Horrible app. If you're seeing this before getting Roger's home monitoring hooked up in your home.. back out immediately. The monitoring system is old and glitchy and this app is somehow even worse. You can never sign in easily. Always takes multiple attempts and even deleting and re-downloading the app on occasion. If you're trying to log in quickly to see who's at your door, just don't. It'll take so long to log in that they'll be long gone. Rogers should be able to do MUCH better. 0 stars.

When it works, this app is fine. Sadly it rarely works. Have had SHM for 8 yrs and used this app since it came out. Camera frequently cannot connect. Long lags when completing functions, login regularly doesn't work or requires multiple attempts to login. Often you have to Uninstall to get it working again. Now cannot change thermostat temp as operation fails. Overall a huge disappointment from Rogers. This is a bad app, but consistent with a bad product. I suggest you look elsewhere.

My problem unlike others is not with the sign-in but with the camera viewing. Keep getting "communication failure" when trying to view all 3 of my cameras live on the app. Viewing the live on the monitor works fine. Weird is that i can still get motion notifications and still view the recording thru the app. Last week i uninstalled and reinstall 3 times. Would work about 2 days and had to do it all over again. Very frustrating 😡

What's the point of this if the camera option works only around one in five times? Sure I can arm, disarm through the app, but really its best used for being able to see through your cameras. Such a disappointment when you pay for a service that is unreliable.

For an app to use for home security, it's totally unreliable. Sign-in doesn't work out great. So I tried 'Keep me signed in', which DOESNT keep me signed in! And always getting a 'Communication Failure' when trying to view my cams -- totally useless when I'm out. For a big company, you'd think they'd have a better app..

Why does this never work Really it NEVER works. $20 ip cameras before switching worked way better. Too slow, not recording 24hrs.just a bunch of garbage. Too bad I'm locked in for 2 years. I never should have switched to your services. Truly regret it. This app is truly brutal. How can you not work on this and update it ever

I don't see the point of having an app that does nothing. No commands respond I constantly have to visit the panel in order to view camera and set thermostat in the home. Sign in sucks, I have to close app and reopen at least 2-3 times before app opens. Not pleased with this system and if I could easily swap out equipment and return to my previous monitoring system I would. I never experienced this difficulty with access even if I was out if the country I could access my system, view camera etc.

Why don't Rogers work on fixing this app? Every time it gives sign in issues with the app. Once you call hot line number they will tell to uninstall app and install it again! I had to do this more than 3 times a day. Still same problem every day. What is the point of giving feedback if you guys don't work on this? Your review score is 1.5 out of 5, still no hope for improvement! Stuck with this terrible provider now for next 2 years. Really disappointing.

Absolutely terrible. Rogers keeps accepting monthly payments for their services but fails to fix an integral part of the offered product and services package. The app keeps looping me back to the sign in page after I've signed in. No error messages or anything.

It is crazy that a home security service that costs monthly has an app that runs as poorly as this one. It is constantly freezing and it will disconnect you every other time you log in to it making you have to shut the app down and re-open it. This shouldn't be happening to a home security app that is crucial to the service that is being provided, and by a company like Rogers. Spend some money on people who know how to run apps. You have tons.
