There are a lot of unknown restaurants and the food ain't the same as in the picture and the taste is really bad. The food prices is so expensive if it's compare with the quantity. Also, some Get drivers do not the know the route and sometimes they can't find the restaurants and client's home. Moreover, Get drivers didn't wait for picking up the food at the restaurant, I saw from the GPS. They drove to another place while I was waiting for my food from them. It took 2 hours to receive the food.

This week, the price for GET Win is double price from the past. I don't know why, but it really too expensive (and when I used it, it was not at the rush hour.). And I keep getting cancelled my booking on GET Win at rush hour. The highest is 5 times so I chose to use other app. And sometimes I think that your driver is too less in the area.

Originally I had the below problem and I gave it only one star. Now that the problem is fixed and I am able to install it, I give it another star because there is another problem. My current location is inaccurate and I can't pin my house on the map. Typing in the address returns no results even if my house is in the center of Bangkok. ----My previous review----- sms codes did not arrived for two times and the app let me wait for 24 hours? I'd just uninstall and never use it.

Bad app. Poor process. Asked a lot of questions to upgrade, not even inform anything before top up, it took a very long time. Difficult to withdraw money and be charged to withdraw, its very disappointing. Hard to contact Get, no call center/customer service. Not happy at all.

I always had good experiences using this app until my recent food order that two items were missing and I could not reach the driver as no contact details available. Guess I could only blame it on my weakness: TRUST, not holding the driver and checking every single items in my order. Please update the app to include the driver's contact for customers' convenience in the future.

I used the Gojek app when I was in Indonesia and I really liked it. In Thailand the service is called Get! and I'm sure it will be just as good as it was in Indonesia. Service has just started in March 2019 so it will take them time to add more restaurants and services. At this point I haven't used the food delivery option because many restaurants do not have a menu loaded and I have no idea what they sell. The other restaurants tend to be only in the Thai language so I don't understand

The voucher feature is useless. I can not use any vouchers that i have got from your partner's application and a 80 bath for new user. Not once! But that ok for me i understand. But it really get annoying when you kept giving me a voucher but it can't be used. Why bother giving it at all? i have a high hopes for this app, now I can't stand it anymore. I'm going back to Grab. I know you don't give a damn. Because i sent a damn feedback to yours many times. Well people choose wisely.

I got it because taco bell suggested this app as their delivery option but after the experience, I strongly suggest the brand reconsider their partnership choice. could be better! 1. can you stop calling when the order is created? every time the get driver calls me, It is pretty bothering. I already gave them all information, why they need to call me? other app doesn't call me... unless they are really lost. (plus, I dont speak thai. therefore, calling me is useless) 2. the chat doesn't have google translate function. Or, no pre framed sentences to send over chat (e.g where are you? are you near by?) 3. The drivers seem a bit confused with the locations.
