Update: every time this app starts to be distinctly decent then for some reason a catastrophic update comes that takes back everything good. The last update lost all my connected numbers and also does not support company numbers anymore. User is prompted to use some portal for which is not applicable to the end user but only the HR of each company. Someone needs to distinguish between the end user of the line and the administrator.

Unable to use app due to the fact it has no English option. Google translate does not work with app. They send me texts that make no sense to me. I will use Wind or Vodafone next time as they cater to tourists unlike cosmote who really don't.

Cannot add third person (grandparents at small village that not receive bill through traditional mail) account to monitor the bill and pay on time. Reaches support 3 times ,no solution provided . No feedback received. Problem still remains. Bad user experience , even worse user/customer support
