Reviews From google play store

Should be so much better. Doesn't work well at all with the fit watch. Really disappointing. Programmes are good. Running workout is good only when not connected to the Samsung fit. When connected half the info isn't displayed. Can't check how long I've been running for. Makes the whole thing useless. Ease fix. It is easy to fix!!!

Update after 6 months of waiting I have tried to resolve this issue. My watch from 2016 is able to display steps only. Or you can use the phone or phone and watch. I did the math today, 11000 total steps! yay i'm doing great! O wait thats right the phone steps combine with the watch. so in reality without the phone jiggling i did 2000! Well that explains why I thought I was more active than I am, this app "update" is a down grade and hasnt improved in 6 months. Phone or online "help" Is insert generic response

EDIT- updated in Samsung app store, 19 November 2019. Finally working correctly. Not sure why Google is behind. *STILL not tracking sleep correctly. Used to like it for monitoring sleep. Since the recent update, something changed on the sleep tracking and it isn't accurate anymore. I still use it for the step and exercise tracking. I have an s3 frontier watch and note 8. Please fix the sleep tracking.

Not a bad app. Would be nice if the data could be sync'ed with other fitness apps like LFConnect. I have read the previous versions could. I like the ability to record stress levels. Though would be good to have the SPO as a seperate option, like BP.

Good reminders. Any chance you can add workouts for things like yard work, house Cleaning, mowing. These are good workouts but no corresponding exercises listed 😩😡. Especially for weekends at my house... Yard work & house cleaning are sometimes bigger workouts than the exercises you have available.

Dear Sir, I am using Samsung Glaxy A30 device. My step count suddenly stop. I try to resolve by using setup option but invain. Then uninstall and reinstall application but same result. Appreciate if you can help me. Thanks and regards.

What happened to the ability to read oxygen saturation? It was there in previous versions. Am I just blind or do I have to re-enable that option in some menu? Samsung Galaxy S9+ user in Canada.

I like the overall look of it and basic functionality but am really disappointed that it doesn't track my stress levels. Lots of people have found this missing and there has been no word if that is something we don't get in certain countries or what. (I am in Canada). Perhaps it just my Active 2 watch. However, I expected all the features that I read about in the reviews if the Active 2 and stress was one of them and it seems like other features are missing. If you are going to leave certain features out for specific reasons in certain countries, please be explicit so we don't look for those features when we buy. I will probably return my Active 2 and not use S-health. Also, you don't send heart rate information to Endomono. Start supporting other services for those that more comprehensive analysis of our health.

I use this mainly for the sleep tracker and log. It isn't very good at tracking sleep times. If you are awake and using your phone for awhile, then open the app, the wakeup time will be counted as when you open the app, but you can only edit in 10 minute increments. Also sometimes if you are using your phone or listening to music late at night, it later suggests a sleeping time even though the phone was in use in that time. The slider function is difficult. You have to slide to get to your time

Excellent, this app will help keep you focused on improving your fitness and for those with a competitive streak you can compete against friends or other people on the app

The old app use to tell me my oxygen levels quickly and was really efficient. Its not working for me now and I'm really sad. It gets to 95% and then tells me it's not ready but my stress level is. It also keeps telling me not to take my finger off the sensor but my finger never moved and I look and the light is still on. It's really frustrating.

Nice app, helps out when your trying to keep track of things, only gripe I have about it is the "Together " system, you can spot the cheaters in the top 10 ranking system, at the time of this review the #1 rank person hasn't recorded any steps for the week except one day and that's 267,973. That's a load of Bull.you have to sink that low to cheat on a walking system.

I have had a galaxy watch for a month now and I loved this app. I even lost 10 lbs. But for the last few days, and a couple of random ones before that, my calorie burned in a short amount of time is insanely high. And my workouts now have 0 calories burned. I've called twice about it and it hasn't helped. And after trying to find something on google about it I see it has been a problem since July? Needless to say I'm pissed off about it.

It's alright at tracking steps and heart rate during the day. But don't expect it to track your sleep properly. Its absolutely shocking. Whether it be my galaxy watch or the app, but it's so frustrating. My fitbit worked better. And thank you Samsung for the reply to this but I'm in the uk so i won't be ringing that number!!!.

Just joined. I don't think I have even finished inputting all the info, but I like having so much of my fitness info in one place. I like checking my steps, logging my weight, water intake, & sleep, & seeing the collective calorie count of my food choices. It helped me set a goal for weight loss, & informed me of my BMI. I have joined a fitness challenge & see that it involves people from as all over the world. There are also numerous articles that I can read.

Sleep, Health and Heart stages info (in the app) leaves much to be desired... I was excited for the watch features in the Samsung, but don't want to lose the useful data that comes from the Fitbit app. I got better watch functionality but it came at the expense of really poor health, heart and sleep data (both devices return substantially different heart/sleep data, so which is more accurate?). I am torn, I like the watch, but really like the Ftbit data, and yet i don't want to wear both.

It wasn't my go to until some recent health issues and I needed more than Fitbit could give. I was very excited to learn instead of manually entering my blood pressure (because I forget), I could get a BP monitor with an app that would feed my information directly into this app. I scooted out bought the recommended monitor, downloaded the app. When I open Samsung health, and attempted to connect the recommended app, it told me "Not available in your country". Really? Work it out, people!

This is a good app which integrates with my galaxy watch well and is easy to use. My reason for the 3 stars is the weight management function which is, in my opinion, totally wrong in how it informs you of your progress throughout the day. Every morning it tells me I'm over my calorie intake even though I haven't eaten yet and throughout the day,if you follow it, you'll end up having to eat the majority of my calories as my evening meal!

Over all is good, but the sleep traking details dont sinc sometimes, I can see them in my watch, but not on the phone recorded. Can't personalize my step length for treadmill running, so my run distance is always 30% less than it should be. And the calorie burn is calculated by distance when you run.... So it's also 30% less than it should be. Pliz fix this and the app will be a solid 4... The app receives very little updates.... Just as the watch. This I don't like from Samsung.

I have always loved the the Samsung health app. 5 stars all the way, until the sp02 check was removed for some reason. I know it's still available if using the stress test, but why was the stand alone test removed? I know it's not a common thing for your consumers to buy a Samsung galaxy device just for a pulse ox meter but for me, that's why my wife and I made the switch long ago and have remained loyal ever since. Please add the stand alone oxygen test back!!!! Thank you, Samsung Customer

Love the app and use it with my gear fit pro 2 which I love, however would love a function that records steps etc when pushing a wheelchair, if I forget to set the app off as a workout or put it in my pocket it doesn't record or track

Love all the choices it gives. And the challenges that are on the app. It keeps me fit and in shape. I helps me to make new goals.

The Galaxy silver 46mm is not recording the sleep track correctly. It is totally wrong. It replaced the motionless with deep and the graphic is all wrong. I did a comparison of Galaxy gear S2 and Galaxy gear S3, both of them recorded similar, except the Silver 46mm. It says I have deep sleep 30 or 40 minutes every night. When the other two have been recording motionless every night 5,6 and 7+ hours every night. I have been recording my sleep for the 6 years already. Please fix it.

Excellent app, only yesterday I had a trouble that while exercising the app said workout paused many times!!! And i had to resume manually each time!!! Tried your tips and still not working for a month now ! I was able to solve it on my own, on s8 plus model, open mobile settings, choose (device care) then choose (battery), open (Samsung health), at the bottom there's an option called (Put app to sleep), make sure to disable it. Hope that helps anyone who had the same issue.

When I first started using the app, it was 5 Stars all the way. Then they updated it and made it part of the Stress measurement. This was okay, but stressful because due to some health issues my heartrate is often high amd my O2 level low. I have months of stress data reading at the top of the scale. Not Very Stress Reducing. But still 3 stars, because it still worked! NOW as of the Oct 2019 update, My O2 Level Never Gets Measured. Stress Gets to 95% and Quits.

Review as of 11/21/19: I'd rate it 2 1/2 stars. Issues with Samsung's Galaxy Watch Active 1) Doesn't track floors, or inclines while walking up and down hills which I have a lot of where I do my routine walks. (I believe the cut-off for the watch to record is 10 ft. Most homes are 8 ft per floor.) 2) HR count is wrong comparing the count under the Stress widget to simply counting HR alone. Difference of 4 or 5 beats. 3) Stress is ALWAYS zero regardless of what stress I am actually under 4) I have to substitute other exercises to simulate actual ones I am doing, e.g. Thera-bands which are a combination of resistance/weight/and stretch exercises. 5) You can only do 3 exercises in a session without going into the app to manually add other exercises you do in your session. Way too tedious. Eg: "Arm curls" is only ONE in a whole series of exercises in an upper-body workout using bands for chest, triceps, biceps, etc. 6) Sleep hours is off often by an hour or more. Eg: get up in the middle of the night for an hour and it won't be reflected in the total. 7) "Major" update as of 11/19/19 is mostly cosmetic features for the watch face and its band and adds swimming and breathing, which as far as I can tell were already there. None of my issues delineated here are addressed. 8) Multi-workouts widget only contains four types of exercise and they are not changeable. Not even sure what the purpose of that widget it or why it chose only those 4 workouts for it. 9) The watch tracks something it calls "Active time" targeting 60 mins/day -- guaranteed, I am active far more than one hour a day! Any homemaker is. In general, it takes a good amount of work to use the app just to: a) track all the workouts/types of exercise you do in a day, b) record your food intake c) see what it "thinks" you got for sleep If you're thinking of getting one of these watches, check to see if the most recent one (Active 2, for example) does a better job, or spend the extra $300 for an Apple watch which people seem to rave about. I would do that if I were in competition or trying to lose a hundred lbs or something really difficult perhaps, but not for everyday fitness tracking. All the other bells and whistles are things most people do on their phones, like phone calls, listen to music, email, weather, messages.

I just use this as a step counter on my phone. I dont like the tone of language of the new update. When i picked up my phone at 3 this morning i was greeted with 'why not go for a walk', my phone was more likely to be thrown down the stairs. Words of encouragement are fine but need to be timed more appropriately. I liked the old wording much better. Please spring into action and fix it. Thanks

There is something that I think could be improved: A direct widget button to our chosen exercise. When I get my bike for a ride within the city, I have to manually go within the app and open exercises->cycling. I would love if I had a direct button on my homescreen. I also like the monthly challenges. They keep me motivated. I think if you could find a way to eliminate cheaters would be great. Today is the first day of the challenge and the top 10 have already passed 150000 steps. Thank you!

So disappointed with this update. Can't get the step notice off the home screen without disabling all notices. Auto workout detector is disabled and I can't enable it. 16 independent categories of notifications to deal with? Are you kidding? Going shopping for a new health app Samsung. And I have your phone and your watch, so that is saying something.

My phone keeps notifying me that this app is draining the battery, asking if I want to Force Stop it. Which I do, my battery is way more important. I like this app, but I like using my phone, and batteries only have a limited amount of lifetime charge. This makes my Samsung smartwatch particularly useless for anything but telling the time If I knew this I would have saved $200 and got a regular watch, and just kept a separate pedometer on my belt.

Not always accurate for the distance,or the timing of the workouts. But otherwise a good app.

I really love most of the features. The one thing I would add is a way to scan bar codes when entering in the food diary. It would make it so much easier to use. Right now I'm using a different app because it's more convenient to just scan the bar code rather than search for the correct food, even though I much prefer every other option. On the samsung health app.

I don't like the new sleep hypnogram. The way it was before was perfectly fine. Now it's difficult to read and just needs to be changed back.

Stopped tracking my steps "accurately" since the update. Sup with that. Gonna make me cancel my order of the Samsung gear 3 frontier due to this issue Got the Samsung galaxy watch. Everything syncs just fine to the phone but what's up with the "floor count" it just skyrockets even though I haven't gone up an incline I also hope a feature is added where I can "favourite" a workout so I can find it whenever I want to try it instead of having to scroll through a whole host of workouts.

Using this app with the galaxy watch active. Sleep tracking is very inaccurate why does it only track from midnight instead of your entire sleep? GPS and heart rate won't work with strava. I don't recommend this watch at all if your interested in fitness tracking. If your serious about tracking your health get something else. Edit. I'm not calling an international number regarding this. Give me an email address or other way to contact you please.

Have been using this app combined with my Samsung galaxy fit. I have had a couple issues with the updating the step count, it doesn't always update the correct amount of steps from the fitness watch to this app some days it's only 20-50 steps out of sync other days it's been 200-400 steps out. This is my only issue everything else is easy to use I enjoy being able to watch how my fitness is coming along and being able to compete with family and friends as well as the Samsung fitness community.

Some details are hard to interpret. Notifications can't be dismissed. Edit: called the number listed and ended up submitting two feature requests to address my two issues. Notifications, when enabled, area basically permanent in the notifications and can't be dismissed. I will not enable notifications until this is fixed. Some of the app features are not self explanatory and really need a tutorial or other resource.

I have to say Thank You to the developers. When I wrote this review I really needed this function and it wasn't on my Galaxy watch or my phone for some reason. I just checked it on my phone & it was there. Again, Thank You! I absolutely LOVE this feature and I love Samsung Health. ☺️ I want to know why you got rid of the O2 measuring feature?! I have asthma & allergies & I ALWAYS used it to check my oxygen level! I WANT IT BACK PLEASE! You'll get 5 stars when it comes back!

I wish the weight management would deduct the calories burnt during rest, instead of gradually throughout the day. It's difficult to plan what to eat, unless you do calculations every time. Also, I've seen some food apps allow one to take photos of packaging. Maybe this would be good to automatically fill in the nutrients for custom food items, or barcodes could be scanned to find the item immediately? If you can't be bothered to get up, it thinks you are sleeping, even though I have moved.

Its just ok. I don't use it for everything so I cant judge all aspects. One thing that bugs me is the floors feature - I dig counting the floors I climb but if you are even 1 step short of climbing a full flight of stairs it doesn't count that floor - it should at least keep track of half floors and then auto- multiply by two to be more accurate. It seems to track sleep ok. By shaking your smart watch while driving you can trick it into counting steps - the app should know I can't walk 80km/h!

Exceptional. Especially when proper information is output, this app helps strive for more movements and recreational physical activities to gain the advantage over other users of this app.

Love the app. No nonsense. Simple to use. Clear on wht you can get n wht u need. Will explore the other health exercise apps it provides. Recommended for all. With Active2 watch it is even more better.

Samsung ruined it! This used to be my go-to app because it had so many features. It seems like with every update Samsung is removing features. The last straw for me was the removal of the oxygen sensor. They combined it into a feature that I never ever use and you cannot access the O2 history!!! Other useful features are removed on a regular basis. Give it another year and this application won't do anything anymore with the way they keep removing features!!!

This USED TO BE a good app. All I had to do is turn on my phone & it automatically started. Counted every step even as I prepared to go to work. Or if I wanted to log a specific workout it did. Now I have to make sure to press the step numbered circle or it won't count your steps. Today I made sure to turn it on have been up & down steps, walked about 3 miles in the course of my day & yet it has only recorded 137 steps! It is in my pocket, where I've always kept it. Really disappointing!.

I have loved this app, especially the weekly summaries. However, something has gone wrong and the weekly summaries are no long being generated. I have tried Uninstalling and reinstalling, and spent hours with samsung support ensuring there isn't anything wrong with my phone or watch syncing to the app, but I haven't been able to get the app to fully function again. Did something change with the update? Would also be great if it had a section on the card for tracking alcohol intake.

Its a good tracking app, but lacks some really useful features. Like altering your created foods or even deleting them from your list another words when you create a recipe and forgot something you can't adjust it it would be so good to fix that issue. That's my biggest issue. Otherwise I really like the sleep function and step counter.

I pretty much have to use this app to track activity from my active watch 2 (which I love!) but I mostly use it for sleep tracking. I have found it to be very accurate. However, what would be great is if it records inaccurate data, like this morning, when it recorded 2 hrs of sleep after I woke up and it was attached to the previous night wrongly, that I could erase a certain amount of time. I know it can be done if it shows awake first and then a false block of sleep...

Before the last update, I would have given this app 5 stars. However, I can no longer sync my fitness pal with this app and this makes everything a lot more difficult, when it comes to recording my daily fitness info. The allow "all permissions" button does not toggle between on and off and stays off no matter how many times you try. Can you pleeeaasseee fix this, so I can change my rating to 5 stars. ****Update: Let me just say that was super fast and I genuinely appreciate it. Super happy.

Its the best way to keep your health on check and it provides realtime intel for any any information of your body you allow it to track. All in all it doesnt pry info from you, and it wont share it unless you allow it to.

I only installed this app 12 days ago and love it. I had been using Google Fit, but due to a problem, I installed Samsung Health. When I discovered the Moonlight November challenge, I joined it. That totally changed my attitude toward walking. I previously only walked 5k to 7k steps daily. Now it's 10k to 20k daily. Great work on providing an inspirational app!

Great App only upgrade I would suggest is a barcode scanner when logging in food. If it had that it would be 5 stars all the way.

I still very much enjoy this app. It works seamlessly with my galaxy watch which is nice as I don't always open the app and track my health. However I would really like the spo2 only option back. I have severe asthma, and using the stress test to check my O2 level in the middle of an attack shows me as stressed, and effects my record keeping. Please bring the spo2 only option back.

the latest update makes the screen on galaxy watch turn off during workout and it no longer vibrates to let you know when a rep is finished. this was really convenient and helped me work out much much more often than I did before owning the galaxy watch active, but now it feels useless! I can't see my reps anymore I have to move my wrist, it no longer vibrates on begin or rest, and those were really good features!

After my phone updated, the step count is dramatically off and I see no way to reset or reconfigure or update the app. But from the start, it would not show a shareable map of a walk or bike ride. Following up after 2+ more months: Samsung Health is slightly better but still very frustrating. In order to function, I have to clear the cache - as recommended - constantly. At least daily, sometimes every couple of hours.

OK, but a bit MEH. I'm sure this version (Oct 7th?) drains the battery a lot more than the previous version. It (or the galaxy watch) tries to guess sleep patterns, so isn't all that accurate. Basically if you're a fat knacker and can't be arsed getting up on Sunday morning and decide to mess about on the Internet until lunch, it will count a lot of this time as actual sleep, which is wrong.

The updated software on my Android will no longer allow me to take my pulse or my oxygen levels. Why did you fix something that wasn't broke. I tried uninstalling the app and reinstalling it, but the results were still the same I could not use any of the options like pulse or stress. How can I go back to the original app which work just fine.

Great overall app with a couple problems. First, why in the world is SpO2 monitor in with the stress checker??? Who in the world would look there? Had to go online to find out where it went. Makes more sense to bundle it with the heart rate monitor since you're checking both at the same time. Second, when you forget to end your walk /exercise and drive somewhere, it picks up the miles you've driven as part of your walk, so you don't know how much of it was actually walking. No one walks 30 mph!

As an asthmatic I love the 02 saturation this app used to have. Now that its updated I cant see the o2 by itself. It wants me to do a stress test everytime I want to see if my nebulizer treatments help my breathing. I want to see my oxygen saturation wave form by itself and not a combination of heart rate and oxygen since I dont know if its reading my heart rate waves or my oxygen waves.

I work out every day. And I every day I use the stairmaster machine. There is no accurate way to measure the results of the workout, as it's not amongst the options in the app. It's frustrating. As there are so many less common machines and workout. And the stairmaster is quite a classic in the gym.

Very nice app. I'm using it each day Only 2 issues: 1) It does not alow ajust step lengtth (stride) Hey Samung... Please add this functionality 2) Very annoing adds (the same over and over again) and no way to disable them. Edit: it looks like recent update fixed issue#1. Although it das not allow adjust step length, algorithms to calculate distance are better (height x 0.415=) now.

Honestly, BEST health app I've tried. I struggle with weight loss and nutrition, and this app has been a needle in a haystack. Its FREE, it tracks your food intake, your water, your average sleep, your STRESS?!?! If you're on your path to lose weight, balance out your diet, do exercise, or even just flat out become healthier, this is the app for you. It has lots of helpful articles and references to relevant information, lots of intel on what you need to change to become healthy for FREE!

It's a great app for tracking a lot. It does have trouble, when I'm in the car it'll log it as cycling sometimes. Also whilst cycling it'll log it as running or walking, and often only à fraction of the distance is recorded. It used to be loads better at detecting steps and activity. For my cycling activity I use a Bryton Rider 310. It would be great if I could import the data from the computer (or the Bryton app) to Samsung health.

I think it's an excellent app for free, it's ideal for your overall health especially allowing you to fill in the food ingredients and measures from the food packet, therefore really indicating food dangers and portions allowing you to gain top health and learn the importance of healthy eating ,perhaps making this app award winning, it interacts with a community, I enjoy the challenges, really great thinking Samsung!

I've tried this on several android phones and all have the bug: you cannot sync health data between Samsung Health and other 3rd party health apps such as MyFitnessPal or Google Fit. When you try to tap on the toggle that allows data permissions, nothing happens. Please fix this, also make it easier for simple people to sync data between services because diving into advanced settings is confusing for customers.

The part of Samsung Health that I used the most was the oxygen saturation subroutine. After I installed the update, the oxygen saturation subroutine disappeared. I can still find out what my oxygen saturation is by using the stress subroutine, but I can't follow the graph of oxygen saturation. Please send me the oxygen saturation subroutine and I will increase the number of stars in this review. Update : The app developer has not responded so I dropped the review to one star.

It's OK but Very disappointed in the food bank. A lot of the foods I have tried to find are not there, and to add to the frustration, you cannot scan food bar codes to keep accurate track like you can in My Fitness Pal. If Samsung cannot do this please allow connections to apps that will be beneficial to me!

I downloaded this app on my new phone because I enjoyed this app so much. Now, since I've downloaded it, the app only work til mid morning and quit. Two days later and I've walked 0 steps according to it. I do not recommend wasting your time to download this app. I'm deleting it. Furthermore I agree with many others review about this app. Once great now it sucks.

So just bit the bullet to buy a samsung galaxy active 2 only to find out this app adds my phone (which I keep in my pocket) and my watch steps. This double the amount of steps it counting making the watch essentially worthless for tracking steps in this app. So now my options are to find some other app to track my steps, keep my phone somewhere else(I am a man and dont carry a purse so this makes this difficult) or do not use the watch to track steps in the app (what I got the watch for)🤬

The app is ok but when you engage the heart rate mode to always reading it will drain both the phone and watch is a short period of time. Plus it when you set what time intervals for monitoring your heart rate i have noticed that it will have glitches if you wear it either all day or even while sleeping it will stop monitoring for several hours and i mean up to 3 to 4 hours at a time

I have found the calculation of steps or kms walked is way out of whack. I went for a 2.3km walk this morning and it's only come up saying i walked 1.9km, yet yesterday I went for a walk approx 1.5km and it said I'd walked 1.75km. It's all over the place. Also needs a barcode scanner. Plus I've added food items (Aldi cheese and biscuits snacks for example) and your app says it's 83 calories when on the packaging it says 99 calories. Very innacurate app all round.

I love the Samsung Health app Wiith that being said I do not like the fact that it does not have a barcode scanner. Some of the caloric values are not accurate and I find it frustrating. I am looking into other options that I think may suit me needs better. Hopefully this app will get a scanner.

My activities aren't syncing with Strava. Sometimes 24 hours, sometimes a week and some not at all. It's a lucky dip. Please assist? The phone number below comes up as disconnected. Ringing from Australia. Please assist again. I've written via Samsung help and my questions have been deleted twice now. Someone please respond. (OCT 19) Nothing has changed, still no assistance (NOV 19)

After using the app coupled with the Galaxy fit, I am shedding g pounds and getting fit. The app has been very helpful in accomplishing my health goals. It monitors all of my workouts, calculates calories as I keep my food journal, reminds me to get moving, provides useful data about my week! LOVE IT!!

This app still cannot stay in background to track my steps. After checking through app permissions, there is nothing different from Google Fit which keeps tracking even without permanent notification on top. So what is the problem? Samsung Health should stop partnering with other health tracking apps when such a critical function no longer works as it should. EDIT: Support suggestion did not work. Is there a permission out of seven that needs enabling?

Overall I like the UI. It's a pretty easy to navigate and has some great information. I gave it a 2 though because I submit my monthly steps to my health insurance to reduce the cost, and you can only see total steps and distance for single days. Why can't I see a total for any date range?

The app used to prompt me every morning to confirm my sleep times, but doesn't do that any more. As such, I rarely remember to enter the info. I can't find a setting to make that work again. Otherwise it's good for tracking walks, bike rides, or other exercise activities.

Very complicate. Hard to pair or impossible to pair with other popular devices like xiaomi balance or google fit. And... Can anybody explain to me how it's possible I've lost all my data after factory reset on my phone and whatch? After re sign in to the application with my Samsung account, it's telling me there are no activity data last thirty days. What for is the Samsung account cloud, if it cannot keep the data? Honestly I really regret to buy the Samsung watch and using this app.

App constantly stops counting steps. I've tried deleting the app and reinstalling it, updating it, giving permissions, etc. Can't find any helpful info online. When working properly it's great, but you never know when or why it will stop working. Very annoying.

It's ok. It has some cool features, like measuring stress, although I have my doubts about accuracy. It's a little intense though, like the alerts I get at 2am lamenting my low step count and asking me why don't take a walk? Dude, the day is 2 hours old, so chill. I'll have more than zero steps befofe the day is over.

I used to love this app until I upgraded my phone to the galaxy 10+. Now it doesn't track or measure anything. If it's not compatible with my phone there should be a disclaimer. I've tried restarting my phone and uninstalling/reinstalling the app, but nothing works. Very disappointed.

I have reviewed the app once but I think I should have reviewed it more carefully. It was really great and it made me love Samsung more. My family and I have been using Samsung for over 10 years. I love the way Samsung cares about our customers through apps like this. It allows me to add other types of food with enough calories and other information such as the goal of sleep or exercise.. The image is actually 10/10. Everyone should discover this app!! Love you Samsung!

The app is amazing. And the best thing is all this awesome content is free. Although there are some improvements needed, but it's overall a good experience. It would be better if it records sleep accurately and there is option if i can record sleep in divided intervals.

This app is the very best health app out there! Every chords every step you take your workouts when you have your phone in hand it has a food log you can add to you can check your heart rate toward your sleep data it is very easy bus if it's automatic and I've been able to record different health habits over the past 2 years this app is amazing for you to get into the best shape see me it's not about losing weight I needed to gain weight so they have programs for everybody

I like the app overall, but there needs to be more choices for the foods. Maybe a build your own recipe feature, it's very limited on choices when you cook something at home from scratch, like a soup or bread anything where the levels of sodium or sugar and such would be lower than store bought.

Best app still now, I using it for workout, sleep tracking, it suitable workout for me such a amazing app. I tried other but this one is best. Thank you samsung

I absolutely love this app, it lets me keep on top of my steps and sleep and drinking more water and less coffee, however its quite limited, as I can't connect it with my fitbit, which would allow me to get better information from my phone, and I think on the food section, it would make it a lot easier if it came with a barcode scanner so you can scan products you buy and it comes with all the information, like the calories

A tad annoying. Not set for UK and can't see options so you get a notification in the early hours telling you you need to be more active! I turned off notifications but still get them. Have ended up uninstalling this to get peace! Other than that it's quite good to know how many steps rtf you've done.

Good app but could be better. I get frustrated when recording food as it doesn't always come up. And only remembers what you record for that particular meal not what you've previously had. Recording food could be improved with a scanner option. Most other functions are great.

I used this app previously on my Samsung A7 & had good experience. But now I am facing problems in using this app on my OnePlus 6. This app stops frequently & I don't get proper report on step count/ distance etc. I am sure that it's not problem in handset as Google Fit or other apps are working properly in This phone. Any solution?

This app was very good, since 3-4 days this app does not counting steps. I don't know what is the problem. Plz help

I don't know what has gone wrong with this app.Earlier it used to ask my sleep time as soon as I get out of my bed.Used to Track properly when I Walk, cycle or Run but it has gone horribly wrong . Yesterday i was traveling on a bus and it kept on counting steps and even when I'm cycling the app shows walking workout. It used to work properly some time ago please fix it

This app gets worse with each update. I've just done an 8 hour shift on my feet walking all day and the app tells me I've walked 108 steps and been active for 10 minutes! It used to record my steps and activities really well but like I said it's gotten worse with every update.

like the app allot. Could be updated because the calorie amount in the app doesn't match the package. I would also like to see portion sizes on the nutrition charts. It would help a lot when figuring out how much to figure out to put down on portion size. Over all the app gets an A from me. Using the app as my go to for calorie counting and step counting pluse everything else it has going for it I've lost over 75 pounds so far since February. The app as helped alot and I will continue to use it.

I have already accepted the next month global challenge and please put that away. I want to see my total steps without havibg to scroll down. I also want to be able to view all my daily steps instead of tapping one by one to view the steps count. I want to view all in one page. Can it be done? My previous FitBit app can do that why not this?

I loved this app. with so many helpful items. The step tracker is great, along with the heart rate monitor. Unfortunately after one of the last updates they removed the pulse oximeter and I dont know why. It was a useful part of the app. I used it often to get my Mother in law to use her oxygen. Hopefully it will come back??

I loved this app until the most recent update. In the middle of a run or hike, it tells me my workout is paused and the data doesn't even come close to being accurate. 😐 Please fix or go back to a previous version. The app has great features and WAS very useful...when it worked.

Used the app for 20 mins and realised that "Step Tracking" can be easily manipulated, just by shaking the phone back and forth. I was sitting and shaking the phone when my step count increased from 0 to 75 in under a minute. Is there any fix for this? Otherwise the app is good.

Ongoing bugs with the social elements for Pixel phones. Been on the phone with customer support 3x already with no solution yet. Update: it's two weeks later, after being told to call in for resolution, and still the same answer. Wait for the next update. Why did you tell me to call in if there is no solution in sight? Waste of time.

It's good not great!, I don't think it counts accurate steps and I noticed when some people do the monthly challenges they cheat by trying to win the challenge as soon as they can. And it's to bad that your friend on this app can't communicate with each other too.

Great app to track daily activities. Should interface with other tech ecosystems to compare data when competing with friends.
