Having healy is like playing lottery... It should connect but it doesn't. And maybe some frequency might improve your health conditions but you will lost your mind trying to make it work. To expensive for what you get.

Can't find anything. Where exactly is the master key reset screen. You need an app just to heal the frustration this thing not working causes. What the heck do you even need a master key for anyway?? Just get rid if it!!!!!

I can't get it to open or bluetooth to my chrome book. I am so frustrated with this device...

App works like a Crystal ball. Tells you exactly what your resonating with, and then you can run the program either on this app or take it over to the Healy to manually use with Healy programs after it tells you what your resonating with. Love it. I use it every night and just let frequencies run on what is shown for me. It saves a bunch of money IMO. Instead of getting Bach remedies and all these separate products you'd have to buy, it's sending you the frequency of it w/ thesame benefits!

I have never been able to get the blue to work. Have no idea how to scan it keeps saying not connected and to contact customer support..NOW WHAT..
