I like it better than keep trucking because you can see your fuel economy and other stats. I would give it a five star but the design is stupid. One big circle it's fine, but the 3 smaller ones the label you can only see part of a letter. Makes no sense.

Update: almost 3 years in and still NO NIGHT MODE. App is blinding at night. I Don't understand why. Remove the time stamp from the DVIR form Since this last update you can't add a note like unloading, love, or fueling now. Also say can't decrease drive time when you try to edit on duty not driving and only trying to add a note like fueling. Kinda need to add those notes..... Still no update to fix the new issues.

You have regressed over the last 18 months. Now I have to attempt to log in at least 3 times every time because "app has quit working" and you need to change it back so the time doesn't automatically go back to last quarter hour when you put in notes/annotations. That time shouldn't change unless I change it. You were a great app and quite frankly now it is just a pain in the ass.

status change automatically ,it give me big trouble. do not let cell phones, tablet remember the username passcode, everytime have to login ,stupid device. i make a mistake on log,but do not let me adjust it ,ido not want to lie,but mistake will happen not only me but also your divice,I forget change stute when park,after 4 hr the divice still show dtiving,it is suppose to show on duty.your man do not speak good English . . it doesn't help me ,but make lots trouble

If I had the option I would put the module under my tires and run it over, this app is garbage. I have a Galaxy note 9 and it is still very laggy, Crashes before I even get to put it in ODND so I can do my PT, if you have to use this app get into the habit of waking up extra early. if you drive at night I pray for your retinas when it malfunctions going down the road and asks if your still driving due to it losing connection.

It does not work right, turns itself while driving, goes in to on duty not while driving, it she's on the screen that you are ready to work you do pre trip insp and when you start to drive it takes your hours back and shows you started work before you had time available. But the screen shows you hours 8 driving hours, 14 hours to work and x amount of hours left on the 70 hour period. It's a mess from day 1. We call and call and they walk me through the process it work for a day and back again. I want it fixed I have wasted enough time already and I am upset.

Easy ELD my ass, I've had to go manual because the app will just shut down or boot the bluetooth connection, back to square one on pairing a new device, on the side of the road! You can't manually input anything with out throwing you into illegal status. Absolute rubbish. Customer service is somewhere in the Philippines. Do not recommend.
WAKE UP!
EzEld is not reliable, over 6 months of customer support. No changes in service after replacing ALL hardware several times, updates are ineffective. Currently not compliant certifying logs. edit #1: I answered their response and have not had any of the problems fixed. The Ez Eld does not function properly. edit #2: I did reply to email (3 times), and requested a call. edit #3. Eld still not logging in correctly, no fix yet 8/15/19 But I'm sure we are paying for the service to function.

Worst App and E log ever, could never get the bluetooth to pair and customer service is some call center in India. 190.00 for device (non refundable) and 15.00 a month subscription. Canceled subscription and got KeepTruckin..240.00 for whole year that includes complete device setup. Keeptruckin best way to go, user friendly, excellent customer support, can be used on any device...lovin it.

Total trash. I honestly believe this app does everything it can to get a driver a log violation. App always stops, is impossible to log into at times. Truly shameful. UPDATE... Well EZ-ELD cost me a load again. Did the 8/2 split which the eld recognized in the past but didn't this time. Thanks EZ-ELD.
