During peak hours, please reduce the radius to 2km. No reason to travel far for pickup. Please also add in avoid area function, especially orchard road. Many call but many reject. Too many reject, indirectly punishment to driver. It also affect passenger to get transport faster. Hope the above feedback give better performance platform to both drivers and passengers. And better image for GRAB

A lot harder and a WHOLE lot restrictive after recent update and face-lift. App is now super pro-passenger and anti-driver with tons of new "features" like limiting views on passengers making route planning almost impossible. Also, as driver, expect to only get jobs 15 min from app launch and may have to wait another 14min before you can cancel so unless you have about half an hour to spare on potentially a cancelled job and just waiting around... You get the idea.

BLOODY HELL!!! GPS still not sync / interface smoothly with the new features. still experiencing GPS SIGNAL LOST / SEARCHING FOR GPS / GPS HANG.... dammit end up we have to cxxl the job coz we miss the turn or make a wrong turn, and its not fair it affects our CR!!! whom ever came out with this new features is a bunch of IMBECILES!! making life hell for the end users only... FIX IT RIGHT AWAY b4 you loose 3/4 of your loyal and faithful driver-partners. tq 😡😠

Often to change the rate per order. Its rate deviate lower than the agreement should be. Plus, 20% for express service is too much because grab took advantage from people who execute the task given with high risk of accident on road. Plus, there is no guarantee for grab to cover their rider if rider happen to be in the accident. You just straight away ban rider for not completing job (if rider accident while on the way to pin destination). You should consider about this.

Very stupid and troublesome app. Not user friendly anymore. Why this happen to grab? Your app very silly. Try drive and use this app. Your worker just sit behind keyboard and make stupid app every update. Yes i hate your app so much coz its lousy, not user friendly, very confusing, can't upload documents. Absolutely trash compared to earlier version.

Whenever i minimize the grab app ....in order to check in something....the internet connectiin was CUT OFF....so that mean NO JOB will come in when everytime the app was minimize ....i got no such prob with the previous app.😖 Can u all REINSTALL the previous grab app for me. It will be much appreciated. I have uninstall n reinstall the app.....i found out that it function as good as before...well done. Thanks

this app is not great from the older system. Every time i do a job, it requires face verification and health verification. That 2 truths are always annoying when we do some work. imagine we have an accident because of that, don't you think it. Must change it every 12 am reset all confirmations which must be better

Hitch driver... Why friendly functions, that used to be there, are removed or difficult to find (i have not found those function yet)? Can't save favourite places like home or office anymore? Furthermore, the map doesn't show own location or own routing when looking through the bookings, this make decision making very troublesome...

Stopped for a month and came back to see if there's any improvement; Tested at a vendor( sitting right in front of the machine) being closest to the vendor however no orders for 1-2 hours, seeing other riders coming over to pick up their order. Still don't comprehend why being online and closest yet can't get anything.

The programmer must research my account because I'm uninstalling every day and reinstall if not it doesn't work after few trips its the same thing or else I have to use the help centre function then only I can get trip if I didn't do anything even few hours I wait or move around no trips finally I have to uninstall and reinstall this has been going for months.
