Constantly crashes my A51 on Android 11. Says unsafe disconnection even when connected. No matter if password is on or off. Uninstalling. It's a file format issue. File format: If exFAT, then not compatible with phone. If NTFS, then can't make a Windows system image file. So much for general purpose storage. As the late Roseanne Roseannadanna would say, "It's always something."

This app is used for encrypting and decrypting your drive. It has always worked great on my galaxy s10 and my tab s7 +. But if you choose not to set up the encryption you do not need to use this app

It works as advertised but is minimally useful after initial setup (set up PW, fingerprint, etc.). I would like to see more functional features such as a file backup feature, or folder sync type function that lets your users auto sync folders between the phone and the drive. After all, isn't that the whole point of why people buy your product? My T7 Touch 1TB was not a cheap device and I'm disappointed that I have to go looking for third party Apps just to have basic sync/backup functionality to make the most of the device.

Doesn't work. Galaxy 8+ detected sst7 and charging device begins. No way to get recognition from this product on my phone. Installed several apps. only to get an error message stating this format is not supported. Waste of money...waste of time.

I can't get it to go beyond the first settings page. Need to return and get money back. Worthless piece of junk. Very disappointed in samsung.

The firmware update hasn't worked ever, since I bought the SSD. It has been many months now and the update still fails to "contact server".

Have a 1tb t5 ssd isn't showing as connected device in this app android recognizes it and so does my windows pc but this app doesn't for some reason :(

This device now plays films from the drive to my Huawei phone and iPad .. Which device won't it play on? Yes you've guessed it .a Samsung phone.. Typical Samsung software junk... A Samsung SSD is not compatible with their flagship s21 ultra .. Great work people
