    I've been using the app for ten years. Really like it. However the latest version is very very buggy. Also it would be nice if they included many common exercises and left out so many obscure ones. I have to use a LOT of custom exe removercises, and I've noticed, through the social features of the app, that many others do too. I'll be happy to give more stars if they fix the bugs.

    I like that you are able to see all exercises individually which many other apps don't have. But has made me to delete this app is the annoying notification every yime you click something about your weight. Is so annoying which that notification goes away, why do I need to be updating my weight every second makes no sense. Not like my weight going to be changing in seconds.

    been using for 5-6 years. great for logging progress, and noting where you left off last workout. This app helps keep you accountable, as in you can actually see how many days you worked out on its calendar. Many people think they exercise alot, then you see you are really only averaging 1-2 times a week instead of 3-4. The advanced features are nice as well for extreme lifters, but more of a curiosity you purchase occasionally to see their stats and calculations for hobbyists.

    Used to be amazing, but redesigns are ruining it. Now the scroll wheel to choose your weight never shows up until you already manually enter it, and by then it's too late. This has been a problem for like over a year now.

    I like how specific you can get with workout tracking. also, you can earn the premium version by working out and tracking consistently. I recommend the app to most people getting into lifting. it is not great if you do a lot of cardio, but it is definitely geared well towards planning and tracking your resistance training.

    The app is a great experience to use while working out. Very simple user interface with as less clutter as possible while still putting useful information on screen. The Jefit developers also quickly resolve issues with broken parts of the app.

    it's pretty good, and of the the ones I've used it's the best, wish it had automatic programming but no one seems to have figured that out yet because none of the lifting apps ice tried have it. four stars if it run a program for me and keep me from having to do maths

    Best work out tracking app currently. You can create (or download) workout plans, create routines, create custom exercises, download recipes and best of all.. track recovery rates for muscle groups. I can't find an app that has all those features for free.

    The app has great content. Already created workouts, you can setup your own workout, as well as customize exercises that are not included in the app.

    this is my second year using it and I love it. you will see results if you make your workout and do them weekly. give it 6 months and watch your results. great app.
