The app is working fine the problem is the shop itself, when you order online they do not update you with your order delivery, no one makes sure reaches you on the date issued on the invoice, when you call them about your order that is when they start to process your order, believe it or not they will send a driver to you to tell you that they could find what you were looking for,but they are quick to take money Builders Warehouse is very BAD HARDWARE TO SPEND YOUR VERY HARD EARNED MONEY !

When I select a catagory to browse, the app ask me to enter an address. There's nowhere to add an address....

App is not well designed. Firstly when I tried to sign up with Facebook it said I can't because the app is still in development. Then I signed up manually and got to an error point. It flickered between 2 popups, one that says the thing about in covid 19 time only essential services will work or something and the other to allow the app to access my location. It flicker between the 2 about 4 times per second so I can't do anything. Tried force stopping the app and reopening and it does the same.

I can't put in an alternative address. It only picks up my location and when I search a new location, the app doesn't respond. So if you want a contractor and you are not where it's needed, you can't book one

Cant order items if its not in a store.. must find the item and then a store that have stock, waist of time. Wat happened to a warehouse like all the other sites?

The app pride itself by saying "the service providers are well vetted", very false i got a person to install a roll up garage door he took 4 hours by that time his measurements are incorrect, he's unwrapping the door while its still on the ground. Horrible experience

The app explodes if you deny location permission. The app should handle permissons gracefully and not go into an endless loop and crash if you select do not ask again when requesting location permission.
