This app works the way San Diego expects it to work. I love that I can see the work orders that have been complete. It is useful for a number of issues such as potholes, bridge damage, squatters or envampments and or parking violations. Extremely useful app.

I've got homeless people living outside of my house on the sidewalk and broken down cars parked outside of my house. I can't park near my house. Submitted requests 2-3 months ago. Nothing has been done. Take a look at the map on the app. There are reports on there that have been open for YEARS! Pretty pointless app to use in my opinion. What a great copy and paste response from the app developer. Top notch job there guys!

This app might have it usefulness when it comes to reporting dead animals, potholes, etc but for the most part is all cluttered up with the constant reports of scooters lying around and neighbors complaining about something trivial. Additionally, The parking-report is also being used by whacky neighbors who have nothing better to do than to harass a neighbor over nothing. I can only imagine how many wild goose chases Parking police deal with. They never know they are being called by the same guy over and over again for trivial nonsense..... Waste of resources imo.

Much better than it used to be. Response for some categories is good, but still non existent for others. They refer a lot of things and when they happens it usually means it won't be addressed. Often things get marked as closed even when the problem hasn't been corrected.

Latest version has a series of reporting steps when compared to previous version. Previous submissions were restored upon special request. Received follow-up clarification call within 5 minutes on a Sunday.

In response to dev's reply about recently opened list refresh problem: the update to 6.3.2 didn't have any noticeable effect on that specific issue.

  7. Keith Frankie-avatar

Fairly straightforward to enter issues. Staff listens and city issues get fixed.

Parking enforcement is non-existent in our neighborhood. I have reported a 5th wheel trailer parked on our street for the past 5 months 4 or 5 times and no action from parking enforcement. They have far exceeded the 72 hour limit. @8439 Kingsland rd

I would love to see this type of app in every medium and large city in the country
