I bought a smartphone and a smart television and I am not happy with the way that you streaming is working. They worked great for the first two months . The picture was good and it didn't buffer or stop . Now it sucks and I have to restart the view cast and smart things every 5 min if I'm lucky. Seems like the updates are more like screw updates.???? I don't need a apology but I fix, I know you have smart enough people to come up with a solution. Thanks Matt

It's been over a year since the old app (that was working pretty well) was retired, and the new app regained some of it's functionality. One thing, however, I still can't make it do is to get the automations that use presence (home / away) as a condition to work. It does acknowledge presence / absence on the dashboard, usually correctly, but refuses to lock and unlock the door, change thermostat settings, turn the lights on and off, etc., when we're leaving or coming back.

The connectivity is mainly why we bought Samsung, but it's almost completely useless. The only thing truly useful is the shopping list, and most of the time it won't open on our phones; when it does it's usually not updated. We have to to take a picture of the list on the fridge. I can set the stove on the app but I have to press a button on the stove to start it, so what's the point? The sweeper and dishwasher both quit a month after buying them, so I can't say how well they work with the app

This app is not well functioning. My tv says I can use Smart view in the app to mirror my phone, but that option is not in the app. Aside from that, the art mode features are very buggy and do not work most of the time. It asks me to login many time on my web browser when I am already logged in. Very frustrating and disappointing.

Why 3 stars? When it works, it works magnificently. When it doesn't, it's terrible. I am having problems when it comes to accessing the a/c when I'm out. It's plugged in. It's connected to the internet, but I cannot access it. When I open the app and the a/c, it switches my wifi on while on data. Creating a conflict on the connection and rendering it as 'not connected'.

The app won't work at all. It sends me to a browser to log in, and then it says it can't connect to wifi (even though I successfully logged in on the browser!). If I close the app or switch away I'm "automatically Iogged out" instantly. I just want to use this as a remote for my Samsung TV, since they removed the app that I used to use for that. Too bad it doesn't work. Doubt I'll buy Samsung again.

Nothing is wrong with the app. The problem is your television.. I'll explain- I was thinking exactly the same way, like everyone else. I called samsung.. they didn't know either. They said ok you should have the same internet and so on. So I had to take my own actions by thinking outside the box The first thing I did I took my remote control to some one has the same television and guess what, it worked, and I tried with my phone using the smarting app I could control by watching TV through S.T

Used to work fine with the other app. Ever since they made us download this new app there's no point in having a smart fridge to hook it up to because the home appliances don't work on it and I can't update my fridge like this new update makes me. I cant access anything about my fridge through the app which is why I bought the smartfridge vs a regular fridge. 🤦♀️

I have 2 windfree aircon and cannot use the smart functions. One of them says I have to take it as owner by pressing the power button during setup, but it never works. The other goes almost all the way to the end, but fails to log into the samsung account, returning the well-known error 15-200. There are dozens of consumer forums on the internet trying to figure out a solution and Samsung simply ignores the problem. I regret having purchased the brand's smart line, it just doesn't work.

Latest update messed up a perfectly good app. One of my Bluetooth ear devices will no longer maintain contact with the app. I lost a perfectly good device and will have to purchase another 1. I would think it was just the earpiece but all 3 now just disconnect from my phone for no reason. Why mess with something that works?
