    I absolutely love this app. During the pandemic I started to gain so much weight and felt so bad about myself. It wasn't until a few weeks ago that I decided to change this. Combined with a healthy diet, this app has helped lose around 9 lbs in 3 to 4 weeks. I enjoy the training, the workouts...everything.     I wish we could save our favorite workouts and have them listed, rather than having to scroll through the long list of workouts each time. Overall, the app is amazing and the workouts are easy to follow with the visual demonstrations. I like that they put time to rest in between and the choice to skip it. Workouts are also divided by difficulty level which is really helpful.

    The workouts themselves are easy to follow and you can change your rest time in between to suit your needs while also being able to skip an exercise or pause anytime you'd like. I've not used those functions yet as I haven't felt I needed to. It keeps a great pace and I feel like I've done a nice workout. I'm not sure how the calories burned add up though.     I LOVE this app. I started using this app in the spring when all the gyms closed. It's helped me get pretty fit and I just love doing this. Once I finished the challenge, I started editing days 22-28 every week to make them progressively harder (and making my own more difficult modifications). I love the variety of exercises each day. Now that gyms are back open, I'm not restarting my membership. I can get everything I'd want from an in-person class right here from the Leap Fitness app lineup.

    I've been using for a couple weeks and I really like how simple and easy this app is...gives me no excuse not to work out bc most workouts are just 10mins!     First of all this app is FREE with no stupid in-app purchases, and second this app tracks your progress, shows suggestions, and also can be synched with device (apple/android). Can be tailored to various workout needs and levels, can send you reminders if you choose to set it up that way. Has a cute little female avatar that demonstrates exercises, AND corrects and makes suggestions on how to do it better, AND timed rest periods that can be skipped if you so choose. This app is awesome!

    This is the App which made me super indulged in getting into healthy shape. I don't do excercise but decided to get in shape during this pandemic time ,installed the app starting was normal but after a week ,I started to love working out trying different workout. Within 3 days I lost almost 1 kg(Full body Workout challenge+ few other workout).Thighs got better,abs too.     Amazing app....im very impressed by this. The start can be pretty painful. You will ache everywhere but never give up. Keep on doing what you do. Tip for an easy start is that just do the easy workout first day and increase it per day. Keep some music while doing and this app will be a great instructor. If u have any doubts, dont do it on your own, instead watch the video tutorial given in the app and you are good to go. I personally loved this app. Thanks

    I love this, it's great for people like me who don't enjoy exercise but see it as a necessary evil. It motivates me by knowing all the exercises are short and there's a lot of variation. I tend to do more because there are 4 minute exercise routines too so I think " I can just do a 4 minute xxx workout". I love her little prompts too' such as " this exercise will give you a sexy butt". These make me giggle.

    Love it. The only thing I feel is an issue is that the workout escalated very quickly. I am a beginner, very weak lol, I can't do even one push-up, let alone burpies! I wish it could be substituted to fit people that are weak like me.

    I have never worked my entire life..but I wanted to but Initially i was doing wrong and get cramps afterwards.. so I decided to choose an app for my regular and effective scheduled workout. This app made me feel confident about myself.. I use to workout atleast 5 days a week because I really liked to workout. The exercises are short , easy and so effective. I completed the 28 days challenge and I so happy about it. It's a good app if you are looking forward to workout.

    Very good! The level one workouts are perfect for me! Ive only had it a few days but i feel great already ^_^ I love the fact that theres little breaks between each stretch, I dont always need them but its super good to have them there! Im going to try some intermediate stuff tomorrow but even if those arent for me the level ones work just fine for anyone

    amazing app , it encourages me to work out , I sometimes lack motivation but when i see the reminder i feel like i can do it , and the ads are placed in a great way so it won't bother you plus , i tried to pay through my google account but they didn't accept the payment, still i can enjoy most of the app for free .     I'm SO happy with this app! I've been trying the full body workout, I'm currently at 58% and clearly you could see the difference!! The ads are not a problem since they don't come in between your workouts. Not only is there a full body, but exercises for back and neck pain, yoga and etc. VERY grateful 💗💗

    Simply it's an amazing app. Reasons I recommend this app are: 1. I have lost 2 kgs using this app ( I did abs exercise for less than halfanhour per day) 2. This app reduced my hunger and craving.     I have to rate this app three stars. The thing is, whenever I go into a work out that says " beginner" it really isn't beginner!! It is as hard as advanced!!! Some of the exercises are so hard, even though it says beginner friendly!!

    Good app. Easy and also friendly. But you can not add exercise that you want. If you terminate the exercise in middle then you have to start again from 1st exercise. This is the only thing otherwise excellent.

    Exercises are the same as those on other, less confusing apps. Plus, if you live in an apartment building this app is definitely not for you. Some exercises involve jumping and skipping which you can't do, unless you want to upset your neighbors 🙄

    It is a good app. I really enjoyed the work out, but, I didn't notice any change in my butt and abs. You guys should also try to include supposed or advisable diets that can enhance the effects of the work out.

    Pretty good so far. I'm a first time mom and my daughter recently turned 1 and I still have some baby fat that I need to get rid of and this app helps a lot. It's not too difficult but it also doesn't take it easy on you. I'm doing the ab workout but also the full body workout!

    Workouts are fine but it's messed up that it requires you to calculate your BMI and shows it to you at the end of every workout even tho we know that's an outdated and problematic measurement that doesn't correlate to health at all.
