    Used to be a great app to use...NOW... The new interface SUCKS!!! When I went to look up an archived order from 2020 it only came up with something I regularly order. And its real slow to load after this update. I am tempted to uninstall and just use the website, unless that has also been updated to something that don't work worth a damn. If that's the case then I'll probably drop Prime and go somewhere else.

    wiki it gets evermore difficult to track down the best item. This is because of the promoted ads or sponsored products. No matter what you do, the promoted products get in the way of your choices. For example: give as much information into the search filters that you can, and you will still get the same product results offered, regardless even if the size or colour or specification is not what you asked for.

    bag with wheels My favourite shopping app has just been ruined. The new app layout is a real pain to navigate; it was perfect the way it used to be. Why put the most important buttons at the bottom, practically out of sight? Also, the new the app icon is awful; it's dull and not easily noticeable. The white with blue shopping cart was always Amazon Shopping and you knew exactly what is was. As the saying goes "If it ain't broke, don't fix it".

    icon What idiot thought it was a good idea to put the menu across the bottom of the app where the phone controls are??? Stupid move. I'll start using my laptop more now and avoiding the app. As a side note, the app crashes more now (freezes up when trying to go from different pages or scrolling). So that's just another reason to avoid using it. I wish developers would stop screwing with an app when it was fine before all this. Now it's just a hot mess.

    online Why switch things around when it was good the way it was and it was not needed to move everything around. I don't see any improvements from the old interface. Except now i have to waste my time searching where you move everything. Plus, i don't see any advantage of Prime anymore, the free shipping now have sometimes fees and the two days doesn't exist anymore. Too many fake reviews, im loosing trust in Amazon! Before the price was competitive, now i find the same item at better price elsewhere .

    ealing broadway If it ain't broke, don't try and fix it! The previous version of the app where everything was contained in the hamburger menu worked just fine with only the occasional misfire. So why did you change not just the layout but the performance of the app? Using the notification icons to get to look at what it's telling you just don't work. I think it's gone to the correct page after tapping the icon maybe 5% of the time, if you're lucky! Please bring back the previous version as this one sucks!

    app online This app is getting worst. The most frustrating thing is the reviews. For example, I am on a product and I can see that there are 30 reviews with the distribution by number of stars. Then I scroll down and I only see 2 reviews. That's because the others are "global". It says clear all filters, but even if you do that you can't see the global reviews. Don't show me the global rating if you don't allow me to read the global reviews.

I haven't had a vehicle in sometime and the fact that everything you can think of is dropped off at my door within a couple of days is absolutely god-sent!     ar When I pay a monthly fee to get prime deals and 2 day shipping I'm really disappointed when it take 5-7 days to actually get to my home. Usually i don't care and will just deal. But when I put in a order I need for the weekend and it doesn't come to the following week. I find it ridiculous. When I talked to customer service they were no help on why it keeps happening. Or try and rush it. They offer me 5 dollars to make it right.

    mobile app It's so buggy. I change the shipping options and it loads for forever. All the animations slow down the app, and if you see a product on the home page, good luck finding it if you click on it; its just a misleading thumbnail for a category. Advertisements *inbetween* listings of items I'm trying to peruse to buy. Really? Im already buying on your app. Why advertise to me? Oh and also, why do some of the side scrollers not allow me to continue scrolling downward?

    Whatever was updated, roll it back. It now won't sign me in and tells me to check my internet connection. Garbage. Repeatedly get logged out telling me to check my internet connection in the middle of ordering things. It's annoying and my internet is fine. The bottom navigation is also horrible. Bring back the side panel or let us choose.

    Great app, easy to use. Always handy to buy last minute items and is immeasurably helpful for uni books!! One gripe I have; I signed up to Amazon Smile ages ago, and was chuffed when I saw it was usable in the app as well as browser. Just tried to activate it on a new phone and had a pop-up saying notifications have to be turned on to do this. Really? To be able to support a charity when using the app (regularly!) I HAVE to have bothersome notifications about sales etc?? Disappointing 😞

    I've used this app for many years now. In fact I use it every day! Almost everything I buy now a days I buy off Amazon but since the most recent update I can no longer use the app!! Every time I open it the app closes. Im very dissapointed. Please fix this so I can continue to use the app! Id rather not cancel my prime & subscriptions.

    The NEW LAYOUT in this app just made my shopping experience more difficult and cumbersome. Is that what you want Amazon? ... for people to stop using this app? Well, it worked. I don't like the changes you just made to the user interface. Those four buttons at the bottom of the screen are too close to the Android controls for my phone and I keep tapping the wrong ones. The cart belongs in the top right corner like everyone else does it, not at the bottom. CHANGE IT BACK TO THE WAY IT WAS!

    Shipping is nightmare! Prior to 2021 everything was great. Now? I have ordered 2 different times. Tracking is nonexistent. Doesnt even show where package is. One package is lost. I waited till refund was about to run out to see if maybe it would show. Nope! Now tried to order another item and now it says its delayed again. Won't say where its coming from or anything, just that Amazon is shipping.

    Everyone knows Amazon is the shizzle! There is only a few small things would like to see improved someday. Able to exchange for a different size or color etc would be nice, I don't always have enough money these days to order another while waiting for a refund. An easy way to know who is going to deliver the packages would be nice. When its delivered by a Amazon driver is the best and mainly cause they actually respect the packages.

    I have to say that during lockdown, Amazon shopping has (on many occasions) saved my sanity lol. I love to make various things and often need materials for my crafts so it has been amazing to be able to 'click and buy' a plethora of things from fabrics to screws at reasonable prices. Additionally, many of us have experienced lock-down birthdays and certain other celebratory occasions so being able to find gifts and send them directly to said parties, has been conveniently wonderful.

    I enjoy that I can find so many specialty products. I find that some products from Amazon are more expensive than shopping from a store.So if its something you can get close by , definitely price check. Shipping has been an occasional issue.One of our deliveries went to a neighbor who brought it to us( 25 lb of dog food!) Getting subscription deliveries is fine, but I find that they can be overly frequent.( delivery earlier than expected)

    The new version of the app sucks big time. The biggest issue I have found is that they removed the ability to track your orders. It gives you a estimated day but that is it. Amazon must have felt they were tracking their prime shipments way much better then the competition so they decided to mess theirs up. It really isn't fair to embarrass the shipping giants like they did but no worries Amazon their shipping up now.

    Amazon is my go to on line shopping app. I never have any issues with it. But after this last update, it's been super glitchy. The pictures dont open up right away, the ratings disappear and then come back, while looking at color options they also disappear then I have to wait for it to pop up again. Man, this is annoying and frustrating. Please fix it! I love Amazon but I wont give it the 5 star rating until it's fixed.

    I have been using the Amazon app for what seems like "forever" and I have never had a complaint. The app has always been easy to use. However, the most recent update that occured in early March 2021, is horrible. They have not only moved the toolbar to the bottom, but also increased the text size so large that it essentially minimizes useful key features within that toolbar. This makes the time to look for specific categories and features much longer. Stop 'fixing' unbroken things.

    Don't like the new format with buttons in unfamiliar places. How is that a good thing? Tonight I received the wrong item for the second time. Perhaps the listing should say "Were going to grab the first box we see." instead of making me feel foolish and frustrated. Jess from customer service wowed me so I can continue to be a happy shopper. Except suddenly the app won't even open. Tried all the tired old steps: clear cache, restart, reinstall app. Finally working. I'm exhausted.

    not only did they move the menu button to the bottom of the screen, but they made it bigger than it needs to be. now every time I open the app, I'm trying to click the menu button in the top left corner next to the search box. only now, it's in the bottom right corner. and they took menu options from it and gave them their own button, so now it takes to part of the screen space you used to have for browsing products. most pointless, illogical update to this app I've ever seen.

    Supercool. Prime still is good, but Prime Premium is extra fast. And everything you could now want is at the end of your fingertips, like Prime Wardrobe, Prime Music & Video and then the shopping too. I'm not a big book fan but Amazon and getting more and more like a whole shopping centre. Would love them to get more into the gardening side or even sports as some marketplace holders just rip you off for good, Amazon should have a fair price range of goods right across all categories.

    I love amazon I really do I use it all the time but since this new update its been glitchy, does what it wants and now it will not open. I've restarted my phone several times I've force stopped the app and.still all I get is a white flicker across the screen and nothing comes up. I'm dubious about uninstalling for fear of further complications. Seriously what is going on. This update has ruined the site. Fix this issue ASAP please

    The recent update is terrible. The app has never been fast (even with my fast internet) but its gotten slower. It takes a long time for the search results to load etc. Also, whenever I go to check out it freezes up and won't respond even if I let it sit for a while. Free shipping is not set to default and It won't let me select free shipping (who pays for shipping anymore anyway?) Also, it won't complete transactions. Step it up Amazon, it's not like you can't afford an app that actually works.

The only thing I don't like so much about it is that sometimes it's hard to find what you are searching for because it has several items listed that are not even close to what you are searching for. But the prices are pretty good and I love the convenience of shopping online and getting it delivered and amazon is great for fast delivery! I also love being a prime member with all of it's benefits, especially the movies!

I think back how did I do it years ago driving around looking for something, parking, walking, standing in line if they had what you were looking for.     I love amazon and have been using it for years. However the new site navigation is horrible. You can't just go and scroll through all the products anymore, you have to go by page which gets annoying. The filters are way harder to navigate and irritating, if you want to switch categories it will clear all of your other filters (size, color ect.) Which you then have to find again. Really wish Amazon would go back to its previous format.

    The newest update for android is awful. It's very slow to load photos half the time other times information is missing from the page. Like I cannot see reviews for an item. Very sluggish now. It was perfect before the update. I've been shopping with Amazon for 20 years. This is my first negative experience.

    App works fine, but new layout is poorly designed. Old menu was intuitive and was correctly placed in upper left corner just like other apps. Now I have to go hunting thru 4 icons at the bottom for the option I am looking for. This looks like a redesign for the sake of keeping the designer employed, not for actually making the app better.

    App crashes. This app upsets me, because it now uses bait and switch. I can't believe amazon has resorted to this. It places buttons required to be pushed in clear view, but now resorts to pushing the button down and replacing it with an advertisement just as you select it. It has also decreased the number of items it will show in a search just so they can advertise more. For one of the largest companies in the world, it has resorted to playing games with your time.

    Over all great and adheres to my needs as I shop with it nearly everyday HOWEVER I find it very interesting yet very f***** up that when you try to change the payment method at checkout or select free shipping (that should already be selected by default if I qualify) it gives you a plethora of technical issues including a gray snowy screen, and freezing. But it has absolutely no issue with the PLACE ORDER button 🤔 P.S. I updated today (4/3/21)

    My only complaint is billing. For example, let's say I buy $100 worth of stuff from Amazon. It makes sense that I would see ONE charge for $100 to my bank account, right? Instead, I'll see something like this: a FIRST charge for $69.83, a SECOND charge for $17.47, and a THIRD charge for $12.70; they won't all be charged on the same day, and usually, a few days later, there's an "adjustment", a credit for some small amount. Amazon, ONE CHARGE, PLEASE!

    I've been using this app for a really long time. Suddenly its broken. Crashes before it opens. I've cleared the cache, cleared the data. Completely relogged in. It worked once after that. Now crashing repeatedly. I cant even give feedback because that part crashes too. When it works, I love it. But right now, I got nothing. Cant even file a report.

    The app itself is fine. Easy to navigate and place orders. It does not however help you to contact Amazon in regards to their delivery drivers, it gives you a short list of what to choose from. Now, during Winter it was frustrating, but understandable when they left packages out by the mailboxes on the roads, safety and all that. However, there is no snow on the ground now and packages are still being left by mailboxes at the road. This just screams "steal me" making it easier for porch pirates

    I love amazon. That's why it gets 4 stars. I use it daily to purchase things and have been for over 10 years. I can pretty much avoid going anywhere if I want to, because of amazon. However, recently the app will not even open. It continues to crash. I've tried uninstalling updates, restarting my phone... Nothing has worked. Such a bummer because I don't want to have to use chrome to access my account. #bummed #fixitplease

    This app had been nice to use for some time. But no longer, as all I see is a blank screen after going back from a product screen to the screen which shows all available products. I uninstalled/reinstalled the app and cleared the cache, but still get a blank screen. Only thing to do is go to the Amazon main page and start searching again. I originally gave this app 2 stars because it had problems with blank previous screens. That's been fixed.

    Amazon is pretty much my go-to for my shopping, there's never much issues with returning or applying for refunds or settling issues between seller and buyer. Prices are competitive, it's just all around convenient. 99% of the time stuff arrives on time and in excellent condition. I love the subscribe and save, you can have regular items delivered without having to shop for them every month or so. I'm a prime customer too so that also includes other perks. I find it worth it for our needs.

    Although we utilized the prime membership heavily during the pandemic, I have to admit that we used it quite a bit before and most likely will afterward. Prices can be a bit higher than other places but the "free" shipping that costs $99/year more than makes up for it. I've started adding things to my cart that are only wanted, not needed or a necessity and save for later as you'll get a notification in those items when the price goes up or down. Also, keep a look out on items that have coupons!

    Usually Amazon is great but this past week the app has crashed numerous of times. Not sure if it was an update, but had to uninstall and reinstall the app at least 5 times along with multiple phone restarts. And my orders that were supposed to come this week are late and haven't gotten anything! I ordered something on the 16th and I PAY for prime. Nothing! If this keeps up I'll be forced to shop elsewhere. 1st world problems! Smh.

    This new update is awful. They have changed how you access the menu, the order of everything, and then the search is only pulling up 1 page with about 5 results when I use my own search terms. If I use the suggestions that pop up, I get more results. I don't understand why search is being controlled like this.

    Well they have butchered the Amazon app, can no longer check orders, the only pages that work are home and cart. Try to open the other tabs they send you to home. Unfortunately if you want to buy stuff you need the app or go through the hassle of login onto the web site. Why companies have to change things that work well is beyond me.

Also had minor issues with defective products ans Amazon was more than diligent in rectifying my issue.     Every since the app was updated. It refreshes so fast and kicks me out of whatever I'm doing and goes back to the home screen. So aggravating. I have called and reported it and still haven't been contacted back to look at it. I use Amazon all the time. It's a shame. I'm going start going directly to the stores sites to avoid this annoying app. Please fix the app so you don't lose customers.

    Made quite a few purchases now. When they say you're gonna get a package you can assure you'll get it then or before. Much care is taken with the packages as well, I know from what I have received, but I also have a small amount of inside knowledge from spending a week as a temp in a local warehouse of there's. I won't give any details, but though the process is streamlined, they take no shortcuts I can assure you of that.

    If you don't need the item, its always delivered on time. If you need the item, its best to just go to the store and get it there. Every time I need something and I order it through Amazon Prime that I pay for, I always get it late or not at all and they even hold my money hostage for a month as well. Keep up the good work!     I get good service from Amazon. I don't know why people complain so much. Every once in a while a package comes in late or damaged and customer service takes care of the problem. I really appreciate the Amazon locker nearby. I get a piece of mind when I know that I can pick up my package at my convenience and don't have to worry about someone stealing it.

    I'm on a Galaxy S7 and the app is terrible. it's incredibly slow and often unresponsive to touch, especially when adding items to a list. I often find myself tapping the screen 20 times just to get something to happen. It's very frustrating, and from what I've read, it seems to be a popular issue. I'm not sure why one of the richest corporations in the world can't fix such simple problems with their major application. Update: Still experiencing these issues on a brand new 5G Motorola.

    New user interface is terrible since I updated in March. The product page on the app requires even more scrolling to get to the "add to cart" buttons. It's also more difficult to find out who the product is shipped and sold from now. The option buttons and cart buttons are now located on the bottom and it somehow feels more clunky. It gets in the way of my device home and option buttons and keyboard. Change the menu buttons back to the top please!

The only thing I don't really like is that the icon of the brown makes the app look dirty. Beyond that, it works perfectly and haven't had any issues with it. It's very fluid

    As far as I'm concerned, Amazon app is essential for to all aspects of your daily living. Amazon, don't leave home without it. It's everything at your fingertips. The interface and functionality is easy. Customer service is accommodating and aim to resolve problems. I used the Amazon app for everything, even at critical points in my life and they delivered. Sometimes on the same day or within hours. They've sought every problem I had and compensated for mistakes made.

    Once I have used the search function on a listing, I cannot scroll through images without it instantly scrolling all the way down. Search functions terrible. No Boolean operators, Amazon and paid content prevails. It has so much potential. They are working on all the new stuff like Alexa, but can't even master the basics of finding the right products. Looking up "synthetic shirts" yeilds mostly cotton clothing, and I've got other examples for days. Try harder, they have the cash. My cash.

When I am looking at the updated format, i feel as if i am being blocked and want to just navagate right out of there and buy nothing. The previous format just makes me want to spend money.     Works like a charm! The app is preferable to my computer, due to the fact I can take my time to compare products in my freetime. I feel it helps me to make more informed decisions on my purchances this way. The only thing I would improve so far is the lists option, which when first selected, will go to a blank page. Then one has to click to see the lists. Which does not make sense. But over all, is a very, very good app!

    Problems since new update. I use this app every day. I have not had any problems until this latest update. Now I can add items to my cart, but then can't open my cart to checkout. It no longer shows my order history. I have to search for the item I ordered, then click on the one I ordered, and it shows that I ordered it, then click on that link to find my order. The update backfired. Please fix it.

    Whatever has happened to the app recently it is constantly saying its not responding and keeps crashing. I have to clear cache and data just to run it and I have to sign back in every time. It was working just fine earlier yesterday but at some point last night it started doing this on mine and my husband's phone. And it didn't even have an update to it. So I don't know what is wrong with it but it's very annoying. -_-

    Amazon is extremely convenient, and most times if you're unhappy they fix the issues right away. Sometimes things aren't as they appear online, and that comes in handy for the return/exchange policy. My only hiccup is with items not always arriving on time. But overall I'm happy with this APP

It was a very easy to use program, now the been dumbed down to 4 symbols making very difficult to find what you are looking for in the app. I don't normally complain about apps but the latest update and it's very poor usability just turns me off from Amazon more. Come on Jeff Bezos, you make billions a day, you can do better than this.

    Lately I have not been able to request free shipping on my orders even though the items qualify for free shipping. The choices are there, but when I choose it my page becomes faded and won't let me place the order. I am willing to wait one more day to get free shipping; yet I am forced into paying shipping cost.     Free Shipping Glitch. Every time I go to check out and click the Free Shipping option (not through Amazon prime) the whole thing greys out and it won't load anything or let me check out. It basically freezes. On a computer it's fine. On my phone, every time. It's becoming annoying. I'm not going to pay an extra ten dollars for shipping if I don't have to but having to open up my lap top rather than clicking a button on the app just to do that is first world problems to the max.

    Company is too big to care for customers anymore. They used to be the best a d trustworthy. However, their service is not what it used to be. Items are poorly made but over-priced. Free 2 day shipping for Prime members is non-existent. Shows up late and they increase the price of the item (just do your research). Lately, customer service and their system have been below sub-par. I write honest reviews good and bad but Amazon is censoring my bad ones. Interesting.

    Edit: It just keeps getting worse-pages won't load,search box won't clear,and the worst, clicked Proceed to Checkout and APP went straight to Order Confirmed! Not cool. I've been using this APP for years and it's always been good. The new bottom site navigation is awkward and backwards - going down to "scroll-up", instead of "drop-down" from the top to continue down, doesn't make sense. Also, it's too close to device navigation, which are generally located at the bottom of most devices.

    The app has been great and useful, but lately it freezes when free shipping is selected at the checkout. I have updated the app and tried again with no luck. At the moment I can only put things into my basket through the app, try the free shipping option, and then if it doesn't work log in onto the website through my computer to finish the order. This defeats the object of having what was a really convenient app!

    Completely pointless. Every time you go to check out and want to change delivery preferendes you're just left on a loading screen. And I've left it in case it is really loading something and needs to take time, but no a full hour can go by and nothing happens. So I can't use the app to buy stuff, I have to go onto the website instead. Completely defeats the point of having the app.

    The app is functionally fine. I've been using it for more than a decade and the recent change that has moved to navigation to the bottom of the screen is just so awkward to me. The previous, upper left hand menu access was not only familiar because of the apps implementation but also because that's where the vast majority of mobile web sites place the expandable menu.

    I pay for the prime subscription mainly for the shipping speed. Lately, Amazon has been missing the mark for shipping. My packages are coming later and later per order. Right now I have something should be delivered tomorrow and it just shipped from across the country. I don't understand. Every one of my packages the last 2 months have been late by a day to a week. Come on Amazon, get back into it. The app is great though.

    Most of the time recently, when I go to change the shipping speed to the Free Delivery option (which is never the default), the app locks up (looks like it's loading but never actually does anything). I have to go onto the desktop computer in order to complete my order with Free Shipping. This makes the app fairly pointless. I see this has been mentioned in several other reviews but has not yet been fixed.

    There needs to be better improvement of Filter criteria. Size/dimensions (an automatic conversion between metric and imperial), colour options, materials (such as, made with cotton, polyester, bamboo / wood, md / etc.). After so many years, these things still have not been implemented.

    it's great that I can find almost anything on Amazon but delivery times have gotten slower and slower in the last few months. Paying for Prime 2-day delivery does not seem to matter any more because some prime items can still take a week or more to arrive. Using USPS was the worst idea Amazon ever came up with. Item selection, on the other hand, is great. it's great being able to find so many things in one place.

    I love using Amazon Prime. But Amazon lack a decent Search engine. There are no options to put in " " or + or - to narrow down our searches and make it specific for what we want to search for. For example... If I want to buy 5L IPA, I get shown all litre sizes for single item sellers. I don't want results for sizes I have no interest in. **** Please make a better search feature. You have the money to do it, and it doesn't cost that much to make a small edit.

    Why can't you see "sold by" / "shipped by" when viewing an item without having to click another link... Where is the bottom tool bar...!!!??? And why does the orders page keep refreshing every time after selecting an item? I can't add photos to product much for trying to help out other users/shoppers. And now you have to hit another link for the "saved for later" in the cart. Very frustrating. Why is Amazon making it more difficult to shop... Give me a break.

I've been an Amazon customer for quite a while and the longer I'm a customer the more disappointed I am in the service and company. Don't know where the problem is but it needs to be rectified or I'm certain Amazon will lose customers.     I have always hated shopping. I hate the crowds, the lines, and dressing rooms. Now I can easily order what I need and if something doesn't fit or isn't quite right, they will take it back. The return process is so easy and the customer service goes above and beyond to make the customer happy. Amazon shopping has changed my life for the better! I disagree with their kool-aid drinking, knee-jerk politics, but so far nothing they've done out weighs the benefits of using their app!

    Amazon has always been a better alternative app towards buying things. Yet it just seems to have tapered off. It's incredibly obnoxious how early they mark a product that is set for delivery. My past few orders were delivered nearly 12 hours later then the expected delivery time. Currently as I speak, I have packages that are more than 3 hours away and are already marked for being out for delivery. I certainly don't have the luxury of being able to afford to just sit around waiting for stuff.

    The new update is AWFUL! I have been using the Amazon app for years and had no issues. The new layout has the menu at the bottom of the screen and it takes more space than required...there's a blank white space under the options. The new menu layout is also not clear. Roll back the update!

    Great until lately.... The app no longer lets you complete an order. You can shop and add to cart but you can't complete the purchase. The only way to complete a purchase is to do it from a computer which defeats the purpose of having the mobile app. It seems that I am not the only one having this issue based on the other reviews I am seeing. Hope you get this fixed soon.

    "Default payment method" should not be turned on by default. It is a huge inconvenience that a random card on my profile was charged whenn the first payment method didn't process. The worst part is, it won't let me change it and I'll have to cancel my order and re-place it. Will be deleting my cards because this isn't the first time Amazon used them unpermitted. Disingenuous.

    App spontaneously sends a pop-up to my phone's email and it cannot be stopped. The pop-up in LARGE, intrusive and I get one for every single package, every single time I check email on my phone. Hours spent with Amazon techs and it cannot be stopped. Ridiculous; won't be ordering from Amazon nearly as much anymore.

    Amazon is a wonderful company not only do I love this streaming app but I love the shopping app too. I had a vendor send me a product, but none of the information was connected to the receipt, I could not track it, 8 could not reach the vendor when I asked for information. I contacted customer service and even though it was not an Amazon product I asked them to just try to get the tracking information, that is exactly what they did!! Thank you!

    Please can you put the menu back at the top or make it a configurable setting. The menu at the bottom of the screen is making it impossible to scroll for me at least. It's taking me so long to browse that I give up or run out of time. Additionally maybe take a look at making the filters useful, they are really poor compared with eBay. Should be able to filter based on delivery date, as well as free delivery option. Often find a great deal and put in basket to find the delivery is way overpriced

    Been shopping here for years and I usually receive my items in 1 to 2 days.. now you rather go to the store & buy because shipping takes a week to be delivered. What's the point of paying Prime member fee if your orders are delivered like when you buy out of prime. Now I don't really buy stuff here only if rarely found in stores.

    I Love Amazon😍! But sometimes they charge automatically another card that I have Not authorized. Also I dislike when I buy a whole order of $150 they will separate the billing, like it will show up $ 50 here one day and next couple of days another $50 and so on in my bank statements take days even a week later sometimes to see the actual charges 😒Also when I give my honest Real Reviews on some products they Do Not approve it🤔What happen with Freedom of speech?

    App is super buggy!! I never never used to have this problem, but since the most recent update the app will completely freeze up and go blank on me, whenever I try to go back.... And also other random times. App just freezes up a lot I have to exit out and close completely sucks because I lose my place completely.

    They sneak prime in all the freaking time. I won't even know I "signed up for it" until my account over drafts for something I never wanted. Some times I have it for months and it doesn't matter how many times I call customer service I keep ending up with it again. I'm about to leave Amazon all together. It's seriously getting ridiculous

    App frequently fails to work after opening. The app loads but keeps showing a picture of a dog and an 'Uh oh' error that something is wrong. All other apps and Internet work fine (including prime now, prime video, photos etc and in the browser), Samsung Galaxy S10, android 11, tried both WiFi and Vodafone cellular.

    Recommendation: Please let the customer be able to change the arrival date if the purchase(s) aren't close to be shipped! Sometimes I'll forget to change the date for the arrival, so when I accidently press "continue purchase," it won't make me change it.

    I will never understand why something that is not broken gets an update. Why, why ,why move the navigation to the bottom. That is the worst thing that can be done to an app. I do love Amazon but get the navigation moved back to the top. When this is fixed I will update my review to 5 stars.

    The latest update has caused several issues and is nearly unusable. The screen rapidly blinks and options disappear while scrolling to get more information about the items. It has crashed several times in the past week so I ended up grabbing what I needed from the Target app instead. I ended up paying more but there was less aggravation so it was a push.

    Regular user of this app. I don't like that they've taken away the ability to search the marketplace for different price points from different sellers for the same product. The lowest price is shown but doesn't include P&P. The different price points also don't sync up when compared to access through a computer. Mainly using app for quick search and tracking my orders.

    Shopping is easy enough. They force their "best" items first. You cannot give a fair review since their process of allowing them prevents them from showing unless you conform to their strict guidelines. More of a way to keep things positive. And, if you have an issue with the way Amazon ships or related to them, don't expect it to make it it to the public eye either.

    Very disappointed lately. Delivery dates changing as soon as an item ships, go look at the item on the shop and see they are still saying 2 day delivery but mine in shipment says it 7 days away. Or I order a next day delivery that says by 10p following day (Wed) and now it's all of a sudden Friday by 10p. I've had prime for several years.

    App is good. Amazon is S***. Why am i paying for AmazonPrime if all my packages keep getting delayed in transit. Isnt the point of prime to recieve your packages within 1-5 buisness days. We should be getting some store credit or some little reimburstment for these delays. This isnt the first time my work plans get ruined because my package gets delayed a WHOLE WEEK after the due date. Whats up with these failed/broken statements Amazon.

    Sooo, the app has been refusing to launch for the last couple hours. Whenever I click the icon it shows a white screen then almost immediately crashes, either going to the home screen or saying the app isn't responding. I even uninstalled the app, just to see if that would fix it. It fixed it for about 20 minutes, then when I tried to open it up at one point it started the same process over again. Please fix this issue, I need to be able to track a package that is currently on its way.

    Upon entering logging into the app foe the first time, it offers a choice to activate amazon prime. The interface is set up in such a way as to make you accidentally click on activate prime. There is no way to cancel the activation. This is legal, of course, but not much different from fraud.

    Couldn't give the new App NO STARS....I understand updating it to include the AmazonSmiles feature which I thought was great but to rework the home screen is a waste of man hours. You made it WAY WORSE. End-user experience in my opinion is horrible. I will be deleting the app and be forced to use Amazon in Chrome as a favorite & never close the page so I have access at the ready. I help design apps for other companies & betatest them and you didn't get your monies worth with this one. Sorry.

    I haven't been able to place an order for about a month. I have enough items in my cart for free shipping but obviously Amazon is going to automatically select the delivery option with a fee attached. I try to click on the free delivery option and my screen freezes every time. Needless to say, I'm not going to pay for shipping if I don't have to. When I try to contact customer service, I recieve no help at all. At one point I loved shopping on Amazon but this is just ridiculous.

    The app was incredible until the latest software update. I can't even open the app from my phone the past several days. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling to no avail. This is really disappointing as I live in a remote Northern isolated community and rely on Amazon to get many of our groceries.

    I love shopping on Amazon. They offer multiple products and choices of how you want it delivered. If you spend little time on it you'll eventually find what your looking for since they are connected to thousands of vendors. They are also good about refunding you your money should an item get lost or never arrived. I love the food delivery service as well only down side about that is if they don't have any 2 hour windows open from the time you order it you can be waiting until nightfall.

Just want to report that there is a glitch when trying to upload a photo or video in the reviews section. The banner shakes and I cannot tap the boxes that allow access to my photos so that I can Upload one for my review.

    My main annoyance, and it may be small to some but it's happened enough to make me just use Google search instead and use other retailers, is that it will change your search terms when looking for products, thinking they're typing errors I guess, but it leads to completely unrelated results. Pretty poor, I know what I want look for, let me look for it, don't interfere.

    Very good app, but wanted to give a little feedback to use it better. Lately when I try to pay, goes directly to bank account app (IDeal) but it's completely gone and I can't see where it went. So I found another way to do it, by going to My Orders and approve the payment. It's successful in the end, but not very handy.

    The layout change was not needed, everything was easily within reach, now I have to jump through different menus just to get to somewhere like my orders if I want to track something, thus causing me to waste more time because I have to wait for it to load another page.

    Many times this people play with my money and time. You buy the item they tel you to upgrade your experience to prime and you pays even more and then couple of days later they put a message on your app item delivered on your door or porch but just one problem when you check it's not there. Then you claim and that's when the nightmare starts. They make you contact the seller and if he don't respond in two days then they start an investigation to decides if you get your money back. I hate this.

    This app is so glitch and the layout needs updating! I used to have Amazon prime and loved it for a time period. Unfortunately, it wasn't worth the money for me personally and I cancelled my subscription. I only order multiple items at once so, I can exceed the amount necessary to receive free shipping. HOWEVER, when I do this, my total defaults to the most expensive shipping option. THEN, when I manually click free shipping the app freezes. EVERY SINGLE TIME!

    What just happened? Whose idea was it to put the menu at the _bottom_ of the screen instead of the top like every other program? The slide in from left options gave access to everything in one go and was quick and easy, but this layout is horrible and seems to be aimed at icon/emoji people rather than those who can read. At least provide an option to put the menu back on top.

    Must go to settings and clear cashe and storage to reset app to make it work after last update. Amazon has installed itself as a non removable app on my device prior without permission. I bought my device unlocked and bloatware free from the factory for full price because it had zero apps added. I do use prime however but the last update force closed the app.

    This new layout is awful, you minimalized the menu options to 4 icons and moved it to the bottom, but kept all of the follow up options for wishlists and the like at the top of the screen. This app used to be relatively navigable one handed, this new setup is bad. And all the new phone access permissions, what the heck?

    amazon is the best place to find so much in one place. but be careful what you order. there are so many knock off items on there. I bought so many things expecting good quality, only to be sent shoddy second rate items made overseas cheaply. always check the supplier!!!! can't stress that enough!!!!

    Updated app is unfriendly layout and slow and feels more like I'm on a webpages with slow refresh than an app. Awkward now for fingers to navigate most used pages. Use to take seconds to pop on and check orders. As a developer my advice is, if it ain't broke don't fix it. This update is a step backwards.

    Latest update not working, click on the product everything above the picture disappears. To see the pictures on reviews is a struggle. I wish I could go back to the previous version. And despite de glitches, I never liked the search filters, you search by a certain brand and the results are totally not the brand I want to see.

    Lots of issues lately. Shipping delays with no notice, over priced items by over 300%, won't replace a bad graphics card because they can't find a replacement. Deleted my review because it spoke badly about them. Pretty bad when a small local company can deliver same day but Amazon takes 5 days to give me my $308 refund for THEM not delivering on time by 6 days instead of 2 day. I have been buying local because they keep failing to deliver on time. They lost out in $2k in sales in one month.
