of months I have put up with being stranded at work at 11 or after 12 with almost no way to get home, drivers cancel and I get charged £4 every time they do, getting sick and tired of the frustration of just trying to get to/back from work 😐

    I bought a new phone today and tried to move my Uber account over to said phone. Every turn has been nothing but a hassle. My password is incorrect. My number is already in use (no duh) and when I try to contact what customer service I can find, it's runaround city. I have had nothing but issue after issue with this app. I understand that some redundancy is needed for security, but I'm human and your customer service sucks. One star only because you can't rate any lower. Fix these issues, Uber.

    I rode a scooter yesterday, enjoyed it for the short while until it ran out of charge or something. Tried to ride another one today, went through all the "yes, I do want to ride this scooter" screens then it told me the scooter was waiting for maintenance and couldn't be ridden. Only trouble is it took $6 from my account. When I tried to go onto the refund screen in the app it told me I have no rides in the past, which is definitely not true! I didn't know where else to go except here.

    Terrible. I don't know what happened with Uber, but it's gone downhill. You can barely find a ride anymore. And the rare chance you do, all of the available drivers either won't accept the ride or cancel immediately if they do. Beyond frustrated with this service as of late.

    I hate the fact that drivers already with people in the car could accept your request. Like I don't want to wait for you to drop someone off 10 miles away from me only for you to come back 10 miles just to get me. Drivers will cancel trips if the price ain't right. But I always tip so it ain't like they wouldn't have gotten little. No more tips and no more uber after today.

    UPDATE: terrible customer service. It won't even let me log in to the app anymore. Horrible app design. Do not give them your money. Also, in Quebec city they constantly have a increased fair of at least 1.4 often up to 1.6 Just admit you're overpriced now like taxis and call it a day. (From my old review): It still does not follow along very well at all. The map won't update. It used to not update as I waited for the vehicle to arrive and now it doesn't update while I'm in the vehicle.

    Removed app a while back. Reinstalled but can not go any further. Put in phone number and it says something went wrong please try again. Try logging in with social media and getting the same message. Uninstall and reinstall. Same issue. Hard to use your service if I can't log in. What a crock. LYFT it is

    The uber driver took a wrong route, I ended up travelling double the distance, I missed my bus and after the disaster they expect me to pay double the amount! They should be paying me for the inconvenience, but instead they are charging me double😠. I tried to talk to the customer care several times regarding the payment, I told them I'll pay the original amount, but they are saying they are helpless. I am not going to use the app until it's resolved.

    They have no respect for the users, customer service is horrible. No call in support (unless it's a life threatening emergency) and message help center is useless. I bet it's an automated system that replies instead of a real person. No matter what happened they just don't care. Often times drivers accept a call, come a few blocks away from you, then they drive away on purpose so you have to cancel and they keep the fee. And why do I pay wait fee but Uber doesnt pay me for waiting or canceling?

    The app was great at first. Now I can barely ever get a ride. Drivers cancel requests after completing one they're currently on. I have been left stranded because of this & had to use Lyft or alternative transport. I think drivers should not have the option to cancel once they accept a ride unless they have a fender bender or something. I am also a Latino that does not speak much Spanish unfortunately but many drivers don't speak English making it difficult to direct/correct the route.

    Works when it works. Barely any drivers in my area and it dose show more one, they're glitch or something and don't respond to my calls. I use this to go to work and its expensive, anywhere from 12 to 17 dollars just to go 3.5 miles. All in all, use at your own risk.

    Wow! I scheduled an uber the night before for my whole family for a ride to the airport at 10:30-10:40am. Everything was confirmed and looked good. We were waiting outside for the uber until I got a message at 10:33am that the ride was cancelled!!! With my whole family waiting outside! You guys SUCK! I am so furious I can't even tell you. What good is scheduling when you can't even notify the customer until AFTER the pick up time! What a lurch that puts us in! I'm so furious!

    Dear Uber, Your service is great. But, whenever I book a ride with some cashless payment method, it shows "Select cash for this trip". This is not expected from "The Uber". Please fix this. This is happening for more than a year now. So it's some restriction perhaps, not some technical fault. So 4 stars.

    I stopped using Lyft because they kept double charging. But now on Uber I have literally waited over an hour just to get a ride home with some groceries. AN HOUR! At least 6 people in my area each time and not one will pick up my ride, as I watch them just sit in the same spot not moving... That whole hour! I thought a little fare is better than none within that hour. I guess not. I don't like the pick and choose, if you're available it shouldn't matter how long or short the ride is.

After raising a issue they dont properly respond with any corrective action and just revert back with a generic message saying we have noted your feedback and will try to improve!     The experience is not so good with uber. Once the moto driver was driving very rough and applying unnecessarily breaks that tends to come closer. Also while paying the amount was trying to TOUCH the HAND that gave the WORST experience. Also in the last drive, the destination that was entered with the route however the driver skipped the route and followed another for the same destination that resulted in longer traveling time and increase in amount like I've paid Rs.60 MORE than it was decided.

    Worst custome support system ever. I have been trying to regain access my account to my new phone. Everytime I got verified via OTP with my phone number but after that it says we can't verify that I am the owner. And the customer care number I tried was always switched off. No other way to contact.

    Edit: Pathetic app ever! Does not book an auto when the fares are high so the user has to go for other pricey options. Worst experience dsy by day. Shows a driver located 20 minutes away as 7 minutes away and the rider has to wait unnecessarily. Either show the correct time or don't at all, and degrade the riding experience with no fault of the driver and the rider.

    For the most part I have had no problems with uber. My only gripe is that in the morning sometimes I have to click on the button 17...to. 20 times before it finds me a driver. I have not had a unfriendly driver. They all have been really nice and understanding. For the last 3 months or so I have had 4 uber trips a day at least. With no problems to speak of. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who is looking for a ride to work or the doctor and don't want to ride on the publicbus

    One has to wait for long time to get booked uber and then it's not guarantee that booked vehicle will come, they can cancel anytime, furthermore you can't even contact customer service representative as there's no option for direct contact. one has to choose options they provided for customer service.. poor services.

    I scheduled a ride for an early morning pickup the night before an early flight. The scheduled ride was confirmed and I was charged for the ride. In the morning, 5 minutes AFTER the scheduled pick up, I was alerted there were no drivers in the area and the ride was canceled. I missed my flight as a result. One of the worst consumer app experiences I've ever had -- extremely disappointed with Uber. Why even offer scheduled rides if they can't be garaunteed?

    I don't know if that's something more specific to Brasil, but the drivers, after confirming your trip, simply drive away from you cancel your trip. Several times. The drivers should be committed to your after confirming your trip. At least those drivers should appear in your past rides we can rate them properly, due such disrespect.

It will not progress past set up without forcing me to make a new account. It is genuinely unbelievable that such a fundamental failure can exist in today's world.

    Prices surges are ridiculous. Don't bother. They'll up charge you an absurd amount and pay their drivers the same amount. Uber continues to pay their drivers less and less per mile yet charge more and more. My advice: check Lyft prices before booking with Uber. These poor drivers trying to make a living are getting screwed, and Uber doesn't care a bit about them.
