This is Ramboll app to use in reporting of HSE incidents and quality related issues. The app includes systematics to notify deviations, observations, near misses, accidents and suggestions for improvement, and includes a module for documentation of completed job safety analyzes / risk assessments.

The app is stripped of all unnecessary functions and buttons to make the most user-friendly. Yet there is a complete reporting tool that meets all our needs and requirements, and we consider improvement opportunities using the app in our company too big.
