Reviews From google play store

I've used Outlook forever. I prefer the way emails are delivered, I find it easy to use (even as a self proclaimed Luddite) and having one inbox where I can prioritize my email for myself is a better fit for me. I would like to see Outlook mobile have the "sweep" option. If it already does, please tell me! I really enjoy how "sweep" let's me blast thru my perpetual incoming email. I swear, it's like keeping sand off of the beach some days. . .

I use OneDrive, personal, and business, every day. My only wish is for navigation to be faster. Sometimes it's very slow to pull up my files. For personal, I use it to store so my photography, which is perfect because OneDrive can display previews on RAF or raw file formats! No other cloud service I've tested can do that.

Stay well clear. We had a family account, 6TB of storage & Microsoft are now holding our files hostage for 'compliance'. I migrated our data from Dropbox last week, roughly 200GB & now our account is locked, no reply from "support", it's been longer than 24 hours they quoted, looking on the forums other users have been stuck for over 20 days with no response of resolution, this is not on & there is no number to call for assistance.

I would give this one four stars, except that each and every time I try to make a OneDrive file available offline on my phone (so I could attach it to an email, for example), I wind up tearing my beard out in frustration before I relearn which buttons you have to slap in the face to make it a reality.

This is honestly the best storage app I've ever used. It gives free users a lot of space, its very useful for sending and retrieving files, and just the fact that it saves your stuff no matter what happens to your device, (my phone was stolen and it had a lot of drawings I've made and I wasn't using this app at the time) all you have to do is sign on your account on another device, and you get all your stuff back. For improvements, a better "select all"(not selecting 1 by 1) , and/or download all

As a poet, I can't imagine being without the OneDrive app, especially when I travel or need to read something I hadn't prepared at some Reading during a literary event. I'm elderly and find a laptop too heavy to carry around, so knowing that I can save documents on One. Drive to then access them on my small tablet or phone means that I don't even have to carry printed copies around. Of course, I can do this with any other document or picture on the pc I leave at home. Thank you, Microsoft.

After a month of use, I decided to grab the free 1 month trial. This cloud storage is great. It convinced me that this is the most secure cloud storage in the internet today! But one thing is missing (I think). The subscription said that I can put passcodes on links and files that I share and I don't know how to use it. Is it possible to put passcodes on shared files using mobile or is it only available on PC?

I manage a sober living community and this app helps us tremendously. Sharing files is easy, and the integration with the Android apps makes this system a definite win. I use a Chromebook (Pixelbook) and the integration into the operating system is pretty solid. I would recommend OneDrive and Office365 for anyone looking to share files and collaborate.

Great app, easy to use. My only criticism would be the photos option. The layout and selection of what to display is haphazard and cluttered and could be seriously improved. Onedrive shows every image file in the 1tb space, including things like program icons, ebook covers, images out of pdf files etc as though they are pictures. There doesn't seem to be any way of telling it to only show images from my pictures folder, so my photos are interspersed with rubbish. This needs fixing.

Great service so far. I am using Onedrive excessively as it makes my workflow smooth and easy. I also like how you can connect it to your personal PC. It would display as normal file which you can edit, add or remove files, the same will be updated upon connecting to the internet. Highly recommended.

Definitely a bug in the mobile app as files that are showing up on laptop OneDrive folder and are seen from the website are not showing up in the mobile app. A fix I discovered is you can use search tool to find the file and load from there, but the app should have all the uploaded accessible though from it.

Love how it does not discriminate across different os such as android or windows or iOS. The scanner function where you take document makes it so convenient, absolutely love that! Recommend that you get premium, gives tons of extra space on top of the generous 5 GB space that is already given.

Would be nice if we could have some options to sort and organise the photos tab, at least group folders together. Right now all my pictures show up in a random order. It's been 4 months since the original review. Still not fixed. But somehow viewing the same pictures in a browser they are in the right order.

Pros: It's a useless archive for outdated docs Cons: Never synchs properly despite having clearly been connected to the main server (all files are in their default state since creation date but keeps adding the newly created one's). Viewing files online still shows outdated versions. "Keep offline copy" is now premium for folders. Constantly interrupts to announce you can take pictures of things. Overall I'm extremely dissapointed with how this app eventually devolved into uselessness.

Very well crafted app, user friendly interface and all the usefull features like integration with office and all. The only thing that this app lacks is the filter in photos tab that allows you to see pictures only from particular folders, like the one that PC version of this app have.

Barely any functionality compared to the PC version... incredibly frustrating to try and use... like why can't I copy a folder, or download it into my phone files... outlook let's you send people zip folders from your device with ease but try to send one from your onedrive and you absolutely can't send it, rather you must individually link each file in it... it's like they made it specifically to prevent you from sharing things with others.... I don't want to send a link, I want to send a folder

Look 5 stars doesn't mean it's perfect it's not- but I put it up against Google drive and they're both about as useful as you let them be, patience required for both. Onedrive interface works better for me and I like how it discovers and auto-updates new/changed folders, folder locations etc

PC's and web access sync well, but not mobile devices. Days later and I still can't access the file I want on my phone even though all areas of access say I'm all synced. Update: I think I know what's wrong with this app, it thinks that I'm on a mobile network and won't sync. I'm definitely not on a mobile.

Excellent. Have one issue which i raised but their technical team is still to resolve. The system fails to share on my mobile the downloaded file, giving an incorrect message that the file format is not supported. As a result, i have to download the file and save it in my mobile before sharing further.

For android users, its great for when you downlaod a file on your phone and easily transfer it to your pc. Dealing with faulty or worn out cords isnt an issue when I do it this way. Also it was very useful at the time when i had 30GB of free storage a few years back

I created the account and now cannot get back into it as it keeps saying I'm entering the wrong password. The sole purpose of the new email forces you to make was to use the drive. Because I have not sent any emails I cannot answer the questions in the recovery page. Therefore it says I cannot be identified therefore no reset link. This coupled with no real human on the other end just leads to frustration.

I love being able to access important documents from any device, including my cell phone. It's great to be able to save things from my laptop at home and to be able to quickly retrieve it from work when I need it. I'm grateful to have access to such an important app.

I love it! I'm using it since windows phone era. At that time I've been given 150gb storage. Due to some irressponsible people using it for the wrong cause, it had been cut to 30gb only Hopefully, I can get more storage in One Drive. Thank you all 😘

I love being able to access my different lists and things across my different platforms. My laptop, tablet, and note 9. My short term memory is bad because of 2 dozen concussions so I'm always making lists and taking notes. OneDrive has been a lifesaver!

Overall a decent File Storage service, but weird limitations like their decision to cripple the Personal Vault feature for people who pay for the 100gb premium plan add up to make it inferior to the competition. As usual, Microsoft trips themselves up at the last minute.

Great App. Very useful for small businesses, especially with an Office subscription. The only issue I've had is that it frequently does not sync across devices and then one ends up duplicate files.

It is pretty good. however it took me a while to find the synced files from my phone in the cloud. all content from synced folders come in a single folder called "screenshots". i think that could be much better

Excellent real-time clouding app. Work directly on closing, save and/or share. 👍👍 Recommend ☑️. It would be more helpful if Microsoft can make previous data available if a user saved a wrong entry by mistake or would like to recover the old data.

Terrible - by the time I located the 7 digit code sent to my email a/c I could not get back to the actual page to use it! We don t all have very, very expensive phones that allow easy access & I have JUST downloaded this app so I was not expecting to have to jump from app to app, mid app!

Everything great and all. I'd like an option to choose which pictures are getting uploaded... Like a window that will pop out and show the user all the new images that OneDrive wishes to backup, and I could tick or untick which one to backup.

Great mobile app. Use it on a daily basis but some how it doesn't let me set up my vault on my computer. It keeps giving me this error code even though I've been using OneDrive for a long time.

It's fantastic to store one' s documents, files, photos, videos and audios. Easy to access data too. Just wish that it could have been easier to share or print stored data from it.

You can not trust Microsoft's apps. Just read the current update notes and watch them not change after the next update: has been unchanged for 4 updates now. Microsoft is a lying company that will break any promises it makes to you. This is just an example of their lying and false advertising. Do not trust them with your data or on your device. Get a linux system, like your Android is, and get rid of all Microsoft products.

Auto sync, storage, has all the bells and whistles. Not too different than other cloud services, but does the job and I've had no issues. Having it come with Office is a plus.

I started with OneDrive when I was using a windows phone and OneDrive backup was enabled for photos. It has been since replaced by google clouds and photos for me personally atleast. Great app and good new features such as vaults though is making me reconsider.

Great app! I'm a music producer and whenever I come up with a song idea, the file gets saved straight to OneDrive so I can pull it up on, my phone later. Audio files can play from within the app!

One drive helps me put all my documents and files in one convenient place. Helped me transfer 30+ pics at once for an insurance claim. Very efficient way on transferring files and documents. Excellent app!!

Awesome app, has everything, nice tool for documents, and personal stuff. Wish the storage space is bigger especially the personal vault even for the free version, but great to have an app with full access to all windows apps.

They Need to increase the free storage. With The new camera tech and media, it is very much sure, peoples will not use the onedrive as a primary backup option, specifically when other services are offering free unlimited storage. And the world is moved a way ahead of 5GB capacity approach.

It's really convenient having any pictures I take automatically backed up and easy to access on a computer. I can also use it in a pinch to transfer documents between devices (including public pc's) if other methods aren't working.

Offline Files is poorly executed. After setting about 230GB to download, the app has downloaded 250 GB and is now downloading most of the files again... Setting up a phone with Microsoft apps is becoming a real chore.

Great to be able to access all my files from my phone, save straight to the onedrive, share onedrive files to any platform, emails, social media etc. Mild navigational issues sometimes but benefits far outweigh any complications- always get there in the end!

I have used this for a while. It is a very good app and has functioned better than most of the other Android apps I use. When I figure how much storage I need I will be upgrading to pay for this.

Love almost everything! Just I wish I could open multiple documents at the same time. Also I'm experiencing a minor bug where I can't open a word file created on onedrive app.

I would recommend this storage if I could start with more storage without being put on a plan. As an incentive to bring all my files over from other cloud provider. As can't do much with 5gig. Cz 👎

The best cloud available. Really simple to use, good user interface. Personal safe is also very useful. Maybe you could add a gigabyte or two more for free.

It is very efficient and effective for people that use multiple internet capable devices. Flash disks and drives no longer needed. It made my work easier.

Can't do without this app. It keeps everything organized for me. It's also convenient to retrieve documents that I need on any of my devices and laptops. Great app!

It's perfect and secure online drive ever. Better than all other Microsoft OneDrive is amazing. Super fast, extremely enough storage and with brilliant secured security. I'm really enjoying it. THANKS MICROSOFT...

This is my second review, but stil same 1 star. Additionally ,if you are the fan of automation things such as auto upload, ifttt well this thing is not for you. Moreover, it uploads everything inside the excluded folder in camera upload. What a moron.

I love it!!!! Way better than Google pictures it shows the titles of the movies. Easy to download from anything gives you space for everything and anything.

I am missing ear button in your pdf reader because I love hearing the text in it. I frequently use this feature in my everyday life. So, please bring the ear button back in your pdf reader. Thank you

I want to upload only pictures in the folder CAMERA. it is uploading all of them, instead. I know there is an option, but even if I select only the camera folder, it uploads everything.

Excellent app. However the option to log in via finger print security disappears after i updated my pixel 3 with Android 10. There is only the option to log on via passcode which is less convenient compared to before. Will this feature be back with Android 10?

Cannot upload multiple pictures(files) from my OnePlus 7 Pro. I tried clearing cache and storage but that is still not working. The tick sign during upload remain disabled which causes the problem.

Very nice app. Safe and secured. Only scanning is bit challenging as it doesnt trim the unwanted borders of the outside paper very effeciently though be proper lighting ans black background is used.

My only issue is that the "launch when logging in to windows" function is unreliable. Otherwise, works well. Very useful.

This is a very nice and great app. I really love it... Now I have been using this app for quite a long time. Very easy, fast and user friendly... all 5 stars for you⚘

'Photos' section should only show pictures that are actually in the 'photos' folder. Update: app is unable to open pdf files. :( Had to u install and use the website.

Best cloud storage, easy to upload and download files and it also sync with my pc that's also a great thing now i don't have to copy paste files from my phone to pc.

5 days since my account is reactivated, nothing works except for a message appears saying 'This item can't be displayed' No positive support even when the issue is reported, Uninstalling.

Great app! Please keep making it better 😃 although please sort out your sort by date modified. In the app even if I sort by date descending it doesn't show the folders that I've modified last.

Nice storage, BUT! Has it been excluded from Office356 subscription? I have it active but OneDrive forces me to pay extra. What's wrong?! Until the solution - 1*

Great for uploading photos over WiFi, so you can view and edit them on another device later. Then you can incorporate them in websites or Facebook etc.

I have been dependent on one drive for long time, this is the most secure ( with vault ) option to back up important data at the lowest cost. UI / UX is simple and smooth

I use it all the time. One thing i like is scanning receipts to pdf via a photo. I also use gdrive and both are good to me.

For me it's invaluable. Editing and updating documents is easy. Copes with large files effortlessly. Great work guys.

Love the app helps me capture all my clips from my Xbox to my laptop/phone and it's an easier way to transfer then over so I can start editing them for my montages!!! Highly recommend

Slow to use on a new smartphone with 64gb of memory. Has no "select all" feature, which makes it tedious to download many photos/videos. Finally, if more that 500 pics or the amount of memeory it uses, causes the app to crash, leaving you to have to start all over. Add a "select all" feature and fix the 500 pic limit or patch the app, so it will not allow you to cross the download (memory?) limit that is crashing the app. 4 stars if and when these features are included.

No fuss, easy to use storage. I love the office integration and the way the app syncs across devices. Good job Microsoft.👍👍

Really good app. Syncs to my computers and phone well. And it's Microsoft so I don't have to worry about product discontinuation.

Great options for storage and the password protect is great as well but to get the most out of it you really need Office 365.

I recently synched my laptop/phone using this app. Unable to access documents from phone. Yesterday, I plugged phone into older laptop to save recent photos and 4,222 photos showup! Most of which are never before seen strangers! This is insane! I can't even find the folder where all these photos are stored! Everything is hesitating on my phone now! This is the ONLY new app recently installed. I will be pi**ed if I end up having to do a hard reset. ZERO STARS.

Everything is good. But downloading files takes eons. I dont know why. Checked my data speed but it was fine.

After couple folder created, new folder creation is not available anymore. Why? Picture blink after open. Why? File sharing don't work proper to Viber and Whats up. Why?

I use this app to help nab files i've synced off from my desktop on the go. Since i sync my literal desktop too across all machines, all my stuff is accessable from my phone!

I LOVE OneDrive due to its multi-syncing capabilities. The ability to access my files whenever and wherever is wonderful and I highly recommend this app!

Simple and straight forward to use. Handy for saving documents to be accessed across devices, wherever you are.

Easy to use, having a really good time working with it and got used to it, really satisfied with OneDrive.

Very useful. If storage can be increased for free to 15GB as in the case of Google, that will be a real icing on the cake

Love the app!! It would be grear if the Pdf editing features in android could be enhanced to include picture amd shapes additions, typed text annotations as well.

If u like to manage files like its 1982, great app. Nothing beats a portable HD, simple to use, mass transfers and no data charges and huge wait times. And your files are in your possession.

Can't open HEVC H.265 videos. Whenever I try to play HEVC video I get this error: “The media file couldn't be played We're unable to play this file right now. Would you like to try opening in another app?”

Very easy to use and smooth accessing to all the files and folders without any lagging. Works better than Google Drive.

It's work nice. But some time it's no working. And when I enter wrong password. It's catch its.

Love being able to store documents and images online for easy access from where ever I am. Also like the way it frees up storage space on my notebook.

I have been using OneDrive app since long. The best part is obviously, I can carry, update and share my needed documents whenever I need it to.

I use this app all the time for the backup of my files. I can access the files from all my devices. It has been a great help for me.

Use it every day. Love it. My Word and Excel documents are always updated no matter where I access them.

This is my favorite and my go to storage. It allows you to break categories down as far as one would like for ease of use, and location of files. It is very user- friendly allowing you to easily create new folders ( to use as categories). I have and use others , but this one by far is my first pick and favorite. I would suggest it to anyone old or new users.

Works great for syncing work documents with my organization's Office 365 account. I can access and edit my documents from anywhere.

I love my one dive! So practical to be able to access your saved files on all devices. Just make sure you have takin note of your backup codes...

Good resort for MS Office files. I hope the free storage limit will be increased in future. Overall a nice app.

I use this app to back up and storage all my photos and files and I can access them from all my devices, anywhere. Love it.

I use OneDrive to store all of my personal data and to keep it synced with all my devices. I love that you can use a pin and fingerprint authentication to further protect your files. (This is why I don't use Google drive.) Make sure that you install the program on internal storage and not removable storage. Otherwise you will lose your sign-in information and password protection everytime you reboot your phone.

I use this app purely for cloud storage that can be accessed by both my mobile and my laptop. I have never come close to hitting any memory limit despite using it extensively. It works well but is slightly unpredictable as it clearly does much in the background if it can't connect. As long as I use it only as dumb cloud storage it works well. I wish I understood fully how it works but despite knowing many IT people and being quite IT literate myself - none of us can work it out.

Really good -- just works as you'd like it to. I like that you can annotate PDFs in the OneDrive app itself.

Very convenient, user friendly backup storage facility which is easily accessible direct from one's mobile phone using the One Drive App. Integrates well to easily upload, share or download files to your One Drive Account from one's mobile phone. Stored Files may be organized in their respective folders in your One Drive Account. Highly recommend.

Love it 😍. No more Folders, Files, or Stacks of paper to carry. I can store all digital content and travel with ease. No more excuses of "Dog ate my homework". I can sync with folders on my laptop and desktop. i can share photos and folders. i can collaborate with others and give them permission to edit and add content. There is so much to love about the cloud, especially with the constant security updates.

Great app. No matter how many devices I lose or break, I can always connect to these cloud apps!
