Still broken. Tried support and all they say in broken English patient. Really? I rely on my photos being uploaded for my work. Can't even uninstall the app. Deleting the database and cache.. doesn't even clear the cache.Photo upload is broken again. It is now only allowing OneDrive for business account to upload photos. Why would I want personal photos uploaded to my business account? Can't get anyone at Microsoft to address these continual problems. problems.

I like the pricing with the office package included, however the Android app for some reason takes the upload date as the one created and not the original. When the app does not upload the photos and I have to refresh it it uploads 1 month of photos and looks funny. However, the funny thing is that in the web and and windows app it shows the original creating date making it look normal. This should be fixed.

I love that it acts as an extra location for photos and videos to be stored. The app itself however, is often quite glitchy and thus difficult to use. At this very moment in fact, I am failing on my phone to even view my files (this is surely as bad as it could be for an online storage app).

I loved this app until I tried to upload a photo today. It used to be so easy. Now all my folders are gone and there is just a list of random files and an option for a shared library, which I don't want. I can't save anything from my phone to One Drive. I am paying way too much a month for 365 for this to happen! I rely on this app for my business, and now it's completely worthless. I'm willing to update this review if the problem gets fixed ASAP . I really loved the app before today.

They used to have a feature called camera upload, it would upload pictures as you took them. They decided to update it to library sync, and my library is too big to fit on my onedrive, so I delete files in onedrive to make space, just to see that they deleted the files on my phones library. A lot of those photos weren't backed up and are now gone forever. Very disappointed with this app.

Prior to moving to Note 10+ I had no issues with the gallery syncing and backing up to OneDrive. Now, it's a cluster. As it stands now, OneDrive won't turn on the backup feature. Though, while the photos are synced, if I delete them to save storage, they are also deleted on OneDrive. And, I'm on Verizon and they do not allow Samsung Cloud... I dont want to go to Verizon cloud or Google drive, if they are there, to find use my photos.

What is this nonsense. Every time it shows something went wrong, go to when i go there and login it asks me phone nom for verification and send code option. But the code i.e otp never comes. Wow. And then it shows that my trial is over and it tells me to try after 24 hrs. Samething in ms excel and ms word. I cant open my files. FIX THIS OR YOU LL LOSE A CUSTOMER WHO RESPECTS MICROSOFT A LOT.

Good? Yes for directly sharing file across devices, for quickly backing up the highly important files when system image or full backups are not practical. Thumbnails, Offline Support, and integration with PC File Explorer are great. Overall, Cloud is Safer than laptops or phones which can be lost, broken, hacked, corrupt, can catch fire or get water in. Sense of Privacy? Depends on you. Still, reading the Privacy Policy is good for everyone, users as well as the developers.

Not great, could and should be much better for Android! Frequent notifications asking me to upgrade and pay the £5.99 or £7.99 a month when I already pay for Microsoft office on the laptop and I have an additional Office 365 which I should be able to use on the Android too, but instead I'm seeing twice the uploads taking up double the room on memory which is very likely why I'm being advised that memory is 98% full?! Doubling up my pics/vids to claim more space?! Have had to turn it off!

I want this to be my primary storage unit but I can't because of the amount of items i have. It's good if you have a few things to store but it get cluttered and hard to use when you have more then a 100 items in folder. Its hell for me because I have a minimum of 1000 items per folder. Could you make it easier to use I.e whenever I after minutes of scrolling reach my selected item, once I've clicked on it and go back it takes me to the very first item in the folder. It's a serious headache.
