When you are conducting a search and select the filter option, it takes a while for the options to pull up. When they do pull up, you are not able to select multiple filters all at once. For example if I want to see all new items with 4 or more stars and prime shipping, once I select new items it takes me out of the filter section and back to the products. I have to complete the steps all over again just to add to the search 4 or more stars.

The recent updates have made the app less user friendly and more frustrating due to the way the filter button works. Previously you could filter search results really quickly all in one go and make a purchase really quickly. Now it only let's you filter one thing at a time and if you want to narrow it down further (or want to rectify a mistake) you have to start again from square one. Many times I have given up on a purchase due to this. Why change a very good function and make it worse?

Soooo slow, every single time I go to look at an item, I have to wait for all the images and ads surrounding the item to load and its sooo slow and frustrating. I'd like to be able to shop with ease and not have to wait for all the junk on the link to load... all my other apps are super fast, my internet and data connections and speeds are at the top,. It's only this app and it sucks!

New functionality + some improvements to interface. The new filter is very sluggish and clunky. It allows me to change only one of the criteria at-a-time, then it dumps me out. I have to launch filters for each change. Yech! NOTE my installation experience... "Disable" or uninstall the old app first. Installing the new app over the old will not update.

I keep having problems with the Amazon app. Sometimes can't change delivery address (country) to browse, it just tell me to restart app, but still it wouldn't work. Other times when I'm browsing with foreign currency, it keeps jumping back to US dollar when I'm entering a new page. And that 'one click buy' is really confusing, once I accidentally touched on it (phone sliding off my hand), then it shows I've placed the order. Amazon is great but the app is very frustrating.

for such a huge company, you'd think the app would work better. you cant access wishlists, it craps out constantly, and is just generally unresponsive. save yourself the space on your phone and just visit the website *Edit*. Since leaving this review several months ago, the app have become more user friendly, but I just discovered that the carefully planned Christmas budget I had and been blown up, because I assumed that all items on the AU app would be in AUD, but apparently not

This app has become so annoying to use! Both the fact that the filter button is faulty (as in you press it and nothing happens and then continue to press it only for it to take you into a filter you don't want to apply to your search and pressing back just takes you to your results page instead of back to the filter options) and that you have to tap next to get through the pages rather than all search results being on a scrolling screen really negatively impact the usage of this app.

Why oh why did you change the app. It worked perfectly before. Everytime I try to open it, it goes to install button etc. When I do get in, it's so slow. Before when I searched for something it was so easy and you could scroll til your hearts content, now there is a next button at the bottom. Hate it, hate it, hate. Will have to go back to E Bay I think

App is overall really good but it only notifies you within the app so you have to stay glued to your phone. Missed out on a black Friday deal I had been waiting for for months due to the app telling me it would send my phone a notification. No notification actually went through my phone but when looking at the notifications section in the app I missed the deal twice!.....

Underground was way better!! Recently forced to switch to this due to support stopping for underground... This does not come close to the deals, the search results, or or even how user friendly it is... I HATE having to flip pages for search results!!! If we were able to change the amount of results on each page would be better, include some of the underground deals (instant mp3 with purchase of CD) and I would be MUCH happier!!

This app used to be great. Now the searching process is terrible! First, I have to tap it several times just to make the filter appear. Then, I can only select one filter at a time (I used to be able to select several filters before clicking "apply"). This means that I have to go through the process of tapping at least 2 or 3 times for each filter! Please fix this feature. It used to be great, so I don't know why that was changed in an app update, but please put it back.

I used this app all the time. It was extremely useful in keeping updated on my orders. Unfortunately, following an update and a password change I simply cannot log on to the app any more. A message "The specified device cannot be authenticated. Try again later..." pops up upon entering my correct password. The app works fine on iOS, and I am able to log into my Amazon account via a browser. It's just the Android app doesn't want to know. A call to the help desk didn't help in the slightest...

Overall, this app IS TERRIBLE. Yeah, sure you can buy stuff. But the whole interface looks like it's from ANDROID KEY LIME PIE or something. And when I want to add something to a list..hit the button once, twice, 5 times for the damned list screen to appear...all Amazon cares about is your money apparently.

Been having an issue with my prime membership for a little over a year now, part of the reason being due to lack of funds. So the problem(s) had not been addressed till now. Now that funds are available and is in a position to address the problem, more problems arise. I love the support provided by the Account Management, however problems still arise for example constant (bank) card checks. Each and every time I provided the information requested more came. Please efficiently address this.

For shopping, this works great. But if you want to find any of the other features, they are stupidly embedded within the app...not intuitive to find or operate. Makes no sense! If you have that many programs, make a separate Amazon App that houses all of them....or make the programs easier to find in this app. I bet you don't have much traffic on these from the app 😒

Don't like the update. I liked being able to scroll continuously through the search results. Now having to click "next page" over and over takes the fun out of it. And if I want to go back to look at an item, good luck figuring out which page it's on. The filter is ridiculous as well. I don't like having to click on it multiple times to add filters. It was better before when I could click one time, choose multiple filter options, then apply them all at once. Can I have the older version back?

App keeps freezing on my moto-e5. Lists function is totally useless, can't add, delete or move items between lists or to cart without freezing. While shopping, app freezes or goes to something random and unrelated to what I'm looking at. For example, I'm looking at wire and click to look at details and it jumps to security camera systems etc. Please fix this app. Error messages include " amazon shopping has stopped" and "amazon has encountered an error. please try again later".

It sucks! 1 Filters don't work properly. I filtered results in certain price bracket. Yet I still have results below and above the bracket. 2. Naah, filters don't work at all Try to filter by TWO words instead of one. Zong. 3. View doesn't work. My view setting is to show list. Which works. Until I filter the results as after that it doesn't. Have I mentioned that the filters don't work?

The app is pretty no-frills. I constantly get my deliveries sent to the wrong address, it would be nice if when you receive a photo of your delivery, you could confirm it was your house and not a neighbors. For shopping, if you are looking for something specific, the search functions are adequate. But if you aren't exactly sure, navigating and browsing aren't very intuitive or streamlined. For example, it would be nice to open items in a new window.

Over the last year this app has gotten steadily worse. There is such a delay when selecting any of the search/filter options. The first press on "Filter" lags, thinking I didn't press it properly I press it again, then it switches to the filter page but then immediately selects "Clear all filters" and brings you back to the search page.

How GREAT it is!! It is'easy to maneuver through searches! The app provides the most detailed information about your orders of any app I have ever used! You can track your package delivery and even see when they are located close to your delivery. You will be told in what order your items will be delivered! There is even a picture of your delivery provided for you. Then to top it off, you are allowed to rate your delivery experience! More to Explore! AMAZING JOB GUYS!!!!!

Search filter practically unusable. Don't know what has changed. But after tapping filter button, it takes a LONG time to respond. Tried clearing app cache and other measures. Nothing works to fix. Then once filter finally comes up, allows you to choose only ONE search parameter, before returning to main screen. To select several filters can take me 5 minutes or more. Absolutely terrible. Will have to start using another shopping site.

I absolutely love Amazon, this review is only about the Android app. Plain and simple, the app sucks. I don't like having to click next in the list of results. In the app world what site doesn't allow you to just keep scrolling?? There also used to be a shopping list I could save items too with easy access to go back to them. I am not sure why this was removed but it was awesome, bring it back. And viewing the pics in reviews is really cumbersome. Disappointed by the app.

Neato App, But Scrolling Broken. When searching, after 4-6 products in the results there is always this section where the scrolling is dead. No matter where I drag up or down within that box, the screen does not move up or down to the rest of the search results, as if Amazon purposely wants you to stare at those 2 products for much, much longer than you would have originally. This is new with the most recent update.

For the past few months, after updates, (except one) the app constantly tells me that the app is no longer supported and I need to update it.... I'm forced to click update and then it takes me to the play store where I have to click 'open'. Gets pretty old after weeks on end. Uninstalling now and reinstalling to see if it fixes it. ..... Didn't fix it.

Garbage Performance Wise Amazon itself is amazing, I love it. The app however is utter garbage. It's very slow and laggy at times, and doesn't feel as good as it could and should be. It kept me in a loop when selecting quantities, which left me missing out on deals. I restarted the app multiple times, cleaned my cache, boosted my ram, closed any other inhibiting apps, and it still has these problems. I have the s10+, so it isn't the phone or my connection. I have tested both on data and wifi.

Works well for its intended purpose but I personally would like to see a refresh in design. In particular, to the customer photos section. Indicate that there are customer photos next to the customer star rating and qty of reviews; make it all-inclusive. Also, a dark mode would be nice. Otherwise, love Amazon and will continue to use the app.

Disappointed in the application, not the Amazon service. Recent updates have made filtered searches hell on earth. It reloads the whole page every time you open the filter menu and make a single change, as opposed to how it was before, when you could make multiple changes and implement them at once, saving time. Additionally, the button for the filters is buggy, most times it doesn't work. Incredibly disappointed that they took a step back with their mobile application...

I was forced to get this new version because my phone's Amazon preset version would take me straight to here. But what bothers me is when you are scrolling down searching you have to click "next page" after like 10 options which makes the shopping process so much unnecessarily longer. I am going to uninstall the version and hopefully be able to use my OG version. Stupid that I had to add more MB to my phone's storage.

The app is great, for some reason on my new phone it won't connect to the app well. same with eBay. Well it launches the app just fine. I can't search for anything. Nothing will load. I can't use my data just yet, I switched my sim card to this phone. (Razer phone 2) and need to get it setup. Even when I'm connected to the internet it won't load anything on the app. Any other app is fine, Facebook, play store, YouTube and searching things on Google load fine.

When I click on something just to see the description, if I want to go back to my search or previous page, I can't just click on a go back arrow button. I have to click on the home button, to go back to the home screen, then I have to do my searched all over again and scroll through to figure out where I left off. Very inconvenient app.

I tried to buy a record only to receive a message saying I need to revise my payment method meanwhile my prime music app downloaded the MP3 version automatically. I topped up my account and they charged me 30 euros for the MP3 version. I didn't even want it. The record was going to be a gift.

You need to bring back the app Amazon Underground. It was a million times better. It really pisses me off you are forcing me to use Amazon shopping app. I miss my shopping lists being at the bottom of the app. Plus this new app you have to keep pressing the next button every so many items. The old one you just kept scrolling till you found what you wanted.

What's with the "Next Page" button all of a sudden? Going for a retro look? At least it slows down my Amazon browsing and keeps me from spending less, but also more likely to but something from the first few pages, realize there's a better product on page four for less money, and return the item. Sounds like a lose-lose for Amazon.

I use Amazon alot. However, when i am looking for certain specific items Ebay gets my business because the search filters are 100x better than Amazon's. Ebay filter example: search "watch" and you'll have about 30 different filters. Same with "shirt","knife","lamp", etc... Amazon really needs to revamp their search engine & filters.

Less than one star. My Amazon icon never changes. Never a to replace it. Every time I open the app it says to install the new one. Click install and it's already there. In the no where land. No new icon. No new look. Just keep installing. Over and over and over. Give me the old one back.

This app used to work perfectly. Now, over the last few months it's become almost impossible to filter search results. When I hit the filter option, either nothing happens or search results or taken right back to non Amazon Prime items. This goes on for several minutes & sometimes never corrects itself. Please fix!

Okay...I had patience, but seriously...the app is SOOOOOO SLOOOOOW! Sometimes it just says 'error, want to wait?' what? You're multi-billion company and can't properly code a shopping app?! When I try adding stuff to my lists it just freezes or just doesn't add the item. When I try to pick other option of an item it freezes the app, I wait for about 20-30 seconds and only then I barely can pick what I need. Even browser does a better job! The functions are great, but code is awful!

What happened Amazon? Last few months this app has become plagued with bugs. Deleting/moving items in lists can take up to a minute for the 3 steps! Pages will disappear, and upon an auto-reload, it defaults to the home page 😒 Search results are a joke at times, the auto-correct does nothing to "correct" your search terms half the time. Someone, please, considet an overhaul of the front-end of this app. Heave use despite the above, oh that's right, cause I have mo choice! Web services are A+

"UH-OH SOMETHING WENT WRONG ON OUR END". Works about 60% of the time at least. Adding an extra star for the puppy pictures they include when they mess up. Update. Removed a star because as soon as I uninstalled and reinstalled it made it worse. Completely useless now.

Terrible update!!! The fact that you now have pages to browse makes this app annoying to scroll through. I used the app for 5 mins and lost interest as a result of it. Its a shame the old one made it interesting and much faster to find and buy what you are looking for and this just removed the fun the speed and interest from using the app all together. Its a shame... back to store shopping it is

Nice app and service, however the app instantly applies the filter and doesn't allow me to filter more than one option at once. If I want to select more than one brand, I need to go to filter repeatedly for each brand. Secondly, products are not shown on one page, which makes search easy.

Many things about the app are hard to use. The most annoying thing is that Amazon keeps updating the app and does not let the old version of the app into the site. Forcing you to do updates often. Very annoying. Nearly no other company makes you update your apps like this.

The sort by price function is useless. removes almost all the results when sorting by price. I have ended up not buying from Amazon because of this on a number of occasions. Changed my rating after update and trying for some time.. one of the worst shopping apps now. filters and sorting are appallingly bad. Very frustrating. It's like being forced to look at only what Amazon wants to push.

Great app but application stability sucks lately.App crashes every time i try to use it. Will go back to 5 stars once Amazon fixes this issue. Update : crashes are getting worse and Amazon has made no effort to fix. I'm about ready to shop somewhere else online because the app is such an unstable pos.

Was a great app but they unilaterally removed without notice the drag-n-drop feature to a bottom tray wish list - this is very convenient and was one of rhe best features. The new swarch facility is worse than useless forcing you to reopen the search to select each criterion. Madness. Also I had received a version wth a nice colour change to sea green - the whole thing lookes much better and more "classy" and now it's reverted to the old black background. Monolithic silence from Amazon as normal

Frustrated beyond belief! My mobile app has suddenly started defaulting to or forcing my browser open. preventing me from toggling between them, slowing down my Amazon app and locking up after a few items. Frequently I'll be researching part numbers or compents in my browser and looking for and/or ordering in Amazon and this totally messes that up. If I wanted to use use my browser to access Amazon, I would enter the URL myself!

Their idea of "customer service" is a joke. The app keeps rejecting my credit card without a valid explanation, and when asking customer service I'm always told to "send an email" which takes me back to the same automated system and starts the whole process all over again. And to think that I even registered with prime, just to have my time wasted. Shame. I do not recommend shopping with them. Find somewhere else to get your items, because if there's an error it's not getting fixed anytime soon.

I like the ease of shopping online with a ton of categories in one site. So far I haven't returned some items that didn't work for me because it seems like a difficult process. Wally World is worse in this category. If you have a Prime membership shipping is usually free and very fast except if the item comes from outside the U.s. and is not stocked at an Amazon warehouse. I would advise people to check the location of the product and watch shipping methods. It is laid out for you by Amazon.

This app has had major issues for months. The lag is absolutely insane at this point. It's unresponsive when you click things the first time 90% of the time. App is totally uncooperative. I even uninstalled and redownloaded it and that didn't help. Also, bring back the drag and drop feature for wish lists!!!

This app never works. I have it installed on my Galaxy S8 running on Android version 9. The moment I click on any of the items from my past orders list or wishlist and try to scroll, it throws an exception in the background and shows me all kinds of dog pics. 'UH-OH something went wrong on our end'.This is actually an app which will test your patience. It must rank 10th among the top 10 annoying apps from world's top 10 companies. Why hire so much tech talent Amazon when the end product is this?

Every time I add my phone number to my profile on Amazon. I get a lot of spam text messages saying I won stupid gift cards from Amazon and then when you click on the link it takes you to some stupid bogus site. I have Amazon Prime and when I order something it tells me it'll be there on one day and then my stuff comes 2 Days Later and I pay extra money for the shipping to get it to me faster and it's always usually a day late. What's up with that???

Since the November 11, 2019 update I can not access the filters. I click filter, nothing happens, I click it again & it opens and closes OR it opens, goes to sort & once I select a sort setting goes back to the search results instead of the filters so I can only choose 1 filter at a time and it's probable not the options wanted to select from.

I have never had an issue with the products. I do have a login issue when it comes to using wifi, works fine with mobile data. I have never had this issue before and it should get fixed. I am not into wasting my data ordering stuff on any app.

Amazon is one of my favorite apps. Although I would like to suggest to make a purchase security code(4digit pin) before charging the card to confirm the purchase. That way if you have long stay visitors and order unwanted apps or movies on your firestick they wont be able just to abuse your account, or it would also be helpful if it had an option on your payments for activate or deactivate(on-off) your card payments.

Slow response, poor filter loading. Since they moved to the new app its gotten worse and worse. It takes forever for the filter to come up...if it even comes up. You can only choose one thing at a time. When you make a choice it takes a long time to load.

One of the worst Android apps. Amazon must be losing millions of dollars per year due to various bugs. Drops my tap nearly every time I hit 'Add to Cart'. Have to scroll and re-tap to get it to work. Bringing up search filters freezes the app for 5+ seconds. As much as I like to buy odds and ends on Amazon, I hate this app. Bring in some new developers.

App easily gets hogged down for some unknown reason. It is not visible on first install; however, it does get incredibly slow with time (usually a month or so). The fix is to completely remove the app and its data, and reinstall. This is not very pleasant to deal with.

Lazily coded application that works sometimes. Often does not add items to card, load items correctly, and displays non-sale items when searching for sale items. It has been like this for years. Just use the website or better yet give your money to a company who cares.

App is mostly functional if you know exactly what you want but as others have mentioned the recent filtering "update" is pretty buggy and frustrating. The whole point of using an app over the mobile browser is convenience and for me the convenience of the latter is significantly greater; I get less input lag and annoying ads (adblock), I can have multiple Amazon pages open, I use up less memory and storage, I have night mode, etc. I'd rather use my laptop, both mobile options still suck.

Amazon app is a horrible experience at times. It freezes and takes forever to load any product and all its sizes and colors. Every action there is lag and freezing. Very frustrating. I can normally get most of my Amazon shopping done still. And the app is still better than using the mobile website, which freezes worse.

This app is terrible. I was redirected to update the app and I did. Now it does not load and if by chance I can get into the app ut is so slow and lags terribly. The filter usage takes so long its damn near a full time job. I definately will not be shopping Amazon for Christmas, or anythung else. Terrible, frustrating waste of time. So disappointing.

I love Amazon, it's a great app However it keeps crashing. At check out, if I try to change my delivery then after selecting it, I get stuck on a loading screen which never finishes loading. I end up having to open Amazon online rather than the app if I want to change the delivery of my order. Now it also crashed when viewing products. I.e if I click that button which shows the same item in different colours/sizes etc. It will once again get stuck on loading. Amazon may be Good, the app isn't.

I really dont like the fact that they took away the lists at the bottom of the page. Now you have to click on every item and add it to your lists. The next button is also very aggravating, should have left the continuous scroll. I wish I never updated it now.

Why does functionality come and go between updates? It's so frustrating. Now when looking at an order and tapping on an item picture it takes you only into the order and not to the item listing itself. It used to take you to the item listing. If it's an order with many items you only see three items that you can tap on the pictures for when in the tracking. So frustrating as this isn't how it used to work. This sort of thing changes between updates with no indication that it's changed!

It's so slow and glitchy since this last update. It makes it really hard to shop. I click on an item and it either doesn't open or it opens the wrong item! I have to keep closing app just to get through it. And having to click on add to cart multiple times. FIX IT‼️‼️‼️

Why did you change the colour scheme to awful light blue? One star for that. Eyesore. If ain't broken don't change it. Give us an option for dark mode at least, if you really insist on horrible colors. EDIT: latest update from 11th Nov 2019 put back the dark colour on home page. Bumped up to 4 stars. EDIT2: back to one star. Now same ugly light blue color in the app on my Pixel 3XL.

I absolutely love shopping on Amazon! But when it come to shopping from the android app, it's absolutely terrible! The app itself is slow, choppy, and takes forever to register that I even tapped on a product! The design of the app is also terriable. It's blocky and really unpleasant to the eye.

The app is garbage and does as it wants. It changes your payment options after you select one, it changes your items after you select one, and after a recent update it has caused nothing but shopping problems. Its surprising it hasn't changed my default shipping address yet!

I rarely write reviews but this is basically my way of moaning..... The app USED to be great but now, frankly, it's filters are so slow that I often just give up. It really is awful. I am amazed that such a huge company that is built on on-line ordering can offer such an abysmal app.

used to work fine but gets slower and more glitchy with each new useless update. my phone is not cluttered or old and other apps have no issues. instead of adding useless features no one asked for maybe focus on maintaining a functional app :/ Edit: lowing my review even further because yet again they have updated to app to be slower and more unusable. isnt amazon literally the richest company in the world? pay your devs to fix it bozos!

This app use to be very good, but now it's horrible. Only the main page loads, I can't view my orders, and it takes forever to load a simple page. The only useful thing about the app is that it sends me notifications when my items are shipped or arrived at my house, other than that, the app is useless.

App keeps freezing at different times (changing product options, filters, sellers, adding to lists) and sometimes needs to be restarted. This didn't happen a year ago. Can we go back to that? I'll take the reduced functionality in exchange for an app that actually works.

You change your currency but some items still show the price range in dollars. Furthermore, you guys could use more filtering options. It was my first time using Amazon, and I honestly expected much more. Despite Amazon being a very successful company, your app isn't as user friendly as your competitors' apps.

First try, i got my account instantlly blocked by amazon becaused my error while filling my billing information. C'mon amazon, how can i revised my error if you blocked my account. And your payment is unique other than all commerce payment system. Other e commerce using CVC number and your unique system is using billing address. The 1st and the last time i'm using amazon

Cannot input my phone number through this app to call customer service. I have a LG Stylo 5 I've tried on several different phones but it doesn't work on any LG phone - it does work on other Android phones though. Amazon needs to fix this glitch so we don't have to call the General number.

I am only just learning to use this. I have amazon prime. Using this app I'll search for something specific and it won't be found. Search on Google and it is listed on Amazon with options to ship for free with Amazon prime. Now I assume this app is localized (Australia) google displays the US store meaning I get my product only when not using the app. Why use the app?

Why can't you set price limits in filters? Why is it when you set filters you can only look at like 6 pages after that even though it say 5000 products. Its just not as easy to search with than any other search engine. I have to wade through 1000's of junk products to find anything worth it.

Not sure when this bug was introduced, but on my iPad Pro and my 6P I select my credit card on checkout and then it asks me to add another credit card and won't allow me to continue. No error, no indication of any issue, just stalling in the middle of my purchase. Very irritating. Poor app update.

Poorly designed filters. The new app closes the filter the moment one choice is made. For selecting a category, now we need to open filters for every step of category hierarchy. What we could do with 5 taps in the earlier version of the app now becomes a 20 tap flow. This is so stupid.

Great app but u need to up ur security when paying by card. For example u dont ask for the 3 digit security pin when making payments by card. Dont like the fact that my card details are stored on the app. What if u lose ur fone anyone can access it and use it

Before the app update it was great but now its slow. Applying filters is so frustrating takes ages to load up and can only at a time whitch is frustrating. The app needs to go back to what it used to be. Also the compare bar has gone.

App got incredibly slow with update. Also using filters is HUGE PAIN since it goes right to the results before choosing another filter. Again, it's so slow that you can easily make the mistake and clear the filters you picked.

I'd put 5, but the latest changes on the filtering are terrible. It takes far too long to apply filters, as you can only apply one at a time. Fix it asap!!!!!!!

Love ordering things, love Amazon itself but this app is the worst. It freezes WAY too often. Every time I click on something, actually. Drives me nuts. I don't know if this is how Amazon operates or if the app is infested with a bug of some kind. I wish they'd fix it because thanks to this feature, I bought the same thing twice in one purchase and now I have 80 bags of chips with mixed reviews on its way (last straw. Had to say something).

This use to be my go to shopping app but the latest updated have rendered it virtually unusable between the changes to the search filters and how slow everything is to load, I'm looking at other shopping options altogether for my Christmas shopping this year.

It's end of 2019, and yet Amazon still doesn't have night/dark mode for us late-night shoppers on Android, who do I need to talk to request this basic of all basic features to be added? Also, please disable the buzz/vibrate whenever an item is being added to cart, it scares me every time while shopping at night. FYI, some of us have to work and are occupied with family matters during day time so we only have time to shop at night. Hope my 2 cents are worth something to you.

I don't even want to put the one star. App will not load. I even updated the app, uninstalled and reinstalled it and the app still won't work. Trying to do holiday shopping but I guess I won't go through Amazon. This is extremely disappointing. This was the only app I would ever buy things through.

The app is simple to use. The only complaint I have is when browsing, if you go back, it takes you to the very beginning of the items and you must scroll all the way through to get to an item. Frustrating when I'm in a hurry. Love it otherwise. Thanks

Unable to install the Amazon app on playstore due to this junk application. This is pre-installed on my device and cannot uninstall this. Even if I disable this, the actual Amazon app cannot be installed from playstore. And Amazon Pay does not work on this worst app of yours.

Latest version doesn't work right. Slow. Search filter menu doesn't appear when you tap on it. I think it is invisible. Previous app worked great. What happened? Please fix.

- "sponsored items" which are perverting the search results for a product and cannot be filtered out by adblock, - notification on my phone about "black friday" which I never ever asked for, I'm removing this app and going back to the web-based version.

I like it, it has it's kinks like any other app, but when you finally figure out what you want, the app has no trouble finding it, plus it lets you know if an item it prime or not and how many are available. Very helpful.

Is anyone else having problems with the app? I've re-downloaded the app and it keeps directing me to keep installing the "new app" and takes me to a website page instead? I cant seem to open the app at all. Pretty frustrating!

The app is unusable. Every time I open the app is freezes my whole phone and it becomes unresponsive. If I'm lucky, it will come back alive after a minute or so and I can temporarily use it until it freezes again.

Frustrating! i have wasted over an hour on two phone calls to Amazon trying to add a family member under manage household. No one knows how to fix this issue and every time i call i have to go through all the security stuff. This feature is not working.

This rating is more for Amazon's customer service than the app. My store card was cancelled due to failed back to back payments without warning. Tried to talk to someone through chat and phone but they didn't provide much assistance. There is no email service either. Guess I'll have to find somewhere else to shop for a while.

Im getting a lot of problems with this app recently. As soon as i put it on, my phone starts sticking. The filter button is unresponsive when searching for products. And as im sorting my cart a page opens saying my carts os empty. Whats going on?

The lists are gone, my wish lists used to be on the bottom of the screen. They disappeared awhile ago and can't figure out how to get them back. I WANT THEM BACK!!!!!!!

The experience is not fluid at all, it feels like im using the web version of this app. Really bad optimization... When i click nothing happens for one or two seconds then pops up in front of my screen
