    I swear by this app! They have a large variety of exercises and a video to show how to do each one. The app leads you through face-slimming exercises, post-run stretches, bikini workouts, and so much more! The only thing I would change about this app is their fitness scale. I am a little younger, so I am still growing. It tells me that I am underweight because I am taller than most people who weigh about 98 pounds. If they could put age into consideration, 5 stars!

    I really like this training app, for a beginner like me a lot of the other apps have workouts that are quite intense, but this one incorporates rest time in between to recover which is fantastic and you really feel like you've achieved something when you finish the full workout. The only reason that I took a star off is that I can't seem to be able to play my own workout music at the same time as the app which is a little bit disappointing, but otherwise it's fantastic!

    Unlike many other workout apps I've tried, I think this one takes the cake. I personally love the stretches at the end of the fully body workout plan. I haven't lost alot of weight yet, but it fluctuates sometimes. Idk, I think I need to get on a healthier diet and constrict myself to eating more proteins and fiber rather than bad cholesterol. I'll update my review in a week or so.

    Great workout experience. The sessions are no longer than just over 20 mins, so you can be done in no time. It will put you through your paces if you are a beginner but you will come to realise that it is done gradually, so that by the time you get to the end of the full programme you must notice a difference....if you stuck with it!

    Really enjoying this app, would definitely recommend, been using it for a few weeks and the exercises are varied and easy to follow. I did pay £2.79 for 'ad free' (which didn't actually specify if this was a one off payment or monthly plan payment)... not exactly sure what I've paid for? Other than that of highly recommend.

    Its got good workout but calorie count is soooo wrong. Originally rated 1 star but i have noticed muscle strength so up to 2 stars. Will give more if the calorie count is accurate, Telling people they have burnt 200+ calories in a 8 min low impact workout. It takes a good 45 minute workout at high intensity to burn around 400 cals. Leading people to possibly eat more as they think they have burnt more. Misleading information for novice users.

    Perfect way to stay fit and healthy during lock down, it gives you enough exserises to stay fit, ads a bit annoying, the 7 minute work outs I just have to watch videos and its unlocked. It doesn't do that for everyone tho. The exserises are not to hard and last no longer than 20 minutes actually a lot of them are 15-17 minutes long. The levels go to begginner-Advanced.

    Amazing and I would recommend this app for all beginners. I started 28 days challenge a week ago and I can easily see the difference. I am surely going to complete the challenge.     Love it! Have been trying to lose weight after an abrupt weight gain. I had been going to the gym for a couple of months pre-covid. I was worried working out without weights, equipment but workouts actually get me sore. You can customize the workouts within training programs to suit mobility needs and yoi can customize the amount of reps or time you take do do an excersize, so you can always up the intensity to stay challenged! I just wonder how the calories burned are calculated, seems high...

    This is a great app.. you don't have to think, you just have to follow the instructions.. plus the thing that i loved more about this app is there are different sections that focus on different parts of your body.. what you want to work on, you just have to choose that part only..     For someone who used to have access to a full gym, this app does the trick. I've learned new exercises and stretches that leave me just the right amount of sore. I love the different levels of intensity and types of routines modified for different concentrations. The animations are super instructive and if I'm ever confused there's videos and written explanations that demonstrate proper form for best execution. The only thing I call to question is the calorie burn calculations seem overestimated

    This app has thankfully put back in shape although I still have plenty more to catch up I just wanna say how greatful I am that matter how long it took I was willing to be healthy again and I recommend that other's use this app to successfully get your body active and be proud of what you can achieve and I'm sure there will more stronger confident weman out there and to look at the change is an amazing and emotional experience so you will truly see that no matter what no one is in your way.

    An amazing app! It is very convenient as I am unable to go to the gym during quarantine, and there are numerous different workouts you can do. Also, it shows you the calories that you have burnt off during that work out and it keeps track of how many you have burnt off during the week. Superb app!!!

    After nearly doing the workouts for neally a month, I could see big results which I am really proud of. I love how you can change the amount of time for which you work out for and you can pause the exercises whenever you like. It's so helpful when you want to take longer breaks.

    This app is my favorite , I don't see any advertisement in this app, which is grt and less annoying , this is the only app that works for me , it gives options for beginners till advanced so that i can vary the intensity , the girl even tells when is time or half and the words at the end of the workout , just motivate me to do it next day , i really love this app , highly highly highly recommended 😆😆

    I've been looking for a work out app to help me get through a work out. I find I sometimes do the exercises wrong and then I start to think I can't do it. With this app, first of all it's free and you get all the benefits of the app not paying upwards to $200 for a work out program that could not even help you. You get to learn with this app what the exercises are how to do them and a step by step count down. I love this app it's been helping me stay motivated and helps me get thru the workout

    I've been using this app for 4 weeks now and I am super happy with my results. I can up my workouts as I get better and on less-motivated days I just do the daily fitness and a few smaller routines. I've definitely lost belly fat and my legs are looking great and I'm feeling strong. As for the ads - I don't mind them. They aren't long and the workouts are worth a 30 second wait or so. I recommend this to anyone and everyone. After lockdown I'm still going to use this alongside my gym sessions.

    This app is great for quick and slow workouts. I reccommended this app to my friend who said it was one of the best fitness apps she had used. You get a good choice of different types and levels of workouts. You don't need any equipment. I love this app. My only complaint is that every time I want to try a new workout I have to watch an ad, then if I want to use it again the next day I have to watch another ad which I find a bit annoying. Other than that, everything else has been very useful.

    I started missing the gym after they closed due to COVID-19. Trying to think up which exercises to do at home w/o equipment was a pain. This app has been really nice. It tells you which exercise, how many or for how long, and times it out for you. The workouts are usually under 15 min. I could also do multiple workouts if I wanna focus on different body areas, with varying difficulty. I also enjoyed doing it with my little girls. My 4yr old does the 40 second plank now!

    I HATE going to the gym. I prefer to do physical activity in the comfort of my own home in my own time, at my own pace. This app is perfect for me, it helps me stay focused and targets the areas of my body I want to work on with no equipment except a mat. Love it and definitely recommend it!!!!

    I'm currently doing 3 workouts a day (full body, arms intermediate and abs intermediate) and I'm really impressed. Only 5 days and I can see some results. Obviously not a lot but an improvement. It tires me out a lot but I guess that's also the point. Every time I finish I get muscle ache but that's also good as it shows a good workout. Really happy with this and will definitely continue.

    For working out I mainly use workout plans I find online. The only problem is there are no warm up and cool down exercises with them. That's why I have this. I also use the running warm up and cool downs. I even use the exercises on here to help family get in the mood for exercising. I only have my sister on board so far. She's regaining her abs from track though.

    I am 50 years old and have weak core muscle tone. I am nit a natural workout girl or gym rat and I don't easily understand what I should do. This work out takes the guessing out of it, the mini videos demonstrating each workout are excellent and I have everything I need in the comfort of my own living room. This workout kicks my butt, but is totally doable and I can feel my muscles getting stronger by the day. This is an extremely valuable tool and I am thankful ti have found it.

    Super easy and super helpful. The workouts leave you feeling good about yourself as they are not very intense but not quite easy . And it takes like 10-12 mins. There are coach tips available in between too ! But the best part is the variety of exercises available , from butt workouts to neck and shoulder stretches .

    Its a good app for a general guide on exercise. However I wish that it had an option to track weekly progress with friends or compete with friends and their exercise routine. Also wished that I could manually add some exercise like I would do some crunches but can't add it here.

    I've been enjoying using this app for nearly a month to stay active and get fit during lockdown. I like doing short bursts of exercise daily as I'm not a fitness fanatic by any means so the app is great for that. My only issue is that the calories burned seems really high?? I'm not sure how it is calculated but it doesn't seem right. It would be helpful to know exactly how much I've burned so that I can work that into my diet.

    Great app, very good selection of excercises and customizable. It's convenient and it's motivating. The only thing is that it treats every training session, as if ut is the first for the day and makes you go through the warm up every time, but apart from that - it's just what I need.

    Please,how exactly is the app supposed to work? Does one finish wd the 7×4 full body challenge before moving to the targeted body parts like abs,butt and thighs?     This app is Fantastic, I love It 🥰😍. I also recommended to my friends and we try different workouts that we find in this app. My only concern is that after 3 months we are no longer beginners, maybe another "challenge" of advanced program will be great 😄.

    I had a great experience, using this app but once i am done with 28 days fitness challenge, there is no next level to continue the workout. I can totally see the chnges in my body but there should be a level up to continue the workout routine.

    I love this app! It has many training programs and the sessions are not very long but quite intensive. You can also do a set several times, work on specific parts or do a full body training.

    This app is fantastic, downloaded as ive suffered with my back for over a year and also with restrictions on going out, thought it would be the perfect time to tone up... short work outs and easy to follow 2 weeks in and I'm noticing results and no more back pain

    Its a good app for getting yourself up and doing something. My only complaint is that the calorie measurements are highly incorrect. Doing a 12 minute arm workout isn't going to burn 285 calories.
