Usability of the app is just bad. Why not accept global android commands like all of my other 100 apps? Here they just close the app if command back is used twice in a row... Why? Instead I have to adapt to your back arrows in the app in the upper corner... On a big screen... Who does that in 2021? And so many other points need fixing. This app needs a general overhaul.... focus on UX please!

Really bad legitimation service. Tried to set up for parents, disconnected multiple times and they were in that video legitimation for 15min. Takes forever and doesn't work. Nice way to make sure people are not interested in signing up anymore

Generally well-done. The app lets you manage pretty much everything you would like to do with your portfolio on the go. Suggestion: For post box inmail, it would be more convenient if the user could zoom in on the documents with two fingers, as usual, instead of having to click on the + button repeatedly.

I would rate it not even one because of its customer service. I have filled out all the procedure 15 days ago, yet i dont get any pins or whatsoever to use the app. I would recommend people to use another app which does not have a month long registration process. Extremely disappointed!

Says Luxembourg should register on flatex NL, but they only offer it in Dutch. Makes it useless. Can still register on the German version, but the support is super slow. Rejected registration because my internet bill from last month was apparently older than 3 months. They send me a letter telling me to send them the new stuff via email (why let me wait a week for this and not send an email??). No reply from their support so far. Dutch support responded to my questions very quickly however

Great app, never had problem with it. One feature I would like to see is automatic selling/buying. Like "buy if under" or "sell if above". If not that, a notification when a position pass above/under a set price would be nice.

Cannot login from my huawei p3 (android 10) device. System tells me that the credentials are wrong (which is not the case). Worked well on older Android versions. Update: just installed the newest flatex release. The problem persists. Several updates later: as above :/

Works fine. Navigation is not always fully logical (to me) and integration with flatexSecure could be easier. But does what it is designed to do.

Great possibilities to configure and control all necessary parameter and check important documents. Nice! However, I would like to have a separate pin code for the app instead of the standard Pin to unlock the phone.
