Update: It's getting less and less usable. Trying to get the filter dropdown to actually load is an experiment in frustration. It loads maybe 1 out of 5 times. The web browser version, while also slow, is much less buggy. ------- I use Amazon a lot - a few times a week - so it's handy to have an app, but I find myself using a browser more because the app is such a pig for resources. It's constantly running and it slows the system down dramatically. Clean up the code and I'll start using it again.


Not overly impressed with the updates. It seems categories are different for items now and search brings up a ridiculous amount of items completely unrelated to what you're looking for. I especially hate that I have to now hit 'next' or 'back' to view more items, as opposed to the previous continuing pages. It takes too long to load the next set of items, and I look at less items because I assume if it isn't on the first page, you don't have it.


When I select "filter" it doesn't register it, I can click on items and such without a problem. If I click several times, it eventually opens the filter menu, then jumps right out (like a severe delay). I have tried restarting my phone and uninstalling/reinstalling the app but that didnt help. I eventually managed to select a filter option, but then it goes back to the list of items instead of letting me select more filters. It's so frustrating that I rather just shop on my PC instead of my cell


3 stars because it is sometimes buggy and crashes (usually when I click the search bar after opening it) or is slow. I also wish there was a way to view the seller's page. I've only been able to get to the seller's page one time on accident and whenever I review my order there is no way to click on the seller name and check out their page to leave seller feedback or see where they're from to estimate shipping times.


Unfortunately this application does not provide the full services it needs to for example it does not allow you to access any of your digital purchases via this app, and when you contact customer service they will never answer you with a yes or no and force you to use a regular browser to access that library. So what's the point of having this application on the play store if it's level of convenience is less than going on a regular browser?


I LOVE this app i love the ease, convenience, and most of all the prices!!! (Here comes the but....) However there was an update (October 2019) that keeps causing the app to freeze and crash which has never happened before!!?? This is the second week since the update and I sure am hoping they do something to fix it quickly! I spent thousands of dollars with the company the least they could do is make sure their app is working correctly! When it is fixed my rating will be right back at 5 stars!!


Very unresponsive. A fairly frustrating way to filter Amazon search results. The filter menu is very, very slow to open (if it opens). It must be opened every time a new filter is added. Sometimes, you might click a second time, just to find that the menu opened and now you've clicked "Clear Filters." This puts you back to square one. Amazon, please do better!


This app is in a terrible state right now. The mobile site is faster. Don't bother downloading until they revert the recent changes. I really miss the "drag to add to list". Filters are now full screen,which takes about 5 secs to load, and you have to reopen them after every change. I'll update this review if they ever fix the issues.


Excruciatingly slow on Android. The images either do not load or they take forever to load. Try to access your shopping cart: you can walk to the nearest Latin American country and come back, by the time it's ready to show your cart. This app used to be very good; in the last 6-8 months it's gotten horrible, almost as bad as Prime video app (which doesn't let you see episode descriptions and won't let you paste urls). Very sad.


Wow, all the recent reviews are actually correct. Time to abandon something that was pre installed on my phone. Performed very nice but this update is and was a waste of time. Please roll back features, just update the api so that timing is a bit longer for the query. Too bad if you have to deal with slowness but damnit fix the oops errors and the damn filter. Ttyl for now and ever, i just sold my gift card so i can use the money on Ebay.


This app is super slow and never responds. It eats up battery like no tomorrow. I hate the update that requires you to click through pages instead of scrolling. I've tried using it solely on data and then wifi and it still has issues. I miss the old app. Most of my Amazon shopping will now be done via computer. :(


Terrible for searching and scrolling. If i put specifics in a search, pleases don't include 20,000 other items that i don't want to see..! That is why i am trying to narrow my search using key words!! I am also spending ridiculous amounts of time hitting 'next page' 500 times!! Can't see price beside items now also.


This app was just fine before the update! I loved the infinite scroll and what was done to the filters is ridiculous! Now it's only a few per page and hitting next just wastes time because sometimes the page doesn't even load. The filter you have to choose one at a time then the whole screen goes back to the results. The filter also takes up the entire screen! The filter was perfect before! The app also crashes frequently and all my permissions are on and working fine. Get rid of this update!


The app itself is slower to load now that search results are set in pages as opposed to the unending scroll it used to be and I find that frustrating. There are also many features, like the drag to add to list, that are missing now and it's just a bit less handy to use this form of the account. Search results even are set up in a bizarre way. There isn't even an option to alter the way all of it is setup in hopes to improve load times and to give you more information. V unimpressed.


This is absolutely awful. I am trying to add a new address and the form cleared while I was switching screens to read it. Then I go to save and it blanks out again! Everything is wiped except my name and the address doesn't save. This was a horrible experience and I won't be using it again anytime soon.


The app is no longer showing price change summaries for items saved in my cart whenever I click on my cart. There are always price changes shown , many times a day , normally. This stopped happening about 3 days ago or so. I know some of my items have changed by scrolling through the list and looking. Update - definitely an app issue as I can receive the price summary updates using the browser on my phone.


Used to be great, but the new app is terrible. Narrowing down searches takes too long with the new style. Previous versions would allow for constant scrolling, now you have to hit next after only showing a few items, and when you do, oftentimes all of your filters will be gone. Please return the app to how it was. How could this have passed for an update. Severe downgrade.


They keep taking features away. I can't change how I view my results, as in I can't change it to list or grid. The text is way too large under the product pic so I can only read one line of product name. Now we can't select all the filters you want at one time, have to pick one, then reopen filters to pick another. It's horrible. I'm sure I'm forgetting other things too.


I don't know what you did to this app, but it's a pain in the butt now. If I am trying to filter my results by now than one criteria (rating and brand, for instance), it kicks me back out to the results after I make my first selection. Then I have to go back into the filter to add the additional criteria. Really inconvenient!


This latest one is janky on many phones I've tried with no noticable improvement over the older app. Whenever I search for something and try to use the filter, it takes 4-5 seconds to open the menu. It's not a long time but long enough for me to try to press it again, only for it to finally pop up and my additional press registers on the "Back to Results" button. It's too infuriating and slow to use in it's current state.


Love the app but has one annoying bug. Used to work great but now if I want to search for auto parts I try to select the vehicle to get matching parts and it loads but never works. You can select the vehicle over and over but it just does nothing and still has no vehicle selected. Hope they get it fixed, now I got to search on my pc which is less convenient. Samsung Note 9


I enjoy going the DVDs to preview the trailers. For the past 2 days and when I go to certain DVDs and attempt to review the trailer, it won't play and closes me out. I have gone through about a dozen technicians to correct the problem, all to know avail. Very frustrating.


I am able to find almost everything of things that are my items of personal interest, through Amazon Prime- keep them saved on my lists - private and public, and add items to my cart, which stay there and are saved until I'm ready to actually purchase, with free shipping on most things. Customer Service are very friendly, and helpful, so I give this app a 5 star rating! Just easy to use gor a senior like myself. I usually recieve my package or box in one to two days - to my door!💝💝


After the latest update I can no longer open the app it only crashes every time I try to open it. And right before Christmas too, when I needed to do Christmas shopping. Looks like I'll be shopping through Walmart instead. And to the person who said to empty the cache, I already did that and I'm not about to lose all my data.


This app is just another tool Amazon use to constantly try to sell you and trick you into paying for Amazon Prime. Every time I try to purchase something it's the same, which is why I now only use Amazon as a last resort when I can't find what i want anywhere else. I love Amazon but this app.... tell me why ""Alexa"" is randomly running without the app even being open?? Without me every even using alexa i see the bule line and have app battery/memory usage data that shows it running a lot! Recoding random conversations since it does record and store everything it picks up. I have since Disabled Alexa denied permissions


I have to give it 2 stars because its search feature is lacking. Amazon huge resource with numerous products. When I type something in the search bar it should give me something closer to what I'm actually searching for. The app is like going to the car dealership, you tell tdealer what you want and they start showing you numerous things that you don't want but they want to sell you. Needs an option to clear entire search history not just tap on the little x to delete 1 at a time.


The latest update is awful. Having to go back to the filter selection e v e r y s i n g l e t i m e you need to add an option is simply painful. THEN you also need to page through the results with a next button. Way too much clicking, I'm going to other places to shop, I don't have that much time on my hands!


It was good, then stopped working. Uninstall, restart, reinstall, no success. A shame Changing to 1 star. Clearing cache, uninstalling, restarting, reinstalling, no combination of the aforementioned works. Assigning this too the software bin. Will find somewhere else to spend my money


Since migrating to a Moto G7+ with Android 9. I can't log in. It says "Please check internet connection and try again (1)", but there's nothing wrong with my connection, as I can use the app to search for items. Will not work on mobile data either. Tried uninstalling/reinstalling, clearing cache and data and restarting the phone, to no avail. Thoughts?


Bring back the drag and drop items to the tray at the bottom. It was the best part of the app. Updated 10.09.19. I'm taking back my two star review and decided to give this app one star because we still don't have the drag and drop tray and the app is lethargic.


Been having a glitch lately that when i go to checkout, it just refreshes my cart. Recent update makes pages load very slow & clicking on an item is hard becuz it isnt loaded right. Please Fix! I cannot finish checking out on app. It just stays on my cart no matter how many times i click Checkout. This is a REAL hinderance.


[For reasons unknown, my review from last night has disappeared. I am sorely tempted to drop my prior rating from a 2 to a 1 on that alone.] The app functions and the UI is OK, but the search filters are terribly lacking compared to the desktop website. There are much fewer on the mobile app and you can only check and uncheck one at a time. Add the padding from all the sponsored listings, and this can make for a frustrating browsing experience.


When adding filters to a search it brings me back to the items after only selecting one filter item. If I want to filter more than one category I need to go back to filters for each selection. When touching the Filter option it takes 5-10 seconds to respond. This also happens when I want to add an item to a list. After I finally get my filters selected it shows there are "x" number of items in that search. When I go to the next page, that number gets higher and shows items I filtered out.


The app is slow as molasses. For example, tap on the search button, nothing happens, tap again, the search box pops up, tap the text field, the keyboard pops up, then as you start typing the search box disappears. Why? The second tap closes the search box, but it takes so long for it to show up that it seems like the button is broken.


"No-Rush Reward" is a scam if you don't pay attention. I have "no rush reward" credits expiring at 3 different times. $5 expired 11/6/19, $1 expires 11/17/19 and the last few expires in 2020. I made an ebook purchase and Amazon used my $5 credit expiring next month, and then paid the rest of the balance from my 2020 credit. It completely left my $1 credit alone in a BLATANT attempt to try and make me spend over my available credits and buy another Kindle book, soon!


I Love this app so much . Its Is never slow ( to all the people that said that)**^thank you very much^*** and all the prices are cheap and affordable you get what you want and there is never a hassle with shipping . So no matter what other reviews say this app is legitamenlty the best!^^


I've used this app for years with absolutely no problems up till now! Whenever I search then want to filter the search I'm continuously tapping filter before anything happens, then when it finally opens I select one filter and I'm back to my search and then have to start tapping filter again till it decides to work! When I'm finally able to look through the results I want and I click on an item sometimes after clicking back it will return to a previous search and I have to start all over again!


Up till this last update, it was working great. Now it is in constant crash mode. Won't open for more than a few seconds and crashes. I hope it gets fixed quickly! Update : An update was available today, Wed 10/2, I applied it and It appears that either the problem is fixed. No longer crashes.


Last few updates are terrible! App is now super slow. Forget trying to put something on your wishlist. Or remove something on it as well. Takes forever! Everything you do in this app is dramatically slow. I'm using a Galaxy S7 with android Version 9. I also have an iPhone 6 with the Prime Shopping app and it's perfect on it. No lag or anything.


BRING BACK INFINITE SCROLL!!! IT was JUST FINE the way it was. It wasn't bothering nobody. I can live with crashing app and newfound ads as a PRIME MEMBER for some reason... but scrolling infinitely was the ONLY thing that made putting up with the app worth it. I hope you guys lose many prime members because of this! FIX IT!!


One star for now since last update I have not been able to use it. I'm a prime member and buy frequently on amazon but since last update the app just keeps crashing and doesn't let me continue just a black screen after a 5 seconds of use. It just doesn't work. Please fix ASAP!!!


Latest update seems to be waaay to synchronous with server session state. Trying to open search filters, I accidentally clear them more often than I manage to manipulate them the way I want. Trick seems to be to attempt scrolling activity while waiting for filters to display; the UI input seems to be necessary to get it to actually draw the filter menu, and if you keep tapping "filter", you'll inadvertently click the clear button when it draws. I'm on a Note 5 running Android 7.


Update: The most recent update seemed to have caused this app to crash every time. I was able to get it working again by removing and reinstalling. Phone was also updated to latest Android OS this morning but still needed to reinstall this app to get it working. Used to work great, now it crashes upon startup every time.


I've used this app for years with no problems. Until the last week or so, everytime I open the app it immediately crashes. Tried to Uninstall but no change. Amazon, I spend thousands of dollars every year with you, but without this app I will go elsewhere. Fix this Pronto. Absolutely unacceptable.


This app is so unbelievably sluggish... I can type in what i wanna find, hit search, then its a waiting game, a full min later, finally it pulls up items, then I want to filter the results, so I press the filter button, nothing happens so I have to tap 3 or 4 more times and 2 mins later it pulls up the filter page. now i only have two departments I can choose to narrow to, all, or computers and accessories which has nothing to do with cell phone cases, which is what I searched for.


New update IS HORRIBLE! Wish i hadn't allowed the update because its the WORST EVER! Can't filter or change anything without it completely resetting all over again each time i attempt a new filter. Also have to push select for next page compared to how it was previously seeing all items with the scrolling down ability. NEW UPDATE SUCKS!!! WANT TO GO BACK TO HOW IT WAS PREVIOUSLY!!! LOVE Amazon but DESPISE NEW UPDATE


The app's usability has decreased a lot since the last few updates, now it doesn't automatically switch currencies when going back to Amazon US, and it keeps changing my preferred delivery address. I liked infinite scroll way better than pagination. Filter search now sucks, and every time I choose a different delivery address it closes and reopens. They've "fixed" problems that just weren't there.


This app use to be my favorite used to be able to drag down what you wanted in your wish list and tossed it into a little wish list holder now you have to click on it everything individually and put it in your wishlist I wish it was back to that wish list thing I missed it haven't used it since the wish list holder was there but I wish it was still there because it would make it a lot easier I'm putting things in your wishlist


Haven't been able to use the app for weeks now. Before it would force quit after 5 seconds, and now it loads search results for the same amount of time before giving an error page. It wasn't a perfect app before, but now it's literally useless.


10/15, it's back again to: oops & canines...oh my! Unable to shop/am paying for Prime; app had been closing/stopping/crashing, then everything was reverting back to my installed apps page; was receiving Amazon Stopped error message; (Samsung Galaxy Note 9) *will update review when remedied/fixed...prolonged stable; ***prior to 10/15, had seemed better, but now back to dogs & "oopsies"


Newest version is worst update to a functional app - EVER! Totally useless now as it crashes immediately. I'm now back to using browser version. So much for Amazon being "High Tech". Only a 2nd rate operation would deploy such a worthless update. Update: Finally, after 2 days of installing/uninstalling, most recent update doesn't immediately crash. Filter still sucks big time. Page reloads after each filter choice making multiple filter choices a real headache.


It's a really good app just starting of 3 days ago when I tried typing in if I can order something and the app keeps shutting down. I'm not so sure on what is going on with it, I even had to restart my phone and uninstall and reinstalled the app just to see if it works.


I really dislike this update! I used Amazon a lot for shopping, it was my first place to go when wanting to purchase something. The app is so bad I don't buy from them. Product viewing is poor, they have limited the products per page? Can scroll endlessly, etc... Bring back the old version.


The update ruined this app. It used to be Okay. Pages don't load except in basic HTML. Unusable. It cleared up a few days ago but now it's bad again. This must be a major issue, they gotta be losing a ton of business. It's sad. They need "Top Men" on this problem, pronto!


Useless. This app has slowly got worse with recent updates. I've had to uninstall and reinstall it multiple times just to get it to load. When is does load my search results the pictures are BLANK. And no it's not an Internet problem. The infinate scroll has gone and now there's this stupid page system that holds like 5 things, so I have to wait another 5 minutes for it to load just so I can see another 5 items. Stupid. Plus they messed up the filters and the click and drag wish list 😠


I hate the new implementation of search filters. They are slow and cumbersome to do one at a time. Each takes ~30 secs just to pop up! Also, I hate the pagination of search results, which makes finding stuff very tedious. I MUCH prefer the old style - clear, quick and effective.


This app really need to be improved. The search sucks. For example, you search for "Norton Antivirus", on the very top it will show Kaspersky/ Mcafee and all and then norton. You search for something you will get irrelevant results. Please fix this and make the search engine more efficient.


I truly despise the latest update. Now when researching your merchandise every 10 or 15 products i have to go to 'next page'. The good news is, some other companies (due to search options in chrome) have recently been getting new business from me.


This sucks to search for items. Everytime you go into the filter and you select an option like clothing then backs all the way out so if you have more than one filter it takes a really long time to look for stuff. Also it doesn't do it in a grid form only a list form GIF pictures. Amazon app sucks!


not sure what happened burt now this app is very slow to load, sometimes i will press one item and itll take me to the page of an item that i already scrolled passed, so its very off sync, also sometimes im not able to scroll through the items additional pictures it just stays stuck on the default. ive never had a problem before till now nothings changed on my end and my internet speed is the highest available and other apps work fast and flawlessly so


Absolutely terrible. Logged in for the first time today and the app pulled 4.3 GiB of data over the mobile network within a few minutes. I have no idea what for. Now I have to pay overage fees. Total piece of junk. I would have expected better from Amazon. Would give ZERO if possible.


Used to work great, but new interface is a major step backwards for usability. Also app constantly crashes now. Rollback Amazon, rollback! UPDATE: I uninstalled and reinstalled the app which seems to have fixed the crashing issue, so bumped up my rating a bit. Still not a fan of the new interface though.


Uninstall and reinstall this app! Was CONSTANTLY crashing until i did this. Pretty poor for an international online shopping app. My review was removed... had to re-write to make sure it stays this time. This all says quite alot in my opinion. Personally, I will never buy off this app/site again.


This is a good app but recently it started running quite slow and will freeze for several seconds when I view the photos of an item, try to change the size or color, and also whenever I add something to my cart.


"Something is wrong with this page - we are trying to to fix it" is what I'm getting for the last two days. Page loads and 1 second later it I get the above. Have cleared data and cache. Nothing helps.


It wasn't great at all. I bought quite a few things from amazon and i can say that fast delivery is the only good thing about it (if you're a prime member). Most of the items you get are damaged which is a hassle to keep sending back. Some times they even suspend your account and not give back your money for a long time without responding to emails.


October 2019 update has ruined the app. It continually crashes and then fails to load. Checked the settings in Apps and cache/data clearing are non responsive. Major Prime member ordering everything from personal to business items. This is unacceptable. Please fix immediately 👿


Most of the time, "oops, something went wrong on our end" & a picture of a french bulldog. The rest of the time, [waiting forever for a page to load]. I always give up & use my desktop. Have uninstalled & reinstalled, to worse effect.


The new updated app is horrible. When I go on it and go on items and try pressing on cheaper items from different sellers, it don't work. Nothing goes thru. It used to crash every time I opened the app. The new version is even worse. I'm starting to hate amazon


Updated "pages" of items and not just a continuous scroll is rubbish. I thought pages were a thing of the past. And theres not even a page numbers to skip a few, you have to scroll through every single one. Get it back to a scroll type view. Was much better


I think this happens very good you can buy stuff in it only takes a couple of days or weeks it depends when you order it though I would recommend you guys to get the appif you need like party stuff they have party stuff birthday stuff any thinks that you need just click the button and install the app like what are you waiting for just do it guys and if you don't know what something is you can just take a picture of something and I'll show you what it thinks it is okay and you get to review it....


I had this app on my last phone and had no problems with it. I've been trying for 3 days to download it on my new phone (Samsung 10+) but it will not install. I have tried all the troubleshooting steps and still nothing. I loved this app and I miss it!!🙇🏻‍♀️😏


Randomly consumed over 2GB of data in the background costing be $60 of overage fees. Turn off background data if you want to use this app! Amazon will balk about not having the ability to develop an app that can operate without consuming huge amounts of background data, so be aware this app can be more costly for data than even video streaming apps!


The Amazon app has become so glitchy it's now almost impossible to use (the new updates initiated I assume by utter incompetent software developers makes adding search filters very cumbersome and it often freezes) If Amazon wants us to drop them and use other suppliers whether online or elsewhere just carry on as you are.


The app constantly crashes when I attempt to search for items. The little dog is cute until it shows up for the hundredth time today. Edit: two months and still seeing issues, also started seeing issues with my wife's phone.


Un-Usable. After searching up anything, the app will show the search results for a series of 30 seconds followed by a "Uh-oh something went wrong" screen. Cannot actually browse for shopping. App is now a 40mb paperweight.


Update: I changed from 1 star to 5 stars. I restarted my phone and the add still closed. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app and it works. Earlier: I noticed there was an update today and the app keeps closing. I sent feedback but no reply! Website works but not the app.


After the latest update on Android the app is very slow. I have to tap the screen up too 5-10 times to load the larger images or to Add to List. Have never had this kind kf trouble before. Fix and it's back to 5 stars.


Latest update does not work with Samsung Note 9 (Android v.9). Loading takes 10x longer than using website on chrome, unable to purchase, unable to browse items, or even use the "buy it now" button. Fix this please.


Needs work, latest version when you sort products "for example shoes" it will go from 7000 results to 7 results using "price low to high". Also using app there are items that are way out of search criteria. Example I'm searching chainsaw parts "nipples" and it shows nipple pasties or female nipple childcare products? How did it go from outside work products to clothing etc?😂🤣 What ever happened to rollback? Uninstall updates?


False advertising, the website told me I'd get 10 bucks for downloading and signing into the app. According to the terms and services it ended two days ago and is not 10 bucks but it's instead a 10 dollars off coupon for a purchase of $20 or more. I was hoping to invest in a cheap electric eraser using the money but since i was lied to by Amazon i frankly don't want to give them any of my money from here or in the future... Add a filter that shows me products that will actually ship to my location. Tired of clicking on products and getting told "this item requires special handling and does not ship to your location". Pretty much everything I click tells me that. Never had a problem with Amazon before but I guess I need to start shopping somewhere else.


Not allowing me to sign in. I click link to sign in but page is just continuously loading. Used to like this app but no idea what it's like now as I can't use it. Would be useful to get feedback from developers but I'm not going to hold my breath.


Latest update removes basic functionality. The filter list should be a slide in feature - not a separate page. Not enough results per page. And no page numbers. Why not a continuous list?


Ok until the most recent update, and now it doesn't tell me about price changes to the items in my "saved for later" cart, which defeats the purpose. Well, it keeps me from moving any of it to my cart and actually buying it..... 🤔


They are features missing now. It used to show a list of the bottom of the screen and allow you to drag products there for later viewing. That is a great tool for when you want to compare items.


Latest update is awful! Keeps crashing, takes ages to load, can only do 1 filter at a time, have to click for next page instead of continuous scrolling. Very disappointing in an app I use most days.


It was cool. Like, you just touch the search button, type in what you want, and than scroll throgh the list of things! I may just be a person who lookes at pusheen things, but i am also a shopper!!! It is just so amazing that there, is awesome apps out here to help you stay at home, and still be able to buy things. It is so soothing to ley in bed, shoppng for pusheen merch. 💆🏻‍♀️<💕😸😸😸🐱👩🏻😻


Update 10/17/19- another thing the Walmart app doesn't do is block you from making a purchase with nag-ware for prime membership. update 4/12/19 guess they still don't want my money otherwise they would fix the problem preventing me from buying stuff . . Difficult to buy from you guys when repeatedly see a picture of a dog with "uh-oh something went wrong on our end". The Walmart app doesn't do that.


Keeps freezing up on me. since the past couple of updates, it freezes up gets frustrating to place an order. Keeps saying uh oh something went wrong with a picture of a dog. Please help!


I do not like the last update at all... Just few results, with the "next" button to see more results... this is a pain. You should get the app back the way it was.


Product images often won't load when tapped, to see a larger view of the image. I need to close the app and clear it in the background and then the images will work again when tapped.

Makes me want to cancel all contact with Amazon. How can i log in on another persons phone using my password, but i cant log in on mine using same password? Then they send you a code...twice with two different numbers, and no link back to the input page. When you try to go back it goes to the login page where you have to start over. Amazon should quit hiring moron dweebs writing idiotic apps and concentrate on customer satisfaction. They lost me


Amazon is awesome. But prime sucks. The movies get old quick and the two day shipping is a joke. Stuff takes just as long as without prime. Love how words like "guarantee" have lost their meaning in todays society. I dont read online, and with pandora ive never checked the music part of prime either.


I use to love the app, but it has become so slow and sometimes never fully loads. I'm not happy and plan on ending my amazon prime if it does not improve soon.


Love this app. I use it all the time. But lately it keeps crashing. It's very inconvenient because I have things ordered and I can't keep track of the items. Getting frustrating. But when its functioning I absolutely love the app.


Update 10/14/19: new update fixed issues. New update is terrible. I cant even open it anymore. It crashes repeatedly and then lags my phone. Either remove the current update, or find a fix because you cant make money if I cant even open the app
