    app It's a hit n sometimes miss. Highly functional although sometimes it crashes but I just keep closing and opening until it comes back. Don't think there is any perfect app. I must say I have one issue, once I updated to new prime version, no matter how much I click on links from persons or the Web browser, it still asks me to first open the old version before it can send me to prime,that's very annoying to have to keep both version of the apps just to use. Maybe someone can help with that

    apk What happened? This app was running fine, but now it won't load items when you search, also when you go to cart and click on "view the price changes", it no longer loads. The search results also went haywire because you're barely seeing related items or keywords from your search. You guys are supposed to get better, not worse.

    week Really disappointed by the new update. Items are harder to find, and the daily deals seem to have disappeared. Constant Amazon affiliate (Kindle, Audible, Prime, etc.) Ads on the front page instead of actual suggested items I wish to purchase. Really irritating and has definitely cut down on my browsing and buying.

The Open door inc Charity saves lives here in Pittsburgh. I am glad I can show my support even more by just shopping. Please choose The Opendoor inc, as your Charity I know them they are friends to the friendless!! The embody Compassion and Empathy!

But several recent App software problems: 1, "FILTER" allows only 1 choice/visit, with No Personal permanent preferences for "New" and "Low to High Prices" and " 4+ stars". Sooo Frustrating and such a waste of My Time!! #2, my new Android T-Mobile $79 ZTE 10 smartphone has a pop up always blocking all the 3rd and 4th LINE of the ITEM NAME, so I have to open Each item to read the Basic Title!     app download Back in February, I pre-ordered ff7r and a few other things. It kept saying not enough on the card when we called them, it was enough. I let some items go but kept the game and a movie. I ordered some more things, now it's saying the same thing and there is 80+ money on the damn card!!! The order was 66 dollars!! I've had enough. What's the damn deal? I've had enough. 0 stars if I could.

    app dark mode What are the developers doing?! It just keeps getting worse! They changed the links and still haven't been able to find Goldbox Deals. Can only be accessed through an internet browser. Today, my phone had a notification that a Watched item was available and clicked on link, the page is gone. No Watch List. They completely removed it from app. From reading the previous app reviews, the majority are complaining about the same issue. Amazon must not want us to shop there anymore.

    wird wiederholt beendet This app is unbelievably slow and unresponsive. It makes browsing Amazon an absolute chore. EDIT: Two months later and it's only gotten slower and more unresponsive. It took over five minutes to add two items to my cart. Amazon is clearly not interested in making this app better. They're too busy adding useless features like Alexa support and "donate to your favorite charity."

    I love this app, except for when it totally freezes, which is very frequent. Not just this app freezes, it freezes my whole phone, can't even swap to a different app or go to home screen. This has been happening for months now. Deleting app data didn't fix it, neither did uninstalling/reinstalling.

    I hate the new look. The app updates and the first thing you see eveytime you use the app are ads for Amazon prime video, and music, and audiobooks. I don't want to see that. I want to see recommended items to buy, or the different categories of items. Now I have to scroll all the way to the bottom of the page to see this section which used to be at the top. Please. Don't fix whay isn't broken.

    It seems as though this app isn't as compatible with cellphones as it is with laptops and iPads. It is very slow and doesn't recognize when I touch a button the first time. Usually I have to touch the button 2 or 3 times then I have to wait on the app to complete the action. I hate using this app on my phone but the previous version is now obsolete and not recognized.

    Whenever I try to open the app it either shows a completely blank page(excluding the top bar with the menu, which does nothing but open blank pages), says something went wrong, or to sign in(but if I try to sign it it gets stuck trying to open that, eventually timing out and going back to the sign in screen). I've even tried to uninstall the most recent update with no luck getting it to cooperate.

    Horrible update. Just a bunch of ads instead of shopping items. I've been a prime member for many years and now I think its time to cancel. They don't care about the consumer if they did this app and its updates would be focused on shopping ONLY, not Alexa, not amazon music or their 50 million other product/services just shopping. Just bring back the way it was before thus new update and make it faster SIMPLE

    App not working. After you select a size for a clothing product, the price should (or use to) refresh. Now it's not & makes it so you can't purchase the item. I just loaded most recent updates available. Very frustrating. Hate that I have to purchase an item this way & can't go & get it myself.

    I found this app ok but it really dissapointed my expectations for a company as big as amazon. The recomendations aren't really what I'd be interested in and the way it looks doesn't stand up against other stores with apps in my opinion, my biggest problem i found was the tab for message center was hidden in other menus as opposed to being an option in the initial dropdown menue, messages here are pretty important and it doesn't make sense to me for this to be hidden under other tabs.

    Lately the app has become frustrating 😠. Normally when I've made a purchase, I click the continue shopping button at the bottom of the order confirmation screen. Just recently, Amazon has starting putting small banner adds that are timed to pop up right where the Continue Shopping button is located a split second before I click it. It happens almost right before I click, and I inadvertently click the ad instead. As a result, I'm adjusting my habits to close the app after a purchase instead.

    The latest update is absolutely terrible and frustrating. The amazon deals section is completely gone and has been replaced with irrelevant ads. Please correct your new update, its complete garbage. Every time I go into the app now, I just leave and look at other store apps. Whoever decided it was a great idea to change the home page to a bunch of ads should be demoted.

    I love the app. Super easy to use. Giving 4 stars for the simple fact of Amazon wish lists. If I'm on my pc I can easily view my friends lists and purchase items for them. However on the app I cannot. It will show me my friends name but does not give me access to their lists.

    Just like the Amazon music app, this is so garbage and disjointed. The deals page doesn't work, searching and filtering is often a mess, and it crashes a lot too. I wonder how much money is wasted on this app development.. This app chooses to force updates by breaking previous version functionality. Do not support app developers who force updates!

    This new update seems a bit buggy. Granted, I'm not using the latest and greatest Galaxy phone, but still... When scrolling, you can't scroll too fast or it freezes on you. When I want to view other sellers of the same product, I can't see what price other sellers are selling it for without going to the website. Long story short, buggy app leads to increased website usage. Hopefully they release a better update soon... 😥

    Lately the app won't let me make any purchases unless I re-enter my full credit card number each time I want to buy something. It makes it ridiculously inconvenient to make a purchase. I don't carry my credit cards everywhere like my phone. The phone is encrypted, and uses biometric authentication. I don't understand what reason to require me to enter the credit card number every time.

    A great service, but seller reviews would be a good addition. Sellers should have a reputation like on eBay. On both platforms (eBay and Amazon) anyone can sell anything. But choosing who you buy from should go beyond what price they are selling an item at. I realize there are product reviews however they may not include the buyer's experience. Though If I was able to simply click on a sellers profile and see that they have a good track record, I'd feel a fair bit better about buying on Amazon

    App used to be a fantastic way to quickly view the daily deals, and Amazon Warehouse deals section (the main things I use). Unfortunately in the last update the page to be able to view these is gone, limiting me to have to use Chrome to locate the section. I do like the new updated colour scheme to show prime users. But overall, if they add back the lightning deal section this would be a great app

    I am so frustrated with the new formatting that i am ready to just delete the app altogether. daily deals are gone. suggested items are gone. All I see now is covid19, kindle, Amazon music and prime video nonsense. it wasn't broken until you guys tried to fix it.. fix it please or I'm just gonna stop shopping here because it's just a mess now.

    This app is terrible. I have a new GalaxyNote10 phone and bvb this app can't g ok 72 hours without freezing up and has to be uninstalled, then re-installed. sucks! I am a huge Amazon fan. The proble.s with this app do not impede my ability or willingness to shop at Amazon but it would be a convenient option. The only thing I use this app for is to process returns when I'm not in front of my PC. Hey, Anazon, you can do much better.

    You can no longer drag the pic to add to your shopping list, clicking on a suggested search takes you to a page where you can search by picture and now after viewing an item it takes you back to the search screen, not the results. I used to love amazon but they definitely don't listen to their customers and just keep making the app worse.

    It's a wonderful app and wonderful site but it's beyond frustrating that whenever you preorder something, you aren't able to pay right then. It's that the whole point of preordering? Pay now, so you can get it when it first comes out? It's not even an option on the app, which has led me to thinking I've bought something already only to be charged months later. Overall a great app but it could have certain aspects executed better.

    The app no longer opens to the usual homepage with shopping suggestions. I would like to see options added to change the current theme colors or an option for a dark theme. Shopping while up late at night, the screen is too bright that it disturbs my wife and I can't shop. Even at the lowest brightness setting on my phone, I can't open the app without disturbing someone or hurting my eye. It has caused me to not get things or forget to order things by the next day.

    Worst app I have ever used! This thing freezes all the time, especially when I am adding something to my cart. I have to wait forever to get back to the previous screen. Also, trying to delete anything from my cart or from my lists is ridiculous! How ancient is this app? Get with the program Amazon! Amazon site also slow on my laptop. Smh If you're not going to fix this slow app then at least make it so I can delete multiple items from my lists instead of 1 at a slow time. How antiquated!

Today's deals are a nightmare to navigate to when honestly I would be the first place I would normally check to see if there was anything interesting. Also seems like they added a ton of ads to your front page, I have prime so surely adverts selling prime to my account is stupid.

    Used to be world class... Now deliveries mysteriously become "undeliverable", orders are lost, and the app itself has been watered down to basically a wrapper for a small subsection of the website itself to where searching is impossible unless you know the exact name of what you're looking for. At this point, just use the website. They've run this app into the ground.

Used to be easier to browse but that is gone and replaced by Prime Video ads, Audible ads, etc. There's no easy way to browse thru possible options you have to go to the area your shopping for and find your item. Can't access lightning deals or gold box with ease. Very unhappy with this version

    Awful update. Front page is just a big advert for music and tv/movies. When I open Amazon shopping, I expect to go there to find things I want to buy. Looking for a product is difficult now because products are not side by side like the web page. Terrible update, I'm going to just use the web page through my browser, and get rid of the PITA app, I'll use the newly freed up space for Ebay.

    Giving two stars because they changed the app homepage to having nothing but their movies and ads. I did not get the Amazon SHOPPING app to look at their prime videos. Kind of takes away the shopping part of the Amazon shopping app. Plus their recommendation section is nothing but stuff I've already bought or already looked at.

    I've used this app for many years without issue (especially happy to be an early smile adopter) however a recent update has degraded in performance significant, and the my orders page constantly starts at the top when I got back after viewing an order. I have many orders so when I'm trying to track status of a particular one I have to scroll down quite a bit over and over. It makes it difficult to use the app and I often wait until I'm at a computer and then don't end up ordering.

    Useless updates have made the app much less useful for me. First was the infuriating bug that made categories selection in deals a pain. Next Amazon removed the daily deals from the Programs and Features area AND have buried it so deep you can't find it without finding the Deal of the Day. If they're doing this to decrease the amount if shopping people are doing on Amazon, then it's working. Roll back your changes and don't change things that already work without a need.

    What the hell have you done with this update?? I can't browse deals anymore, no lightning deals, no offers. The front page is now utterly useless - it's a page to advertise Amazon's other products! It just boggles my mind this approach has been taken, surely money will be lost? Not what Amazon is known for. I'm surprised this got approved! Revert the layout back, put Today's Deals at the top of the front page! Keep the theme by all means, but wow, what a poor change.

    New layout is irritating. Daily deals are hidden, features I used on a daily basis, and in its place prime video shows and Books I NEVER EVER USED. I have had Prime for a few years and never watched a Prime video. my home page is now shows on Prime video! Every day for years I used and purchased daily deals, a section that is now burried in sub-categories. The 3\23 update has killed the usability of this app for me and on top of going through Corona-geddon I get dissappointed by Amazon. Bummer!

    New homepage layout is detrimental. Bright blue gradient is too bright & still lacking dark mode. Too much focus on advertising media (movies/music/literatue)... I primarily buy tangible items. Where'd the daily deals/lightning deals go? I can't even find a link to them in any of the menus. Seems you're spurring spontaneous purchases? When did you remove the ability to upload review photos & videos via the app?! I still love my Prime... But recent updates are several steps backwards. 😕

    The new update is not easy to navigate with all the ads on the home page. Also since most people shop and take pictures with their phones it seems silly not to be able to add pics to reviews from the phone app. I like to review products but if I have to log into my computer to do it, it makes the process cumbersome and annoying.

    The app is now hard to use. It's definitely not "Amazon Shopping" anymore, because shopping is now difficult. Where are suggested items and deals? Why are you pushing your whole ecosystem to me on the homepage? I now have to know what I want or rely on someone else to link me there. Get real revert some of these changes.

Then out of nowhere, three of my accounts get locked, regardless of how I double-checked everything was correctly written down and there's been no response on any of them. I don't know what happened, but I had high hopes for this app. 2 out of 5, I don't recommend.

    For the last 3weeks every time I try to login to Amazon it says that I have to install a new app because the one that was installed the last time that I logged in isn't supported any longer, even though I might have logged in less than a hour before, is something wrong with this app because I feel pretty confident that I shouldn't have to update this app every time that I log in to my account.

    Its annoying how I can't sign into my account with the correct info. I'll reset my password because it says it's wrong. I put in the password and says it's wrong. The email is right because I only have 1 email on my phone. You need to fix it. but other than that the app is wonderful. It runs great (most of the time) and it's easy to order items

    The update sucks! After updating and switching to Amazon smile on phone now I can't find the daily deals, very frustrating. I get maybe you are focusing on the covid-19 pandemic but don't bury the deals so far down nobody can find them. Just suspend daily deals in general if you are going to focus on essential items. But also remember we are all paying $120 a year for prime and still have certain expectations.

    This last update is aweful! I hate it. Has stupid stuff like books, I am shopping, NOT reading books. That is what my Amazon book app is for! Hopefully this gets fixed Soon. Has irrelevant suggestions. No Deal of the day as the first thing you see. Guess no one will be purchasing if the have to go click here then there just to see it. Sales may decline. Begging you to change this back... Guess I will shop the WAL-MART app.

    The daily deals/lightning deals/watching deals tab has disappeared. It was available a few days ago but it's not there anymore. I was using the home page to find them but they disappeared from there as well today. Tried doing a Google search and I still can't find them. I've searched through every tab and category in the app and it's still not there. Where have they gone?

    Usually a fine app, but the latest update changed the ui and the main screen dosnt even have items for sale anymore, it's all ads for Amazon services. To look at items you need to search for them, when I always really enjoyed seeing the products recommended based my on interests on my home screen. At this point not sure how to access the deals section anymore.

    too difficult to sign in! I buy lots of products ,I should be able to sign in without having to play all these games. I can't even check out ,its ridiculous. On the last order they didn't have me as a Prime member!! I am a Prime member I've had to use different devices to do my shopping because I lost my phone and another broke. So I keep having this sign in with a different email and create a new Google acct. Also had a shortage of two totes on my last order and 6 totes and 8 lids

    The search engine on the app is absolutely horrible, throws all kinds of random unrelated objects in the list, ignoring or leaving out what your actually looking for, also if you add a filter results are even more erratic. If it Shows results as 400 items only let's you see a percentage. Great service except for search engine

    The new updates are horrible. I'm a prime member and I'm considering canceling my membership. I can't really utilize the app because it always gives the "uh-oh" message. I find it very hard to believe that Amazon can't fix this in an expeditious fashion. FIX IT!

    It technically works, but it's literally just the website with a shell around it. Images are all lower resolution than a 2001 flip phone. It lags on even the fastest devices. Pages don't fit the screen right so scrolling is weird. And good luck looking through product images without it scrolling down. I hope Amazon lets the devs free from their cages and finds new ones to fix the app.

    I love the Amazon's deals & delivery svc. Just be sure to watch your bank statement! I was charged 10.99 per month for 6 months for Prime, but cancelled free trial b4 it ended. Cust. Svc. reps-clueless, couldn't find glitch & said I "wasn't getting billed!" They make promises they don't keep to research & correct error. Was never credited the $66+ billed in error. Delivery service gets 3 stars. Fast, but need to follow customer del. instr's!

    The app no longer shows suggested shopping stuff on the main page, instead it shows ads for amazon prime movies, music, audiobooks, books, and magazines so I no longer can easily browse for things or look at products I may like or need based on my purchases or searches. It literally makes me not use it as much and not GIVE PEOPLE MOMEY. I did previously LOVE the app and Amazon prime, but the change in the home screen is a HUGE deterant.

    The latest update is terrible. It's no longer a shopping app, it's covered in prime video, audio books etc (more like the website) The ability to see daily deals etc can no longer be seen and it's difficult to search anything Hopefully they will go back to how it was

    New app is worse than previous version. Filter button takes for ever to open and you can only change one filter at a time - then it's back to the main screen to do it all again. Can we not just be able to change all the filters we need, and then press "Done"? App is also a lot slower now.

    Please fix the up and coming deals section that allows you to watch a deal. It's been blank for days. I'm not sure what happened but please undo whatever was done. The app has gotten slower and crashes. It's not very favorable to use.

    App is generally really nice, clean interface smooth action, crisp transitions to next product. The reason for 3 stars is, I have a few items I "save for later" , everytime I log on there is always a message in my cart about "new information of a product Your cart" when I click on this link, well nothing happens. System freezes on a blank screen.

    Update: They added support for Amazon Smile. Would have rated it 5 stars but apparently Amazon is trying to get out of supporting it's Smile program because you have to enable Smile on each device - even though you have it enabled in your account. Even that would be Ok if you had ASKED what we wanted to do when the App was updated with Smile support. C'mon Amazon, do better. Original: Useless for ordering because it doesn't support Amazon Smile.

    This app is clunky, frustrating, and slow. Whether it's between info not displaying correctly, to crashes (on my Pixel 4XL), to just how slow and confusing it is to browse product listings, reviews, and essentially everything you need for a good shopping experience. Many times I just swap to my computer after failing with the app.

    Super frustrating when trying to sort items from 'lowest to highest' or 'by customer reviews' etc. Not sure if this is confusing bit, when doing an item search and there are tons that match the description (lets say over 10,000) and you want to narrow the search by the filter functions. If I pick 'filter' 'sort by' then by 'price-lowest to highest' then only a portion of that original 10,000 item list will get cut down to a fraction of that, say 500, where did the other 9,500 items go?

    Needs to take better coupons. Would be great if we could scan coupons from newspaper flyers & other stores. For example if Amazon sells the exact same item Michaels JoAnn Hobby Lobby or any other stores than it would be great to be able to use their 20%-60% off coupon for that product. Like you can between those stores. If we can take a pic of something & have it found than scanning coupons should be a breeze! Especially w so many YouTubers having Amazon links for the craft products they use!🦋

    Good app for buying whatevers on the internet. But if your a Prime member be WARNED they will NOT notify you when they charge you for prime!! No email ahead of time and no explanation for why it increases! If your in the middle of this COVID-19 hell like I am and counting every penny you have, then Amazon takes $125 of your money with NO WARNING!! Absolutely no emails, no notifications, nothing. Now I have to cancel the membership to get the money back so I can pay rent next week. FU Amazon

    Overall this is an awesome, highly functional app. However, on occasion it just doesn't work; it doesn't matter if I reboot the phone or just restart the app it won't work. Usually it only lasts a couple of hours like that but occasionally it will spend the better part of a day claiming something went wrong on their end.

    Ongoing issues for months at checkout. Whenever I try to change my delivery method or delivery address, the loading sign just comes up indefinitely and I cannot continue with my purchase. Have to order things using a PC and I'm fed up of it. No excuse for this to be an issue for months on end.

    Update eliminated useful options! "Today's Deals" no longer easy to find in drop down menu. Now you have to dig deeper in Not-so obvious places. No longer able to view buying options from other New & Used sellers. It's like they DON'T want me to buy stuff.

    Slow not user friendly. Filter options are a joke, kicking you out of the menu to results each time you select one filter. Almost every ecommerce app keeps you in the filtering section for multiple choices. Very slow as if we're going back to the 90's again. Overall Amazon is turning into the New Walmart but without the speed and uiux we expect as consumers.

    Top notch customer service is unfortunately not matched by a top notch app experience. Really broken flow for payment - you don't even find out what you are going to be paying till almost the last step. REALLY broken customer service flow, you just keep going back and forth to figure out where you can contact customer service. Not sure what is broken here (operations?), but one day I am receiving my parcel, next day it's being returned to seller, a day later, I am receiving it again. No thanks!

    My 15 year plus account was hacked into multiple times. The billing address is now changed so we can't gain any access using customer service. Had just renewed Prime membership in February & customer service will NOT HELP AT ALL. I was told I will be at a complete loss of over $100 plus over 700 kindle books down the drain because AMAZON Doesn't want to help a senior citizen. TRULY WORTHLESS

    I buy almost everything on Amazon I rarely go to stores that anymore... One of the things I pretty much do every day is open the app go to the deals of the day and browse through those, Often buying things from that list. And now is the most recent update they remove this from the app there are no more deals of the day or they're not easily accessible through the app.

    Mostly happy with this app, but it's missing an important feature. Why can't I view and print the invoice for an order from the app? I shouldn't have to switch from the app to the website to do that. I might as well skip the app altogether and just use the website.

    I downloaded this app, as opposed to using my email link, and was (as you will see) promised store credit simply for doing so ! However, I waited patiently for them to add my credit, but was told moments ago that I needed to be a "Prime" member 😡 Another trick for getting those shopping from their phone to download their app (which is no different than the browser) without ever having to really pay. I went through 3 different customer care reps, and came away an hour + later w only lost time 🙄

    I haven't used my account in a few years now. The card I originally used long expired and I lost it after i got a new one. I tried getting back into my account and instead of doing it the easy way I can't get in without calling their hotline..I live in China, even if I did call its more of a hassle than its worth. I can understand keeping my account secure but if I give a code from my email to enter the account and the card on the account is long since expired don't make me go through so much bs

    Extremely slow, sluggish performance. App crashes A LOT! Consider yourself very lucky if you can login after being logged out. I've tried for 3 weeks to log into the app on numerous devices and I can't even get to the point where I can enter my email address.

    This was a great app. Not anymore. The last change took away deals of the day, and complicated the shop by department featuring. It's very difficult to just browse now. Please change it back and I'll up the rating to 5 star.

    I do not like how they are putting their amazon prime video ads in their amazon shopping app, yes I understand its goes hand in hand. But I hse the app to shop and see new ideas to purchase. Not see videos I have zero interest in. Makes me want to browse on Amazon less which in turn makes me want to use the app less.

    Was 5 star, but now that I can't view other sellers on most items and only giving me one buying option along with forcing Kindle down my throat when I want physical media. The sponsored ads that have nothing to do with what I'm looking at doesn't help either.

    The new app provides very little information on items. Gone are the detailed product descriptions. More difficult to reach customer service. The app interfears with ordering to get you to buy prime. It often crashes and I just go to the store. I use it to avoid buying Chinese.

    I'm giving this one star for a couple reasons. First, notifications are required to enable Amazon Smile. I hate notifications, especially from shopping apps. Secondly, it will occasionally get REAL laggy for no reason. Third, there is no dark mode. The primary reason for one star is the notifications required for Smile.

    won't let me sign in, i had this app a few months ago but deleted it for phone space, but i re-downloaded it and it keeps saying they can't find an account with my phone number or email when i enter them. whatever money i had on there was lost, all the stuff i added to buy later/lists or whatever? gone. pretty pissed off about this.

    I have 😊 for my app-as with your purchases they donate a percentage to any charity of your preference-well done Amazon-👍🏼 Seamless app-very user friendly-works great for me. I only buy from UK and arrives same day (if available). Don't have a bad word to say about it really-!! (Only 3 slight miffs-1; List more than 10 items on page to view searches 2; Roll out the grocery shop in my area-that'd be a good few pounds more for charity and 3; Rein in your packaging a tad-!!).

    App is up-to-date but will not activate AmazonSmile no matter how many times I go through the steps. I allow notifications in Step 2, and Click "Turn on AmazonSmile" in Step 3 but instead of turning it on the App just kicks me back to Step 1. I will not be using the App to make purchases.

    Can't stand the message centre. Overall shopping experience is great until you have to return setting and you can't send the seller an image fe to go with your case. I'm not someone who uses a PC or a laptop and I do all work from my phone but it's annoying that I cannot properly send messages to sellers as it comes up with crappy context.

    Lately the app wont let me add anything to my list. I cant ediit my list. It crashes when i try to edit my list. Ive closee app, wait, and left feedback! Now i am uninstalling it and reinstalling. Please figure this out, this doesnt make any sense.

    Awful company. Awful app. Somehow they also signed me up for prime and charged me in the middle of the shut down. Also why is the subscription never the same price? When netflix says they're going to take $11.99 out of my account that's how much they take out. Cover your own taxes dont expect me to take care of it for you free loader.

    Please could we choose to send questions and receive answers only from sellers. Great app which is always improving. Love that when there are several options in a product, the segregated ratings are shown under each option. I would like to see a search filter which allows for disregarding unverified reviews, so that products could sorted by their average reviews from verified purchases only to filter out fake reviews. Also please add a custom price filter eg max £6

    It's ok I guess while I'm trying to see new or related items it always shows random stuff about books or things nobody cares about, I use it as a social media but one day it just didn't recommend me any thing any more and I can't fix it and there's no dark mode so my eyes are always hurting when I go into it

    Since they updated the app ,it's a horrible experience to use it. They also took away the deals tab even searching for it I can't find it. Really disappointed in Amazon for screwing up something that previously worked with an update to fix something that wasn't broken.

    This app is awful. Bring back the previous one. It is not syncing with what I placed in my cart from my computer or correctly showing me the list of items I have saved for future reference. The previous app was really great. This one is awful in comparison.

    OK, but basic issues; 1.Cannot filter price range, 2.Cannot filter UK sellers only, 3.Cannot filter on availability (e.g. receive tomorrow, or x days), 4.cannot set default search settings, 5.No release notes confirming what has been fixed or updated in lastest download. AliExpress and Ebay provide these basic functions.

    They had a perfect app for years, slowly there ruining it. Absolutely hate the page system vs the old scroll forever system. Now I can't even search in the department I want, only have a few department options after a search. If you could please stop breaking this app it would be appreciated.

    A multibillion dollar company can't make an app that can function without freezing after hitting certain menus. Had this problem forever. Frustrating to be browsing and then click something the app doesn't know how to run properly.

    Somehow they figured out how to place ads on my phone without ever having to open an app let alone an Amazon app. Every time I open my phone and there's an Amazon ad waiting for me to close before I can use it. Horrendously annoying.
