App doesn't run in the background and when you click it from the list of running apps it's like it just started and you have to wait for it to start, which takes ages, I can walk quicker. It costs about £9 if you want to use the web version, my lights are all A economy, I could leave most of them on for that price. NOT recommended, although if you know what you are doing the hardware can be reprogrammed to work with Home Assistant, highly recommended! I've put that off, but not for much longer.

Unable to register (fails to send registration code). Unable to use "try it now" (fails to start). Help screen is empty so no help to be gotten there. Also the app has a super wonky handling of letters when typing in my email. Sometimes adds copies of the last few letters at random. Overall this is an incredibly poor experience. I'm sort of stumped as to what I will do now. I'm on an android galaxy s8 in case that's relevant.

Will be great to see more options & features: 1) push wifi settings update to all connected devices; 2) sync state of the buttons between two (or many) switches; 3) show chained reactions, if button state triggers other scene; 4) filter & sort devices by ON state; 5) switch off all leds in switch in the night mode (reduce light noise/polution) Thanks for great app!

Finally figured out how to use ewlink on two separate phones with out having to re login on each one every time. Created 2nd account on 2nd phone then go to the device info 1st phone and click share to other account, you can choose all devices in the share settings. They then appear in the 2nd account (phone)after a relaunch like in the 1st account.(phone)

I bough 1P eWelink Single phase energy meter and I'm disappointed from this app. First, you can't see your consumption by hours (with graphic) and second, you can't set more then one rate price / kw/h. I need to set and other price for daily or night consumption.

Absolutely useless, the smart plugs had to be set up through some awkward work around (all three of them), once set up they only stayed online for about two minutes before flicking to 'device offline', avoid this app and products that use it. The devices remained online long enough for me to update their firmware so that's not the issue

It fails to execute timers. Sometimes, even though the app shows channel is off, in reality it is still working. Unreliable app and overall poorly made and yet they have a decency to charge it. Hardware from sonoff is decent, but until they put some real effort in the app, no more sonoff for me.

App is showing offline, if we connect our mobile to a data network or some other Wi-Fi. App is only working when we connect our mobile to same WiFi. Facing this issue since last 1 month. We checked our mobile phone setting but there is no issue in mobile setting. Pls suggest how can we resolve this issue.

This app is great. I use the scenes so my lights come on at dusk and off at a certain time during the night so when I am away in the caravan it looks like someone is in I think it would be better if instead of coming on every night at dusk at the same time you could opt for it to randomly come on within half an hour or an hour of dusk and again if you set it to turn off at a certain time you could opt for it to randomly turn off within half an hour or an hour of that time.

Surprisingly good, easy to connect devices, reasonably flexible controls and regular updates, not had any problems with either the app or the GoogleHome control of the devices via the app
