App works OK, they seem to have ironed out the BT sync issues that plagued the first versions of this. However, for love nor money, the app still will not share data with Samsung Health (like my Omron Viva scales do). I have given up trying, and this is why I give only three stars, Watch is accurate enough for daily frequent measurements and with about 8 measurements per day will last about two days. Sleep tracker is so-so, and not so accurate as it seems to only measure from when you went to sleep to when you wake up, where a Samsung Watch gives you times when you were restless or in deep sleep. I am hoping Samsung solve the blood pressure monitoring on their new watches, then we can have a consolidated app for all bodily measurements, rather than different apps which do not/cannot communicate with each other.

I am finally excited to have a monitor I can wear and keep track of my bp legitimately! To have the app on my phone to keep track of my numbers is important so I can share with my doctor. The customer service with this company is great as well. I had to return my first one due to it was too big - then reordered the medium one. I am happy again!

This app is great as long as it doesn't keep closing on me. It works for 1 month then stops. Can't sink. I have to Uninstaller wait for some time to go by and then reinstall it again. Come on we pay a lot for the blood pressure watch and can't even use it. What gives. Disappointed.

Tried logging in with my Lenovo tablet but all I get is "Please login to the OMRON connect US/CAN to track your vitals as your account has been migrated there." Cannot find any place online to login. So far this app is useless. I will just have to write everything down to take to my doctor.

App works ok but the weight is always either .2 lbs higher or lower than what the scale says. Why is this happening? They should both say the same exact thing.

It's ok. Works with my scale and syncs decently without too much issue. However the weight it records is always .2 higher than what I see on the scale. It also won't close without force closing. If I forget to force close the app, it drains my battery in the background. Definitely some room for improvement.

This app is not good for my health! Great hardware, let down by glitchy app. Frequently won't sync with the device, leading to hours of unpairing, resetting, button pressing and attempted repairing of devices. As i type a 500 gbp watch is sat idle as nothing, but nothing, will reconnect it to my phone (android).

Doesn't sync data with scale, but asks for manual copy. What's the point of a Bluetooth scale if it can't sync automatically?

I'm not sure who was behind the decision to cut out Android users from your world. It was probably another wild-eyed frothing at the mouth Apple fanatic (who probably still has not been vaccinated against covid-19). I just wanted you to know that by shutting out Android users you have alienated 73% of all mobile device users. Your organization would be better served following the advice of a Magic 8-Ball or a Ouija board. I don't know what your salaries are but its too much.
