    Still no resolution over 4 months: Displays my galaxy s20plus warenty is rejected after review using this app. I called Samsung multiple times to have this corrected and they still don't have any idea how to fix this. They say my warenty should not be rejected. This is very disturbing my warenty status still showing its rejected since the beginning of July and no one at samsung knows what to do to fix the samsung members app?? This shouldn't be so difficult to correct.

    Hardware test may be useful, but I would trust 3rd party software more. otherwise I find this app mostly useless. I said it in 2017 and I'm saying now in 2020.

    I have gone through 8 different Samsung devices in the last 3 months and on all 8 I have had problems registering for Samsung plus. I was told that I would be assisted 3 months ago. I HAVE NOT RECIEVED A SOLUTION TO THIS PROBLEM YET. I Own 5 devices i use daily that I have been unable to register with Samsung care plus. And as I understand the only way to do that until this last month was through this app. Now that the web portal was added for samsungcareplus I still have issues registering.

    It is disheartening that samsung least bothers about their customers when some hard to resolve issues like poor battery, heating issues are detected in customers newly purchased mobiles.     Members club it's a gimmick. All the so called benefits and promos are un redeemable. Por example, who in the right wants to take a webinar about champagne? And then pay it up for it later after the promo expires... Absurd! You get YouTube premium for 4 months but it can't be redeemed if you already have the service. Spotify it's useless since you have YouTube Music. Every reward point its worth. 001 cent. 2000 its worth $2. Or so. How stupid Samsung think customers are?

    It is very tremendous, but it is very useful, I have benefited a lot, I am a regular user of the match from this app, but I did not understand from an option settings, it automatically gets the message forward to the customer, how to auto turn it off.

    Too early to give a proper rating, although this app seems to be the best way to optimize one's phone in order to maximize the performance of the smartphone. May be similar to the "optimize" feature in the setting menu under "Device Care"

    Constant errors trying buy samsung care +. Here i want to spend more money with the company but they have made it nearly impossible to do so. Worst you can't even purchase the service over the phone. The on screen error when entering cc info redirects to a bad url.

    The apps a waste of time. The helps only responce is update , factory reset , if that doesn't fix it it must be broke so send it to a technician. Havent spoke to one person on here that actually knows anything about samsung devices !

    I've reached out to Samsung over 1 month ago as there is a "ban" on my account. They say the account has no restrictions. My case was escalated to the Samsung Community team. No response. Customer service has always been sub-par and needs a serious overhaul.

If you have issues, turn off ur phone, clear the cache, and there you go.     SAME THING JUST HAPPENED Something is wrong with this app. My 14 year old daughter just came to me because an app that she did not download just downloaded to her phone. I asked if she maybe downloaded something else (maybe it was a joint app) but no she has not downloaded anything for well over a month. Im a huge fan of Samsung but if they are going to start downloading random apps to my kids phone what else shaddy stuff are they doing..... I may be getting rid of all my Samsung devices 😡😡🤬

    From 5 days i was unable to login to Samsung account despite of giving the right password. All the time the sign in screen was appearing the in notification screen for irritation. After so many failed sign in attempts today it is signed in with the same password. Is it a way to collect user's memorised all password or anything annoying?

    Right now I just updated to the new Samsung Members app, but the language is in Latin. The phone is imported but I speak English. Why is there no language settings? Please fix. EDIT: The issue still is not resolved. If you want me to upgrade, you need to give us language settings. Please fix.

    Besides that it won't open - Spam/Phishing: Samsung wants me to give authorization to it and any person to have access to any personal telephone contacts' Informations! Any black hackers or any person wouldn't require specialist hacking programs, such as Stagefright, to hack into any Samsungs phones Security updates should be provided for at least 10 years as Microsoft's operating systems!     To buy one of the best brand and report bugs is a HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT WHILE MOST OF THE TIME THE ANSWER ARE STUPIDS OR TGEY RETURN WITH "SORRY, THE LOG DOESN'T CONTAIN THE BUG YOU REPORT".     I dont use this app. I have never used this app. It came on my phone. A year later I start getting storage warnings, I have 2gigs of space left out of 128. This app had used 113gigs of memory, I have NEVER opened it, I didn't even know it was on my phone. When you go to storage>apps, this isn't listed. Its hidden under "other". ONE HUNDRED THIRTEEN GIGS FOR AN APP I NEVER F***ING OPENED!! Made me wonder how many photos I deleted when I didn't need to because of this stupid app.

    Terrible it just took over my phone. Very stressful it threatened to delete all my photos etc. Couldn't get help or support very intrusive ad to find away to deliet it. Just hope its still not controlling my phone. Got a pin set I don't want on. Just wouldn't take off pin so ad no option to uninstall app. Pray am free again. To control my own phone. Weird experience 😕 very upsetting and very stressful.

    Useless app and very poor support from Samsung. Samsung brands fit the adage: "All that glisters / glitters is not gold!" Samsung mobile devices looked superficially attractive and eye-catching at the onset, but if it should break or not working for any reason covered under warranty, getting ANY support from Samsung is like "getting blood out of a stone".     I havent used the app much, i just asked a question and the response from samsung was quick friendly accurate and had offers of more help if i still had problems... Cant complain about that. In Nz there is a free phone number thats available any time also a internet site for help available 24hrs a day ,7days a week. Im happy. 😊 Samsungs always bn pretty good to be honest, ive used their phs for 10 or more yrs. No probs.

    Getting fed up with Samsung . I have many products( smartphones, tablet, TV, soundboard etc) but can no longer open this app or my files on Galaxy Tab S5e. It all seemed to go wrong this weekend and I have done more than my fair share of pw resets. Advice from Samsung didn't work either.

    Samsung doesn't listen to feedback so its useless, they're gone down hill lately the amount of bad comments about bad camera, over heating devices and false advertisement, im done with Samsung and awful customer care

    App is awful. Subscriptions to thread now have no way to cancel. I'm going insane going found in circles from email notifications on thread updates, selecting the email unsubscribe or update subscription preferences only to be directed to the Samsung Members page on the App with no means to do either! FAQ are useless.

    Awesome and can y please fix my s10 plus heat issue it gets really hot when I am on a phone call and battery life dies really quickly for some reason. The whole reason why I bought this phone is because of the long battery life it had when I first bought it and I really planned on keeping this phone so please fix it

    I have had my gear fit 2 since november 2019. My screen is not perfect and has not been for months given how active I am. I request assistance using my warranty the same day that the watch stops powering on. I am informed that my repair would not be covered by the warranty because they would have to fix my screen to fix the internal problem. Totally disappointed. Have been loyal to samsung for over ten years and could not get them to honor their warranty or discount a new watch.

    App doesn't work properly, nothing loads, keeps showing old address for comps and unable to change picture as it won't allow me to save after nickname. Awful app. I really want to register interest for new galaxy but it cycles far to long to care.

    After my mobile crashed and I got it serviced/ repaired, the app does not open. It says " App does not support rooted device" and it closes thereafter. Other mobile apps are running successfully. Get this thing rectified ASAP.

    I don't want this app but cannot uninstall it and it keeps sending push notifications despite me disabling them. After having Samsung phones for almost 10 years I'm thinking of switching to Fairphone due to all the junk apps I'm forced to have installed.

    UNUSABLE! This thing is in Portugese. I understand English and Dutch, not Portugese. I found no way to change the language of this app. Of course my language settings in system and keyboard are correct (Dutch and english).

    Bad experience. I contacted samsung chat support, they redirected to email support of Samsung shop, and later Samsung members here. And the response all this while .is the same that they cant understand my issue. Even after sending screenshots and a very clear explanation.
