This app has caused me nothing but problems and headache. Don't waste your time or money. Use Google ads instead. At least google ads won't give you such a hard time, just setting up the account in the first place. Someone please let GATES know that this app needs to be looked at by IT again.

Clunky. Seems to be no options when you select different buttons on menu. I still have not figured out how to manage multiple businesses with one app login. Not as easy as Google ads.

Your ads work better and cost less than Google ads. Setting up the ads are much more difficult than Google ads, but after a few calls to you wonderful, knowleable people, they work great. I currently have two of my five customers, on Bing ads. I have been trying to get the other 3 customets to try Bing ads, even with the $100 incentive. I don't charge tjem for ads, just a small monthly maintainence fee to keep web pages, Google & Bing Business accounts, and smaller sites like yellowpages.

extremely unhappy with the results and the charging method if you give Microsoft advertising your credit card they will charge the hell out of it. I do spend a lot of money on advertising and if it works and sometimes it doesn't I'll pay my due but with Microsoft advertising you do not get anyting for your money.

Works great for monitoring campaign performance and now that you can add funds in the app it's much more useful. Still need the desktop site for modifying campaigns, but I'm happy with it.

Overall a good app. Not all features.from the desktop version are available, but there is enough to keep tabs on campaigns while you are on the go.

good platform - just needs more automation and "easy mode" like competition. (would like to see things like auto keyword and a better auto bid system. cleaner gui would be a plus)
