    It's a great app with a great community. You get rewarded for helping other users and the process is simple, even having some phone checkup functions built in as a bonus, as well as a great customer support, although it lacks things from the computer version of the social media, and the comment reply system is weird

    Awful localization. My device is from Taiwan so when I type an error report in English they almost always return a few days with "we don't understand the contents of your letter". EDIT: 1 year later still the same issue. This is extremely poor on Samsung Taiwan's part. Did you at least think about expats living in Taiwan?

    Hasn't helped me even once yet. I've had to trouble shoot everything myself. And problems keep arising. Nothing ever seems to be "descriptive enough" for them...I'm on problem 3 of this phone now. Which is messenger notifications going off like 6 times in a row for a single message..or when I open the app. But hey. Guess you need more to know anything right?

    The answers are upto the mark. Keep it up.👍🏻👍🏻 I had an issue with My File application, to which they suggested a remedial measure almost in about a day. However since daily backup isnt possible, so have recommended to update it with the said feature so that files deleted accidentally could be retrieved which they accepted as my feedback. Hoping the feature gets updated as soon as possible.

    Everytime I open this application, it shows 'Server Error. Try again later. (-10) When I am able to access it, I will get the 'Processing Failed' error message after I successful login. In order to reset my password in Samsung Notes, I have to login to this. I have tried emailing for help, however the response was unable to solve the server error and therefore I am still stuck.

    Unable to claim Galaxy Buds+ through the app after receiving my Galaxy S20+. Spoke to two advisers through the chat and have been told there is a problem with the app/server and to just keep trying. App isn't much use to me otherwise.

    Having already downloaded the app on my S9 I've recieved the S20+ today and so downloaded again so I can claim my buds but just keep getting an error message saying "isn't supported in this country" The app is still working on my S9 but nothing on there at the moment about claiming the buds.

    BRING BACK THE ALLOWED DEVICE Button in mobile hotspot The last update end of February 2020 was another example of stupid decisions from software developers. They simply take their own ideas and cannot comprehend what happens in the real world with some of the changes they make, e.g. taking the “allowed devices” button off in mobile hotspot. That now means any device can lock on if hotspot is turned on, by eliminating the button which did allow to control devices. Obviously this is a MAJOR point (this software change went also into the Note 10) apart from other inconvenience changes like the lock of standard keyboard changes, which no longer gives you a clear indication between “Caps lock” and “FULL Caps lock” (difference was that on a FULL Caps lock ALL letters where highlighted in a different color, e.g. black). Looks like Samsung is now going down the same path as bloody Microsoft which is creating so much problem with their updates, requiring a complete re-installation in some cases because of overwriting their own untested programs, crashes with the old codes, creating a mirror completely stopping the PC to boot by constantly crashing their own program. Don’t follow this path. At least Apple was my solution to this problem but I don’t want to see it happen with Samsung phone. Also other than software errors an update should have detailed information of the changes even making certain features optional in the update.

    One and only experience of asking about a feature that I thought had been dropped - the scheduling of text messages - was answered within 24 hours. Addition of user friendly notes on changes to software upgrades would be ideal. Very good so far. Thanks

    Samsung members App :Every time there is an update in the play store they never provide information in the what's new section. Would just be nice to be informed. might change this * when info is provided. Almost ready to get rid of these devices with all these forced software installs like windows 10 it's ridiculous. . .

    The Samsung Galaxy S20 looks like it's off to a slow start, with early sales figures suggesting it's proving far less popular than its predecessor, the Galaxy S10. I have preordered the S20 and with all the problems im reading about with it beeing a first gen, i honestly going to cancel it or return it if i dont get a buds+ with the phone as last year. That is like the good perk i was kinda expecting. I had s7, s8,s9 and s10+. Now im going for s20 ultra. Give us buds and we will be happy!

    Wanted to turn off that annoying little red camera button. The one that spawns the camera. Had an instant response from Samsung Technical support. Excellent service, it's so easy to resolve. It's in settings/lockscreen/app shortcuts/right button

    Very disappointed with the new app update. Since the update my samung entertainer benefit has vanished god knows where. It wont show under my benefits tab. I uninstalled the app several times. Reset data and cache memo as well but no luck. Kindly resolve this issue. Thanks xx

    An incessant notification keeps popping up from the malfunctioning IPService app and is making my phone nearly inoperable. The scan said nothing about it and in fact couldn't even detect it 😐

    Very useful if you suspect hardware going faulty. You can check each and every sensor to make sure everything is working properly, especially after a couple years of owning a phone.

    Absolutely useless. All my 'News and tips' and 'FAQ's keep coming up in Arabic. I only speak Irish, Spanish and english. Nothing of mine is set to Arabic. It seems impossible to stop seeing all these in Arabic.

    Cannot find and retrieve the treats and deals voucher code as stated in Samsung partner'swebsite or apps. For those treats and deals that do appear on the member main page, when tab to expand further, cannot view any further info, only Samsung device sale pages have no problem.

    Rubbish. Scan for devices using your WiFi. No devices found. Funny. TV, speaker and watch and phone all connected to my WiFi network. Pointless and not worth the memory it takes up. Delete
