The app has been lagging terribly these last few days. I checked other platforms, to see if it's my connection but no, only Shopee has this issue. Please, it's very annoying and does not make me want to even open the app. Clicking the back button or add to cart button shouldn't take more than 5 seconds 😭

Shopee used to be incredibly pleasant to do online shopping on. Though recently the shopping experience has rather gone down the drain. Firstly we can no longer choose which courier company we can choose, nowadays Shopee mostly allocate J&T, which has always been extremely slow, and we better pray for our parcel to arrive in one piece under J&T. Secondly, they even allowed racism item to sale on Shopee! And yes, I have lodged complaints and emailed to Shopee, but no response yet unfortunately.

I really think shopee needs to change their voucher system, you should give a time limit to claim vouchers and the ones who claim can use it whenever they want it, it's annoying that i have to wait for new vouchers on certain days, claim them and not being able to use them because they're "fully used" just one minute after the voucher can be applied

I used to rate them with 5 stars, but not anymore, since Shopee introduced Standard Delivery and make it as mandatory. Items used to be delivered within 4 days, but now had prolonged to 2 WEEKS!! Please give back the right to choose courier service to your users!!!

I used to rate Shopee 5 star. Now, I rate 1 star because recently Shopee service was worsening. I don't like Shopee new Standard Delivery System because I can't choose which shipping courier I want. It's our rights as user to choose it. I live in rural village, a bit far from town. Some of shipping courier ask me to self pick up my parcel at the town. It waste my transportation cost and burdened me. I thought that Shopee vouchers are scam because it fully redeemed and used in one minute.

Update : i got two missing parcel handled by shopee express. Tracking logistic shows that the parcel is delivered, so i checked with the security and nope, no parcel arrived for me. There is no proof of delivery, no images, text, email or phone calls. All shopee support did is ask me to get a refund from seller. Shopee express is terrible. Give back our freedom to choose a better courier.

Photos don't always show actual product. A couple of additional features would be improvement. 1: ability to remove recommendations to specific products for say, 3 months. After I buy something I don't have any interest in buying another new one for a while. 2: ability to remove bought products from list; sometimes items I want to repurchase are pushed out of the limited list. 3: ability to give rating after refund/return. I can't give a shop a review after that? I think they deserve 5 stars.

Awesome app and platform to get good deals and bargains for the majority of items...most of the time, the consumers have to spend time searching for free shipping vouchers and they don't come to us automatically, and sometimes those free shipping vouchers are not completely free due to shipping weight, and we still have to pay the differences of shipping fees. May we suggest to have all free shipping vouchers to be added into accounts. Well done and bravo to Shopee & keep it up the good work!!!

Old problem solved but now.. shopee dislays huge poster when enter shop exactly like AliExpress. Oh my God its a terrifying nightmare. I literally dropped a feedback on AliE few months ago to learn from how clean shopee was from clutter and now shopee follows AliE footstep? The shop posters are so crowded, making scrolling even harder. Please remove the huge posters, I've no idea what your visual marketing team is doing

Unable to buy anything when almost all the item i wanna buy 'no shipping option available' to sarawak, btw, already check with poslaju n J&T, no problem with them, it is caused by shopee system..no helping at all..went to lazada, no problem with shipping..currently, having terrible experiences with shopee..fix this quick..
