I don't understand why the hell you need access to my location, so I didn't give permissions for that. Works fine without it, but keeps nagging every time. Also, app is very sticky. Once you open it, it goes full screen. Turning it off is a pain. You press exit but then it stays on recent app pan and on notifications pan. It won't go off until you remove it from these places. Very annoying.

If you could find an older, functional version of this app, that would be great. It simply doesn't work anymore, offering only one version of the app per device, which usually does not work. I have an older nakamichi receiver which I love and specifically bought a phone with IR (Xiaomi 10) to be able to use remote. The app doesn't work anymore, it used to work great on my lg g5. Stupid error, says, you need to connect to internet!

Works for a few days than it does not have your your divise, you have to retune it only for the old one comes back as well as the one you just tuned again!! Deleted app and reinstalled it and still the same... Very annoying

Haven't used this app in a while but it used to support Vizio and Samsung TVs which are common brands but for some reason they removed them. If you read the other reviews you'll one most of them are 1 star and you should search for a better remote app. This used to be a very good app but things have changed and it looks like the company just doesn't care anymore.

Used to do exactly what it says it could, I'd never found one device that's infra red that I'd not been able to control from my phone. it's certainly helped numerous times proving its the sets remote that has broke and not the TV. Edit, I spoke/wrote too soon. 🤐 Why has the developer changed the app, absolutely little to no choice of remotes for each TV manufacturer. Had to reset phone and have now lost ability to add the TV's that I already had working with the app. Thumbs down from me...

App used to work on Vizio Tvs now it will not with no explanation or guidance. It is useless for me as I own multiple Vizios and a Samsung (which other users are saying is also now unsupported). I tried the help section, the smart discovery feature, and a web search to no avail. Why would they take this away!?! Will update my review to 5 star if this is fixed

Can't connect to the internet to find additional remotes. Tried everything, from disabling my VPN to reinstalling the app. And I am definitely connected to the internet and it sure can load the adds within the app. Please fix this.

Annoying, flashy adverts occupy more than half of screen. Remote itself works fine (full functionality, nice layout) but nobody wants to see Goolag adverts every single time they change channels. Use with PiHole. Demonetize butchers of free speech while you still can

It used to be the best app out there, but with the new versions, it can't find the tv anymore. For me, this app is now completely useless. The extra star is for past experiences only.

This app used to work well, but after the latest update from hisense to Android 9 the app will not connect. The phone is a Galaxy s 10 plus with Android 10. Now the app says there is no internet connection, other remote apps seem to be working fine.
