Everytime I order from Eatstreet there is at least some issue. Its very obvious drivers are picking up multiple peoples orders at a time. The estimated delivery time is NEVER accurate. My food always arrives cold. (I've ordered from restaurants literally down the block from me before and they took 40 minutes from pick-up to drop off) Also, the drivers NEVER ALERT YOU TO THE FOOD BEING DELIVERED! I put in my instructions every time. BUZZ MY APARTMENT SO I KNOW ITS HERE. The last 10 deliveries I've had. ZERO have done that. Now let's get into their customer service. It's bad. Just bad. I once had them reorder my delivery because the driver forgot literally half my order. They claimed they re-ordered it. It never arrived. I called back to see what was happening, they never put in the re-order. I went onto twitter and mentioned my horrible experience. Eatstreet responded on twitter and asked me to PM them my order number. I did. To this day they have never looked at it. If you see Eatstreet customer service respond to a bad review, it is because they are trying to look like they care. They don't. They won't respond. It's just for the public to see. Use a different delivery service, or pick up yourself. This company is garbage.

It's getting pretty expensive to order for delivery... In saying that, I realize we are still amidst a pandemic and *everywhere* needs help... I will occasionally fork over the extra money for my convenience (home delivery is great). The app itself is easy to use. However, reporting things like wrong business hours & wrong prices should be easier. (There's no reason prices should be different on eatstreet vs the actual restaurant when they already charge a "convenience fee" and increase tax)

App has been pretty alright, but I have to delete it. Reason being: 1) no coupon or credit when your order's delivery never gets finished (I had to spend half an hour trying to get at least a refund while I was hangry). 2) when you reorder delivery orders, it defaults to pickup but acts like it's for delivery by asking you for your address. I didn't even get a notification or anything on completion. I check back later and see that it was put on for pick-up. That just ain't right.

ETA: the time it takes the app to load is absurd. It feels like I could walk to and from the grocery store and cook the entire order from scratch before the app loads between opening and each menu item selection. I know it takes money to run eatstreet, but i'm not thrilled about paying the same price as an entree just to use the app. Unfortunate. Have been using it less and less. Have had a perfect experience so far.

Will never order from here every again. The incompetence is rather astounding when it comes to delivering these orders. Twice has the driver forgotten items of my order and I've had to call the place I ordered from to get it solved. Doordash does better but I wanted to cash in on free delivery. Now I know it's not worth it and I'll just pay for Doordash next time.

Probably the worst app to order food from. Every time I have ordered through eat Street I have to contact their customer service because it ends up being way past the estimated delivery time and they have to assign/contact someone to pick up my order because no one gets it. Also have had a few incidents where I order, wait almost an hour, and the order gets canceled.

Typically come faster than the time indicated; however, the estimated time shown on the app, especially when the delivery driver is driving is wonky. One second it will say 3 minutes then the next says 24 minutes. Not too happy about the inflated prices but I suppose I am paying for convenience. It is what it is and I keep ordering so there's that. 🙃

Easy to use but when eat street is advertising for drivers you can't see part to half of the screen and it won't go away. When that happens I usually use another app as the add hides important info a lot. So whenthere are no add i do like this app.

Update:. When reordering using previous orders(from Zachary's) our order gets set to "take out" when we previously set the order for Delivery. The more annoying thing about this is that the menue will say "takeout details" and there is no where to click "change to delivery.". Very frustrating.

App has been getting progressively more buggy in the past few months. Texts providing different ETA than the app, app saying restaurant is closed when they are not, app showing order ready for pickup but it's not, coupon system not recording orders, cart spontaneously dropping items, order says it didn't go through but call the restaurant and they do have the order... argh.
