    Light user, got new phone, installed app, set card up for online mobile top ups, now account is blocked. Said will send email with instructions, but no email so far. Will update if things change. One to 3 stars. I tried to log into account today and it worked. Working well now. 4 stars.

    Waiting for a mail or contact to unblock my account due to device change since whole month!!! Cannot use my money, no support is replaying, no one's picking up at the call center, no one's contacting me to fix the issue tho is requested. Been using this app since years, you guys just dissapointed me!

    I have my account blocked for more than 2 weeks. I've tried contacting you on email and via the app, no one is giving me updates on this. I just wanted to have a new bank account opened and a card associated with it. No weird transactions have been done with the old one. I thought it was a bank I can trust, but after this ... hard to contact you, low quality support. And I wanted to upgrade to premium. I do not recommend them.

    My advice is avoiding Monese at all. I have paid and ordered my card. However, I have never received it. first customer service answer me asking to confirm the address, when my address was confirmed. After that I was not able to confirm on the application that I didn't receive my card and no one responding to my emails like first. Guys just avoid them and don't be stupid 😤. My colleague who advised me his account was blocked after 2 years ..... Many other stories if you go down and read reviews

    DO NOT USE THIS APP!!! I have already seen many other people have had the same problem as me, which just means the people behind this app are just scammers and cannot be trusted. The issue: As I got a new phone number I went to Monese to update/change it there, as anyone would. But when I accepted the change, a warning of sorts popped up that my account has been blocked. Keep in mind, I still had money in my account and to this day I have not gotten a reply back & of course no money either...

    VERY BAD I cant seem to login only on the web and I cant transfer money...there is simply no option of transferring money out. They just showing me my balance. But the app that I use everyday for almost 2 years keeps login me out as soon as I login the app ..its unbelievable you cant even get true to support nor an email back. I need instant access to my money as its having a direct impact on my life!!

    It's been 15 days the Monese App is blocked for me. I get a msg on the Phone App to contact Customer Support. But no one picks up the phone call. Have also sent emails, but they route you back to Customer support. (Once a very happy customer, but now just want to get rid of Monese...).

    I liked monese until I was shocked to wake up in the morning that my account was blocked for reasons only known to them on April 7th and I have received a mail saying it can't be unblocked and any money left will be transferred to your other account and asked for account details. I spoke to customer care and received same answer and I forwarded account details on same day. Now it is OCT 15th and yet there is not a single mail or response from Monese regarding my money.. TERRIBLE.. UNTRUSTWORTHY

    Very disappointed after using this account for over 6 months very regularly. Account and access blocked for longer than 14days. No support to regain access. Emails stay unanswered - Unacceptable! I want my money back!

    Well not great when you try to verify ID, although the flash is off on the camera the app switches it on creating a flash on the ID so you can't be verified, a customer lost, tried 3 times so a bit pointless
