    app download I have tried everything to get this app working properly on my brand new note 20 ultra. It won't let me save my profile information. I go to update my profile picture and nickname and it just hangs on the save screen indefinitely. Clearing cache, restarting my phone and Uninstalling/reinstalling does absolutely nothing. Very disappointing.

    v1 notification I can log in on my desktop but the app says incorrect details which they are not. I've tried logging in at different times so there are not two devices at the same time but it just won't work. This app is so poor, how are you supposed to take advantage of benefits when it won't let you log in.

    Very poor app and definitely not user-friendly. It selected on its own accord to display all tge communication in Dutch and there is no way to change it to English or French. Samsung Helpline is completely hopeless, not being able to do anything about it, even going as far as to claim that in Belgium all app have to be in Dutch and no other language. Unbelievable!

    I like Samsung with 2 very serious problems. Samsung pass is totally messed up. I scanned my finger prints ONLY because I couldn't skip it. Then when it asked me to verify, it stated "not found" so after scanning 100% of my print, I can't even get in. THEN when I updated the app,SS pass erased off many of my other apps. So I couldn't get in because I didn't remember my passwords. That's the problem, one becomes lazy. All my passwords are also stored in an app that I couldn't access.

    I absolutely love my Samsung phone!! One of my family purchased a Oppo r15, I ended up giving it away to a friend who needed a phone, but couldn't afford to buy one. I just couldn't cope with screen in the end. I tried everything. I went straight back to Samsung, I have 2 phones & a 10.1 tablet. I also love the beautiful themes etc. Well done Samsung!

    Standard community forum... cookie cutter really, so easy to use. Like the ability to add my avatar as my profile picture. Like the q and a results right up front. Like the device care page with warranty and device registration. Should maybe explain to new members about giving and receiving badges to community helpers. I have helped loads and sit at just a few (verify solutions), not a big deal, I just don't like to post a how to after every reply. Still not sure if I like auto title.

    This app deserves one star just based on the fact that it offers to handle links for things and then when it goes to open the link it tells you it has to open in a browser but now you've told your phone to make it the default app for that link so welcome to a circle unless you're an IT guy. Luckily I'm an IT guy. Doesn't make your app any less stupid.

    Samsung dropped UI 3.1 to my phone which stopped connecting to the Verizon network, this app says the Sim status is good but does not check whether it is registered on a network. Wait to install the new UI until after it is fixed.

    updated to one ui 3. Now when I'm using my phone and an alarm goes off it just shows a little bubble that there's an alarm and then I have to go hunt through the notifications to find what alarm is ringing. Before, the alarm would bring down a window shade notification with a button to snooze and a button to dismiss.

    STOP NOTIFYING ME ON OFFLINE FIND MY PHONE FEATURE! FFS there is no way to stop the notifications, it's distracting as hell, how about considering your users?! I can't login with samsung member for some reason and the buttons with which the official forums suggest one can turn off notifications - those buttons are grey and unresponsive. What a way to tell your users to g f themselves!

    Fix chat heads please! They were fine until I did an android update and now they are tiny, do not function well, do not interact with the messenger app as they should, and does not give options to pick and choose who I click on. Go back to how it was!

    Would love to give a review. When the app actually works instead of saying "you have no internet" for several months and several app reinstalls, as well as device resets. Amazingly, when I look for Samsung help the app always acts as the default area to go, in place of any internet browser.

    Only keeping this for the member deals which are decent though this app has bugs. Adding coupon to your coupon page doesn't work. Often times the app fails to load reward when you want to redeem or use it is frustrating. Content is a confusing mess.

    I have no control on my samsung members my pages looks diffrent from the pictures i dont have a profile name , my access is limited and obviously someone else has a full controll on it and the only language supported by it , is persian which last year the language was english and i had full control over anything in this app , i need go back on android 9 and coz my access is limited i cant do that :/ i want to have full access on my own samsung members ... My content is not English :(

    New device, first boot, only create samsung account not other account including gmail etc. This for samsung... Only 1 finger record but can be open by other 4 finger print. System not delete old finger print recording

    Oh FFS! "this app may not be optimised for your device" !!! It acts like a VIRUS and cannot be uninstalled I am STILL not happy with Samsung! My wife bought me this great S6 Lite 10" Tablet and the hardware is amazing! But they force upgrade their own bad overlays on top of Vanilla Android especially Bixby which is a very poor copy of Google Assistant. It stops me doing what I want to do! AND it cannot be uninstall. Pay Attention Samsung... This is MY tablet not YOURS. Give it back to ME!

    I admit that I am a fan of Samsung products. Samsung Members conveniently allows the customer to check various functions of your phone without searching for each individual service. My screen is cracked (go figure) and I was able to perform a screen test to determine if all areas where still functioning.

    You're notications don't work, please fix them asap. Without notifications I can't tell when someone replies or likes a comment. I don't want ppl seeking help to think they're being ignored. And you're servers are down at random times (according to a pop up message when trying to post). Need a user friendly way to accept solutions so others can earn their badges.

    Cannot get passed all the Thai language which I don't understand a squat of. What retard at Samsung assumes everybody in any given location speaks and reads the local language? My phone settings are English. How hard is it to detect that? I actually have the exact same problem on my Samsung TV. I have complained for 2 years, but nothing gets fixed. going back to Sony next time.

    0 STARS This app NEVER worked properly with my Galaxy S10 and now I have a Note 20 Ultra and it STILL DOES NOT WORK!!! When I try and go to "My Page" I keep getting "SERVER ERROR (0) TRY AGAIN LATER" I HAVE "TRIED AGAIN LATER" FOR OVER A YEAR! FIX YOU APP! THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE FOR PRE-INSTALLED SOFTWARE TO NOT WORK ON PHONES THAT COST $1,299.99! UNACCEPTABLE! I have had my Note 20 Ultra since release and after contacting Samsung MULTIPLE TIMES. It STILL DOES NOT WORK! UNACCEPTABLE!

    App works fine on my Note10+, just don't quite understand why Samsung had to split its app suite up into so many separate pieces when so many of them can't be uninstalled inherently. This could so easily have been integrated as part of the "'Device Care" app or any of the 100+ pre-installed bloatware on my phone.

    Still no resolution over 4 months: Displays my galaxy s20plus warenty is rejected after review using this app. I called Samsung multiple times to have this corrected and they still don't have any idea how to fix this. They say my warenty should not be rejected. This is very disturbing my warenty status still showing its rejected since the beginning of July and no one at samsung knows what to do to fix the samsung members app?? This shouldn't be so difficult to correct.

    This is a typical Samsung product, not intuitive and after one has asked a question they, who ever they are, are slow to answer. I purchased a Galaxy Note 9 when they were launched, and I haven't stopped asking questions since. I'm fed up with Android, Samsung and the ridiculously overrated and overpriced Galaxy Note 9. Hence only one star, come back iPhone all is forgiven. There is one good thing and that is I don't ever have to buy another Android or Samsung phone ever again, thank God.

My account has been locked with 2 step verification and i have emailed more than 15 times... and they keep sending me the same bs. :( the worst experience switching from Mac .... i have 3 galaxy notes 9, 10 and the newest 20.     A big thanks to Samsung for screwing up my Note 20 Ultra with your latest update and then making me download an app to have to report the bugs. And then finding out that I have to get put into their marketing program so I can use the app that is the only way to report bugs. You guys are already 17% of Korea's total GDP and you have to result to shady business to get even more businees? I already had to sell a kidney to buy this expensive POS.

    Horrible horrible! You can't update their products over cell service!!!!! In this world of unlimited high speed data it is TERRIBLE to require wifi to update!!! They're website ACTUALLY says "borrow wifi from a friend"!!!!!!!! I have NO wifi, unlimited high speed data, I pay $1500 for a phone that REQUIRES I beg like a pauper from strangers to update it.     Best and only one of the things that only some of the companies provide and do not even show off their features like them but I believe that samsung must inform people about what are the peak capabilities of their phone but however, I believe samsung does everything and gives more than apple (talking about flagships here )

    Since I was permanently banned for no apparent reason and with no explanation, as well as technical support being completely helpless, I just made a new account through samsung members. Problem solved. Now I will violate ALL policies on purpose this time and just keep creating new accounts ban after ban. Shouldn't have messed with someone who did nothing wrong in the first place. If my original account is unbanned, I will see to it that my madness stops. Unt then I can only dream of victory.

    Samsung Members offers ways for users themselves to speak, with Feedback options for reporting errors and even suspicious activities. A community section also gives them the chance to interact with other Galaxy users, share tips and maybe even complaints. There’s even a Suggestions area where they can, well, suggest ideas to Samsung. No promises of those getting accepted, of course.

    I am trying to claim fitbit2 gift. I am unable to locate what it is I am after. Instead, I have to wade through stuff and ads which are of no interest whatsoever. Moreover, I have tried contacting Samsung by phone and by email and they just direct me to this app. This has put me off Samsung products. I will switch back to Apple. Their customer service is much better and I am not bombarded with ads.

    I've been trying to redeem my TVs that I was told I'd get if I buy galaxy note 20. These buy and get promotions are a lie and I would advice you to not even waste your time with their promotions or even expect them to fulfill their promise coz its all a scam just to get you to buy the product.
