The UI might have been good for this game but the experience is abysmal Why can't I turn off the incessant purchase options for energy and ruby. Every time I open it they are in my face. Arghhhh. If I want to buy I know where to go later. Same with the incessant jumping pig at the top with full energy. If I want it I can click on it why is it jumping all the time. And the events are for too short duration to finish anything and most of the time you are just playing to increase bag size. Boring!

I have been playing for a couple of months now and I have not found it hard to get extra energy. If you make sure when you first start to update and add buildings which give energy, and continue to use the merchant, you will find you can have quite a long game play without running out. I would never give a 5star rating to any game as there's always room for improvement. Well done Family Island, this is a great game.

This game was my favorite game before I got to level 34 . It's impossible now to win any challenges or other islands because it takes all of your energy just to get one goal accomplished . It's like the items become more and more expensive, therefore you can't even save up any energy or rubies to be able to do anything. On top of it you can barely even upgrade your village because it cost more to use your supplies in storage and it takes more items to upgrade them. Time to delete and move on

For a while it seemed like they were only out for the money(they made quests there was no way to finish)if you play a game you want to play the whole thing not get excluded from parts,when I complained I was basically told it my choice to play or not,it made me feel like I was not a valued customer and was just a hunk of poo to them,but they did make the explorer's festival so you could actually finish in the time given,so hats off to them for that,I've raised my star rating up again.

OMG! The second slowest, most boring, game I have ever played. SIMCITY Buildit is still the slowest game I have ever played but this is very close... Very interesting stuff going on with your phone if you decompile this game and then debug some of the remote calls... Why do you need to know my MRU? The 2 minutes that you can play every day without paying is actually kinda NOT fun. This game is a MONEY PIT! CAVEAT EMPTOR

Upgraded to 2* cos the game doesn't crash so much now. Still really disappointed in how hard it is to gain diamonds and only be able to do a few things before they run out. Would you leave the other islands open longer.. at Least a month!?! So annoying having them close half way through tasks.. not all of us have money to waste on games. You're making it very easy to delete the game!!

Love it Great for killing time would be great to have an offline mode for farming? Also SO MANY TIMES I try to turn the food dial to get to the porridge and instead of thr dial turning the soup will go to cook, even though I did not slide the soup over I guess I'm trying to saw the dial doesnt turn well. Thanks though, cause I have quickly fallen in love with this game SO MUCH FUN -Debs8891/PXJ8X2 Oh, I forgot, what about being able to CANCEL a food order after its started

Decent game. Not like other games where you have to wait for hours for energy filling.Main thing is that upgrade materials are too much tough for begginers. Again too much frequent quest with small duration hinders yours experience in home village. Home village materials and upgrades timings are too much.E.g, for making carpentry workshop you need 10 axe.Each takes 15 min and you can make 3 one at a time. 5 is good enough for starters. Merchant deal comes with a pin, instantly doesnt give time.

Fun. Maybe... but lack of support is infuriating Is there a way to turn off the infuriating help thing that tells you what to do next during the events? It constantly moves the map about when I'm trying to do stuff irritating mw to no end... Changed my review to 1 star...your game tells me to email for support but your support email Auto closes my tickets without helping...terrible service! Good day! I say good day sir

So far so good! I love the events every few days, I'm not sure if it's just this time of year or a regular thing. I wish there were ways to obtain more free energy or better variety of packs . This is a good game with a good story ,f2p friendly and spenders. *SUGGESTION* Maybe consecutive purchase bonuses of event items for buying something everyday of the event . Or just extra stuff for every $5 . Some games have that it is a incentive to spend regularly and we feel we get more for our money.
